Where to Find the Best Bets for Asian Food in Chinatown

"Chef Tony Xu’s Mian is built around a menu of zhajiangmian-style noodles, found in the Chinese city of Chongqing (a municipality located 167 miles from Chengdu, the source for Xu’s earlier success, Chengdu Taste). Bold flavors and spice highlight the menu that includes black fungus, steamed egg, minced pork, and beef in chili sauce. Special gizzard, beef pickled noodles, spare ribs, and piquant intestine are some of the favorites, while add-ons include fried eggs, beef, intestine, ba-wan bean, and spare ribs." - Janna Karel

10 Places To Slurp Fresh, Housemade Noodles in Las Vegas

"Incredible restaurants are so prevalent in Chinatown that it can be hard to choose. If the day or evening calls for hand-pulled noodles, Mian Sichuan Noodles is a can’t-miss option that’s known for its spicy hot and sour noodles and hearty spare rib noodles. Entrees tend to be on the spicier side here, but the restaurant is happy to customize heat level." - Janna Karel

First time eating Mian was the Honolulu location and it was so good my wife and I went twice. Then saw this spot in Las Vegas, thus had to go! Was on point and delicious as expected! 😃 Got the tomato beef stew(?) noodles, non spicy dish, was just right for me.

I came here after a Buddhist meeting with my pals and I absolutely loved it! Hand-made noodles in the house beef noodle soup were tender, scrumptious and delightfully divine (see 5th pic)! The broth was so flavorful, interesting, and spicy, too. I didn’t like the texture or the cut of the thick beef slices in the house beef noodle soup, though - they tasted dry and felt tough, gristly and fatty/chewy - the beef was my only complaint. My friend from Taiwan said that cut of beef is common in authentic Chinese noodle soups - I just didn’t care for it. The rest of the soup was so delicious and flavorful. I enjoyed the fresh green onions and beautifully green and tender bok choy so I would totally return. I will just order a different protein, next time. I also LOVED the spicy pork dumplings with hot and sweet chilli paste that our other friend ordered (see 1st photo) - I could order two of those and pig out. Try a few entrees and see for yourself!

Google
I highly recommen ded if you craving for noodle and spicy food. You won't believe it in Las Vegas. You can find $3 us appetizer. They don't have a picture menu. You have to scan it. I came two days in a row. I tried the beef noodle soup tomato noodle soup and cucumber appetizer . They are excellent and also don't forget order the dessert only $6.

Google
This place has some really really good noodles. The Chongqing style noodles were excellent. The numbness was not too overpowering and the flavors were just in point. The dumplings in the broth were also delicious. Overall, had a great experience and good meal.

Google
More like 3.5/5 overall Pork rib noodle soup: 3/5 my bf had one bite and started fixing it up. He said it just tasted salty without much flavor. Tofu with minced pork: 4.5/5 this was my favorite among the three items we ordered Hot and sour chaoshou: 4/5 it was fine, not the best I've had Overall it was okay. My journey to find a good sichuan place in Vegas will continue

Google
We had heard great things about Mian, so we decided to come here for lunch on our last day in Vegas. As it was a weekday, the place wasn’t crowded but still a good amount of people. Once you sit down at a table, you scan the QR code for the menu, and you also order from your phone as well. After you order, they deliver the food straight to your table which is great. We ordered a variety of dishes from spicy beef noodles, chili oil dumplings, steamed eggs with minced pork, spicy radish, and Chengdu ZaJiang and honestly everything was amazing. Each dish is packed with flavors and also very affordable. Fair warning though that spice is the focal point of many of the dishes here, but there are certainly dishes that are without spice that are still really good. I highly recommend checking out Mian out if you are in Vegas (or a Vegas local) as I’ll definitely be back next time I am visiting.

Google
The food was the most authentic I've had since I left Asia. The restaurant was a very nice and cozy place with friendly waiters and hosts. I loved the atmosphere, it really felt like I was back in Asia surrounded by tourists. I loved every bit of the food. The portions were very good in size and quantity. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. They even had my favorite noodle dish!

