I returned to this place today and received the upmost best customer service ever that anyone can offer. They have a sharp crew that are all well trained and ready to work! They all noticed me and they all greeted me politely. Just a small friendly conversation can change one’s day. From now on I’ll come here before any other tire shop. Thank you midcity tires. I bought two used tires for my Nissan here a few years ago, and they lasted 2–3 years with no issues—made multiple trips to Florida, Mississippi, and LaPlace without a single problem. They’re probably still going strong with the new owner, lol. Recently came back to get a tire repaired on my new car, and the service was fast and convenient. The guy up front is always friendly. This is definitely my go-to tire shop from now on!

First time in my life I had a nail in a tire that wasn’t on its sides and had to be replaced. When you go to dealerships to check this, you have to make appointments and wait hours. I didn’t know what to do and didn’t want to use vacation time from work. I tried and couldn’t find the leak. I started searching and this place had over 150 google reviews of 5 stars so I had to see if it was all true or made up. I kid you not: I pulled up and left in exactly 15 minutes. Angel was super friendly. The nail is super small. The head of the nail is almost like a nail gun nail. They identified the leak within 60 seconds, had it patched within 5-7 minutes and Angel even gave me ideas on what new tires might cost me so I can start budgeting for new ones in the next 24-30 months. I was beyond impressed. They take cards as well. Highly recommend!!

Great experience! They said it would take 10 minutes to repair the nail hole in our tire & I think it took even less time. Before I knew it, they were jacking the car up, with me in it! Very nice, professional people. Would definitevly recommend!

Was out of town with a Tesla rental and caught a flat, not only did they help me out on a Sunday, but they also offered to help me out with some special circumstances and were general super nice. Amazing place and the entire staff was super nice. Highly recommend these guys for quality and price.

I had an emergency where I needed both of my front tires replaced. This was just around the corner from where my tires gave way. I was able to make it here where they fixed me right up. I purchased two tires for a fraction of the cost. The tires had good thread on them and in good overall condition. I will definitely use them if I'm ever in need of tires again.

sadly, I ruined a tire in one of our infamous potholes here in New Orleans. I had my car towed to this shop and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very fast and efficient. Highly recommend

Found my new tire shop! After being scammed twice at a different tire shop, I found Mid City new and used tires. Sam was absolutely wonderful! They didn't have my tires in stock so he ordered me a new tires over the phone. They came in the next day, and I was able to pick my car up the next afternoon. Not only were they quick, but very kind, and their prices were absolutely amazing! The whole staff was wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs new tires in the city.

These guys were super helpful, I stopped in to have my tire looked at because I felt like there was a bubble in it, they informed me that it was not, and they did not want to change the tire if there was not a bubble. Because it would still be doing the same thing so I will have to take it back to the mechanic shop who just replaced the wheel bearing. But I am very grateful that they were honest and courteous to me. They did not charge me anything to look at my car they were very very nice all very friendly, very knowledgeable and definitely recommend them to anybody looking to have your tires replaced by the honest people who are nice, respectful, and very welcoming!
