This place sells not just amazing deserts, but small works of art. The pricing might seem high, but 5 minutes of watching them being made will prove just how much goes in to each desert. The have multiple gluten-free options that are simply spectacular. The staff us also incredibly friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. This place needs only one word..... yum!!!

Stanley is a welcome addition to the area, bringing great value with all the offerings it has—tons of little gems inside. Every time I come by, it feels like finding a new location. This time I discovered a great chocolate place offering unbelievable desserts with something for everyone. I tried the truffles as a quality test—out of this world flavor! I also had a Canelé on the way out. It looked great and tasted even better. When in Denver, this will definitely be a place to visit for desserts. Parking is plentiful—park on the east side of the building to be closer to their entrance.

First time trying Miette et Chocolat! I highly recommend this place. Pastries and chocolates are pretty and very well made with great flavor. Can't wait to go back and try more! Prices are very reasonable and totally worth it.

I must say this is one of the best Chocolate shops I’ve been too yet! Such a gem! With the most delicious treats & little cakes they have! With such kind service Me personally I LOVE pistachio and they had so many items with it!!! You must check them out!

Cute small store selling amazing chocolate and pastry goods. They have 7 different flavors of bonbons. This was my first time trying. These tiny chocolate cubes have flavored filling and just melts in your mouth. Loved the mango, vanilla, matcha and banana flavor. Little pricey, $2.88 each. We also got some macaroons that were also good. The lady in the store was very friendly, patiently helping us to pick different bonbon flavors.

The tiramisu was delicious. Definitely different from the traditional recipe but really good. I will be back to try more tasty treats.

You can get all kinds of delicious food here and this is an awesome place to get some special sweet treats for dessert! I have never felt more passionately about advocating for a cookie in my entire life. This is the best cookie I have ever had and I am unapologetically addicted. First of all, they are huge and bigger is always better when it comes to cookies. The cookie is thick and dense with a perfectly crispy crust with a soft and chewy inside. The perfect ratio of chocolate chips to dough. And the sea salt to top it all of... are you kidding me??? Absolute perfection. Pro tip: grab a punchcard because for every 8 cookies you buy, you get 1 free!!!

My mom is quite the fan of the desserts at Miette et Chocolat. This place has very high quality desserts that are handcrafted with complex flavor profiles. They also have seasonal dessert offerings!!! Around the Winter holidays, they had a gingerbread flavored dessert. -Seating: The store itself doesn't have seating but there are plenty of tables right outside the store and around other places around the Market Hall. -Price: Currently, each dessert is about $10 with tax and tip. It is quite pricey for the amount that you are getting - but you get what you pay for! These desserts are divine. -Service: The staff here are always friendly and willing to explain about the desserts. They also have a huge kitchen in the back where you can see chefs making the pastries. If desserts are your thing, definitely give it a try!

The service here was wonderful; extremely helpful staff and my 3 y/o loved watching them make desserts in the window while we were deciding what to bring home. We brought home several beautiful desserts to try as a family and in anticipation of the upcoming holiday. The crust on the fruit tart was a nice flavor and crumble and the tart filling was perfect with the sweet/tang of the fruit. However, one of the strawberries tasted strongly of mold. There was nothing visible on the tart, perhaps cut away before using, but it was a bite that was very unpleasant. The sea salt chocolate cookie was our favorite treat. A nice and soft chewy cookie, with a combination of sweet and salty. The two other chocolate desserts were stunning and beautiful, but were just "ok" (the chocolate didn't have much flavor and tasted fairly neutral in both). The macarons topping them were perfection. Overall, I think this was a 3.5 experience. I bumped up to 4 because of the service, but I think the desserts were more beautiful than tasty.

Beautiful, high quality, gift worthy desserts. My favorite is the raspberry and cream eclair. So light, fresh and delicious. Can't wait to visit their new larger storefront location as well. But this little spot has my heart.

