Late night NY style, pizza spot, in Fontainebleau. Located in the food court on the second floor. Pizza by the slice and whole pies available. Must order: hot honey pepperoni and bacon leek pizza. The bacon leek pizza was phenomenal and a standout! Not so good: $10 per slice. Worth the price. Tasty, hot and cheesy!

Google
Crispy, Flavorful Slices Great spot in the Fontainebleau food court for a quick pizza fix. Slices are crispy and firm — no flop — and full of flavor. I had the Margherita De La Casa and my friend had the Pepperoni Proper, both with all the kicks. They forgot the hot honey on my friend’s slice but fixed it fast. A bit of a wait in line, but worth it. Still partial to Secret Pizza, but this is a solid choice if you’re already at Fontainebleau.

Google
First time eating here and we enjoyed our meals. Actually they really only serve slices and whole pizzas, but they're good quality. Was hoping they sold salads but it is what it is. I got the bacon leek pizza and it was unique and tasty. The crust is thin but has a nice crunch to it. The hot honey pepperoni pizza was okay, but that's really only cause I'm pretty tired of hot honey. The mushroom pizza my wife got was good but I feel the bacon leek pizza was the best choice. We'd come back, though the menu is small.

Google
Located right outside the theater at the Fontainebleau, this has got to be THE BEST PIZZA I have EVER had! Granted, I had only a slice ($9) but it was amazing, a slice of heaven. The crust was crunch and thin, the cheese and sauce, divine. I had ordered a MARGHERITA slice and they didn't put the basil on the pizza, just a piece of basil on the side. That was ok. I wish I had more basil tho. Regardless, it was amazing! I'll be back for more tomorrow!

Google
Their pizza is trash. I couldn't eat it and had to throw it away. It had a nasty taste, like it was dipped in cooking oil then fried. This is pre-made on cooked in an electric oven. Something this bad shouldn't be sold anywhere let alone charge $10 a slice. It went into the trash. NEVER AGAIN!

Google
Stood in line for a few minutes and ordered a "Margherita De La Casa". The slice was outstanding. It was crispy, topped with fresh Parmesan, and scrumptious. 9.2 on One Bite scale. Dave is wrong, fresh Parmesan adds an extraordinary taste element.

Google
I've always wanted to try the location in Miami, but I've never gotten the chance. I was thrilled to find out that they have new location at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas. This pizza was definitely some of the best that I've ever had an clearly lives up to the hype. I absolutely loved the Pepperoni Proper slice and the Leeks On Bacon slice. You can order at the counter or have sit down service at this location which was nice. Overall, it was a great experience and very reasonably priced compared to other food options in Las Vegas. It was truly fantastic and I'll definitely try going to the Miami location soon!!

Google
The best pizza ever, way better than any other we have tried. We have gone to multiple places in New York City and this pizza is better than those. So happy to know it’s New York Pizza brought to Las Vegas Nevada.

Yelp
Must try in Vegas! I'm a sucker for new pizza spots and while staying at Circus Circus, I saw Miami Slice was a short walk away. Since then, I have already gone two additional times. I ordered the pepperoni slice which was $10, but worth it because it was huge, and they had a drizzle of hot honey on it as well. Considering the price of food in Vegas, I thought $10 was very fair, and it was delicious, crust was perfect and not soggy at all. The service was also great, even if they have a lot of people, they finish the orders very quickly. I enjoyed the ambiance; it's inside the food hall in Fontainebleau so plenty of seating and other spots to explore as well.

Yelp
The busiest restaurant in the Promenade food hall in the Fountainbleu hotel/casino in Las Vegas, Miami Slice started as a small restaurant (2019) in Miami focusing on gourmet NY-style slices. It is known for their long fermented dough. My wife and I came for a late lunch around 2:16 on a Friday, and there was a decent line (about 10 people). The line moves very very slow. Later I realized that they keep the line moving as fast as they send out the pizza: we got our pizza slices under 10 minutes after we placed the order. Note that they only have 5 different slices of pizza. We got two slices (pepperoni $10 and margherita de la casa ($9)) I like NY style pizza, so of course, I enjoyed it. But the crust wasn't crisp, the portion wasn't too big, and the amount of cheese wasn't generous. The pepperoni was excellent, though, and the crust wasn't bad. But for the price and long wait, not really sure what the fuss is about.

