Google
I came here on a chilly Saturday night (no pun intended) to get a fine bowl of beef noodle soup and some dumplings and that's exactly what I got. The menu is via a QR code and you can customize your soup to your liking. I think next time I'll get less chili oil just so it's a little less oily for me. I think I got medium spice level and it wasn't too bad. The beef noodle soup was very tasty, noodles were cooked well and the beef itself very tender and delicious. The pork dumplings were plump, juicy and the skin wasn't too thicc. Service was reasonably fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and I would come back again. I'd give this spot a closer 4.3 to 4.4 rather than Google making stick to whole numbers. Until the next food adventure.

Google
I came here with my family for a new restaurant in the area wasn't disappointed. Service was fast and decently friendly, the restaurant was clean and had an interesting aesthetic. We got the century egg tofu appetizier and also the beef rolls both were pretty good though the beef rolls were too sweet in my opinion and kind of small. All of us liked our noodles, I got the location special super beef noodle or something that has beef rib, sliced beef shank, and beef belly. The meat was super good and the broth was flavorful though I'd recommend having level 2 or 3 spice level, I got daunted and got level 1 but it wasn't really spicy. Definitely coming back with my friends.

If you are looking for a decent place to get some really good dry noodle, go to Mian in Rowland Heights. Here's what we ordered and here are my ratings: * Chengdu Zajiang Noodle - $13.00. 4.5 out of 5 stars. The dry noodle did not disappoint and was the star of the show with the fried egg and bok choy on top. I would come back just for this dish alone, and probably will. * House Beef Noodles - $15.00. 3.out of 5 stars. We weren't as big of fans of the beef noodle soup and think there are better options in the Rowland area. The meat was tougher and dryer, and the noodles were overcooked. * Beef in chili sauce. 4 out of 5 stars. This appetizer packs a punch with the chili. * French Fries - rate 4.5 out of 5. This was a surprisingly tasty dish to have on the side. Definitely order it. You won't be disappointed! It was very easy to get a table at this restaurant (no long wait). There is ample parking for all of the restaurants in this complex.

Google
Around 4.2-4.5 ⭐. Service is good. Prices are okay based on food quality. The beef (tender) is in a good flavor but soup is a little bit salty. Sour and spicy wonton is pretty good! Recommended people who want Szechuan food or spicy

Melodii

Google
Absolutely delicious noodles with authentic broths and fresh toppings. For the price, you cannot beat it.

Google
Order the pork dumplings, will not regret it. Order video Mobile qr code scan If you haven't had szcheon style noodles and cuisine, keep in mind the food can be on the oiler side. Spice is more like a slow burn spice as a flavor with a tingling and numbing sensation. You're dishes are mixed with sour and pickled flavors with spice or sweetness. Great service, ambience is clean and modern look. I forgot about the spice flavor before ordering.

Google
Beef roll is amazing and must try,for noodles just okay 😬

Google
I personally did not like the noodles as much. It’s chewy and bouncy but didn’t have any flavors. The soup flavor just slides off the noodles.. the soup is great though! You can get extra noodles for free! Only for dine-in! We ordered Wood ear and it’s pretty pricey for a little container.. The interior is nice and spacious. It’s located right next to the food court!

Kimberly W.

Yelp
Got the pork rib noodle soup for pick up. Was ready by the time I arrived, around 20 minutes. Food was very delicious and not too spicy! Noodles had the perfect texture and the ribs were very tender. Love that they separate the noodles and soup so that you can add the fresh noodles in when you're ready.

Khaing A.

Yelp
This is my favorite Mian location so far (I have been to a few other locations). I feel like their portions are generous (most intestine I have gotten) and the quality has been consistent. I recommend less salty and less oily if you want the cleaner taste of the soup. My favorite are pork ribs, pork belly and intestine noodles soup. Beef was just okay because it was quite chewy and tough last time I got it. I really love the texture of the noodles here. It is nice that you can order through your phone and choose the spice levels or customize your order. The orders come out pretty quick too. The ambiance was great. The place looked new and clean with decent amount of seating. I was surprised that it was pretty empty on a Friday night. Parking or seating has never been an issue. This is my comfort food (quick and hearty noodles soup with a mala kick) and I highly recommend it.

Brian L.