I always appreciate a business that strives to achieve the highest and bestest of everything. With its outward appearance and how their products are impeccably and neatly displayed throughout its tiny and yet practical space, I could only think of giving them my heartfelt accolades. I've purchased their products at least a few times in the past but I'd never written a review for any of my shopping experiences. Hence it was time to do so, today! My Crème Brûlée was beautiful. Although it was a bit pricey (almost $9 a piece), I was happy to know that this cake is/was densely made and it's packed with all kinds of decadences. It was a bit heavy for my stomach but gave me all the $9 I'd hope to see and taste. This is no airy cake so be sure to have the right amount of sweet cravings you need to have for this beauty. The service was good, too (the guy at the counter had a nice smile and thanked me for my business at the end.) I think I won't need to eat any sweets for a while as I'm happily satisfied.

Chocoholic here, guilty as charged. So, when those cravings occur, my neighborhood go-to solution is this incredible chocolatier because of their phenomenal sea salt caramel chocolate chip cookies. They are not nibble material. Nope. This is serious stuff not for a cookie novice. Oh my, do I ever love them. I just tipped you off to a terrific snack, so please save me the last one!

What a work of art everything is! It was so hard deciding what I wanted! I ended up choosing the Raspberry Chocolate Mousse. Yum! The mini macaron on top was amazing. I wish I got a few to try. The employee was very nice and explained what all the treats were. Definitely stop by if you're a chocoholic or a dessert connoisseur.

I have been watching Bake Squad on Netflix since it started. I had no idea the "Champion of chocolate" Gonzo was a local and owned a shop here! We went just before closing so supply was limited but everything that was left still looked stunning. The guy working was super friendly and answered all my questions on the local celebrity. I got "The chocolate one" which was a creamy mousse dessert at the recommendation of the person working. It was creamy, decadent but not overly heavy or filling. Really good and hit the spot. If you are a fan of Bake Squad and in Denver, you have to come here!

Absolutely gorgeous treats. Their raspberry cheesecake was delicious! I was expecting a bigger selection of chocolate, however the space was quite small so I will have to check out their larger storefront. Staff was friendly and helpful in choosing what to get.

Yummy chocolate shop in Stanley Marketplace. We got the snowman mint pomegranate mousse. It was kind of a weird combination and the texture reminded me of a soft marshmallow but it was a cool dessert. We also got some bonbons and they were good. I loved the banana, hibiscus bergamot, and vanilla the most. The peppermint one had too thick of a shell and the peppermint flavor wasn't very strong. The orange one was ok. Good and quick service and a cute shop.

Perfect gift or place to pick up treats for a special occasion or just because! Love this business and all of their creations. I often pick up treats to share with clients, friends and family. It is located in the Stanley and is a go to when visiting Aurora. My mom in Hawaii often buys souvenirs/omiyage (gifts when traveling) to bring back to Hawaii to share with family. I enjoy the cookies! They are out of this world and I'm not a sweets person. However I do enjoy their cookies. For birthdays I often pick up the beautifully crafted specialty desserts. The price of the items can be pricy but totally worth it! They are quality and delicious. Definitely encourage you to try their chocolates and specialty desserts. Sometimes they are too beautiful to eat and definitely taste just as amazing! Visit Miette in a Aurora! Promise it won't disappoint!

I passed by this little space just after a great lunch and though I wasn't in the market for chocolate, I couldn't pass this up. I got a lemon hibiscus Bonbon and 2 macarons (chocolate and blueberry). The macarons were nice and chewy with flavors that popped. The bonbon was perfectly balanced with sweet and tart. I was concerned it would be too floral heavy but it wasn't. So good. The staff was so friendly, too. Great experience.

The person working there told my kid to be quiet while he was playing in the open space adjacent to this business. They said he should go play somewhere else. This must be the only candy store I've ever seen that doesn't like kids.

I love, love dessert, and I am pretty confident Miette's hazelnut bar is my favorite dessert in Denver, possibly my favorite full stop. That being said, everything we have tried here is good. The chocolate chip cookies are my hubs favorite. I can't think of anything else to add at this point, and my mouth is watering!

I had to go back in my bank statement to find this place and write it a review, there's no words that can describe just how amazingly perfect this place is. This is some of the best desert I've ever had in my life.

