I had to swap my OpenTable last minute and they were so kind to help me shift it / I appreciate the customer centricity. Definitely get the eggplant app. Cute ambiance for weekday upscale but not too fancy!

Cute little spot with delicious Italian food. Quality was top notch and service amazing. Defs small plates but everything was soo good. Had ricotta toast, carbonara, and tiramisu. Overall really delicious and recommend

The food was absolutely delicious, service was great, atmosphere is on the more modest side but still lovely. My one and only complaint is the portion sizes are a bit too restrained. Many pastas are $20-30 and are just a little bit bigger than my fist— I understand this is the case in many such places but for me this starts to affect how I view the value. However the steak and gnudi are unmissable and the quality of the food can easily go toe-to-toe with it’s many Michelin-recognized neighbors.

Very kind staff, pretty place in the middle of a busy area with tons of other options. The place was quite packed with not much room around tables. Service was timely. We only tried the vegetarian items on the menu, and they were clearly marked which was great! The food itself was okay, we liked the risotto. The gnudi portion size was very small, and the eggplant was pretty standard. The fresh bread was amazing, and cocktails were interesting.

Staff and service were excellent. My cocktail was delayed to come and they gave us a tiramisu on the house ! Recommend as a cosy spot for good traditional Italian food snd service :)

Absolutely terrible. Walked in and was told immediately that I had 1 hr because they had an event. Well why let me book a reservation? Didn’t even bother to pour the water. Slammed it down on the table. The food I deserve a refund for. The meatballs looked like 1/2 inch freezer meatballs. 5 for $25 for a total of what would be 1 meatball at a normal restaurant. And didn’t taste like anything Then the pasta’s were so bland and no substance. Water with pasta And at the end of our 40 min meal, we were rushed out. Even before the event was near.

This is definitely a spot to hit when the weather is nice and you can eat on the back patio. The inside restaurant is cozy and only has a few tables when it’s the winter time. The food was very good, but there were two dishes I’d recommend trying something else. We started with eggplant parm and Tuscan kale salad, which were both great. The pastas fell a little short of our expectations but still good. And Steak chimichurri sauce was very good. MAFALDINE missed seasoning but overall good experience

The pasta was incredible!!! The short rib agnolotti was insanely good, the ragu was great too. Such nice people. Thank you!

On a snowed-in wintery, HBD in the West Village, NYC we wondered the neighborhood for an intimate and cozy, Italian dinner spot and happened upon MiGarba. We wandered-in and sat, tucked into the front window sill area, under the split heating system and low lights. Took off our mitts, and stayed awhile for some spaghetti entrees and fries and Brussels sprouts. Which hit the spot, thanks for the vegetarian options but also had a lil bit of saltiness to them. We walked down Bleecker Street on previous late evening, weekend nights and the restaurant was packed to the gills. Being a Sunday snowy, evening we got a lil more luckily and there was a table seating avail. there is also, a small bar area. The service was attentive, and we wanted for nothing. Which in NYC, seems a rarity so thank you for your thoughtful service. It was much appreciated. Especially, on a HBD evening, when we're randomly wandering the neighborhood for a romantic bite for two. And here's to the first Yelp review of 2026. :)

MiGarba is a vibe. Sit at the bar with Pierre solo or with a date. Order the carbonara or eggplant and ask for his wine recommendations. Thank me later.

Comfortable neighborhood restaurant Each visitor is welcomed when they enter, setting the tone of their meal. The cocktails are outstanding, complex, and well-balanced. The pasta dishes are outstanding. The service is helpful and attentive. A 3% service charge is applied to credit card payments.

This is without a doubt one of my new favorite italian spots in the city. MiGarba is a small and cozy dinner spot in the West Village with fresh and classic menu options. This place is perfect for a date night, the service is fast but not rushed and our food came out quickly. The fried calamari was so fresh, and I liked that it came with a spicy marinara instead of a classic one. The carbonara was out of this world, it honestly is the closest I've gotten in the US to the pasta in Italy. Do not skip the tiramisu for dessert, that was best one I have ever had. I would highly recommend this spot, it is a must try!!

Very cute place in West Village. For food, we got tuscan kale salad, salmon tartare, ravioli and cavatelli. The stand-out was the cavatelli with gamberi. The pasta was moist and flavorful with the almonds adding a slight crunch. We were a bit disappointed in the ravioli because the cheese hardened so fast. For drinks, we both got the doge and it was v refreshing!

Came here for a late night drink, highly recommend it! Place was not super crowded, and great ambience. The person running the place was super cheerful and gave us great service. Loved the two drinks I got (the doge and a rum one santa something). They're open late and loved the chill vibe, would definitely go again.

Wanted to love but was a bit disappointed. Have had better pasta in the city for similar pricing. Staff was nice but they messed up my friends order. Ambiance was cozy and tight. Was good until a large party came and the noises overtook the whole restaurant. Something to keep in mind

Lovely spot, excellent food, convenient to that part of The Village. Rez a must, though the bar is quite inviting. A great little find - I'd happily return!

This is a cute friendly Italian bistro in the west village. It was fortunately chill when we showed up. There's some happy hour specials of course but really the staff is super friendly and the drinks are very good. Can't speak to the food (didn't try it) but it looked amazing. Totally a lovely spot.

The food was not great, the kale salad tasted a bit off and the lobster ravioli was overcooked and wouldn't even stay together. The service was also bad, the waiter could not hear a word we said but kept nodding as if he had, making it impossible to know if he we had actually placed our orders. The ambiance is also not good, as the restaurant is a small space and it's nearly impossible to hear your dining companion over the conversation from the table that is uncomfortably close to yours.

Incredible pasta and cannot believe this place was not super crowded. Got a seat at the bar around 630pm on a Friday. The agnolotti in beef stock/jus with sage was INCREDIBLE and the epitome of northern Italian cuisine. Pierre was a great bartender and friendly and excellent service. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT food and even better service! I couldn't decide on which wine and the server gave me a full on wine tasting to help me chose. The ambiance is quaint WV bistrot vibes- good for a date night or just eating out with friends.

The food was mediocre at best and service was slow. It's a cute spot and I really wanted to like it more than I did.
