I’ve been working with Mighty Pacific for the past 7 years now. They were my 3 shops secondary vendor. They mainly supplied us with batteries. After trying 2 other vendor’s that were out of state as my primary vendor I decided to switch it over to Mighty. The out of state vendors always had shipping issues, or excuses on why parts wouldn’t show in a timely fashion. No market presence. I manage 5 quick lubes (now) and having the right oil filters in stock is critical to our success. Once Dave came on board with Mighty there was a huge increase in customer service and boots on the ground. I met with Dave and few times and he was able to give me a price point that would work for my 3 quick lubes (We opened up 2 since the meetings). I tested Mighty oil filters at the new shop we opened in 2018. Dave setup the whole inventory for us. Racks, shelves, tools and chemicals. Stocked it and everything. The Mighty filters are high quality and so is the local service. Dave, Corey and Shawn earned the 3 others stores business. Dave helped us convert our old part numbers and then helped us reduce our inventory levels. Mighty carry’s the right tool, brake parts, quick lube items and tire supplies. Shawn special ordered the window stickers we carry so we can order them directly from Mighty. I really appreciate the local boots on the ground and the high level of customer service. You call one of the 3 guy’s I mentioned above, and they will answer the call and get it done right the first time. Keep it up Dave, Corey, Shawn and the entire Mighty Pacific team. When we opened up the 5th store Dave was back at it again. Helping us build it from the ground up. A great partner indeed.
