So, so, SO good! Sometimes eating healthy feels like flavor has to be sacrificed. But not at this place! We came in for our daughter's bday night meal, and it was SO good!! Service, atmosphere, and prices are really great, but the flavor is what'll keep me coming back.

Google
Super packed flavors for the health conscious. I’ve been obsessed with this place since it started out as a food truck at Clark College. I’ve moved away from Vancouver since but crave it and need to stop by every time I come back for a visit. Mighty Bowl with Mighty Sauce is unbeatable! If the owners ever want a franchise elsewhere hit me up ;)

My family and I went to the Mighty Bowl for my birthday. We've never been here before and we had questions about the menu and how the ordering work, as they have all different ways to customize your order. The lady who took care of us was extremely rude. She clearly felt annoyed by our questions because she answered super condescending and disrespectful. She was rude to her coworker too who seemed new or uncomfortable with her. This lady refused to answer our questions and gave us vague answers like "it's just like every other restaurant, where you go and you order" but whenever we try to order she would get upset that we were not doing it the way she preferred. Her coworker was helping me at one point, then she got super annoyed and took over for him, then she got annoyed again and passed it back to her coworker. Once we sat down to eat, me and my family were talking about how terrible our experience was with her. It's really a shame because the food was delicious and the restaurant was lovely looking... but this lady was insufferable. The lady had long black hair on a pony tail, short, young, with tattoos. We all have decided to never go back unfortunately.

Google
I love Mighty Bowl! (I had it delivered this time, but the ambiance at the restaurant is nice as well) The ingredients are fresh, sauteed and very tasty--and the portions are good for the price. I had the Esther Short Bowl with sides of Kiggins and Cilantro Lime sauces. First of all, the herbs/spices used were so good, but the sauces?!?!--omgosh! THE BEST! Also, I've never been a soy curl person, but the way they cook and season them almost makes it seem like meat. It's my fav menu item for sure. This place is a must try!

Penny K.

Google
Fresh! I ordered the mighty bowl. Rice, beans, olives, salsa and cheddar cheese. I added onions ( at no charge) I had to leave off the sour cream, avocado and special sauce ( they all had an allergens ) #allergygirl. Served at room temperature so don't expect hot food. But it was yummy! I added an acai bowl for a perfect meal! I asked for no banana base or bandanna slices #allergygirl.

Google
The restaurant is welcoming and relaxing with lots of natural light and green plants. The food tastes great. I ordered the Esther Short Bowl as a burrito. The soy curls taste like well seasoned chicken and the whole thing was delicious. I highly recommend!

Google
They’ve come a long way from the food truck days! The food is as amazing as ever. It felt like a warm, inclusive atmosphere and the people working were friendly. I appreciated that we were greeted as we entered. That really set the vibe. One thing to note - your order may be ready to pick up at two different counters. Our bowls were ready at one and I had to ask about the avocado toast because I didn’t realize it would be ready at a different counter. But speaking of the avocado toast. It was delicious! Probably the best I’ve ever had. And we love the bowls, but I’m forgetting which one we always order.

Julianne H.

Google
Friendly staff, some know me by name. Excellent healthy food that tastes great. I love the mighty bowl with mighty sauce and sometimes I get the chipotle soy curls which are amazing. Today they gave out free pears. Very cool.
google avatar

Lexi B.

Yelp
The food here is so good and fresh. One of my favorite places to grab lunch. Service is always fast and consistent
google avatar

Michaela D.

Yelp
Always friendly! I've been here a few times now and the food is always delicious, the sauces they offer are all so tasty and if you decide to stop buy don't miss out on a fresh juice or smoothie! Today I got the Gin&Juice and it was so tasty!
google avatar

Sherri P.

Yelp
It was our first visit to mighty bowl and we enjoyed everything about it. The ingredients were very clean and tasted fresh. The customer service was friendly and the environment was very cozy. We had the Ester short bowl and the mighty bowl plus a little Debbie smoothie and it was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend taking this place out if you like eating clean.
google avatar

Jeannie D.