Yelp
Came for lunch and everyone was pretty hungover. I ordered the pig ear and pig intestines to split, they were very flavorful but too oily for the occasion. I got the beef noodle soup for myself and had a hard time finishing it just because of my torn up insides. It's solid but was just too heavy. Food is good, been here before and will still keep coming back. Just not the day for it.

Yelp
AMBIANCE - Located towards the end of a plaza, you enter a pretty luxurious feeling restaurant inside with wicker baskets on the wall, mesh light fixtures, warm lighting. There's plenty of parking but I can see it getting busy. FOOD - I ordered their House Beef Noodle Soup with a side of intestines. This was such a warming and hearty bowl of noodles that I loved! The braised beef was soft and perfectly cooked to my liking. The noodles were smooth and delicious, while the broth itself was the highlight for me. It was incredibly flavorful and spicy enough to get a nice kick. I would absolutely order this. The side of intestines was just a recommendation from a friend, and although I loved it, I could've gone without it. Still very tasty! SERVICE - Nice, decent service. No complaints!

Jessica P.

Yelp
Clean and modern Sichuan noodle shop. We came around 7:30pm and they were about to do last call already. We ordered the braised beef noodle soup, zajiang noodles and the gyozas. The zajiang noodles had more of a kick to it and was more flavorful. I'm not a big beef noodle soup girl so it tasted just okay to me. The gyozas were crispy and delicious!

Yelp
All dishes ordered look great and taste amazing. The steam egg was particularly fantastic.

Katie C.

Yelp
They don't turn on AC in this restaurant, felt really stuffy and hot. We were sweating. Will not be returning, found a piece of blue nail polish in my broth. Another time we found a piece of plastic bag. There definitely were some toxins and chemicals boiled into the broth. Beef noodle soup had a thick layer of chili oil, very greasy. We had to ask for a small bowl to skim some of it off. Pork Dumplings was alright. Pork filling was pretty small compared to the amount of wrapper.

Eva C.

Yelp
Didn't know this was a chain till we saw menu, but food was delicious. We ordered various noodle soups and with so much new restaurants popping up everywhere, can easily get lost in the background. I created my own dish from a few different sides including the steamed egg with minced meat which was the STAR imo and added spicy tripe (which is really stomach) and nope go rice. I think it's a great hack if u r on a budget and eating light.

Sandy K.

Yelp
This is the spot for all noodles! There was plenty of parking in the lot and it does separate from the plaza right next to it. There was no line when we came on a weekend during lunch and we got to pick where we wanted to sit. You scan their menu and order directly on your phone. The food came out very quick as well. Fried pork- This was very crispy and the portion was generous. The spicy powder did get to you after awhile! House beef noodle- We ordered a spice level of 3 and it wasn't too spicy. It had a hint of spicy but very tolerable. They gave plenty of meat in the soup as well. The broth was very flavorful! Zhajiang noodle- This was decent and filling too! I believe the yellow things are chickpeas and there was even an egg too! It had a distinct taste but portion was great.

Kevin X.

Yelp
Great location, the spice here is appropriate and the flavor is fragrant. I like the convenience of ordering via QR code. Service is fast and friendly.

Leticia L.

Yelp
Visited MIAN for the first time this past weekend as per my sister's recommendation. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the staff. They bring out the water as soon as you sit. Each table has a QR code to access the menu and to allow each person in the party to add items. We ordered the appetizer set which comes with 6 different cold appetizers and the cumin fries. The cumin fries were delicious! The fries are crinkle cut fries who are seasoned with cumin and sweet spices...the contrast of the cumin and the sweet spices is exceptional, highly recommend this item! For my main entree, I ordered the spare rib noodle soup, the broth is spicy (mild level) and rich; comes with a generous amount of noodles and spare rib piece. Everybody in our party thoroughly enjoyed our experience at MIAN. Can't wait to come back to try the other items in the menu.

Derek T.