Google
I walked in to great ambiance and delicious smell of authentic Chinese food. The place is well lit, clean, and has a very customer friendly menu -- easy to understand what the options are, which is spicy, and which is soupy. I'd like to stay unbiased for this review since I personally do not enjoy and cannot eat any spicy food, but from what I can see and smell off of the spicy dishes we ordered, they are legit. Just beware if you don't eat spicy food, your only noodle options will have no meat in them. Some non-spicy options I enjoyed are the minced pork steam egg and the non-spicy wonton. I'd come back again to take friends here -- especially ones who like the spicy Sichuan style.

Yelp
I actually intended to go to a restaurant upstairs in the same shopping center, one I'd been looking forward to returning to for years, but I saw pictures of noodles on the window and started to go weak. Add on top the fact my husband would pick beef noodles over Japanese food any day, and I was sold. We had the spicy beef noodles which were delicious and aggressive. Wood ear salad was refreshing, crisp, and flavorful. Spicy wontons were good, but the noodles were better. I liked the spicy beef side dish a lot, but the flavor profile was very similar to the noodles so maybe if I were to do it over again I might have tried a different side dish. The whole meal really hit the spot. I did not regret my decision to change course and come here instead.

Yelp
This place tastes just like the neighborhood noodle shops in Leshan or Chengdu. It actually made me nostalgic. 真的四川面 It's the only authentic Sichuan noodle in Vegas. There are other good Chinese noodle shops in Vegas, but they're not Sichuan style. This is. Smell the broth - it has 花椒油. Amazing. Noodles have a good hand pulled texture and are al dente. I used to not care that much for this place, but they improved the noodle quality, lowered the price, and improved the flavor. Service is decent. You order from a QR code, the waiter delivers, you pay at the end. I think it would make more sense where you pay first up front on a tablet, then sit down, just like in China.

Yelp
Has to be tried to be believed. The amazing blend of their Chiles and peppers (in any level spicy) leaves your mouth tingling and radiant, but not in a painful way at all. Think about dragons. They breathe fire but are untouched by the flames. If you ever wanted to imagine what it must feel like to be a fire breathing dragon, this place got options. Dont take my word for it. Try it yourself.

Yelp
Ehhh, what's all the hype about? Went here for my Mother in law's birthday lunch and a few of us really disliked our food. I ordered Chengdu Zajiang Noodle which is one of the popular items. The sauce just had a weird flavor to it, maybe a spice I'm not used to? My son even said it tasted weird. The noodles were super fresh and chewy but man the sauce ruined the whole dish for me. There were a couple other dishes that tasted good like the Chengdu Potato Snack (French fries) and the Chili oil wontons. But other than that, I don't think the place is for me unfortunately.

Yelp

Yelp
The chaoshou is so good. Also really enjoyed the clear broth beef noodle soup. Not a fan of the spicy one.. doesn't do it for me flavor-wise. The sides are really well portioned and priced compared to other locations. The beef roll is okay. Only qualm is that service at this location is repeatedly lacking.

Yelp
Popped in for a quick afternoon snack, and there was no wait to be seated. Perusing the menu via QR code, we decided to share a House Beef Noodle Soup, which was tasty but not quite as amazing as we remembered from past visits. Despite the bowl *appearing* super spicy, there wasn't as much of the signature mouth-tingling Sichuan peppercorn as we expected, and the beef seemed a bit less tender and more gristly than before. Even so, the broth was flavorful and the hand-pulled noodles excellent as usual.