Such delicious chocolates. Bought a macaron, dark and milk chocolates, Heath bar chocolate brownie and a dulce de leche chocolate. Very cute chocolate shop! The treats are delightful to look at! They can put chocolate gifts together as well. Well worth the higher costs. Very good and quick customer service too.

Cute little spot in the Stanley Marketplace with a gorgeous dessert display - it's hard not to stop and order something! And order only one thing at that. I restrained myself to only ordering one dessert - the black cherry cheesecake. The cheesecake crust had that earthy flavor of granola and brought some saltiness to each bite. The cheesecake filling was very soft and smooth. The top caramel brought a nice sweet touch that glued everything together for a perfect bite. Lastly, the cherry aspect was in a jelly jam texture with a subtle flavor of cherry - I think it could've been stronger or more tart, but overall still tasty.

Ok but definitely some of the best chocolate in Denver if not THE best chocolate. Not only are you blown away by stunning chocolate creations when you first walk in but holy heck it tastes amazing. I was gonna say I wish I lived closer but on second thought, it's probably good that I don't cuz I would want to be in here enjoying a least one piece of chocolate daily. If you are having a craving, or needing a gift for a friend this is your spot. Who doesn't like something gorgeous and tasty! So good

When I'm invited to a dinner party, I always offer to bring the dessert... but one issue with Denver is I have never found a place that can create some delicious show stoppers. Imagine my surprise while walking through Stanley Market place only to discover Miette et Chocolat! What the create here is truly spectacular. Individual little pieces of tasty art. Whats even better is its just a few blocks from my house. Honestly, you will find no better place to throw down some 'shock and awe' at your next get together or even if you just want to hole up by yourself for a treat. The employees are also top-notch and glow when talking about how special their product is. Truly, you have to go here... unless you don't like being the star of the dinner party... then I suggest you go to your local grocery store bakery for a factory made icky pie.

Beautifully decorated bon bons, delicious macaroons, and sweet little fruit cakes are a wonderful sight and fabulous to the taste buds. A definite stop to satisfy the sweet cravings. Yes, a little pricy (one silver dollar size macaroon was just under $3) but it helps one pace theirselves.

This cute little bakery is tucked inside Stanley marketplace. There were so many amazing options from macaroons to little cakes such as this one I got. The tiramisu was $8-9 and a perfect dessert to share between 2 people. The dessert was delicious - I could appreciate how carefully it was crafted a put together. A true art! I'll be back to pick up more options to try next time.

I've tried so many things here over the last couple years. Beautiful dessert offerings change from time to time with some stables that are always available. Some of my favorites include: Sea salt chocolate chip cookie -- this is a must. When they make it fresh the aroma is irresistible. I like microwaving it for 20 seconds at home if I don't eat the cookies on the same day. The balance of sweet and salty and fat is just right. Macarons -- this is great for gifting, including gifting yourself a box. It's cute and tasty Chocolate mousse desserts, like the Santa hat for the current season -- soft and not overly sweet Staff has always been friendly and attentive.

Seeing this is a chocolate shop, we didn't love this place. Let me explain. We love the taste of chocolate but we don't mind if it's flavored. However, being a chocolate shop, for better or for worse, the expectation would be that everything is chocolate forward. This wasn't the case. Specifically, I ordered the 'beautiful' 'miettes' in the case as this was a gift. There is no question these are like art work! Very appealing to the eye. To us, each tasted quite artificial with the inside being the focal point rather than the chocolate itself. Someone mentioned these were bon-bons and, by definition, this is what it seems to be - a candy or filling covered by chocolate. No one really explained this to me nor did I really see any signs pointing this out so I think it was a really miss here on expectation versus reality.

This one is fantastic! Great balance between the richness of chocolate and the sweetness of coconut through the moist cake. Would love to go back try other items.

Miette is a charming little spot inside the Stanley Marketplace. They sold the best macaroons I have every had in my life. Beyond that, I sampled some of their artesian chocolates as well as peanut butter malt balls - all were outstanding. I highly recommend stopping in! They are worth the splurge.