Yelp
If you like the numbing sensation of spice encompassing your body at prices that haven't seen the worst of inflation yet, then you gotta try Mian out. It's a Michelin guide Szechuan restaurant that serves noodles on noodles. First, get some appetizers like their wood ear fungus, cucumbers, or peanuts. They're cool and refreshing to start out with before you move onto their fries. I know I know, it sounds weird, but their fries are pretty amazing. It's a nice mix of spicy and sweet that's unique from other fries you may have. Now, the noodles. The zhazhiang noodles is probably the first thing you should go for. Mix it all in for that delicious numbing spicy with a healthy side of veggies, ground pork, and egg with noodles. If you want soup, then the beef noodle soup is a great alternative. Lots of beef, lots of veggies, lots of noodles, lots of spice, can't go wrong with that. The mapo tofu was okay, it's not bad but I'm a little biased towards the one I make at home but I digress. Otherwise, service is quick, you order via QR code, and it's not too crowded that you ever wait long. So eat here time and time again for a good time, just maybe not every day lest you develop a gastric ulcer or GERD.

Tania T.

Yelp
This place was not as crowded when we visited on a Saturday around lunch time. The parking lot here gets very packed because there are so many different restaurants and vendors in the plaza. The restaurant itself is very well lit, clean and has very nice decorations. The food menu is a QR code so you order via your phone. The utensils and water will be provided by the wait staff. They use to serve complementary mung bean drinks but they no longer do so. You can still have them at $6 a pitcher. The food came out not long after we ordered. We got the cold noodle, zhaijiang hot noodle, and pork dumplings with varying spice levels. Their Szechuan spice has got some bite to it and it will leave your mouth numb, so be careful when choosing your spice level. The pork Dumpling is definitely my all time favorite here. I love the garlic and spice as it coat the dumplings. The aroma and taste is just so delicious!

Young L.

Yelp
I've only tried the beef noodle soup from Mian, but their beef noodle soup is my favorite in the area. Fragrant and right level of spicy! It's so good although a tiny bit oily. I can't wait to try more from here.

Timothy L.

Yelp
Came here for the first time and ordered the Zajiang noodles with peas. It's pretty tasty and the portion size is filling. I chose to get a level 3 medium hot spicy level and it had me breaking a sweat haha. The menu has a lot of variety options such as rice bowls, rice noodles, glass noodles, vege options, dumplings, and hot and cold appetizers. They also have add ons items that you can add with your dish. The service is fast and you order by the QR code on the table. The inside is pretty nice with a lot of seatings!

Tiffany C.

Yelp
The MIAN in OC really does not compare to their other locations in more Asian areas. The noodles were so flavorful and could've been even more spicier when i chose their highest level of spicy. Nonetheless, the dumplings and zhajiang mian i ordered was very flavorful with that signature numbing spice. The cucumber salad was also very refreshing but could've been a bit more pickled for my preference. There was plentiful of seating inside and parking in the plaza when we arrived on Saturday afternoon. You order using the QR code and they bring the check out to you at the end.

Trinh T.

Yelp
Food: - Dan Dan Noodles (Mild): (4/5) A flavorful dish but was on the saltier side - Pork Dumplings (Mild): (4/5) The spice level is subjective, but going spicier than mild is recommended! - Sichuan Hot & Sour Noodles (Vegetarian, Mild Spicy): (2/5) While personal preferences play a role, this dish may not appeal to those averse to sour soups. It's more of an acquired taste. To me, the soup flavor was a bit strange and not that enjoyable. Service: - There is a phone-order system by scanning a QR code upon seating. There are no physical menus and they do not take your orders. It is all mobile. The service overall was decent. Ambiance: - The interior is nicely decorated and very clean, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. It wasn't overly packed and crowded either

Lauren L.

Yelp
I love Mian! Don't come here often but every time was a good experience. The beef noodles is a must (even level 1 is super spicy so beware). This time I tried the sour soup with sliced beef with rice noodles and it was so good! I don't think they previously had rice noodles (my fav) but I could be wrong. GET THE STEAMED EGGS TOO! Service is attentive and friendly! Parking can be busy.

Alice K.

Yelp
The exterior and interior really transported me back to China. It has a very nice aesthetic. I ordered the sour and spicy pork with rice noodles, medium spicy. Medium spice was soooo spicy!! You better watch out if you don't have the tolerance. My friends got level 2 spice braised beef noodle soup and the chengdu zhajiang noodles. Both were also really good. The food came out right away! Everything went really well with the mung bean soup.

John D.