Yelp
Great traditional Chinese cuisine [Las Vegas NV] Mian is just below Crown Bakery on the first level in Las Vegas Chinatown. They specialize in Sichuan style food. Ordering is all through the QR Code on each table. We ordered online and paid later. We got the Pork Dumpling, the Pork Pan Fried Dumpling and hubby ordered a side of Fried Egg. Is there a reason why the fried egg and the pork pan fried dumplings were served upside down? Not sure why but I was just curious. The dumplings were delicious... both of them. I'm not fond of spicy foods but the spice on the Pork Dumpling was tolerable. Service was friendly and accommodating. There was a slight language barrier but it was all good at the end and our orders were correct. The prices were also reasonable. They were recognized the Bib Gourmand in 2019. They have ample parking on a private parking lot. Will definitely be back to try other specialities on their menu. In Chinese, Mian means noodles. Review #3094

Yelp
As a Sichuan native, this noodle house is very authentic! The appetizer and noodles are all very delicious and sichuan flavor. If you like noodle, must try this one!

Yelp
Decent service for a Chinatown spot (you're given a carafe of water; you can order on your phone; the food came within 10 minutes on a Saturday at 3pm when only 2 other tables were there) Very satisfying food. On this recent visit, I enjoyed the spicy black fungus and the intestine noodle soup (more on those to come). But on my first visit 2 months ago, the house beef noodle was very good. The soup was savory, beefy, a little spicy; the beef was so tender and delicious. On this more recent visit... Spicy black fungus - the vinegar was pretty strong in this dish, but I enjoy that. It's not spicy at all, but you do get a hint of sesame oil and garlic. This dish is the perfect palate cleanser for the savory entrees. Piquant intestine noodle - The intestine was cooked/seasoned perfectly, and the noodles had good chew. However, this soup did not have as much dimension as the beef noodle soup

Yelp
Mian really hits the spot if you're looking for noodles. Service is a bit eh when you first come in. But you kinda expect that with these types of traditional places. You're here for the authentic food. Which is what you get here. We got Sichuan Cold Noodles which were amazing it has the perfect amount of spice. The House Beef Noodle was also a great choice.

Yelp
Yay! So happy I was able to visit Miàn while I was in Las Vegas I came here right around opening and already a couple tables were occupied - this place can fill up quickly since there isn't a lot of seating, I'd say 35 persons max ~ a group of 10-15 ppl arrived after we placed our order so we just beat the rush haha Miàn (means noodle in Chinese) specializes in.. yup you guessed it, noodle soups and dry noodles haha they also offer some appetizers as well Gf and I opt for: Chengdu Style Potato Snack ~ flavorful but a bit too spicy for me (I like a little spicy but not so much the chili seeds or flakes l o l) so I'd say skip this item since it wasn't for me Chengdu Zajiang (brothless) ~ I request for less chili oil and mm this was bomb.com! A tad spicy but not overwhelming, flavorful and the vinegar was a nice addition to the dish. Tomato and Beef Stew Noodles - flavorful and hearty, the noodles soaked up the broth which was nice for flavoring but if you eat a bit slow, the noodles will lose texture and become soggy I request less chili oil for the Chengdu Zajiang and all the noodles were still nicely coated - will probably order it this way from here on out Cross fingers Miàn - please open a store here in the South Bay!

Yelp
Checking off another restaurant on my list, we headed to MIAN for lunch. It's located on the first floor on the left of a shopping plaza on Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown. They specialize in Chongqing and Chengdu style noodles from the Sichuan province. At the entrance, they have postings of the Bib Gourmand, LA's 101 Best Restaurants and Golds' Top 101 Best Restaurants. Arriving at 11:30, there was only other table of patrons. You scan the QR code on the table to view the menu, make your selections and place your order. Having visited Chengdu and Chongqing during our travels to China, we remember the spiciness of the food in the region and the infamous Sichuan peppers. Since we were not tolerant of spicy food, we focused on the dishes without spice or had the option for not spice. After placing our orders, our food was brought to our table within ten minutes. Golden Soup Chao Shou - The bowl had ten meat filled won tons in a golden yellow broth. These were very good and we asked what the broth was made from and he said pumpkin. Chengdu ZaJiang - I love ZaJiang noodles and was excited to try this Chengdu version. The minced meat was not saucy and the noodles were thin style. The bowl also came with bok choy and a fried egg. Stirred up the meat and noodles. I wish the meat had more of the ZaJiang or bean sauce to it. Ordered with no spice, it was not spicy but I did have a tingling sensation on my tongue, which was from Sichuan peppercorns used in the making the sauce. I'm glad I was able to try this bookmarked restaurant on my list. It was good but we were more impressed with the other two noodle places that we tried during this trip.