Yelp
Yes please! Ester short bowl for the WIN!! Order was correct (5 different bowls) thank you!!! Limited bowl options but they make up for it in FLAVOR! Happy surprise for me. Excellent lunch option!! My tummy is pleased will definitely eat here again!!

Yelp
Update- Mighty Bowl still does not disappoint. Best place in Vancouver to go for a healthy lunch. I got the Evergreen bowl, and loved the sauce so much that I bought a bottle to take home. My daughter and her friend got açaí bowls, which were tasty. Still recommend!
google avatar

Naomi G.

Yelp
Let me just say this... Addicting! A friend of mine introduced me to mighty bowl, and I have thanked her many times since. The location is pretty large, easy to navigate, and has some cute spots to take a seat at! I got the normal mighty bowl with chicken added and a smoothie to top it off. The bowls have the perfect amount of everything (in my opinion) and the smoothies are fresh and tasty! The service is always quick and friendly, which is always a plus too! If you haven't been before, and you're looking for a quick stop healthy and tasty bowl, this is a great option! They also have multiple sauces you can pick to put in your bowl, and I personally go with the kiggins sauce! It's so flavorful and adds some flavor depth to the already yummy bowl! ( and just so you're aware, my phone corrected kiggins to muffins and logins at least 8 times )
google avatar

Caryn I.

Yelp
I stumbled upon this place while on a walk after a workout and I loved it. Service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The smoothie was very refreshing. Good vibe, perfect place for a light lunch. Can't wait to come back and try one of their bowls.
google avatar

James C.

Yelp
Plenty of vegan options If you are in the Portland/Vancouver area, this place is worth a visit Beyond friendly, these folks can make almost any of their dishes plant based I'll be back
google avatar

Missy R.

Yelp
Came in for lunch today and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE! Anastasia was so kind and helpful. She explained everything so well and was very patient! We had the Mighty Bowl with Cajun Chicken. I got the Kiggins and cilantro sauce on the side. They were both amazing. The bowl was so fresh and filling! I had a yummy kombucha on tap and the SURE SHOT(lemon, ginger, apple cider vinegar, cayenne). It was spicy but good for the soul! Can't wait to come back!!!

Robin ..

Yelp
9 years later and Mighty Bowl is still holding strong! I get the same thing every time - Bowl with mighty sauce, extra avocado in place of dairy, no olives, and add green onions. It's consistently loaded and delicious every single time without fail. Sometimes I go to the Vancouver Farmers Market just so I can get a Mighty Bowl!
google avatar

Tawni M.

Yelp
The Mighty bowl was delicious! Highly recommend with grilled chicken & cilantro lime sauce. Great lunch spot in downtown Vancouver!

Bud K.

Yelp
How can Saturday be one of your slowest days would make more sense to be closed Sunday and Monday what business is literally closed on the busiest day of the week. And that's good way to end the conversation for a business owner.

Kds G.

Yelp
Please consider having a second "register" where people who have grab and go, can quickly pay instead of standing in the long line. Maybe have one up by the smoothie station, and the person there can ring people up when it's not busy. Also, please consider other ways of how to order food at the location. We stand right there in front of where the items are made, it would seem to make sense, to just have people place their order right there (kind of like what you do at subway), as they go through the assembly line, and then just pay for it at the end. It would move things a lot quicker. Steve, you're still getting my business, and I love MB's food. I hate ordering online because I'm charged a $2 online fee. That's why I like to go in and order to avoid the fee.
google avatar

Johnny D.

Yelp
Fresh, healthy food, fast service, bright, lovely atmosphere. I live right around the block so I eat Mighty Bowl about once a week. (Twice if I'm ever near the cart at Brother Cascadia). I'm always impressed. They really have consistency in their product and it's good every-time.