Yelp
A welcome surprise in the Fontainbleau food court offerings! We had some comps to get spend before heading back home and I'm super happy we went with Miami Slice! They offer really well made, thin, chewy NY style pizza. Id be more than satisfied getting the 10$ slice from here!

Yelp
Had to try it after hearing all the hype around this pizza place. This location offers 5 different flavors in both slice and 20"-pie form, as well as some desserts. Got two slices to try and texturally, both had just the right thin-yet-sturdy base with a tall, airy, crunchy crust. The crust was texture-lovers' paradise. Flavor-wise, the mushroom truffle slice was delicious with the perfect amount of truffle cream and freshly grated pecorino. I'd come back for this. The Margherita was lacking though -- it was good but nothing special and only had 1 basil leaf for a large slice. The pistachio tart was also a huge miss. Crust was soggy and already separating from the bland pistachio cream filling. Wasn't a line when I ordered but the food still took 5-10 minutes to be ready. Plenty of seating around given this was the food hall portion of the Fontainebleau.

Yelp
We were staying at Fontainebleau and had to try this out. It did not disappoint at all! We tried the hot honey drizzle Pepperoni Proper, Leeks on Bacon and of the Margherita De La Casa (chefs kiss). Pepperoni baked perfectly. I'm very picky about pizza sauce. I don't like tangy sauce as I feel it takes away from the flavors of the pizza. Their sauce blends perfectly with the cheese and toppings. Absolute must try if you're staying at the hotel or just looking for great pizza!

Yelp
Pepperoni proper with all the kicks was quite good. No lineup and barely a wait on an idle Tuesday evening in this extremely fancy venue. Cool to be able to see what the Miami Florida scene for pizza is and honestly it did not disappoint.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to stop by Miami Slice Pizza twice during our stay at the Fontainebleau Hotel. We walked up, looked at the menu, and placed our order, paid and then waited for them to call our name. The restaurant is in a corner and it's has some tables and chairs and a bar area. If you walk around you can see the pizza ovens and the person working on making the fresh pizza. After about 10 minutes they called our name. I ordered the Margherita Pizza both times and my husband ordered the Pepperoni Pizza both times. The Margherita Pizza was good. The cheese was gooey and the crust was fluffy. The pizza was yummy. I tried the Pepperoni Pizza and it was good. Overall it was a convenient and cool place to grab a bite to eat before heading off to the Casino and then back to the room.

Yelp
This place is worth going out of your way for. The fountainbleu isn't necessarily super accessible as it's on the outsides of the strip. However, I do believe it's worth the detour. Pizza is delicious and you can't go wrong with the flavors. The place doesn't have fountain sodas, I always do a grab and go option. Pricey but you're in Vegas!
google avatar

Jaynar S.

Yelp
This is located at the food hall inside the Fontainebleau Hotel. We stayed at the hotel and wanted to check out their restaurants. Got a slice of Pepperoni Proper which was delicious! If you like sweet & spicy, this pizza is it. There is tons of seating in the wide-open food hall, with other restaurant options. The service was very friendly despite how busy and rowdy the crowd was. TIP: Be wary if coming on a weekend right when the day club closes. The food hall will have long lines with crowds of drunk and loud patrons.