My favorite chocolatier by far! First, Miette is located in the Stanley Marketplace, so fun to wander around, unique small businesses to browse. I started my day with breakfast at the Denver Biscuit Company, then went to buy bagels and fresh bread at Rosenberg's Deli, after that some gift shopping and the final stop of the day was at Miette et Chocolat! I love the decadent desserts, I was going to a special event in the evening and wanted to bring a few beautiful chocolate goodies to share. Today I chose the, Black Cherry cheesecake, the Chocolate Covered Cherry, the Hazelnut Mousse Bar and the Tiramisu; I also bought a couple PB Crunch bars and a Snikkers bar to have at home on hand for a chocolate emergency. The PB Crunch bars are so delicious, be careful, you can't eat just one! You can expect to spend a little over $8.00 per dessert, but they are so beautiful and so worth it!

The chocolate art they offer here and the little cakes and tarts are enough to make you I would probably spend too much money here on the regular. Luckily I do not have regular access to this place. The bon bons are delicious. The fruit tart was great. The macaron was not so great but it seems to be a hIgh altitude, texture issue I've found in most of these shops offering this French pastry here in Denver. Definitely get some chocolate. If not for yourself, then as a gift!

Miette et Chocolat is the most delicious store in the Stanley Marketplace. It is a French patisserie and their motto is ...locally sourced and crafted with love. My husband and I visited twice during our vacation. On our first trip in I picked up a few of their gourmet chocolates. I loved the colorful designs and they smelled wonderful. The taste was fresh, smooth and rich. Each exterior was hard chocolate with a delicious ganache center. On my second visit I purchased some prepackaged candy bars ($8.50 each) and some chocolate covered almonds. ($12.00 each) These items were gifts so I did not taste them but I received great feed back on them.

I heard about this little desert store and was pleasantly satisfied I heard that these are one of the most accurate representations of French chocolate desserts. I was surprised to see the quality of these chocolates as you can also see the designs that they create with the chocolate. On a display window there was a beautiful sculpture of a dear's head fancied with flora and fauna ALL completely made of chocolate. It feels as though its impossible that it is all made of chocolate. As I saw the kitchen behind the store owner I could see a highly organized and clean work space that showed just how professional he was about his work. I took these treats home (see pictures) and they were fantastic. They had a perfect blend between all sorts of chocolates and cream. I recommend this area and would recommend it to anyone.

I've lived in the area for years and have only tried their items once before but never the cookie. That's so dumb of me! I have been following the Stanley marketplace on Instagram and they've posted about these delicious chocolate chip cookies and OMG I don't know why I've deprived myself this long. Girl is thicc and loaded with chocolate chips. Not to mention topped with flaky sea salt ... you can't go wrong. The cookie is chewy and that's my weakness! I love a nice crisp outside and a chewy center, do yourself a favor and spend a little on this cookie for a few minutes of bliss.

People leaving anything other then a 5 star review has no idea what they are talking about. The only way to get patisserie of this quality BESIDES going here is to buy a ticket to France. The price might be cheaper BUT in France the size is MUCH MUCH smaller. So it equals out. Often my wife and I will split one, and fairly priced compared to the now jacked up prices for deserts at restaurants!!!!

This cute little shop is located inside of Stanley Market and was one of the first places I stopped by when I landed. There was a decent sized parking lot, but it was pretty full. After a little driving around, we parked on the side of the street and walked in. Miette is down the same hall as the donut shop and sushi restaurant, right next to the BBQ place. They offer some impressive looking desserts and bon bons, though they are pricey. (Desserts $5-10, BonBons almost $3.00 each) Passionfruit Bon Bon: 4/5 I've had some fancy looking bon bons in the past that have been pretty unimpressive. I really appreciated Miette et Chocolat's bonbon because of its very thin shell, the quality of their semi-sweet/dark chocolate, and the beautiful snap/crunch of the shell when I bit into the bonbon. These three qualities were proof that these bonbons were well worth their price tag. The passionfruit filling was very flavorful and the ONLY complaint I have is that it seems the filling had a thin layer of crystallization on top which didnt ruin the tasting experience, but was certainly not my favorite. Eclair: 4.5/5 This eclair was not your basic cream filled eclair. The choux had a layer of craquelin on top which gave the eclair a lovely texture. It also helped preserve the eclair so that even if the choux got a little soggy from the filling, the craquelin kept the eclair crisp. There were also crunchy pearls, a strip of, again, great quality, well tempered chocolate that gave a really satisfying snap when you bit into it, and a tiny, cute little macaron. Overall, this was a tasty dessert, but too rich for me to have in one sitting. In fact, I had this eclair over several days (a few bites with my tea in the evening) and it was nice. This dessert was well though out and balanced and was certainly worth the price.