Yelp
Finally got around to trying out The Mighty Bowl restaurant and couldn't be happier. I describe it as a step up from Chipotle, with an emphasis on health. Good customer service, a relaxing atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, and delicious (mainly plant-based) food and drinks. Only downside is street parking, but thankfully I am close enough to walk into downtown. Bonus, they have daily promos like BOGO on Mondays. I'll definitely be back and recommending. Thank you, The Mighty Bowl Team! If you decide to bring back Moo Burgers, I'll be thrilled to try it too.
google avatar

Paul M.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the food, decor and staff here. The people were actually very friendly, which went against what many reviewers mentioned. One thing that put me off a bit was that there were menu options on QR codes and posters to follow the place on Instagram, but when I asked for the WiFi password I was first told that there wasn't one. There are two accounts there-one for back of house and one I assumed was for the public. I was told to ask someone else, which I did. The kind employee told me that they weren't allowed to give the password to the public. It seemed like an overtly cheap move, and was the reason I started looking up reviews of the place. Seems like an easy fix.

Yelp
We had a little time before the train ride so we decided to get a bowl and it was good and felt healthy but a little smaller than I thought! Left happy bit are a couple bites of my husbands food from next door lol My older son got a bowl and liked it
google avatar

Hailee M.

Yelp
Great lunch spot! Came here for lunch and ordered the evergreen bowl. I was very happy with my meal! Delicious, healthy, and generous portion! Food was fresh and service was fast! Looking forward to coming back to try the smoothies.

Yelp
This place has gone down hill, majorly. High rents for their brick and mortar and the cost shows in the declining quality and increasing prices. $17.50+tax for a veggie bowl with a little chicken on it. I only eat here when I am desperate, as I have dietary restrictions and can't eat most places. Wish Vancouver had more options. Sorry to see this place decline so much. Do better Mighty Bowl. Teach employees how to tell when an avocado is ripe as well, please.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious and fast! Close walking distance to our conference venue and super convenient. Nice to have a healthy option!

Brooklyn K.

Yelp
I eat here several days a week when working downtown. Love that they have a discount for locals - and a great rewards program in general. Great to have a business in downtown that is healthy/fresh food. Soy curls are amazing!
google avatar

Nick R.

Yelp
I used to eat here a lot with the Ester Short Bowl being my go to. They recently raised the price from on it from $12 to $15. I'm sorry but this is a bit ridiculous. I can get a nice meal at a sit down restaurant for that price. I get it, labor and food costs are going up, but this is just gouging. From once to twice a week to zero. You've lost a customer for life.
google avatar

Isabel R.

Yelp
Fresh veggies, amazing smoothies and vegan friendly ! What's not to love?? Friendly service .

Yelp
Locals kept asking if I had been to Mighty Bowl, so I knew I was missing out. Stepped inside and was overwhelmed with the offerings. Bowls, Salads, Smoothies, Toasts & Juices. Two different areas to purchase: Bowls & Salads on one side and Smoothies & Juices at another. I've only tried one item and haven't been able to try anything else because I do like that Mighty Bowl. The Mighty Bowl is brown rice, black beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream, avocado, salsa, olives, cilantro and you get to pick your sauce. I've only ordered the Mighty Sauce. You can add chicken thigh, which I think is a must. Very filling. The place has limited seating, but there are several types (smaller tables for 2-4, a few counter seats and a pyramid seating area- but then you have to eat your food on your lap). This place is a favorite at our office and I'll continue to frequent. I just need to try more items.

Yelp
The Mighty Bowl has been on my bookmark list to try ever since we moved to the area nearly a year & a half ago...and I am kicking myself for not getting my butt in here sooner because they served me up one heck of a delicious bowl for lunch the other day. I had the Cashew Broccoli Bowl and it was truly one of the most delicious things I've ever had. AND it was Vegan...didn't miss meat or dairy one bit! (and I think it was gluten-free as well) The Cashew Broccoli Bowl has brown rice, roasted broccoli, sautéed cremini mushrooms, soy curls, cilantro, toasted cashews, green onion, house-made cashew cream & their mighty sauce...and all that together equalled MIGHTY tasty! The soy curls were seasoned and cooked so well, I could have mistaken them for chicken. And the portion size of the bowl is quite generous so I only ate half and saved the other half for lunch the next day. My only suggestion for the restaurant would be to offer their bowls in 1/2 portion for a discounted price if you either didn't want as much food or didn't want leftovers. The restaurant itself has a really cool, modern look to it but with the love of nature & the Pacific Northwest coming through.