Yelp
Food Quality: Tan Tan Noodles The noodles were super delicious! They had a nice chewy texture and since I got it extra spice, there was a good amount of spice, especially at the bottom. I wished there would be more spice, but overall, the dish was fine. They were very generous with the portions. (4.8/5) Mapo Tofu with Meat and Noodles I felt like the flavor could be stronger overall and more savory. The spice level was fine for mild. They were also very generous with the portions as well. There was a significant soapy aftertaste for some reason, but the chili oil included in the dish was very tasty. (4/5) Service: The service was fine. They had a pretty slight delay with the Tan Tan Noodles, but it wasn't super long. It took around 10 minutes for the Mapo Tofu to arrive, but around 20 for my Tan Tan. They give you a big water jug to refill your drinks. (3.8/5) Ambiance: I really liked the ambiance here! The interior was very modern and super clean. There are also plenty of seats as well for your liking! (5/5) Value: Overall, the dishes here were super affordable, especially with the generous portions they serve! I would come back here again for lunch. (5/5) Location: It is located within a small plaza so parking should not be an issue (5/5)

Mary Ann V.

Yelp
I was looking at YouTube influencers eating in Las Vegas that had me craving for Chinese noodles. Why go to Vegas when i can have it in my own backyard! RH does not disappoint with the glut of Chinese and Asian cuisine. I looked up Mian, it is delicious! I ordered two items for pick up - zajaing noodles with peas (which when I think of peas I think of green peas, but it looked more like garbanzo beans); Chao shou. Both were delicious! I'd come back again

Johnson L.

Yelp
Used to like this place a lot but stomach hurts every time I eat here now and the prices are high now

Alyssa H.

Yelp
I love Mian but honestly there's only one thing to get here, 成都雜醬面 Chengdu Zajiang Noodles. All the other dishes I try here are good but not spectacular. Respectfully, I'd pass on the Chili Oil dumplings as I don't like the filling. The service is always so quick, kind, and friendly. The ambiance is comfy, cozy, and modern.

Johanna A.

Yelp
Love this place! My new fav noodle spot! The dumplings are so good. The staff is friendly every time I go in

C W.

Yelp
Authentic Taiwanese dishes and "tapas" that you cannot get anywhere else. Superb service as well. This is a must try!

Esther F.

Yelp
Amazing food and flavor. I love their spicy sour noodles. It's perfectly cooked and I love the ingredients it comes with.

Vy D.

Yelp
Come with me to this Michelin recommended noodle spot. It's soooo good! Highlights of the menu: 1. Chengdu beef jerky 2. Crispy skin chicken 3. Ma po tofu & minced pork noodles

Siddhartha G.

Yelp
Tried the sichuan hot and sour noodles, but they turned out to be just sour. It was tough getting thru the bowl, especially when you know it's refined carbs, I ended up leaving most of it. My gf's beef noodles were fairly basic, nothing to write home about. Worth coming back next time we're in Walnut to maybe try some other of their dryer numbing noodles.

Ada Z.

Yelp
I haven't been to mian in years, but it was my first time at this location. However, so much has changed. They used to offer extra noodles and the mung bean soup for free at the san gabriel location, but I'm not sure if that is different from store to store or it's a permanent change. We ordered their zajiang noodles with peas and chengdu zajiang noodles. We ordered the dishes in mild (1) and less spicy (2), and we were able to handle both spice levels (we normally only order foods in mild). The noodles were very flavorful, so it got a bit too salty towards the end. I haven't been here in ages, so I was pretty surprised with everything that got removed. Mian used to be one of my favorite noodle places, especially all the little extra things that they once offered. Now, it just feels like any other noodle shop. Closer to 3.5/5, but I rounded up.

Mimi L.

Yelp
We ordered Uber Eats from this location a few times, I have to say that I agree with the high ratings on yelp! Everything we had was delicious, the menu is extensive with good limited vegetarian / vegan items. The deliveries were fast and foods were very well packed. We have tried beef noodle soup, chicken noodle soup, vegan mapo tofu noodle, vegetarian spicy and sour noodle soup. The textures of the noodles were perfect. Side items like tofu with century egg salad (pidan tofu), wood ear mushroom salad and spicy radish were great to go with any noodles. Definitely a great place for food delivery whenever we crave noodles!

Matthew O.

