Would definitely recommend! Lots of variety, but I love the noodle soups, they are a good size and not a long wait. The yogurt drinks and sour plum juices are also great. Wait staff were very helpful and patient, even during busy hours. Highly recommend :)

The food was excellent. The scallion pancake beef roll was so good. Wonton in chili oil had a nice kick to it, and the beef noodle soup is great on a cold day. I chose the spicy broth and it was flavorful. Definitely will come back and try the other dishes.

Just tried the Mifen eatery that highly recommended by many locals. Opted for the beef in sour and spicy soup Mifen and lamp spine Mifen—absolutely stellar choices. The Mifen texture was soft, tender, and the soup surpassed expectations. Even the ice jelly and yogurt were delightful additions. Ideal for a swift lunch or dinner. Definitely making this a frequent haunt.

Loved this place! I wanted to try something new so this was my first time trying your food. I don’t think I have ever had traditional Chinese food like this and as a spicy food lover, this was definitely spicy in all the best ways possible! I was a bit skeptical at first because I did not know how you would cater to vegetarians like me but this dish was so good and had so much flavor, I will definitely be coming back! My parents own a small local food business themselves so I can tell how much time and effort y'all must have put into every dish made and that probably doesn’t get appreciated enough. Thanks for the great food and service!

I had never tried Mifen noodles before, and the only way I can describe them is they melt in your mouth. Great, hearty dish served in broth with chunks of lamb. The staff was welcoming and helpful to explain the differences in their menu offerings.

First timer with my girlfriend and honestly it did not disappoint! We are from Dallas and decided to give it a try. I got a beef intestine noodle plate and was great! Between my girl and I we only spend $25, great price nonetheless.

I was doing some grocery shopping next door and decided to grab something to eat. I remember coming to this place once but never came back for some reason. Now, after I tried their food again this time I understand why I hadn’t been back. The noodle has lots of noodle but little meat and no flavor. The pig ear is too soggy and salty because they marinated it for too long. The cucumber dressing isn’t mixed even so some is too salty and some is not . Very disappointing

Mifen Prince is pretty cool. Our party of four went on a week day night for early dinner, so it was not crowded. The staff there was super friendly and helped us with the menu. We wanted to make sure we understood the difference between the noodle and mifen choices and then also ordering some sides. Between the four of us, we tried the combo spicy beef, tripe, tendon cold dish as appetizer. We ordered mutton with skin mifen in sour & spicy broth, beef mifen with spicy broth, the beef noodle with spicy broth, and mutton with skin in regular (non-spicy or sour) broth. Lastly, cause we wanted to try it, we added spicy chicken stirred mifen as well. We all had our different favorites. Some of us are not into spicy, others not into sour. But that's why it's good we can try all these different broths. Overall the food was tasty and the service was fast and friendly. If we lived in the area, this would be one of our routine restaurants when craving a nice bowl of hot noodle / mifen soup.

Cash discount. Beef noodle had lean meat, though could be more tender. Tofu skin was tasty but also could be softer. Yogurt drink was thicker than expected, more yogurt like than drink like, which I prefer.

Definitely worth to try. authentic rice noodle from China. The hotpot is just right for winter and taste really good with lamp bone broth. The salt duck was impressive, the duck was cooked right with just enough salty flavor. For sure to visit again next time. For sure to try out the homemade yogurt.

I ordered a beef tendon noodle soup through UberEats along with some tofu skin salad. The tofu skin salad was decently good however I'm shocked at the portion of tendon that was given to me... I've eaten at Mifen Prince before and it's always been good with a decent portion size. In the container to the left, there was cilantro/green onion, red cabbage, and the beef tendon with sauce in clockwise order. After pouring in the sauce, there was only 5 small pieces of tendon. It's a little ridiculous that I paid $15 for an entree with barely any meat and it's noticeably way less than if you eat at the restaurant. Take out orders should be given the same portion and not less just because a customer ordered through UberEats...

Will never come back again! Food was cold, noodle was over cooked. The most important is the terrible service. When I complained to the service, they argued and questioned me back ...I am the one who was eating. It was not the 1st time I came here. Used to like here a lot. Sad. When I was paying the bill, I even stupidly tried to explain to the waiter that I was just trying to tell them the issue, that's it. And he chose to ignore me lol

We ordered tomato fatty beef mifen and intenstine mifen. Food was so good. Highly recommended guys. Will be back.

Notes: (1) Located in a plaza with many Asian cuisine options (2) Free parking. Came here for lunch with a party of two and we were seated quick. There was lots of seating and the place was well designed and clean. As for the service, it was hard getting a hold of the waiter and we had to flag them down for anything that we needed. As for the food, I got the beef mi fun in casserole which wasn't good. It had no flavor - super bland on top of the small portions. I was expecting more ingredients in there but it was just disappointing. The tofu skin appetizer was actually good but I had to ordered two portions because it was small and filled with MSG. Overall, I would not come back as there are better options in this plaza.

Food is mediocre. Not the best mifen. But looking at limited choices of mifen in Plano, this is ok. Soup is authentic home made soup made with fermented tomato's and chilli. Service is worst. Ordered 4 noodles dish and 1 rice dish and 2 appetizer. Ordering process is itself extremely difficult. The waitress is not well trained. It is easier to order ourselves. There are many codes in the menu that are confusing. Food served took long time to reach. And end up they miss one of the noodles never come after reminding for two times and waited for 45 mins. Never even a single apologies . Extremely pissed and they gave me a free yogurt. Still not a single apologies. Hungry man is an angry man! Black listed surely!