Yelp
First time trying out The Mighty Bowl. There seems to be two carts, one in Hazel Dell and the other in Downtown Vancouver. At the time of ordering, my local one in downtown was closed. They also had odd opening hours, closing at 3pm?! Weird. So off to Hazel Dell we went. Did an online order and it was ready very fast, in 8 minutes. The second bowl I ordered at the stand and it was prepared even faster in less than 3 minutes. Amazing! Must be ninja skills. I only had a choice of one bowl, The Mighty Bowl which had beans, brown rice , avocado, salsa, olives, cilantro and then sour cream and cheese. You could easily omit the diary items though and make it vegan which is cool. You also had a choice of sauce that you could choose to go over your bowl. I chose the peanut sauce as I love it. The bowl was wholesome, very healthy and filling too. I enjoyed mine and so did hubby. He wished it was bigger though. Everything tasted pretty fresh and tasty to me. 5 stars :)

Yelp
I'm new to the area, but I find myself going here often, even with all of my food intolerances. It's great that you can customize a bowl, but they also have a few that I really like, the chicken pesto being one of my favorites, although I have to sub mushrooms for the potatoes in this one, which my husband and I both really liked, so we highly recommend the swap if you love mushrooms. The other great things is that they try to get high-quality ingredients when they can, like organic rice, wild caught salmon, and local beans. According to the owner, they try to focus on using organic for anything in the "the dirty dozen", but even some of those may be conventionally grown rather than organic, so if that's a concern for you, be sure and ask first. This is a great place for anyone without or with food allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances - or anyone who is vegetarian or vegan. Their sauces are all wonderful and all are vegan and GF (I think one is cashew based and you can always get cashew cream on the side if one of the sauces doesn't work for you). Most of their bowls are as well, but you can add chicken or cheese if you want, so works well for non-vegans too! This place is whole food based, so you're eating REAL food. It's quick, relatively healthy, and super tasty. Again, I highly recommend the Pesto Chicken bowl. I can't speak to their smoothies, but their Purple Rain fresh pressed juice is soooo good (if you like beets). PS - add some pickled veggies to your bowl for an added kick!!!
google avatar

Brittney Z.

Yelp
Their food is good but I have to say I was really disappointed with the service today. The owners are here changing things around and walking back and forth through the kitchen without any gloves, really seems like they're just getting in the way of the staff trying to do their jobs. The service was slow because they pulled everyone to help rearrange things and left one girl to make food and take orders. On top of that they moved all of the food off of the line so she had set up her own little station to make food, I also didn't see her change her gloves at all between the cash register and making food.
google avatar

Evelyn B.

Yelp
The Evergreen bowl is what i recommend, it's perfect in every flavor and it's my favorite place. I get full, and still have some left over when I want it later. The better version of Chipotle.
google avatar

Jason B.

Yelp
Yum That is the best way to describe everything on their menu. From the Sharon on to any bowl they have, it is just a marvelous stop. Ample seating, great customer service and pricing and tons of parking at or near the location. This adorably adorned location is a must for your downtown visit.

Sarah T.

Yelp
The environment was great, loved how the inside looked. We came here for açaí bowls and smoothies and we left disappointed. I got the Acanda Smoothie which is supposed to taste like orange, and to me it didn't taste like much. And the Açaí bowl was a really small portion for the price we paid, comparing it to other açaí bowls in the Vancouver/Portland area.
google avatar

Nicolette C.