Yelp
~Food/Drinks~ Very pricey for a slice but what are you expecting eating in Fontainebleau's food court? We tried the Pepperoni Proper and Mushroom Truffle. Both were so good and I loved what they did with the pizza. Like the crust looks like it's going to be thick but it's very crunchy and thin. And that crunch goes along the entire bottom of the pizza, which usually gets kind of soft. The freshly grated cheese on both pizzas was a nice touch too. I have no complaints with the truffle pizza. The pepperoni was very good with the hot honey (sweet and salty combo) but it didn't have as many slices of pepperoni as some Yelp pictures. There's also an option to try the pepperonii with the works, which is a combo of stracciatella, olive oil, hot honey, basil, etc. Sounded so interesting but I wanted to try the pizza as is for the first time. Also, if you normally eat pepper flakes with your pizza and put a lot, be very careful with theirs. It was spicy, like unusually very spicy. You might not be able to add as much as you normally would. ~Service~ When it's busy, you can order takeout through the QR codes scattered around the food court. But when we came around Friday noon, it wasn't working or it wasn't available yet. Since we were pretty much the only ones there, the food came out really fast. They just grab a pre-made slice and fire it up in the oven. But if you want a whole pizza, they'll have to make that per order and will take some time. ~Atmosphere~ Luckily, we didn't have any issues finding a table to eat at but I'd imagine during peak hours, it could get really crazy. It's also possible that there weren't too many people because of how new the place was. There's a lot of potential here though so be prepared for crowds as word gets out! I like that the QR codes are located at each table so you could actually send in multiple orders to different places in the food court and have a whole feast! ~Conclusion~ Despite the price for just one slice, I really liked the pizza. Highly recommend and I'll be back!

Yelp
BEST PIZZA!! Dough was PERFECTION. light and airy on the inside and crispy on the outside, and it was not burnt Pepperoni proper with the works - AMAZING, MUST GET!! the hot honey and Burrata went so well with the crispy pepperoni. The tomato sauce was like fresh tomato, not like that overly salty pre-made sauce. Pepperoni small and crispy and juicy perfectly cooked Mushroom truffle - generous amounts of mushroom and truffle on it, the best of its kind I've had due to it's strength in the flavor Loved both and would definitely recommend and come back!!

Yelp
Since this was my first time staying at the hotel, I went looking for a good late-night pizza place. Miami Slice was the obvious choice, and after checking out what they had to offer, I was looking forward to giving them a try. Although I mentioned late-night above, I ended up coming here shortly after checking in since I haven't eaten all day. Started off with the basic Margherita de la casa, which came to right under $10 with tax. Had to wait a few minutes as expected, and I was on my way. This was a pretty good slice, not the best but certainly not the worst, but I knew there was more on the menu I wanted to check out. On my last night, I tried the pepperoni slice which comes with the hot honey already on. I think I favored this one over my previous slice, and I took a while to eat this when I usually scarf it down in minutes. I guess due to the honey and pepperoni I needed to savor it more. Both slices I had were without 'all kicks' but I'm sure they're great with this addition. Miami Slice is the place to come to when you need pizza at Fontainebleau.

Yelp
After checking in at the hotel, I wandered around the resort to find a quick bite. I found the upscale food court and noticed this place that was introduced by a famous Youtuber so I decided to give it a try. I got a slice of the Mushroom Truffle pizza. The flavor was there but the pizza was still a bit chewy after reheating. For $12 a slice, I didn't think it was worth it...
google avatar

Adrian M.

Yelp
Terrible customer service, employees are unable to fill an order. No sense of urgency and rude manager.
google avatar

Huiwen C.

Yelp
I was really excited to try the pizza, but was disappointed. The pricing is fairly steep at $10 for a slice of pizza and the wait is long. The pepperoni slice was oily, but okay. I got served a bad slice of the salsera pizza with the pesto sauce. It was extremely soggy and almost breaking in half when I tried to lift it up. It made my stomach hurt afterwards. There are better options in the promenade for food.
google avatar

Yelp
There's a line for this place for a reason! If you're hanging out at the FountainBleau and don't want a sit down restaurant experience, check out Miami Slice in their food court/ food hall area upstairs. The Pepperoni proper with all kicks is my hands down favorite. The creamy burrata balances the crispy pepperoni and the crust is chewy and crunchy in spots. Perfection!!
google avatar

Anabel H.

Yelp
If you want a fast and delicious slice of pizza this is the spot! There is plenty of seating and the service is fast even if you see a big line. I tried the Marguerita De La Casa slice and Mushroom Truffle both were so good, the pizza crust was crispy which is my favorite. I didn't get to try a slice with the three cheese dip but I heard that's a very popular combination. I will definitely be back to try other items from their menu soon.
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome pizza place! My little brother was in town from college and had been wanting to try this place! We ordered a whole pizza instead of everyone getting individual slices which was cheaper, but get stuck on one flavor. We got the pepperoni pizza and it only took about 25 minutes to be ready! The slices were huge and it comes with hot honey to add if you'd like. Definitely would come back to try the other flavors! We came around 8pm on a Sunday so there was almost no one in the food court and plenty of seating.