Delicious, beautiful works of art! When I first passed by Miette et Chocolat at the Stanley Marketplace, I was immediately drawn in by the beauty of their hand-made desserts. Every dessert is literally a work of art. The good news is that their desserts taste just as good as they look! In the case of the raspberry chocolate mousse, my husband and I both agreed that it tasted BETTER than it looks! Now that's a strong, and well-deserved, statement. Miette's desserts are definitely worth trying. I have had the raspberry chocolate mousse and a seasonal peanut butter mousse with banana cake. My ultimate fave is the raspberry chocolate mousse, of which they also offer a large version for parties (oh so tempting)! Chocolatey, rich, creamy mousse. Aside from the gorgeous desserts, Miette also makes fancy truffles and of course, macarons! Next time you're at Stanley Marketplace, drop by Miette to experience their masterpieces for yourself.

Miette has so many beautiful and delicious desserts. I promise you will have a hard time deciding exactly what to get. I tried the coconut milk chocolate bars and chocolate covered strawberries. They were both really good. And both were plant-based. This is a great place to come just to pick up something sweet for yourself or a sweet gift for a loved one. My kids wanted everything they laid their eyes one!! It's a beautiful shop with beautiful desserts.

Kind of a super fancy little chocolate paradise cloaked in industrial farmhouse garb. There's even a window into the shop's inner workings so passersby can watch them make their chocolate magic. They have chocolate bars, cookies, even different flavors of french macarons for sale. And then they have beautiful, intricate cakes and pastries looking like they came right out of a french magazine. Clearly, we wanted one of everything, but decided on the Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Bar for me and a Tiramisu for the bf. This hazelnut bar was absolute perfection. Imagine a rich, solid chocolate bar of a boat filled with a lighter chocolate and hazelnut crunch layer with hazelnut mousse and solid dark and white chocolate plus miniature chocolate french macaron passengers. All in one decadent bite. Ferrero Rocher on 100. Just delicious. The bf loved the Tiramisu as well. A nice crunch to the base and smooth and creamy the rest of the way through. Topped with a small chocolate disc and gold flecks for that extra oomph. Amazing desserts from a wonderful little shop that would be perfect for a gift for any occasion. Or you know, a Tuesday...for yourself..in bed with a side of Netflix.

Wow tiramisu is my favorite dessert ever, but this was next level. I almost didn't want to eat it because it was so beautiful. I couldn't believe all the textures and flavors in this. Started with a sweet light and creamy top, delicately decorated with exceptional detail. Then there was a rich creamy chocolate center, all sitting a moist but crunchy crust. I had a hard time making sense of it, but it tasted like heaven. I loved their edible label of white and black chocolate. A little on the pricey side, but worth every penny and an extra tip! My partner had the gluten free raspberry chocolate cake and he loved it! Will return soon!

Really good high end chocolate. This place is expensive but divine. It's also cool to watch them making stuff. Would recommend this.

Birthday, anniversary, engagement, Arbor Day, Flag Day, or any day. I simply don't need any of those special days to get a chocolate. It's what I do now. It's a part of my travel itinerary, and become a part of my at-home priority too. I've always liked chocolate, but I something changed in my heart this year and it doesn't look like it's going to change back anytime soon (despite the fact that it should), so I'm a fiend for chocolate. Always as the chocolatier what they recommend. In this case, it was a delightful young woman who helped me out and even though I was about to have lunch, she directed me to a single hazelnut chocolate and it was the right call. They craft these by hand, and although you certainly pay for that craftsmanship, it's a price you should be willing to pay. I'm only sad that I didn't get to hang around longer and chat more, buy more, and eat more. And the one I got was so good, I'm certain the rest would be great. I could eat them the rest of my life; I want to, actually. Sometimes a taste of something good is all you need, you know?