Yelp
Had the Dan Dan mian and the tomato beef noodle soup. The Dan Dan mian was decent but what was really good was the tomato beef noodle soup. I loveee when sauces have tomato in them and this one was so good too. Something about the acidity just does it for me and I think it helps cut through the rich broth. Would come back for that, other one was good but not too special.

I love their beef noodles. Excellent side dishes. Always a busy place because of the good food.

Yelp
Food favorites: piquant intestine noodle (I was happy with the portion and thought the broth was great; noodles also tasted fresh) Service: efficient Vibes: casual, busy - wait time can be really long and parking is difficult

Yelp
Pretty good noodle spot! We had found this spot on Yelp beforehand and were excited to try it given the number of reviews it has and the high ratings. However, when we arrived there were literally no other customers in the restaurant which we thought was really strange. We almost left, but decided to still give it a shot. Once seated, you scan and order on your phone and place your order there. Then they bring your food to you when ready. I got the chengdu zajiang noodles since it seemed to be one of the most popular items, and chose the homemade noodles with mild spice. Even the mild was quite spicy! The portion was quite generous, and the noodles were pretty thin and soaked up the sauce well. There was also quite a bit of the sichuan numbing spice which was slightly too much for me but still good. Overall, its a solid spot for noodles, though I'm still confused why there was no one else there.

Yelp
YES!! Located across the street from Shanghai Plaza next to China Town mall. Parking can get pretty nasty here. Mian shares a place with several other restaurants, so it does get busy. We came after church, 1300, and it was pretty calm. Sat right away. **Note** Make sure to check the updated prices for menu on their site. On YELP the price difference is about $6 from what we saw online. So imagine our surprise when we paid $6 more than expected. What ordered -Chili Oil Chaoshou -Steamed Egg and minced pork -Clear broth Beef Noodles Chili oil Chaoshou - I mean what can I say. Well cooked pork dumplings in a chili oil sauce. Hungry monster loved it! You guys remember, when she's happy... Clear Broth Beef Noodle - Not boring at all. You think Clear, your mind thinks bland. NOPE, I was highly surprised that the broth was quite flavourful. Just a tiny bit salty, but my pallet is just sensitive like that. Very good for those needing something that wont mess with your tummy with all those spices. The noodles look like spaghetti, but are one of the best rice noodles tried. Steam Egg with minced pork- in a cup. Be careful. You'll want a second. For an appetizer, this can get heavy because of the tofu. But lord have mercy, give me a bigger spoon cause I'm going in. Conclusion, we love it. This is a "we'll be back" spot. They should update the menu prices so those unexpected do not get upset. But overall + customer service = thumbs up.

Yelp
If you're looking for a new go-to hand made noodle spot, this is the one! I typically go to other restaurants that are popular for this type of dish but I decided to give this place a try since it always pops up on Yelp. We stopped by on a Tuesday night and it was fairly quiet and were sat down right away. At first, I was a little skeptical about the food but oh my goodness...the flavors were amazing. My hubby and I both got a clear broth beef noodle soup and an order of the spicy wontons. The spicy wontons were perfectly balanced and were not too spicy, while the portions were very generous. The clear broth beef noodle soup was light and hearty, and not salty! I even scooped some of the spicy sauce from the wonton dish to mix into my noodle soup to add a little kick. I also like that the menu can be accessed through the QR code on the table and you can order everything straight from your phone! Overall, I'll definitely come back and it's probably going to be my new go-to!