Yelp
12/18/24-only a true Yelper/Foodie would take an Uber from another resort to try a few restaurants- Last two weeks I've been cruising YouTube on places to eat.. Exactly what I expected in a slice of pizza- Got the marg pizza-hot and crispy crust and perfect ratio of sauce...
google avatar

Glen N.

Yelp
This overpriced pizza is merely fine. Not at all truffly. The crust had good texture but no flavor. The only thing cheesy was the price. It was a very meh-ami slice.
google avatar

Jeff F.

Yelp
The elevated pizza was as tasty as it appears. Come by for a slice or a pie! 8/27/2024. Peperoni Proper ($9): perfect chewy and toasty crust with the crispy pepperoni and sweet honey, 4/5 stars. The service was fast and multiple staff members had asked if I had been helped while I was waiting for my pizza slice. Next time I will get a fresh made to order pie.
google avatar

Michael H.

Yelp
Stopped by after going to a concert and having some drinks. This place was so good! Had a Pepperoni Proper and Mushroom Truffle slice. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Liana N.

Yelp
Great service from the staff members when placing the order and they made sure to answer any questions we had because we could not decide between ordering slices or the whole pie. I'm glad we ended up ordering a couple of slices because the slice was huge. A little on the pricier side but the pizza was well made. Plenty of seating in the upscale food court at Fontainebleau. I would visit again!
google avatar

Roxanne E.

Yelp
Miami Slice is located in the food court at Fontaine Bleau Hotel. Their pizzas are on the pricier side and you can get them by the slice or in a box. I ordered their pepperoni proper ($10) and their mushroom truffle pizza. ($12) The pepperoni proper was full of flavor! You could also taste the hot honey on it. You can add on all the kicks. The staff member said it comes with burrata cheese and basil for an additional $5.50. Unfortunately, they ran out for the day so my slice was just the original. It didn't disappoint. The mushroom truffle pizza was also filled with flavor. You can definitely taste the truffle. It's as if I was eating a truffle mushroom pasta but in a pizza form. Both slices were delicious! Crunchy, chewy and flavorful. The only thing is that it is pricy for a slice. Overall, if you're in the area and craving pizza, definitely check this place out. Might I add, the seating in the food court is very upscale and well kept!
google avatar

Cassandra C.

Yelp
Clean area! The housekeepers sure know how to maintain clean eating area. busy, and top notch pizza. I liked the pepperoni the best. The team worked very hard on preparing the meal. The cashier last night was so nice and made our stay better with his kind service. Don't forget the ranch dressing. Looking forward to coming back again ! ... for the 3rd time !
google avatar

Natalie B.

Yelp
The perfect late night snack. Had 3 huge slices of the margarita pizza. Sat at the. At the guy expediting the pizzas gave it straight from the oven to us. Friendly service, quick, perfect pick me up.
google avatar

Ashley L.

Yelp
Amazing pizza! The thinnest, crispiest crust cooked to perfection!!! As for flavors, the pepperoni pizza w/ all kicks is a MUST GET! If you don't try anything else, GET THAT! It's so worth the extra $6 Pepperoni (add all kicks): 100000/10!!! The burrata adds the perfect balance of creamy texture without overpowering flavor and cooling temperature contrast Truffle mushroom: 9/10 I hate the taste of synthetic truffle oil but the mushroom flavor in this is delicious and doesn't punch you in the face La salsera: 6.5/10 Flavor was just ok. Wouldn't get again, other options are much better Can't wait to come back and try the other slices!
google avatar

Rachael G.

Yelp
As soon as I saw the mushroom truffle pizza, I knew I was sold. This was easily one of the best slices I've ever had--the umami flavor was absolutely outstanding. If I had room for it, I would have ordered a whole pizza to go! I also tried the pepperoni slice with hot honey. It was good, but I think the hot honey would have been better on the side rather than drizzled on top. The mushroom truffle pizza is a must-try!
google avatar

Zachariah S.

