I returned to this place today and received the upmost best customer service ever that anyone can offer. They have a sharp crew that are all well trained and ready to work! They all noticed me and they all greeted me politely. Just a small friendly conversation can change one’s day. From now on I’ll come here before any other tire shop. Thank you midcity tires. Excellent new tires and great prices too!!!

Great experience! They said it would take 10 minutes to repair the nail hole in our tire & I think it took even less time. Before I knew it, they were jacking the car up, with me in it! Very nice, professional people. Would definitevly recommend!

First time in my life I had a nail in a tire that wasn’t on its sides and had to be replaced. When you go to dealerships to check this, you have to make appointments and wait hours. I didn’t know what to do and didn’t want to use vacation time from work. I tried and couldn’t find the leak. I started searching and this place had over 150 google reviews of 5 stars so I had to see if it was all true or made up. I kid you not: I pulled up and left in exactly 15 minutes. Angel was super friendly. The nail is super small. The head of the nail is almost like a nail gun nail. They identified the leak within 60 seconds, had it patched within 5-7 minutes and Angel even gave me ideas on what new tires might cost me so I can start budgeting for new ones in the next 24-30 months. I was beyond impressed. They take cards as well. Highly recommend!!

its ok but they hid the date of the tire from me - the treads looked okay- but there was a little dry cracking starting (didn't look for it at the time) and the date of the tire was 2017 (meaning 8 years old) . for such a tire i shouldn't have paid more than $40. but I paid $65. I was in a jolly mood at the time because of superbowl weekend. But nobody likes being overcharged for an inferior product. And they should offer options. Take time to inspect the used tire. Check the date (should be less than 5 years old) and look for dryness . Lots of used tire shops in New Orleans. Don't let yourself be bullied or high browed. Go somewhere else if they won't deal fairly.

We had one of our tires patched before driving down to NOLA for a cruise because we had a screw in the tire. The shop that patched it back home did a terrible job and we found that the same tire was flat when we got off the boat after our week long cruise. Thankfully we had a donut in the back of the car. I called and told them what happened and they told me to go ahead and immediately come on over. They had us in and out with a new tire in 15 minutes. We are so grateful, especially because we have a ten hour drive back home. Would highly recommend this place if you have an emergency.

Not saying you may have the same luck as me I pulled up 10 minutes past closing BEGGING for a tire and they hooked me up asap I just hit the biggest pot hole in my bmw great selection of new and used tires respectful staff stayed after closing to help me not many stand up business like this left anymore especially around here. 100% recommend

This place rules!!!!! First of all, it was a complete blessing that they are open on Sunday when pretty much every other tire shop is closed. They even balanced my tire for me! I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Unbeatable service! 🙏

Got in Sunday morning. Got greeted quickly for all 4 tires balancing. Told me 15 mins. Showed me I had 2 bent rims. No wonder the wobbly🤷🏻‍♂️. Quick service with fair price. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency where I needed both of my front tires replaced. This was just around the corner from where my tires gave way. I was able to make it here where they fixed me right up. I purchased two tires for a fraction of the cost. The tires had good thread on them and in good overall condition. I will definitely use them if I'm ever in need of tires again.

These guys are great. I called them this morning, they let me know they had my tires, I brought my car over and I was out the door within an half an hour of me calling in the first place. Excellent service. Really kind and courteous guys. I will go back again and again for my tire needs

sadly, I ruined a tire in one of our infamous potholes here in New Orleans. I had my car towed to this shop and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very fast and efficient. Highly recommend

Found my new tire shop! After being scammed twice at a different tire shop, I found Mid City new and used tires. Sam was absolutely wonderful! They didn't have my tires in stock so he ordered me a new tires over the phone. They came in the next day, and I was able to pick my car up the next afternoon. Not only were they quick, but very kind, and their prices were absolutely amazing! The whole staff was wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs new tires in the city.

These guys were super helpful, I stopped in to have my tire looked at because I felt like there was a bubble in it, they informed me that it was not, and they did not want to change the tire if there was not a bubble. Because it would still be doing the same thing so I will have to take it back to the mechanic shop who just replaced the wheel bearing. But I am very grateful that they were honest and courteous to me. They did not charge me anything to look at my car they were very very nice all very friendly, very knowledgeable and definitely recommend them to anybody looking to have your tires replaced by the honest people who are nice, respectful, and very welcoming!