Yelp
Tucked away beneath Crown Bakery, Mian is a pretty popular noodle spot in Chinatown. The restaurant quickly became full within the hour I visited for weekend lunch. Contactless mobile ordering was convenient. Food came out promptly. Intestine noodle soup (3/5) - intestines aren't cleaned too well, broth tastes fine Tomato beef noodle soup (4/5) - too sweet For the price and quality, I think there are better noodle restaurants I'd choose next time.
google avatar

Lillian L.

Yelp
After checking out of our hotel and checking out for the weekend, my family and I hit up this spot. Now, no one in my group ever has an opinion or strongly sways the decision but I know most people wanted actual brunch food. But after a weekend of partying, I felt like a dying fish out of water. This isn't what you'd typically go for to get hydrated but for some reason, I wanted salt and I wanted soup! This place didn't disappoint. It was very chill, and more of a self-service type of place where you add your order to their ordering portal that's provided on their QR code. The noodles were fresh and chewy. I do recommend ordering their potstickers and dumplings in spicy sauce. I ended up ordering the beef noodle soup. It was spicy but it was goooood. Still dreaming about that broth.
google avatar

Yelp
This place mostly serves spicy food. There're only 2 non-spicy noodle soup here. Food's authentic & legit. However, service here's terrible. All the food ordering's done online, but the menu can be confusing to non-Chinese. When we had a question, the worker saw us but just decided to ignore us. And when I went up there to ask the question, he just left mid sentence to attend to someone else lol... House Beef Noodle Soup ($16) - Best noodle dish from here. Portion's big, food's spicy & authentic. The noodle texture is great - chewy, feels fresh & homemade. The beef's tender, nicely prepared. Tomato & Beef Stew Noodle Soup ($16) - Surprisingly good as well. It's not too overwhelmed with tomato, which I was worried about. It's my 2nd favorite noodle soup from here. Food's like 3.5 stars, service's a 2.
google avatar

Tung D.

Yelp
Pretty good noodles. I got the Szechuan Hot & Sour noodles with a side of spicy beef cubes. The broth was on point - just like szechuan broth at the hot pot places. Noodles were tasty and the beef was good too! The deep-fried egg was a nice addition to the noodles. Some beans and onions as well
google avatar

Yelp
Been wanting to eat here for a while and finally got a chance to. When we arrived, there were a few people dining. No line. Sat right away. At the table there is a QR code to open up the menu on your phone. That is also where you will place your order. That was something new to me. The food came out really fast. It was hot. It tasted really good. No complaints here. While dining I noticed that this little restaurant stays really busy. With customers inside. And Delivery Couriers as well. Try them out. It wont disappoint!
google avatar

Jacqueline L.

Yelp
Trying their other location here in Vegas and it did not disappoint! I ordered the pig intestine noodles and it was amazing :) The soup is spicy and numbing and the chili wontons were good.

Yelp
Was visiting the Las Vegas Chinatown area and looking to try some delicious food, and MIAN popped up as a highly rated location to scope out - I love noodle soups, so we decided to swing by on a Saturday around 7pm with no wait time. The restaurant itself is small and has pretty compacted seating - majority of tables are booths with two large tables set up in the center of the restaurant. Ordering is done through their online QR code app, and food comes out in 10-15 minutes. Given that we did come here about an hour and half before they were going to close, I would say the service is reasonable for the time. I got the Tomato and Beef noodle soup option - the beef was tender and had nice fatty texture, and the various cuts, from tendon to actual beef chunks were delicious. Though, they don't really give you a lot of beef, and I was personally left for wishing for a bit more meat. The broth was nice - subtle beef flavor and the tomato flavor really came through strong with the acidity bite and contrasted nicely with the fattiness of the beef. Noodles were good, a nice chew and they did soak up the broth well, and also gave the beef a nice filling bite. Though this was a good bowl of noodles, it did feel a slight bit on the smaller side in terms of quantity they put in - this is based on the other beef noodle places I've tried similar shops nearby. In the end, I spent about $20 for this bowl of noodles - it is a bit more on the expensive side in terms of beef noodle soup with steep competition for this particular dish in the surrounding area. I would say that MIAN serves good bowls of beef noodle soup if you looking for itch that craving!

