The food is amazing every time! Employees are great. Can not beat the price! Support local and feed the beast. They even have 5 double cheeseburgers for $25. Offer specials and offer cold drinks!

AMAZING!! absolutely no downside to this place. the cook was extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable and makes some bomb burgers and fries. everything was perfect. (price as well)

Every time I visit from Japan this is my number 1 stop! I have a list of must go to places and this seriously is always at the top. The food, The staff, the story on how it all started and let’s just talk about prices for a minute…. Amazing prices! You can not even get a kids burger at most places for less than $10. This is insanely good quality and flavor for the low prices!! We did a burger taste test when I was there last and tried 5 different smash burgers and we all agreed this is the best! Highly recommend!

Fantastic quality and value in these amazingly simple but almost perfect smash burgers. My picky meat hating 7 year old proclaimed best burger he's ever had. That means alot coming from him lol. We stopped in around 430 on a Sunday. We ordered 2 deluxe bois, a simple Boi, and the loaded fries. All 3 burgers were frankly superb. Fresh, crispy, and delicious. The gentleman maning the food cart was super friendly and got our order out in about 6 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised as some trucks take way longer. The fries were very good, cheesy and creamy. Very good quality for the cost. It's nice to find an affordable place that still has a higher standard. The ranch is a bit salty, but the smash sauce is very good. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick, cheaper and filling meal in Bend.

Hands-down my favorite burger ever. And the most affordable in Bend or anywhere else I’ve lived. Perfect take out on a Sunday afternoon. I can’t recommend it enough.

After reading an article about MCSB while in New Orleans, I returned home and had my first smashed burger. It was so good I went back three times that week. Great food aside, Mike seems like a good dude who cares about his employees and the community. 10/5 Stars, highly recommend

MCSB makes a great smash burger and it’s the most reasonably priced smash burger in Bend. The chicken nuggies smack too! I’d also add that Central Oregon summers are brutally hot to be grilling burgers in a steel box. I always admire their dedication. allocate some empathy!! (short supply these days)

These were great burgers, with their special sauce (garlicky aioli like sauce) and the crinkled fries! We also ordered the nugs but that was a disappointment. Just stick to the burgers and fries! Fresh hot and hit the spot! Guys were helpful. It's a food truck so no ambiance but standing outside, there's no sitting area except at the hotel across the way.

I love all burger types - thick ones, thin ones, crunchy ones, ones with a bunch of vegetables, ones with a lot of bacon, I've definitely had bad burgers, but generally, I have a pretty wide perspective on what a good burger is. I think these guys do a fantastic job of making a "smashburger" - these are thin, with crispy edges, onions are not always used (they are a one dollar add-on, which makes sense because not everybody likes onions), and have a nice mouth feel with plenty of fresh veggies (not "traditional" for a smashburger in my opinion, but I like it here), oh and the buns were nice and fresh-good quality, without being too thick. They are super friendly and quick - and the crinkle cut fries are nice and the salty and crispy They also have ice cream sandwiches and cold cans of pop. I've only been here twice, but I will definitely be back again. Highly recommend. Oh, and if you have a gluten intolerance, they do offer gluten-free Franz buns, and they can make you a seasoning-free plain burger patty for your dog

Great smashburger without being too heavy! The food truck is in the Waypoint hotel parking lot. My burger was ready within 5 mins and the staff was super friendly (to humans and dogs! Gave my pup a piece of bacon so I know this place won him over).

Hands down the best smash burger I've ever had. So simple, yet has a seriously complex taste profile. The sauce, the bun, just everything went together seamlessly. I would highly recommend eating here. Whether you're a local or like me who rode 3+ hours just try these and would do it again and again.

If you like smashburgers, this is a good one. Maybe the best in Bend. Note: with regards to their recent low health inspection score (which was quickly corrected with a score of 97), the report doesn't tell the whole story, as is typical with such things. The truck's water pipes froze one day meaning no running water in the truck. So they used the sink in the building immediately adjecent the truck. A pain for them and technically a violation but at no time did they 'not wash their hands.' Info from a Reddit post posted by the owner.

