Midcity New And Used Tires

Bought 4 new tires. Went to get a rotation and alignment during 3000 mile oil change. They told me they couldn’t align because the tires were bad. The machine wouldn’t read them. I went back to this business with my complaint to be told my “Van” was bad. Don’t buy new tires from this company. Don’t do any business with the company.

My girlfriend hit the storm drain by our house and slashed a hole in the sidewall of what turned out to be an uncommon tire size. Called a few places with no luck finding one. Then I called mid city new and used tires and they had them in stock! High quality tires for a great price! Sam and his crew were very good to me and I was in and out in minutes. They earned all my tire business from here out! 10/10 recommend!

I drove up and before i was even out of the car my man came up with a jack and got to it. Patched up my flat tire and put it on, put my donut in the back nicely, and got me out the door in 15 minutes for $20 with a smile. Phenomenal service. Exactly what you might want.

I damaged one of the front tires on my Honda Passport and needed two new tires since it’s all-wheel drive. I know it’s generally recommended to replace all four, but my tires only had about 8,000 miles on them, so I opted to replace just the fronts. My tire size is uncommon, and after calling several nearby shops in Metairie, everyone told me they would need to order them. A friend recommended MidCity New & Used Tires and spoke very highly of them—and now I see why. They had my tires in stock and told me to come right in. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The staff took great care of both me and my car. Excellent service and convenience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Been there a few times, fast, nice, and straight up. Only writing this because I had a bad experience with a tire just now, but I left happy and I felt like they actually respected me, and valued my business. Seriously, they're good people, spend your money with them. Check the tire you buy first, it is New Orleans after all, quick buck is a quick buck.

Blow out on a turo car left us in a pickle while visiting NOLA, but these guys got us in, changed the tire fast, had the run flats on hand, and we were on our with in under 15 mins. Great prices, even better customer service! Wish we had this where we live!

Awesome place. Had a screw lodged in my tire causing it to leak. Went here on my lunch break and they patched it up and sent me on my way within 20 minutes. Super nice guy at the desk. Would definitely recommend.

I had an emergency where I needed both of my front tires replaced. This was just around the corner from where my tires gave way. I was able to make it here where they fixed me right up. I purchased two tires for a fraction of the cost. The tires had good thread on them and in good overall condition. I will definitely use them if I'm ever in need of tires again.

sadly, I ruined a tire in one of our infamous potholes here in New Orleans. I had my car towed to this shop and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very fast and efficient. Highly recommend

Found my new tire shop! After being scammed twice at a different tire shop, I found Mid City new and used tires. Sam was absolutely wonderful! They didn't have my tires in stock so he ordered me a new tires over the phone. They came in the next day, and I was able to pick my car up the next afternoon. Not only were they quick, but very kind, and their prices were absolutely amazing! The whole staff was wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs new tires in the city.

These guys were super helpful, I stopped in to have my tire looked at because I felt like there was a bubble in it, they informed me that it was not, and they did not want to change the tire if there was not a bubble. Because it would still be doing the same thing so I will have to take it back to the mechanic shop who just replaced the wheel bearing. But I am very grateful that they were honest and courteous to me. They did not charge me anything to look at my car they were very very nice all very friendly, very knowledgeable and definitely recommend them to anybody looking to have your tires replaced by the honest people who are nice, respectful, and very welcoming!