Yelp
Hubs and I wanted to try something new so, just rolled into here. Small and casual dining. We shared the Golden Soup Chaoshou (not pictured) and has to be one of the most savory, buttery, delicious broth. And those dumpling were loaded with filling. I had the Chengdu ZaJiang noodles. The sauce comes on the bottom so, you stir to mix. Definitely recommend choosing the hand cut noodles for all the dishes. The sauce wasn't too strong and I chose light spicy and they got it perfect. I would like my egg more medium but, it didn't take away from the meal at all. Will be back for more noodle goodness.

Yelp
We were looking for Szechuan foods and thought we should try Mian. Word of caution, there are just a few parking spaces in front of this restaurant, so it's best to carpool. We were lucky enough to find a spot since we went mid-afternoon on a Sunday. The place has a hole-in-the-wall kind of ambiance, but it was very neat and brightly lit. Our server was combination greeter, server, busboy and cashier. And he did it all very well! We ordered four different kinds of noodle soups: pork dumpling, golden soup chicken, house beef and bone soup noodles. For appetizers the marinated pork , spicy black fungus and steamed egg with minced pork. Except for one soup (tomato and beef) which was ordered medium, the rest were mild. And for the inexperienced diner at this place, medium is hot, hot, hot! We thought we'd tame the hotness (spiciness) by asking for rice. And no, they don't do rice here. All noodles. Nonetheless, everything we ate was delicious. Definitely authentic Szechuan noodle soups. I think for what we ate and how everything tasted, we'd rather go to this place than at a pho noodle house. That's how good it was!

Yelp
I wish I can give this place a better review. The food was actually pretty flavorful and decent. However, I have to dock stars for the following: Service! They need to hire another person or two. I know the place is small, but the wait for service (water, seating, cleaning, food, etc.) was EXTREMELY slow. Noodles! They did not serve us the home made house cut noodles that we ordered. Very easily can tell that they were machine made or bought. That was disappointing. Beef Noodle Soup speaking though, good spice level and good flavor. Worth a try.
google avatar

Kakashi C.

Yelp
Food is decent. We are a little bit disappointed their house special noodle, but after adding black vinegar and chili oil sauce taste get better. Zhajiang noodle is very tasty. We order medium spicy, but I think I can handle regular spicy. My only complaint the portion abit smaller compared to other ramen noodles either Japanese or other Chinese noodles. The price is cheaper than other places but due to the amount is less other place so it's not considered good deal. Service is nice, the gentleman there very helpful. Ambiance abit sad. I am surprised not many people at Friday night, other popular in town is Shang noodle or Sora ramen always very quickly crowded. I feel the food overall is alright but no "Wow" kind of feeling that we have to come back very soon. My grade is about 3.5 - 4, but more toward to 3.5 ish. Everything are nice, even beef pancake is nice to try, the jelly desert good to kill the spicy noodles.

Yelp
I came here on a Saturday afternoon and the wait was about 20 minutes long. I ordered a clear broth beef noodle soup online through their QR code. The noodle soup arrived within 10 minutes of placing the order. The noodle soup was one of the best I've had. It had a generous portion of bok choy and beef slices. The beef slices were tender with a umami taste that wasn't overbearing. The noodles were thin and chewy. Addition of cilantro and extra green onion gave a nice heat to the clear broth that already had a slight beef flavor. Overall, I was very satisfied with the noodle soup. For a meal like this under 15 dollars, I'd say it was well worth my money.

Yelp
I love the noodles here! Service is super quick and attentive and the dumplings are a must try, especially if you like spicy chili oil, make sure to use the dipping sauce!! We had the beef noodle soup, the bone broth soup noodles, zajiang mian, and the Woodear mushrooms. The menu is a little intimidating because it's all in Chinese and English but there are photos for every single item.

