Original Experience:
This was the worst customer service I had ever experienced. All their phone numbers were inactive, they never returned calls, and they didn’t answer when I tried reaching them. I couldn’t understand why this department was even open.
I work at schools and hospitals, and I spent weeks trying to get in touch with them. Eventually, I gave up and dropped out of college because of the Department of Education’s lack of response. Garbage service at that time!
