"The spicy version is somewhat inspired by Nashville hot chicken in that it doesn’t use dry-spice seasoning, according to Ransom. Instead, his team mixes dry ghost pepper, habanero, chipotle, and Korean chile into Ima’s house-toasted chile oil to dress the spicy sandwiches.