I don't have a consumer experience to review because they were not located address listed. This was pretty disappointing since I had just pulled off of the highway after a long day of driving and checked Yelp for 'burgers near me'. Just wanted to put a warning for other folks that if you are starving, don't count on them being there! I ended up going to Super Deluxe, it's pretty close by.

As others have said Bend is overrun with $24 elk burgers that, in spite of the steep price tag are still meh. Food here is great and not overpriced, honesty makes me nostalgic but ultimately makes me... full? Satisfied. Double smash burger is two patties with sauce and a great bun that's not too bready and dry. Sauce is perfect. Anything besides that you want an your burger and you'll need to ask for. Or get the deluxe with lettuce/tomato/bacon. My kids love the chicken nuggets, they're perfectly cooked and seasoned. Fries are good, I especially like the loaded fries with cheese and smash sauce. My wife likes the fish sandwich... pretty much can't go wrong, it's all been good. Vibe is great, friendly service and good food at a fair price. Grab a beer in the hotel lobby and you're in for a great time.

I don't know why I've not tried a smashburger before! I hate undercooked ground meat and you won't find that with these. I loved it. Tried the smashy boi and while simple with toppings, I was quite pleased. And of course, a side of fries and those were quite good too! I want to note that maybe the "patties" start out smaller because I felt I could eat two of these double burgers and I normally don't have that craving. Next time I'll get two. They had other offerings that sounded good too, like a chicken version though I wonder what that's like, smashed chicken? Anyway, the set up is great right in the parking lot of the Boneyard original location, and they have a new seating/eating area to enjoy MidCity's offerings. Went well with one of Boneyard's IPAs!

MidCity Smashburger is an awesome new addition to Westside Bend! They recently opened up shop in front of the original Boneyard Taproom, which also just reopened. The burgers here are the best in Bend. Highly recommend stopping by this food truck. In 2021, they were named Portland's Best Smash Burger, and in 2022, landed the #2 spot in a list for the "50 Best Burgers in the World." An RPM IPA (on Boneyard's new Lake Place patio) paired with a MidCity Smash Burger is about as good as it gets.

My new favorite Smashburger in town! Good prices, and great service, and a simply awesome burger. I had the Deluxe Boi and I would choose it again...maybe every time!

Probably one of the better values in town. Burger meat is good. Like the bun. Friendly service and cool hangout spot. Fries are huge portions but way way too salty. The mayo on the burger would be better if sweeter and tangier. It's more like a relish plain mayo. Health inspection seemed to be a fluke accident and I heard their water line froze day of or something. Too bad.

After trying a few other smash burger trucks and restaurants, we have concluded that this is the best one hands down!! We ordered 2nds to go so that we don't look like vicious hungry animals. Lol

Even if you arrive during their posted business hours sometimes there's no one there. Burgers are just okay and can't make up for the poor service. Won't return here.

The burgers taste great here! The gluten free buns are very good too. So happy this place opened a location in Bend. Can't wait to go back!

Had a great burger here today. It came highly recommended. Fast service. The dude serving the burger was nice and friendly. Got my burger in 5 mins or less and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll be back.

This is a terrific spot. One food truck, right outside Boneyard Brewery. Absolutely delicious smashed burgers. Keep the wrapper to keep yourself clean. The sauce is delicious but messy. Highly recommend Mr. J's Fries, too, with cheese and smash sauce. And, of course, a Boneyard beer.

love this place. the burger is always gone before i leave the parking lot. the fries are nasty though, not really crunchy or hardly any seasoning on it. but the burger is amazing, definitely my favorite out here

Love their smash burgers but I reallllly love their fish burger! So fresh and not fishy at all. It's also not too "heavy" on the stomach.
