"Crispy Onion Rings + Classic Comfort Food" 02-06-26 This place came highly recommended by a coworker, and I must say, it was worth the risk of trying something new. My husband and I came for an early Friday evening dinner, and we were genuinely impressed. Customer service was good, not over the top, but definitely decent and pleasant. The atmosphere felt comfortable and inviting. They played a nice mix of music (blues, soul, Tejano, light rock, country, and more) at a mid-volume on the overhead speakers. There were also mounted flat-screens, but they weren't turned on, which I actually didn't mind. One of the coolest perks is the self-serve ice cream station, and the ice cream is delicious. It has that old-fashioned, rich vanilla flavor, like the 1950s when food tasted much better. On top of that, although not self-serve, they also have a "Shakes & Malts and Warm Cookies" station, which is such a fun touch. The dining area is large with plenty of seating options, (booths and tables), and everything looked clean and tidy. They also have a self-serve beverage station that was clean and well-stocked. Now for the best part: the food! Just a heads-up, this place believes in large portion sizes, and I'm not mad at it! I ordered the Mississippi Catfish Platter, and it was loaded. It came with 4 large catfish pieces, Texas toast, onion rings, and two sides. I chose the creamy whipped potatoes and coleslaw. My husband ordered the Mississippi Catfish with fried shrimp and French fries, and his plate also came with Texas toast and onion rings. I tasted one of his shrimp and it was delectable! OMG! My only complaint is that the fish could have been fried a little crispier with a little crunch to it. It was just too soft for my liking. Food Ratings: Mississippi Catfish Platter -- 4/5: Delicious flavor, but it wasn't crispy/crunchy--more soft than I expected Shrimp & Catfish Platter -- 4/5 Mia's Queso Dip -- 3/5 Mashed Potatoes -- 5/5: Thick consistency but still creamy Onion Rings -- 5/5: Cooked to perfection--crispy and crunchy Coleslaw -- 3/5: Not my favorite. It had more of a vinaigrette vibe, and I prefer a mayo-based, tangy slaw French Fries -- 3/5: Served hot, but nothing special Overall, I highly recommend Mia's Table if you're looking for simple comfort food without all the fancy extras. The atmosphere is chill and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long work week or for those lazy nights when you just don't feel like cooking.

Ordered at the counter as a first time guest! Amazing explanation of the menu. Food was out fast and hot! Delicious! Management checks on you to make sure your experience is great. Will come again for sure

First time there last night for dinner. We will definitely be back. A large amount of food choices and options. I have the Nashville chicken sandwich and it was very good. My wife had the soup and salad. The service was good, plus they have free soft serve ice for all the guests. Highly recommend checking them out.

This was so good....the amount of food you get for the price was great. Chicken fried chicken, ribs, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese....even the toast was great. I just found my new go to place

Rip off. Ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was a SLIVER of a piece of checked breast. Super thin. More breading 2 or 3 to 1. The mash potatoes was like SOUP. Tasted like instant fake potatoes. Wife had a burger and fries and the burger was greasy and the fries were tasteless. No idea why they prompt you for a 20% tip when the table was sticky and they drop the food off and never check on you or actually serve you. They do NOTHING to earn a tip. I’ve had their food catered a few times in The Woodlands and it wasn’t this bad. This place is not worth what they charge and not worth leaving a tip beyond $2.

We went on Father's day, and eventho it waa packed ....we were able to find a table easily. The servers were on point, and the restaurant was clean. Our food was hot, seasoned well, and everything cooked to order. LOVED the bison burger. Tasty, fresh, and not overly messy. I definitely want to go back and try more items on the menu.

We had a refreshing experience for lunch. It was our first visit although it will not be our last. I enjoyed the Chopped Asian Salad. It was crispy, tasty and perfectly portioned. My husband chose the meatloaf with mashed potatoes/gravy, along with baked beans and Texas toast. It tasted as good as it looked. Delectable! We didn't have long enough to delve into desserts, but there are several cookies or ice cream milk shakes that would work. Great place!

This place was a pleasant surprise. We drove down about 40 minutes looking for a different place, that turns out was no longer open. Mia's Table was just a couple of blocks away, and we were hungry. It was 3 of us, we got an appetizer, 3 different meals, and ice cream for desert. There was no wait, but it was after the lunch rush, however the food was good. Good portions and service was on point. Turns out, there's is another one closer to us, that we're hoping is just as good. Definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a consistently good chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak, Mia's table is the place. The pieces are massive, I just wish the jalapeño gravy had a little more..jalapeño presence but overall a solid gravy. I wasn't expecting to be such a big fan of the green beans, but they have a really nice Smokey flavor that just does it for me. The baked beans are good too.