Yelp
Let me start by saying the best pizza I've ever had. And pizza is my favorite food so I've had my share. We had the pepperoni popper with all the kicks. That adds different cheeses and basil. This is a must. The crust was crunchy and soft and the same time. The ingredients with the hot honey seemed so fresh and good. My daughter who doesn't like pizza was trying to steal more. I really don't even know what to say that could accurately describe how good it is, but get the whole pizza even if you are hungry. You'll want it over and over again so be prepared.

Krystal M.

Yelp
Messed up my order and the service was poor. Overall really disappointed with my experience.
google avatar

Kimberly N.

Yelp
Miami Slice came highly recommended, and to be honest, I was a little skeptical -- sometimes when a spot gets a lot of hype, it doesn't always live up to it. But this place? Absolutely blew me away. Hands down, some of the best pizza I've had in a really long time. The crust was perfectly crisp with just the right amount of chew, the ingredients tasted fresh and thoughtfully layered, and every bite was packed with flavor. You can tell there's real care behind each pie. We loved it so much we ended up eating here twice during our three-day trip -- and I'd go back again in a heartbeat. If you're in Las Vegas and serious about pizza, don't skip this spot. It's more than worth the stop -- it's a destination. It's at the the FontaineBleau food court. Second floor.
google avatar

Angeli S.

Yelp
Pizza is my love language! Miami slice was such a good quick fix. The slices are big (but we had them cut in half so me and my husband can share them). It's located in the promenade of Fontainebleau. We got the margarita and the pepperoni proper with all the kicks. It did not disappoint. It had hot honey which was just delightful. Thin crust pizza with just the right amount of cheese goodness
google avatar

Daniel V.

Yelp
The proper pepperonis was to die for! Definitely ranks up there for one of the best pizza slices I've tried. The other was a miss, definitely felt it was good but too much for a pizza slice and fell apart very easily. Service was good!
google avatar

Eric M.

Yelp
A slice here is most definitely worth trying, despite the steep price. Paid $10 for a single pepperoni slice - sure, it's finished with some parmigiano reggiano and hot honey, but it's pretty much a pepperoni slice. To elaborate on the pepperoni slice, first a warning. Don't get it unless you really like honey, or tell them to go light honey or no honey on it. It was just too sweet unfortunately. Besides that, it was really an incredible slice of pizza. The crust is super, super thin. It's crispy, light and airy, absolutely zero flop. It's as perfect as it could get. The pepperoni itself was also really tasty. So I'd definitely recommend at least to try once regardless of price. Advise against the pepperoni slice just because of the excessive sweetness from the honey, unless that's your thing. Oh, and the employees were also very pleasant. Edit: honestly take back anything regarding price. I was hungry today so just went to some random pizza place that the cake boss dude owned. He charged $13 for a slice of cheese! Not even comparable to the pizza at Miami Slice. So apparently if double digits is the going rate in Vegas I guess $10 is reasonable
google avatar

Kylee O.

Yelp
Miami Slice is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Located in a small section in the food court of Fountainebleau is where you will find it. Both times it was under a ten minute wait which is perfect because I've seen a bunch of reviews with a wait of 1+ hour. We did come pretty late at night around 1AM and during the afternoon around 3PM. Our first experience we didn't really know what to order because we're not from the area. I've seen pictures pepperoni proper and just assumed that it came with all the add ons like cheese and basil but I was wrong. We didn't really know what all the kicks were and just assumed that it was an option to get it spicy. However, the lady was nice enough to just charge us separately to have everything on top which I was so grateful for because it tasted perfect with everything. It had the perfect amount of sweetness from the honey with the balance of basil and cheese, just perfection. The crust is also perfect as well as it was very thin and crispy. We loved it so much we decided to get it again that same night. We heard a different worker upselling and asking people if they wanted to add on all the kicks to their pepperoni which I think is great and very helpful for people who haven't been here before. The pizza is ranged from about $15 a slice to about $55 for a whole pizza. It may be a little pricey but totally worth it in my option. The only thing was that their sodas and water are about $7-$8 which I think is crazy when you're already paying that much for a slice of pizza. There's lots of seating here and the service is great. This is definitely in my books to return when i'm in Vegas again.
google avatar

Che H.

