From the very beginning, we were surprised with an incredibly tasty tomato foam. The oyster, paired perfectly, kept its pure taste of the sea. The porcini cream was intense and full of flavor. The perfectly cooked scallop, juicy and delicious. The lamb, simply perfect! I truly enjoyed every single dish 😃
The finale came with a variety of desserts, especially the white truffle and caviar ice cream, an unbelievable experience for the palate!!! ⭐ A must-try in Wrocław for anyone wanting to discover Polish cuisine reimagined with sensitivity and passion.