Yelp
This is my second bad experience and it's super disappointing because I've really loved these bowls in the past. Today I got a mighty bowl with peanut sauce, chicken and broccoli added. Got all the way home to eat it, just to find they didn't even include the chicken and the broccoli was all brown and gross. I don't think I want to risk another bad experience here
google avatar

Taj A.

Yelp
One of the best places for vegan food on the entire West Coast. The Cashew Broccoli bowl with soy curls makes me feel strong and full. It's got a strong Indian flavor with just the right amount of kick. One of my favorite places for fast casual healthy happiness in Vancouver. Don't sleep on this place!
google avatar

Holli E.

Yelp
I've come here about a dozen times and ordered the acia bowl. I always ask for no banana blended in or on top and it's never been an issue. Until today. The girl working this afternoon told me she couldn't make it that way. Excuse me? I've ordered it this way every time and no one else has had an issue. She said "it's too icy without it" and she "wouldn't like it that way". I don't care how you'd like it, I'm paying for you to make it the way I want it. Looks like I'll be going somewhere else that can accommodate my no banana request, since it's an allergy issue and not a preference issue. I'd also like to add, out if all the açaí bowl places, this is the one that puts the least amount of toppings on top. 4 slivers of strawberry... good thing I got it to go and have berries at home.

Karina N.

Yelp
Got this very sad $12 açaí bowl that they claimed to be "24 ounces." Bowl is 1/4 full with a sprinkle of granola and mushy old banana. First time coming here, very disappointed. Go to Be Well Juice Bar instead. Açaí bowls are much better, better price and fresh fruit.
google avatar

Mark N.

Yelp
Tried this place for lunch while on a trip to Vancouver. Probably the most delicious bowl I have had and the juice was out of sight as well. I am not a vegan but the bowl was full of flavor and very hearty. Regardless of your dietary preferences, there is something for everyone here. Spoiler alert- the place is packed at the lunch hour!
google avatar

Melissa T.

Yelp
This is one of our go-to spots. If you enjoy healthy, fresh ingredients, this is the place for you. Every bowl we've had we've loved. The juices and smoothies are awesome too - fresh, healthy, filling and delicious.
google avatar

Martina C.

Yelp
Oh my heavenly goodness. Magic. Bowl magic. Mighty they are but also magical. My goodness I love this place. I can do a build your own bowl so many ways and so many vegan ways!!! The flavors - on point. The textures - so many options!! The freshness and quality of food BAM. This place has it right. The employees are friendly and social, the atmosphere is inviting and bright and the food is ON POINT. If you're looking for a healthy option with loads of flavor. This. Is it!!!
google avatar

Brian D.

Yelp
Vancouver gets veganized! I get my hair done nearby, and searched Yelp for vegan food in the area. This place popped up, looked inviting, so we went. So happy we did. They were a food truck for years and recently graduated to a brick and mortar. The inside is gorgeous; wood, glass, modern light fixtures, open and bright. When I walked inside I was a bit confused at first. They have a section with a juice bar where you can order beverages, and behind that is where you go to order food. They have menus above the assembly line, with an open kitchen behind that. The staff were all smiles, and extremely helpful. They seemed happy to be there. A young lady working the front section explained that most things can be made vegan. Sadly, the Kale Caesar, cannot. We ordered the Coconut Curry Bowl and the Cashew Broccoli Bowl. Both bowls were flavorful and delicious! The super-friendly owner brought over samples of all the different house-made sauces they offer to our table. The Peanut, Mighty (cashew cream), Cilantro Lime, and the Kiggins (chipotle sauce). We loved them all, and in that order. The serving size was perfect. We left satisfied without feeling stuffed. The food left me energized. The only negative I took from my experience is the slight smoke smell from the meat being cooked. The smell did linger on my clothes awhile. I'd drive here from Portland to eat again, it's that good. They remind me of the Whole Bowl, but with options.
google avatar

Yelp
It was good. I will try it again. The vancouver location has short hours maybe they will expand as the weather gets better.
google avatar

Josh P.

