Mijo’s Tacos are such a treat! A huge shoutout to the team for serving up incredible flavors in such a simple, focused menu—it makes it so easy to try some real gems. We tried both the fish tacos and the carne tacos, and let me tell you, the Baja Taco is the winner! Absolutely delicious and highly recommended!

Excellent service. I had the Mijo burrito. Perhaps the best burrito I have ever had. Seriously. A friend recommended coming here. The young lady working suggested the Mijo burrito and that thang did not disappoint.

It is very simple Mexican dinery but with delicious food....especially tacos with grilled fish...I truly recommend it

My partner and I knew we didn't want the typical “hotel wedding food,” at our reception, especially for an outdoor California venue, so we checked out Mijo’s. We tried a bunch of tacos at their storefront and instantly knew they were the move—who doesn’t love tacos? We went with al pastor, steak, chicken, and a veggie option, plus rice and their salsas (so good!). On the day, everything was hot, fresh, and flying off the plates. It was a little different than the usual wedding spread and people freaking loved it—we kept hearing, “Best wedding food I’ve had.”
The team was awesome to work with—friendly, organized, and totally on top of it. Setup was smooth, service was quick, and there was more than enough food for everyone (including our vegan/vegetarian guests, who raved about their options). Zero stress, big flavor, perfect fit for the vibe. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Best nachos in town! Really good chips and guacamole. Very much family style. They accidentally messed up my order and the OR came out and cost it, which was really nice of him. I would definitely come back & order here again.

I'm obsessed with the chips and fresh guacamole here. Also, the nachos. I love getting the nachos and chilling on the beach. Best experience. The hot sauces are all super bomb as well. If youre looking for a to go beach snack, Mijos is the spot for sure.

This eatery feels open with bright pops of color defining its interior. The food came quickly. The tinga tacos were scrumptious! The combination of meat and sauces worked beautifully! The shrimp burrito was perfectly made, chewy and flavorful. The pineapple soda was fizzy and full of flavor.

Wonderful food here. The pastor burrito was crazy good, and the baja fish tacos were unreal. I've been struggling to find baja fish tacos around here, so having this experience gave me new hope! Will for sure be back.