Yelp
5 star! I think this has to be the best slice of pizza i've had hands down. the dough was crisp the topping were all balanced. i'm just waiting for this place to open up in LA! if you're in the Fontainebleau LV you have to grab a bite here!! Highly recommend!
google avatar

Calvin L.

Yelp
Very good pizza at the Fontainebleau food court open late at night. The service sucks though and the pizza is pretty expensive, around $10 a slice. But it's quality pizza and it's open late so can't complain too much.
google avatar

LaMecia M.

Yelp
I knew this was no longer the Vegas of my 20s when we walked up to this place which met my low-price filter on Yelp, only to discover that was for a slice. Let me be clear $50 for a pizza? What in the world? Unfortunately we were tired and looking for something quick to eat because had arrived late and the hotel food court was the best option with our resort credit. That said, it still felt outrageous. The best option was to order a full pizza - we were told that it was going to be a 45 minute wait but we realized it was because they had a small oven and the line was long. The pizza was "ok" - we had peperoni and it was nothing outstanding about it to justify the price. I didn't return here for the rest of our stay - choosing some of the other options in the food court.
google avatar

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Grabbed a slice here and it was pretty good but it wasn't worth the price. It was a typical pizza- nothing to get excited or write home about but still tasty nonetheless.
google avatar

Denise C.

Yelp
honestly one of the best pizzas i've ever had. the crust and toppings are sooooo delicious, but especially the breading...it's nothing i've ever tasted before. the texture was crispy but also chewy which makes a perfect balance. i ordered the mushroom truffle and the flavors are bomb. the pepperoni was also so yummy; the hot honey added the perfect amount of sweetness to it. the slices were really filling too and HUGE. the ambiance was nice since it was in a clean hotel, but more food court vibes. the food came out pretty quick and fresh too, so service was great!
google avatar

Jonathan A.

Yelp
This pizza? Insane. I wasn't expecting to find one of the best slices I've ever had in a hotel food court -- but here we are. Got the Pepperoni Proper, and the combo of crispy edges, sweet-spicy pepperoni cups, honey drizzle, and that whipped cheese situation (whatever it is -- respect to the chef) took it to another level. That flavor combo shouldn't work on paper, but it hits in real life like a collab album you didn't see coming. Crust was light but held up, sauce was just the right amount tangy. It was giving flavor-layered and intentionally bold, not just trendy. Staff was great -- friendly, fast, and actually seemed hyped about the food, which always makes the experience better. They answered questions, gave solid recs, and kept it moving without rushing you. The food court setup inside Fontainebleau? Extremely clean, modern, and way more elevated than you'd expect. It's giving curated street food energy with resort polish. Felt like Action Bronson hosted a pizza pop-up in the Louvre. Yeah. That kind of unexpected. If you're at Fontainebleau, skip the overhyped reservations and slide here. This slice is that serious.

Yelp
We originally tried this place in Miami and we loved it, so to our surprise they opened up another location here in Vegas. Unlike the Miami location this one is located in a brand new food hall and has basically no line which was great for us. We ordered the pepperoni proper with all kicks which topped it off with some olive oil, some stracciatella. It took about 15 minutes to make, which gives you enough time to walk around to take a look at all the other places in the food hall. The pizza was a thin crust New York style pizza with crispy edges. The combination of sweet, and savory from the pepperoni and hot honey tasted amazing with the added olive oil and stracciatella. Definitely a flavor explosion that will alter your brain chemistry for sure. I've now tried both the pizza as it comes and with the add ons and would definitely recommend paying the extra $5 to elevate your slice. I know $15 dollars for a single slice of pizza is insane but it's definitely one of the best I've had.
google avatar

Latreca W.

Yelp
In Vegas Baby! I had to stop and get me a slice. The pepperoni proper! The pizza was fresh, fresh ingredients and the hot honey added was a nice touch, but the pizza does not come out with burrata mozzarella on top as advertised. Then it has a burnt taste even though it's not. Located in the Fountainblue. I would not go back to get another slice at this place.
google avatar

Natalie P.

Yelp
I love coming here when I'm in Vegas staying at the Fontainebleau. Their pizza is always fresh hot out the oven and the taste is amazing. I've only had their truffle pizza but can tell all the flavors are delicious by the way they look and the line there always is!

