There really are no words that will truly convey the gratitude I have for these guys. They really went above and beyond the entire process to make our day special and exactly what we had always hoped for. I have been a MiHo follower from the moment I first tried their Pork Belly Banh Mi. As soon as I got engaged, I instantly knew that I wanted them to cater my wedding. Once I nailed down the venue everything just fell into place. I immediately reached out and Samantha responded right away. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and quick to respond to every email. She helped my fiance and I build the perfect menu to match our taste and budget.
Fast forward six months...The day could not have gone any better. They arrived on time, food was hot and ready for cocktail hour and dinner, everything tasted DELICIOUS! The service provided was bar none and they went the extra mile to seek out my husband and I to ensure we had the opportunity to enjoy the menu we selected during cocktail hour. All of their servers were efficient, friendly, well dressed and groomed. The buffet style worked out perfectly and there was a continuous circulation of HOT food that was fresh and ready to serve. The added bonus was that our venue, The Spanish Village Arts Center, allowed the MiHo truck to pull right up onto the patio. It was the perfect accompaniment to the awesome setup, menu, and overall ambiance of the night.
Guests are still raving about the menu and how amazing the food was. MiHo even went as far as preparing side menu items for guests with food sensitivities, allergies, and vegan lovers alike.
