I’ve visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately the experiences were very different.
On my first visit, the decor immediately stood out—very cool and unique, though I couldn’t help but think it must be a nightmare to dust. There’s a free parking lot, clean bathrooms, and a decently sized menu. The space is comfortable, with outdoor seating as well. The building used to be an old Bickford’s pancake house, which was interesting to see repurposed. The food overall was good, although the steak tips were surprisingly flavorless. Despite the Irish theme, there wasn’t any Irish music playing during our visit.
On my most recent visit, the menu prices had increased significantly—nearly on par with Boston pricing—but the quality and flavor did not improve to match. The Irish nachos were completely flavorless and nothing like what I remembered from my first visit. The fried pickles tasted good, but many were stuck together, suggesting the fry basket wasn’t shaken during cooking. The Cobb salad was ordinary and forgettable.
Overall, the atmosphere and setup are appealing, but the rising prices paired with inconsistent food quality make this place harder to recommend based on my latest experience. Watch out for the fruit flies that where hanging out at the table.