Yelp
I find myself missing this place often. It was absolutely delicious!!!!!!! The hand-pulled noodles are so good. They put a special type of pepper in the broth (I can't remember what it's called) it causes more of a tingling sensation rather than spice. I think if I had to choose between the tingling or the spice I would go with the latter, but it was still delicious nonetheless! The Red Oil Chaoshou was alright, but the Bean Zhajiang Noodles were absolutely epic! There was only one server in the restaurant and he was really nice. I liked how they have you order by a barcode that you scan, it made things so much easier and you can alter your food however you like! I opted for the less oil option and extra green onions (I would definitely recommend.) It gave more mom and pop vibes, I was surprised it was a chain! We will definitely return here next time we come to Vegas

Yelp
Sichuan cuisine is a spicy endeavor, but Mian (noodles in Chinese) has non-spicy selections. The beef with mouth numbing spices is of course flavorful, but tender. The soup dumplings were melt in your mouth good. Of course, the main event are the noodles. We had the traditional Zai Zai Mein (northern noodles) and beef noodles. The noodles are the thin, yet chewy. The way I like my noodles. The soup was light, but flavorful. I had some of the untraditional fries. OMG they were crunchy, spicy, and sweet! Nice! The prices are very reasonable. That makes this more attractive place to visit. Order through your phone. Service is minimal. The décor is not bad. Kind of the cafe vibe. Have a good slurping time. This is my rating system to help you gauge my ratings Anything under three stars is not worth mentioning. Meh. *** stars - Good overall. Some aspects are above the notch: food, service, and or ambiance. Worthy of a visit. **** Stars - Exceptional, short of perfect. ***** Stars - Perfect in all aspects. Food quality, Service, Ambiance

Yelp
An authentic Sichuan Chinese cuisine in Chinatown. I was there right they were open so no wait. Scan menu using phone to order. Service is good. Place is clean. Parking is available. The homemade noodles is silky, chewy and refreshing. It is highly recommended. Tomato and beef stew noodles is tasty and flavorful, tomato soup base is too sour to me but my husband loves it. I like spicy soup base. Pick your own spicy level. I picked medium spicy, it is not too spicy. The house beef noodle is flavorful with special spices taste. The beef chunks has lots of tenders in it, well prepared. I love it so much. This noodle place is better than a lot of other places.

Yelp
Not even a full day in Vegas with no plans we decided to check out Mian for some soup. I didn't want any spicy food so I ordered the house special tomato and beef noodle soup! Omg so delicious! Yummy savory flavors of beef and tomato and a good amount of noodles decorated with some cilantro and some bak choy. Perfect combinations. All the beef pieces were nice a soft except for one piece was too chewy. We also ordered the golden soup chao shao which in comparison didn't have the pow wow punch like the house special but still delicately delicious. When I come back to Vegas I would def get the house special again.

Yelp
I was a huge fan of Mian's red oil chaoshou. But my recent visit really disappoints me. It was no longer very tasteful.

Yelp
Drove down looking forward to dinner, but... as of 12/27/2023, they are closed due to a leak. Expect to reopen in January. Only giving 1 star because there is nothing on any of their websites stating this. Will update when we go back!

Yelp
Food and service were terrific. Manager was very friendly and suggested a couple of dishes after asking what our preferences were. The dumplings in chili oil were stellar.

Yelp
Came in at around 3:30p on a Saturday and the place was pretty empty and got seated right away. We ended up parking at the other plaza right next to it but parking seems to be doable. You order through your phone so more like a mobile order then the servers just bring you the food. Honestly the food is pretty FIRE, quite literally lol Every item is pretty spicy with that numbing tingly feeling that Szechuan Peppers give you. It's still hella good tho. The intestines were cooked pretty well, not chewy and not greasy at all. Melts in your mouth kinda situation. The pork dumplings had a bit of a sweet taste to it that just added more to the flavor! The beef was super tender too and not chewy at all. Overall every item that my partner and I ordered were pretty bomb. Just spicy enough that it's still enjoyable. Kinda funny cus you can hear everyone just sniffling from the spice lol 4 stars for the bomb food but the service was just aight tbh. Never heard back from the server after seating us and giving us water. Would still recommend especially if you're craving noodles and some spice in your life, if you don't mind being snotty for a bit lol

Yelp
Wow. Inexpensive + Delightful Flavors. Get away from the trendy Strip into Chinatown.