Great value for an interesting and satisfying soup noodle. Recommend the Mifen rice noodle with an extra egg for protein. Spicy and sour soup. Recommend also the ice jelly dessert. Very light.

I ordered Takeout and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty my order was. I got the combo, plain chinese yogurt + beef mifen + tea egg which came out to be $18.49 with tax via Apple Pay. They did mention they have a discount if paying with cash. I got home and the portion size for the meat was slightly small but it was fine because the noodles were plenty. The service by the server boy was really nice. The place looked clean and nicely decorated. Their house made fresh chinese authentic yogurt was very good and tasted just like how they make it in china. Highly recommend trying this place out if you're a yogurt 酸奶 fan!

Mifen Prince was so tasty! the food was fresh and cooked well i really enjoyed the fatty sliced beef with tomato rice noodles. Overall an awesome to go when craving soup noodles.

Wonderful place! I love the tenderness and stiffness of the mifen. The atmosphere is great. They have Jay Chou's music all the time which makes it much better. The owner lady is super nice she offered homemade drinks (yogurt, plum juice, hibiscus tea, etc.) for free. Love this place. Definitely will revisit !

if u wanna try out Mifen, here's the place to come. This is the only Mifen restaurant here in Dallas area. We came here very often. The food quality are excellent and service is great.

Went here last night and the service was amazing, our server was so informative of the menu and the background of the food, she was very friendly. Answered all of our questions, and gave great recommendations. Everything we ordered was delicious. Def worth the drive. We ordered beef mifen stirred and casserole with tendon and beef that was served in a clay dish and piping hot. We will definitely be back, the ambiance is great as we were able to talk unbothered and the bathrooms are clean. Check them out!

location is great! Restaurant is nice and clean. I had never had mifen noodles before I came here. OH man. they are good. good and chewy and a little bit different. I loved them. I got the beef tendon mifen noodles and just slurped them up. I was a little turned off by the price, but that's just the state of eating out nowadays. everything costs everyone more!

Been craving hot broth and noodles lately so I checked this place out. Got the ns1 beef noodles. Pretty good! Serving size was plentiful too. The store is very prettily decorated it was fun staring at all the walls lamps and backlit art while my bf was fighting for his life in the bathroom lol. Lots of the menu items have nuts though so watch out (they're marked on the menu)

We stopped by here on a Monday because al lot of the other restaurants were closed. It was a surprisingly excellent choice. I ordered the beef noodle soup. You can choose rice or regular noodles. I chose rices noodles and added an egg for $1.50. The soup was ver flavorful and not heavy and oily. The beef was soft and chewy. Im not a fan of the beef, my the rest was delicious. Highly recommend this place. Ill have to go back and try the other dishes.

The lady there very friendly. Nice and helpful, very sweet. The mifen noodle is white and chewy. The broth is flavorful. You can ask for a really spicy version. Beef were tender. Cold appetizers were good. Joy too crazy about the fish casserole tho. Definitely a share bowl type. I could never finish mine. We have been going back to this place many times.

I'm usually not the biggest fan of Chinese beef noodle around this area, since the broth is usually too thick or the noodles are not high quality, but Mifen Prince's speciality dish is hands down the best I've had! Everything on their menu was amazing -- their dumplings are also the best I've ever tried and we ended up taking some frozen ones home. Our server was very nice and helpful, and they even speak Chinese, which made it easy for my parents to order what we wanted. I would definitely come here again!

Ordered Beef noodle soup Wonton soup Beef noodle in casserole Beef noodle soup and beef noodle in casserole are the same thing, with the latter having some tomatoes in it. The latter was served in a diff type of bowl. Actually I think the latter has smaller container than the bowl. The latter was served almost boiling and caution don't touch the casserole side, you will get burned. Beef Chunks were tender and tasty but the soup lacked some kick. Soup was subtle .. only tasted salty and hardly anything else. Noodles were very soft. Wonton soup - wontons to me were a little salty but my kids loved it. Was pleasantly surprised when we were given bottled water one each for free since we did dine in

This place was just recently open last week. They are open for dine-in too. We were the only couple there. Guess, it's so new that people still don't know about it. The decor is really beautiful and pretty. We ordered their famous beef noodle soup. My hubby got it extra spicy. My hubby loves pepper, but that was too spicy for him. I ordered the fish casserole. I thought the fish is in a casserole dish. Well, it's not like American casserole. It was actually a noodle soup with fish that is in a clay pot. They brought it to our table literally piping boiling hot! I had to wait about 30 minutes just for the soup to cool down a little bit. Overall, our dishes were really good and very tasty. There was some cut up pickled mustard greens and pickled cabbage that actually balanced out the flavor of the soup. I totally recommend this place for everyone and we will definitely coming back. TIPS: 1. They brought us tiny plastic spoon for the soup. You should ask if they have the Asian soup spoon instead. It was taking me a longer to eat with the tiny plastic spoon. 2. The casserole dish is actually a clay pot. Your soup will be boiling hot. It will burn your tongue if you don't let it cool. So, ask for a small bowl, scoop a little out at a time, just to let it cool.