We got dinner delivered last night- order was perfect, and still hot! We love the bison burgers - and I love that they have one without a bun for me. Thanks Mia's!

My favorite American food place in Cypress. I love all the burgers here. Chicken tenders with mashed potato and gravy were a great choice and also we had some onion rings as an appetizer. Atmosphere and staff are great and friendly.

Great food and fast service Highly recommend the chicken fried steak. It's really nice that they have a beverage bar so that you can help yourself to drinks and don't have to wait on a waitress so nice. Plenty of seating not too crowded on Friday at lunchtime.

Ordering online was super easy. The app was fluent and intuitive. Like that the app immediately went to entering the parking place number once I arrived. Service was quick and easy.

Food service is alright but the ambiance was low key and fun. There was plenty of seating and it was a cute place to get some southern food. We will be back.

As we walked in we were greeted and seated on a timely manner. So that was already a go! It's country and it's clean. Hubby and I came in on a Saturday afternoon to have lunch. We both ordered friend chicken with some sides like coleslaw and sweet potato fries. We both enjoyed and will come back again!

Mia's table is very casual, family friendly dining. You order your food at the counter, get a buzzer and your food is brought out to you. Seating is first come first serve. The food is good and there are a lot of options. The frozen Margaritas are pretty good and there are a couple of lemonades at the fountain drink station that are really good. I had the shrimp tacos which were flavorful. My mom had the catfish plate which she loved, but I thought the fish needed to be seasoned better. My sister had the nachos which I would get the next time I visit. I also got the tortilla soup to go. It's sooo good! Same as Grace's. My favorite soup!

Everyone knows that the food here is on point and delicious. Customer service maybe not so much. I've ordered pick up here multiple times and never had a problem. Orders have been correct and fresh when we got home. We came to dine in for the first time and was a unique experience. Going through the order line which is odd since nobody does that except fast food.... we placed our order. When it came to drinks all three of us in our party said "just waters"... the employee said water? "yes water. you want waters? yes we would all like waters three waters. So then she gave us the clear plastic cups for the waters. then we checked out receipt and were charged $3.29 each for three fountain drinks. This was literally two seconds after we said waters. I went back up and talked to the manager Gustavo and he resolved the situation. The food is great. The bison burger is sooooo good and the side of bacon green beans is very good as well. My order is always accurate, I always order curbside pickup. Food is fresh and delicious. My entire family loves the food at Mia's Table. The restaurant is always clean, but cutely decorated.

Extremely impressed with service, food and ambience. First time my family has eaten and we will definitely come back more often. I had the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. The jalapeño gravy was so delicious!!! My husband had the pulled pork and it was amazing! Everything was outstanding. The cherry on top was the free soft serve ice cream!! If you live near a Mia's Table, give it a go, you won't regret it.

Came here on the way home from vacation and we were for the most part pleased. Our food was very good and fresh. We got here right as they opened so we didn't wait long. My only reason for the 4 star review was that when you pay almost $11 for 2 milkshakes you expect them to be more than 3/4 full. Our milkshakes were definitely not full.

It was my first time here today, and the service was good. You order and pay at the counter first, then self serve drinks at the drinks station and pick a table to sit in. The food comes out pretty fast, and the quality and flavor is not bad at all! I had the half chicken with cream corn and green beans. My brother had a chicken salad sandwich, and my sister in law had wings. I'll probably come back at some point.

I enjoyed the varied menu and the rapid service. The place was crowded at lunch. I don't live in the area so I don't know when I would be back to try other menu options.

Came in with the family since it's so close to our house and we wanted to try something quick. You order your food at the counter and someone brings it out to you. We ordered a few burgers and fried shrimp. Everything was covered in way too much pepper and that's all you could taste, it all tasted the same. Pepper! Not impressed with this place at all.

When we opened the car door, I could smell the delicious food and knew it was a good pick. It wasn't overly packed for a Saturday lunch. We ordered when we walked in and then picked a table. There was a wait for the food, but the food is made to order, so it was understandable. It was brought to the table, and we were amazed at the size of the burger! It was huge! At the drink station, they have soda, tea, and different lemonades. I tried the sweet tea, but it tasted like regular tea, so I then tried the strawberry lemonade. It was super sweet, but it had real strawberries, which was nice to see. I had the shrimp tacos after much deliberation on what to get, and they were delicious. The shrimp were decently sized, the salsa was good, but they packed some heat. It wasn't enough to have my mouth on fire, but enough for me to need the queso. The queso was a standard queso you find anywhere, but it really helped with the tacos, and they give a good portion of it with chips. The burger was good, not amazing, but it had good flavor, and honestly, the fries were hardly touched as the massive burger was more than enough. Someone came by to pick up our trays, and on the way out, I opted for a free ice cream cone. It was the best way to finish a good lunch. Next time, I'll try a different dish and hopefully get a picture by the mural outside!