Yelp
Pretty good spot. Lots of beans and rice in pretty much all their bowls, which is fine since it seems to be pretty healthy. Assorted veggies with some great sauces to go along with it. The price is a bit high for the portion you get, and likely won't come with any meat if that's what you are expecting. Overall a good option when looking for something healthy and tasty.
google avatar

Stavros M.

Yelp
WOW. I am SO HAPPY that I found this place!!! Get the cashew broccoli bowl !! Design: Five Stars Food: Five Stars Staff: Five Stars
google avatar

Gabriela M.

Yelp
Food is definitely 5 stars. However, I've been coming here for the past 3 months, and must say their to-go servings are very inconsistent. I often order for myself and my coworkers, and they think the same. One time I went to pick up, I nicely told the cashier that our last order of chicken pesto bowls seemed almost half of what we usually get, and she told me: well, it's just kale and sweet potatoes, it's supposed to be light weight. I'm sorry, I was not talking about weight, but the fact that the container looked half empty. We love our pesto bowl lunches at work, but we don't like having to pay for extra everything, because we know that what we get for regular price may not to be "enough". Like I said, food is amazing. Service and serving portions? Not always.
google avatar

Caroline W.

Yelp
I had the avocado toast - really tasty but seriously overpriced. I also had a smoothie - again tasty but SO overpriced. Is it too much to ask to have healthy delicious food at a reasonable price and not pay a fortune for one piece of toast and a smoothie?? **Also the avocado toast and smoothie combo was not offered to me as an option. I was charged separately for those because it was more than $10. Thank you for the response though.
google avatar

Savannah R.

Yelp
Listen up people, the Mighty Bowl is the BEST LUNCH YOU CAN HAVE!!! For $8.50 a bowl it comes with an insane amount of goodness packed into it. Whenever I'm in downtown Vancouver I find myself craving Mighty Bowl and nothing else. Great for people that need alternative dietary options. Sauces, toppings, and extras are all customizable. And unlike a lot of food carts, your food is ready and in your hands in just a few minutes.
google avatar

Lori H.

Yelp
My favorite food truck at the Vancouver Farmer's Market! I always feel good after eating here. It is a little pricey, but so worth it to me! They make the food to order, so you know the ingredients are always fresh...and I love the peanut sauce :-D They offer burrito and salad options as well, but I always go for the bowl. There's no meat, but it's so good I never miss it, and am completely satisfied for hours afterwards. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to use a credit card as I rarely carry cash. This is a must stop if you're in the area!
google avatar

Alysha C.

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time this week and then and back two days later -so yeah it is THAT GOOD. The first time I ordered I got the Might Bowl omitting cheese and sour cream and adding chicken with cilantro lime sauce - it was INCREDIBLE and so filling. You get a very filling meal for the cost. The second time I got the same bowl but with smoky chipotle sauce instead and it was also good (I think I like the cilantro lime sauce better though). The smoky chipotle is slightly spicy. The customer service is incredible. The also serve Zevia cola which is delish with the meal. My new go to fave when I'm in the office!
google avatar

Kenia R.

Yelp
Outdoor seating, for safe COVID dining. The food was delicious, and a good price. A lot of vegan and vegetarian options. I'll definitely be going again

Yelp
I used to love mighty bowl. Healthy and quick. I am sad to say that they have gone downhill. I stopped in last week and ordered the regular mighty bowl with kiggins sauce and extra pickled veggies and a green juice (Be illin'). My total was around $22-24! Additionally, they used to make their juices fresh per order but mine was in a glass bottle that was made two days prior.. it was still good but paying $8 for a juice - I want it fresh. My bowl came out and was cold (and unfortunately had a hair in it- no big deal but it was cold). I told the young workers and they seemed like, "what do you want me to do about it?!" They stated it was cold due to the pickled peppers but the middle of the rice was cold. I asked for another to be made and it was warmer but it is not worth the price. It is a decent portion but I can make better at home. Additionally, while I was sitting there, two other people returned items/had them remake their food. Sad and unfortunate because this place used to be great.