Yelp
The food is gooood like always. Although I feel the quality diminished slightest... not really noticeable enough to say it's not as good. But the service was somewhat slower and not as friendly as I remember it.

Yelp
With the high rating, I expected nothing less. Expansion on the restaurant helps with the flow of service but I feel like it wasn't as good as the first time before they got super famous. The expanded room is nicely decorated, and the servers are very attentive. I did have an order placed incorrectly by my server, but it was Fixed right away so I didn't really mind. Authentic and tasty. Will definitely come back.

Yelp
Small a little place in China town in Las Vegas , quick service very affordable ! They have many small dishes that looks tasty. we should have orders a couple of starter dishes instead to have best experiences however we love what we orders, this was new experiences for us and loved it, the spicy and sour was very lemoney but not that spicy. I will be back again and explore china town, there are a lots of amazing restaurants around here ! Come hungry though!

Yelp
I was visiting LV for a few days with a friend. We decided to try spicy Chinese food and we searched on Yelp as usual to find a good place and Mian came up. But the food was not good at all as compared to the reviews. There was oil floating all over the soups we got and totally not worth visiting if that's the usual flavor. Based on the rating vs actual taste of food we concluded may be chef was on vacation that day.Ambiance was good and we liked the place for that. Interior is very nice and cozy. Not much impressed with service too. It was bit dry welcome. I'd advise to attend the customer instead of saying 'scan the QR code and order'. To sum up, we liked the place but food was not worth visiting for.

Yelp
One of the best places to get your food in Chinatown, Las Vegas. We went there during a busy weekend so we had to wait for sometime to get seated. The food was totally worth the wait. The ambiance was food too. We got the Chengdu Zajiang Noodles, Chili Oil Chaoshou and mung bean drink. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the chili oil sauce was just perfect! If you come here and not sure what to get, I would definitely recommend trying Zajiang noodles! So so good! The chaoshou was also very delicious and the mung bean drink was very refreshing! Don't get hung up on the strip- come here to get good food if you're in Vegas!

Yelp
Craving for noodles and something quick then got this place from Yelp with a good review. Ordered steamed eggs, spicy wonton (a must!!), spicy beef soup. Our friends got hot & sour noodles, all of them were flavorful and delicious. Order through the QR code and that was convenient. Also, tried a plum drink and two more desserts to complete this good & reasonable price meals. The service was great and plenty of parking in the front.

Yelp
Knew I had to come here after seeing the reviews. You really can't beat the quality and the price that comes with the food. I ordered the Sichuan Hot & Sour Noodles with Extra Fried Egg and Slice Beef (5) and the Chili Oil Chaoshou. The soup of the noodles was so flavorful and delicious!! We were able to choose the type of noodles used, how spicy we wanted it, and any add ons to it. Thank god my boyfriend and I shared a meal because the portions were more than enough! We practically had second meal for dinner after to-going our leftovers. They are also very generous with the dumplings so it's definitely worth getting. It reminded me of the Spicy Wontons with Spicy Sauce from DTF but with a more distinct flavor. One thing I would like to note is how my table ordered one pitcher of the Mung Bean Drink and was given a refill without asking, making us think there were free refills until we checked our receipt T-T. I would recommend denying the server when they bring out another pitcher unless you wanted it. Other than that, we would've ordered it ourselves but I wish we were asked instead of just having it brought out.

Yelp
Just the lunch I needed. We went around 3pm so it was empty and our food came within minutes! The clear broth beef noodles were so good! The sliced beef was so tender and the broth was really flavorful. The Chengdu ZaJiang noodles were also delicious! And the mung bean drink complimented the savory noodles nicely! Definitely will be back to try other dishes! (NOTE: Definitely get the homemade noodles, they were so QQ.)