Yelp
Mian was a fantastic restaurant! The food was delicious, service was fast and efficient, and the interior ambiance was on point. I tried three items here and loved it all. The appetizer of cucumber, wood ear fungus, and tofu sheets was deliciously refreshing. It had some great crunch and flavor from the cucumber and wood ear fungus. The spicy noodles with beef was spicy and numbing, but absolutely perfect for a cool night. Loved the crunch and texture provided by the crushed peanuts. Finally, the spicy wontons was delicious. Loved the vinegar and chili sauce that the wontons were soaking in. Fantastic restaurant that I would come back to again and again! :)

Josh K.

Yelp
Yummy food. House beef rice noodles has the most tender beef with delicate rice noodles. Sweet and sour seaweed is so refreshing; it goes well with anything. Good service as well.

Grace C.

Yelp
Food is super yummy! Ambiance is also nice. The service is spotty. I think the food here is a bit on the pricier compared to other Chinese noodle joints around the area. They now have a virtual menu: https://www.fetail.com/storev2/shop?store_id=12&t=1589154164

Dario D.

Yelp
Nice cozy restaurant serving authentic Sichuan style noodles. Noodles are "Al dente" and that's a plus!!! Quick and friendly service. All dishes have a unique and yummy flavor. A must try.

Jonathan K.

Yelp
Oh me, oh Mian Mian was so good, for a chain I expected good beef noodle soup, but this whole meal was a next level They have a promo where if you post on socials you get a free cold appetizer, the wood ear mushrooms were cold and spicy and packed with flavor The beef noodle bowl had a good mix of Szechuan peppercorn and pepper and felt the warm numbing in each bite, but I also couldn't get enough. The noodles had a good chew, the beef was soft and tender, and it all came together with the broth Hot or cold days, this place needs to be on your list

Camille R.

Yelp
This place has been on my foodie bucket list since 2020, and I finally had an excuse to come. Met up with an old co-worker early afternoon so there was literally no one there for dinner yet. It had a nice, mostly wooden looking asthetic. I love that you can adjust the spiciness level on pretty much everything! I've had Sichuan before, so I know how crazy hot it can be. I ordered the Chengdu Zajiang noodles with a side of mapo tofu. We split pork chili dumplings and he had the Sichuan hot and sour noodles. We were served water, and they were pretty good at refilling it. It was definitely needed! They asked if there was anything else we want to order, and I was thinking about it, but just being asked was great. Don't get that too often. There's a location in San Gabriel, which is more close to home for me. Definitely will visit that one when I get a chance!

Mona Jane O.

Yelp
Came in for lunch on New Year's Day. I really liked the decor inside the restaurant, it was unique. We ordered the cold appetizer set to start, and I got the clear broth zajiang noodles for my main dish. You order through the QR code on the table and add the items to your cart, then they will bring your order out. The cold appetizers were good, I enjoyed the sweet and sour seaweed and pickled cucumber the most. For my noodles, I asked for less oil and salt. The broth still had great flavor, but I wish it had more veggies and an egg included. Overall, the food was good and the prices were decent. The service was also quick. I would come back again to other items on their menu.

Jack L.

Yelp
I've been to the San Gabriel location many a times and had good experiences. Stopped by this Rowland Heights location and was very disappointed. We each ordered the spicy beef noodle and a shared beef stomach appetizer. The appetizer was actually decent but the soup was lacking, no flavor, and I don't know why this location just isn't as good as the others. To top it off, there were only 3 or 4 tables and they brought us the wrong table's check.. Unfortunately we paid it as we were in a rush and didn't realize why it was $10 more than what we were expecting until after the charge was made. It took the employee another 15 minutes to figure out how to undo it and whatnot, but he instead came back with $2 in cash and said hey please take the $2 because it'd be the difference in price.. No, it was closer to $10 but we were in a rush so we took it and left. I don't see any reason to come back to this location.

Misa O.

Yelp
The dishes here are a hit or a miss but the hits are HITS! The House Beef Noodles / Beef Noodle Soup lacked flavor but the Chengdu Zajiang Noodles were delicious and not at all numbing. The Chili Oil Dumplings also lacked flavor but the Pork Dumplings were incredibly juicy and flavorful. Usually, a place's dishes have to at least mostly taste good for five stars from me but I just loved the Chengdu Zajiang Noodles and Pork Dumplings so much that this place deserves the five. I definitely recommend it!

Jin Yun C.

Yelp
If I could give zero stars I would do so. Brought my family into the restaurant and sat down. Went to order and my elderly mom asked a question. The waitress was super rude then went to huddle with the other waitresses and they were obviously were talking smack about us. With this unwarranted reaction, I decided to leave without bothering to order. If you are going to run a restaurant business, best to be nice and have good customer service otherwise customers will not want to bother eating there.