I know something special when I see it and this is way beyond special. Lovely little sweet shop with creations that one would think are too pretty to taste good-WRONG! They literally look like they were made with a 3D printer...precision at every layer. Details so intricate and purposeful, each piece strategically placed to create perfection. Visit Stanley Marketplace and enjoy something while you're there but take another one home to remind yourself how good it was....

I'm obsessed. I suppose having an obsession with chocolate isn't the worst thing in the world. This is a small but mighty store. The desserts are for starters beautiful and then follow up well with being supremely delicious. On Sunday we tried the chocolate hazelnut bar, salted chocolate chip cookie, two chocolates - one passionfruit and one wild strawberry and a homemade snickers bar. The individual passionfruit chocolate was delicious but the strawberry was not worth the calories. Then we moved on to the chocolate hazelnut bar which was outstanding. There was a dark chocolate shell filled with chocolate hazelnut with little pearls of crunch to help mix up the texture. Topping that was a cremeaux? of hazelnut and then little mini macarons. Decadent to say the least. Then we hit the cookie and you might be thinking, it's just a chocolate chip cookie. To which I say no. This cookie was so good that I couldn't stop thinking about it all week and today is Thursday and guess where I was? Back getting another cookie and more of the homemade snickers bars. Those are on point too just in case you are wondering. Today I also took home the raspberry key lime tart which I really enjoyed with the combination of tart flavors but the hubs was so-so on. I would suggest putting prices on the items in the case in a classy way because yes, this is expensive but it's high quality and seems a little too posh to not tell you what you are spending until you hand them your credit card. But regardless I'm a loyal fan!

The Hazelnut bar dessert was to die for! I mean it was 4 servings in one bar because of the richness but It was delish and we will be back again for sure! Great idea if you're hosting and need fancy dessert ideas. These are beautiful pieces of art that just so happen to taste delish

I went here with my friend. After our Disappointing Lunch several steps away, we venture to this cute artisanal "chocolate/pastry making factory". They were making their Chocolates in House, which I came a little late for the picture taking worthy. Its an OPEN Kitchen, where you can view all the Pastry Chefs in action. From their small display Chocolate or In house Pastries, I purchased the following items : * Nutella Éclair ($7.51) * A box of French Macarons ($12.99) * Blueberry Bon Bons ($2.86) * Nutella Bon Bons ($2.86) Unfortunately, I either forgot to ask about all the 6 different flavors of the French Macarons. *MY BAD* **SLIGHT SIGH** All in all I like this establishment. The pricing could be steep for some. Just take note, the time I was there, they DID NOT list their pricing of their products at the display. They make beautiful pastries and chocolates.. I often bring chocolate back from Paris. And this spot reminds me of Jean Paul Hevin chocolates. This is the real deal French chocolate.

Let's just say this is the best pastry shop in all of Colorado! Everything I've had so far has been perfectly crafted and tasted amazing. The strawberry bar is so unique with amazing textures and flavors. Each dessert has its own unique bite and will sure to not disappoint! My gf and I have been searching for the perfect pastry shop since moving to denver a year ago, and we have found it!

This is a small storefront with two cases, one with their hand-made chocolates and one with pastries. They also offer chocolate bars, cookies, and a few other odds and ends. The centerpiece of the shop is a spacious open kitchen with large windows where you can watch all of the goodies being prepared. They offer a limited number of chocolate varieties, all of which are stunningly beautiful. They are also very expensive and fairly small. I have found most of the flavors, which sound very interesting, a bit too subtle for my taste. I like the cookies and pastries better. We got a sea salt chocolate chip cookie on this visit. It was large, thick, and packed with chips. It was also breathtakingly expensive. Was it worth the price? I'm not sure. It was very tasty, soft, and fresh. I got a key lime tart to go. Again, it was very beautiful and very, very expensive.

Miette is a drop of sunshine in Pandemicville! Beautiful chocolate works of art. We've taken to gathering 5 or 6 or 7 for birthday celebrations instead of cake. Makes it so special. Staff is very helpful as well. When making a trip to the Stanley, it is impossible not to run by...just for one.
