Mickey Gilley Grand Shanghai Theatre

We were a little disappointed in this show. It was VERY slow in the beginning and felt like a child's birthday party. The woman who did the majority of the thrilling acts from the halfway mark to the end was amazingly talented. It wasn't what we expected, but felt entertained by the end of the show.

Interactive, interesting, engaging, talented and fun! This is a show worth seeing! You can tell it takes incredible talent and courage to perform these high level and experienced tricks! Imagine all of the performers you see in the city streets but 100 times better. If any of these workers get dismissed they will have a serious career elsewhere. This takes so much mental agility and physical too. We loved it! Loved that many ages can enjoy this show. It’s great for families, camp group, church groups, seniors, couples, and I would say even the solo travelers! This was two hours of pure entertainment! I loved the cultural aspect of this. It was authentic and showcased a lot of the beautiful cultural aspects of China. Highly recommend. This picture is from the end where they said goodbye to the audience! I do think it’s different for the audience because pictures from shows are different compared to other reviews.

These performer's were Amazing!!! Loved the outfits and they gave an awesome show... Would definitely recommend Everyone to come check them out.

We saw The Magic of Rick Thomas. I was skeptical at first but once I was drawn in by the warmth and character of Rick Thomas I was wowed by his illusions. Very, very good show; I highly recommend it.

A must see. I've seen acrobat shows before, yet still experienced new acts I've never seen before. They are highly skilled and so athletic and strong. Souvenir store items were so nice and well priced. Love my engraved on-site necklace charm.

It was fan week for The Texas Tenors. I had so much fun. Cindy, the manager, and her staff are supportive, friendly and helpful. The establishment is clean, large restrooms, snacks and drinks are available. Prices are reasonable. The theater has comfortable seating and venue is a medium size. The isles are wide enough for wheel chairs and walkers.

We saw Illusionist Rick Thomas and it was absolutely worth the money. The kids and husband were mesmerized. Mr. Thomas just seemed like a good, nice man. He was a good entertainer and we'd recommend him for sure!

This place is great. The shows are amazing and it has plenty of seating. We were able to get discount tickets at $15.00 a piece through Branson.com and we throughly enjoyed the Shanghai show and the Rick Thomas show. Both shows feature so much talent and it is a must do when you are in town.

This is a great venue! My girlfriend and I appreciate all that Cindy went thru to help solve a situation with "tickets" and it made both of our days. Made the trip from St Louis a great one. We both would recommend all shows at this venue! Thanks again Cindy for all that you did for the both of us!

Really nice theater with a large concession stand and several gift shop areas. The lighting for the stage is awesome and seems very updated. The tickets are pretty expensive but they do have military discounts ($8) and coupons floating around ($6 off of 2 people). We saw SIX which was a great show! Highly entertaining and definitely would recommend! The theatre also has nice bathrooms, fairly comfortable seats to watch the show and a fairly large Parking lot. I'd highly recommend arriving early to beat traffic, find parking and buy tickets!

Class is the best word I can use. The Urban Cowboy tour was fun & the theater is very nice as are all the staff!

Very nice theatre w/comfy seats and super friendly staff. And the popcorn smelled freakin' awesome but we were stuffed from dinner earlier. We saw The Rankin Brothers the other night and loved it. It was a great variety show and the impersonations of the old artists was phenomenal.

SIX puts on an Incredible show!! This is one of the best shows in Branson! I cannot believe that all the sounds, beats and music come only from their voices!! They performed a variety of songs covering all eras, even had some Party Rock going on HAHA.. They had the audience engaged the entire time. The show was very entertaining and had us laughing, clapping, and singing along. Spectacular show with wholesome clean humor, that is great for all ages!! The theater is nice, older but in good condition. Parking can be a challenge so get here early! I highly recommend it!

Nice theatre, had a great evening with Mickey Gilley and Johnny Lee. Sound was great.

The Rankin Brothers show was very good. They did songs from the 50's - 80's which sounds like it would be a little too far reaching but they pulled it off. They did the Righteous Brothers, Elvis, Buddy Holly, Sinatra, Springstein, McCartney, the Beach Boys and many more. Their back-up singers, the Rankinettes, were also very good in backup roles as well as solo or duets such as Sonny and Cher or Dust Springfield. If you're looking for a fun show that's less than 5% country/gospel, I recommend this one.

Mickey and Johnny Lee put on a awsome show seeing these two legends perform was highlight of trip...love them both and they can sing at 70 and 80 as good as they did back in the day...both are amazing and personable and although they are getting up there in years they still go out and sign and meet their fans true showman awsome show....

SIX was absolutely fantastic! A must see for anyone who goes to Branson. I could not believe they were just vocals. What amazing talent. I enjoyed the seating and the comfortable chairs.

Great show, he has to sit in a chair for his show since his accident, but would highly recommend, very entertaining. Great music!!!

Branson is an amazing little music town, especially during Blues Festival. I first went to Branson when I was about 10 years old and I never saw so many bands in one place at one time. I was on Into the Night with Rick Dees as a rap performer with Mickey so maybe I'm a lite partial and I went to Gilley's bar in Pasadena Texas when I was a kid but this theater is as classic as it's owner. A great venue through and through. There isn't a bad show in this place nor a bad seat in the house!

Great show he performs from chair as of now until full recovery he has added 2 new women performer with him they work well with him here is the bonus after the show he invited everyone over to the cafe it was like having a back stage pass meet and greet session