Yelp
We got a craving for pizza, and luckily, the Fountainebleu has the Miami Slice! We felt right at home since we are from Miami! It has a nice, upscale look to the place. Very clean and nicely decorated. Then we got to experience Vegas food prices! We decided to just share a slice of pizza...$15.50 for the slice. It was delicious, I must admit. My daughter loves Pistachios, so she ordered the little pistachio tart, ($9.00), and a chocolate cookie for later in the room ($6.00). Total: $37.63. Out of control. The service was friendly, good, and quick. You can eat at the restaurant at tables or at the bar, or take out. We decided to take out. We already had bottled water in our room. I didn't even want to ask how much they charge for a bottle of water. Bottom line: Despite the outrageous prices, their food was very good. Fair is fair. 4 stars.

Yelp
Pretty good pizza option at the Fountainbleau. They have a large food court on the 2nd floor so we decided to try the pizza at Miami Slice. It was very good! You can order individual slices or a whole pie. We got the whole pie since it was a better deal and would leave us with left overs for after the bars. Our server was very attentive. Not the best slice in Vegas but it was decent though a bit pricey. The location is a large food court so it's open with tons of seating.

Yelp
If New York style pizza could be elevated, this is it. I cannot believe I'm giving a pizza place that is this obscenely priced 5 stars, but somehow, confusingly, a pizza place from Miami in Las Vegas ended up serving me some of the best New York style pizza on par (and maybe even better?!) than some of the best of New York itself. Their pizza is thin and crispy but with enough integrity to hold everything together. All the ingredients are perfectly balanced, and the hot honey on the Pepperoni Proper hits perfectly. The Margherita a de la Casa is also good, but the Mushroom Truffle might take the crown as my favorite here. I've been here a few times now and the quality has always been consistent every time regardless if they're busy or not. I wonder if they could make their boxes for single slices smaller though. I'm not sure why they chose such enormous dimensions for one lonely slice of pizza.

Yelp
I'm on a personal mission to eat all the best pizza in the world...I'm a fan of all styles, as long as it's the best of that style...I'm happy with Chicago, Detroit, grandma, pan...as long as it's great and authentic. My heat, though, is with NYC Style slices. Not regular restaurant pizza that they call "NY Style" but real NY slice, thin and crispy with the right amount of sauce and cheese. They either know what they're doing or they don't. Miami Slice knows what they're doing when it comes to NYC slices. I rushed to the line after the concert at the nearby hotel theater let out....I realized, even though it wasn't that long, that I could be seated at the "slice bar" or in the dining area and not have to stand in line. So I opted to do that since it gave me a built-in place to eat my slice. I typically get a cheese slice at a place I've never been to before...just so I can measure the baseline of what they're doing. That having been said, I couldn't resist getting the cheese slice (which they call "Margherita de la Casa") with their "All Kicks" style. All Kicks means they'll add lumps of soft stracciatella cheese, basil and hot honey. It was too indulgent not to give it a go...I figured I'd be able to tell if it was a legit NYC slice underneath those additions. I'd have to say I made the right choice. This indulgent slice, with that gooey extra soft cheese on top and the slight kick of the hot honey, didn't take away from the slice experience at all. I've been dreaming about this slice since I had it. I want to go back to Las Vegas and have it again. This slice may be worth a trip to Vegas on its own. They've also got a Mushroom Truffle slice which looked out of site and if they could do "Leeks on Bacon" without the bacon, (vegetarian here) I'd give that one a go too. Service at the slice bar where I was sitting was quick and friendly. There is a lot of great NYC style pizza in Las Vegas but you definitely won't go wrong choosing this spot. Go "All Kicks." You deserve it.

Yelp
Just a really expensive slice of pizza. We went here after a concert. We were one of the first people in line. The woman at the counter was so frazzled. I had to wait about 15 minutes to order because the couple in front was asking so many questions! I waited another 15 minutes for a slice! The honey didn't really do anything for the taste of the pizza, and the sauce was just plain tomato paste. Good grief! The slice was lacking cheese , but on a positive note, there was plenty of pepperoni on the slice. Ordered this and a Coke Zero, cost just a tad under $20. Not worth it.