Brought home curbside for the family. Meals were hot and fresh! Love the flavor and everything in the order was correctly made.

Mia's table is our go-to restaurant, it's casual, comfortable, relaxing and family friendly, and this location is no exception. Outdoor seating is spacious and lovely, inside has plenty of seating as well. Staff members are friendly and welcoming. Food is consistently great and comes with big portions, price is reasonable, and the cherry on the top is always their free soft serve ice cream (you can put it in a bowl or cone). My favorite dish here their chicken tortilla soup, big bowl of hearty soup with a generous amount of chicken, big pieces of avocado, and cheese topped with lots of crunchy tortilla chips. It's light yet filling. Fried catfish and shrimp is great, served with crispy fries. If you want something healthy, go for the grilled salmon (8oz), served with two sides. We love Mia's Table!

Steak Salad A+. It was delicious just as on the menu. My husband ordered his with Iceberg lettuce instead of spinach and changed the protein to grilled salmon with ranch dressing. He said the salmon was cooked to perfection. The salmon looked so good, I may try it in the future. Both salads were memorable and we will order again!

Have dined here several times before CF steak good , a couple other dishes. Mrs & I both tried burgers tonight. Quantity doesn't = quality. It was 1/2 lb of dense tastelessness. Both of us had a couple bites of our burgers, and put them down. Not remotely edible. Fries were ok. Wasn't worth the $40 we spent for dinner. Jury our whether we will be back.

Wow! First time here and it was a grand slam. Huge portion, fair price, and it's delicious. We picked up chicken fried streak with Macaroni & cheese and onion rings plus red snapper tacos with chips and Queso. I can eat a lot but I tapped out.....until it was time for that banana pudding. Mmmmmm delicious like grandma use to make. I'll have to go back so I can add pictures and what not. The ambiance was great, free soft serve ice cream for the kids and a large beer selection at the front door plus tap. Also 2 types of margaritas.

Cute little place to have a quick bite and some free ice cream. Unfortunately, I got the chopped Asian salad with glazed shrimp, I got like 3 shrimps that were a lot undercooked and the salad was a swimming in the sauce which was too sweet/sour. The fish was also undercooked. I couldn't even get a refund since you have to pay before hand in order to get your food. The service was okay. Once we kinda had finished eating, a server came cleaning our table but I felt like we were being rushed to leave.

We ordered box meals for a team meeting, they arrived early and super friendly. Meals were perfect and the team enjoyed them. We will definitely be ordering again!

Think of a Willie's Ice House knock-off that's smaller and doesn't have actual wait-staff & you've got a fair idea what to expect here. Meatloaf & coleslaw were good. Banana pudding was very "meh" according to the wife. Price point seemed a bit excessive for what we got. We'll probably just drive the 10 minutes further south to Willie's next time we get an itch for "American Traditional" fare.

First time we have ordered online at Mia's Table. Our order was complete, correct and hot. All a big plus when doing online and curbside orders. Staff was pleasant, professional and helpful. Thank you Mia's for an easy evening dining experience.

Great food, and easy to order for pickup. Patty melt, fried chicken were wonderful. Asian chicken salad was ok nothing special.

Would love to eat here because the food is good family food. Our granddaughter loves it for the ice cream cone at the end of the meal. The staff was very helpful and noticed when I needed assistance and the food is always good.

Finally tried out the Cypress location on a Saturday for lunch. We had a great experience and the food and service were perfect. I ordered a Turkey burger with fries. It came on a honey wheat bun and had avocado, greens, and feta cheese. It was slightly sweet, but juicy and tasted good for something a little healthier. I wanted a healthier option for lunch that wasn't a salad. I'll order it again for sure. My kid had a kids cheeseburger and a side of fruit. It comes with a drink. She ate it all, except the pineapples. They were not ripe and not sweet. We ended our meal with the free self-serve vanilla ice cream cone. The place was pretty busy, but the food didn't take that long to come out.