Raneem K.

Yelp
Came here a few months ago with my friends and it was my first time trying out Sichuan Noodles. I have to disclaimer that I was not prepared for the spice. This is meal is not for the weak, but it is soooo delicious. The service was decent, our server helped us decide what to get from the menu since they have many options. There is good seating inside the restaurant and there were many to go orders being placed while we were there . The food came out quickly, it was delicious and I wish definitely go again!

Adrianne W.

Yelp
Spicy noodles always hits the spot! Service was quick and easy we ordered from our phones. Mian is famous for their Szechuan spice but we made sure to order mild as I can't handle too much spice.

Vienna W.

Yelp
It's pretty cool where you scan and order from QR code and it serves the table. The food is pretty good and it has a simple design for groups of 10. The food is mostly Chinese and a bit spicy. It's good for something simple but unique. Pretty good to bring a friend

Guido K.

Yelp
I googled "best Chinese in LA" and then this popped up as the #1 place. So we drove - and had a very good meal. However, if you expect the classic Chinese dishes, you will be disappointed. This is Shezuan, "a different animal". So no rice, no sweet-and-sour-this-and-that. So be prepared for very spicy Szechuan food. Noodles. No rice. Try the dumplings, they were delicious. We ordered mild (1 out of 5 spice degrees) and we were burning inside (we had two separate orders of dumplings - but spice grade 1. There is no consistency, so be careful). So if spicy is what you are "in" for, you'll love it. The ambiance is sort of authentic ;-) - the sign on how to use the toilet (outside the restaurant in the alley) says more than words. But then, it was $100 all-in for the four of us only. My advice: I could barely understand the service language. Better check the menu before you go. As we were first-timers, I wanted to share three starters and three mains among the four of us and leave it up to the waitress to make us explore - she did not understand. I asked if they served beer. The answer was "noodles or dumplings". :-)

Maggie C.

Yelp
Tried out this restaurant after hearing a lot of good things about it, but it just wasn't for me. The interior is really clean and well decorated, and the staff are nice. Slight language barrier but The current way to order is to scan a QR code provided on the table and input your order, but it was a bit confusing for our large group. We weren't sure whether the orders would sync up (since one person would pay the bill + 4 different QR table codes), and it was difficult to get the server's attention for clarification. The beef in chili oil was probably my favorite item that was ordered. The flavor and spice all packed a punch, super yummy. Cucumber salad was underwhelming, not a lot of taste and barely salty. For the noodles I ordered, I wasn't a big fan. There wasn't a great balance of spices, it mostly tasted like Chinese spices and no other flavor. My bowl did come out very warm, but the food itself was barely lukewarm. Maybe this type of Chinese cuisine isn't what I was used to, but I'd like to give this another shot since I saw a few other items on the menu that I was interested in.

Mika L.

Yelp
This place is always great every time I come! Great service, clean tables, and the noodles are reliably delicious. This time we ordered Tan Tan Noodles, Sour Soup Beef Noodles, Clear Broth Beef Noodles, and Tomato Beef Noodles. All came hot with large portions! The clear broth noodles are great for people who can't take any spice at all. The broth remains super flavorful and doesn't have even a hint of spiciness. The tan tan noodles were my favorite and there was a generous amount of meat under an even more generous amount of noodles.

Suz C.

Yelp
Really good noodle place. They have THE most tender pork belly and sliced beef! Only place I've seen that had a pork belly noodle option. They also have the traditional pork belly rice plate, which I was tempted to get but decided to live on the edge and try the noodle option instead. The beef roll pancake was a bit of a pass, the hot and sour shaoshou was interesting, but the vinegar sort of overpowered it. The clear broth beef noodle and pork belly noodle was exceptional. Would love if they offered more noodle choices like egg noodle, vermicelli, flat noodle but sadly they do not have that option yet. The ground pork steam egg was so good. Filled with nostalgia of days when I was growing up. And best part of it all, they give a large carafe of mung bean soup to drink. Not sure if it's refillable though. The ordering is online with bar code, big, big plus. The food comes out quick! Huge, extensive menu with lots of food options. It might take a while to try them all, which I don't mind ;D