Excellent nachos where very good. Love how rhey separate all ingredients so that nachos don't get soggy

I probably go here once a week! I love the food and the quick service. I usually have the steak or burger and possibly a milkshake too. It's very much like sitting down to an indoor picnic with the family.

Had country fried steak mash and corn was really good ordered it for pick up also got it before pick up time . hope to bring my cousin here to try it

My family and I came here late Sunday for dinner. We had such a good time. Great food & friendly staff! Ray checked on us multiple time to see if we need anything or just to see how we were doing. I ordered the chicken fried steak with Mac and cheese and cream of corn. 5/5 My mom ordered the tacos and she was raving how good it was, must come back and try them. My aunt ordered the fried Mississippi catfish, she said it was fresh and good. Overall, great place for family dinner. My family from out of enjoyed every bit of Mia's Table.

This is my 2nd time trying this place. I've seen it numerous times, but never stopped in. Finally did, and was amazed. The banana pudding (IS REAL), not that fake stuff where they use boxed vanilla/banana pudding and add whipped cream to it. It also has a dollop of meringue on it. The chicken, mashed potatoes, etc.. juicy, well seasoned, and tastes like home cooking. They also have hand spun old fashioned milk shakes and malts too. Setting is family friendly, like you're at a picnic, the elderberry grape juice is my children's favorite and I love the tea and strawberry lemonade. Service, well the food comes out in a pretty reasonable amount of time (both in person and ordering for delivery)...still hot and fresh.

The food is amazing and always fresh. I've had the turkey burger, red snapper tacos, chicken fried chicken (my fav!) green beans and mash please ! Margs oh my! To top it off customer service is fantastic and military discount 25% off. Hell, for the price of groceries and convenience, I'd prefer to eat here every day.... Honestly speaking. You won't be disappointed! Oh and they have free ice cream. Sucks for me because there's also a Tiff treats in the same parking lot... I'll work it off lol YOLO

This is hands down one of my favorite restaurants to get a good homemade southern cooked meal. I've tried almost everything on the menu here and it's all made with love. If you try the fried chicken, it is a must to have the jalapeño cream gravy, it's delicious! The green beans are a great side option as they are cooked with bacon and onions. I'd also suggest the mashed potatoes, they are so fresh and buttery! It was my first time eating inside and I enjoyed how the restaurant made you feel at home. You order at the front and pick your seating. You are also able to get free, complimentary soft serve. 10/10 recommend this restaurant!

Mia's Table is super cute and a good place to go for a casual meal. Ordering is done via cashier, then the food is brought to the table. The queso is pretty tasty as well as the burgers. I have visited this location three times and no issues.

Bomb food! We only order delivery from Mia's, and it's fantastic every single time. I don't know how it all stays so hot and fresh, but it's one of the many reasons this is one of our go-to delivery restaurants. There isn't one menu item which we've ordered and didn't like.

Wanted a good quick lunch that would satisfy me and my 21 year old boy. This fit the bill and then some. My patty melt was divine. Fresh hot burger, Ooey gooey cheese, caramelized onions and the crispiest yet soft interior fries. His Kickin' chicken sandwich had more than enough spice for him whether he would admit it or not...he kept going for his drink. The jalapeño gravy a nice touch.

My family and I really enjoy the food. Specifically we enjoy the pork chops, mash potatoes, dee-dee's dip and the Oreo milkshake. Food is delicious. And the free ice cream on the way out helps as well. My kids love it!

a terrible experience, I will never visit any mias Or carrabas restaurant again. the cashier treated my son and I like children, rushing him, snapping her fingers repeatedly at me to hurry (with no line at all, zero people), pointing both her fingers at my face repeatedly after being asked to stop politely and repeatedly, being frustrated my son didn't know what "everything" meant after rushing to pick something. I could go on, I really could, this is only the major points of this short interaction, but I'm still embarrassed that I had to leave my own birthday dinner, I let my boy eat with my parents. I left without ordering immediately and sat through the meal in the parking lot to avoid the embarrassment I felt for leaving, I only left so that I wouldn't snap at the girl in front of my family members And make them feel uncomfortable as the employee made me feel. my son didn't deserve to spoken to like he was stupid, and I certainly don't normally EVER tolerate someone snapping and pointing fingers In My face for something as trivial as trying to decide what to eat for dinner. Mias ruined my entire mood and day, and it's embarrassing to feel that way but I'm trying to better myself and not fuss at arrogant employees anymore, so I'm taking this one on the chin. terrible experience all around, and I'm still trying to figure out what even happened, but thanks for making me feel like my decision to be nicer was in vain.
