Mozzarella sticks: 8 out of 10. Naybe 9. They were very good Pizza: 6.5 out of 10. Not a bad pizza just not the best I’ve had, solid choice if you want a pizza but I’d probably pick something different next time. Waitress was quick and pleasant, place was clean. Definitely worth going.

We have been coming to Mike’s for decades. The kitchen is reliable and makes solid cooked to order pasta dishes, pizza, salads and sandwiches/subs. Their prices are very good for the quality and quantity of food. Service is efficient and friendly. The best deal is their $10 lunch specials that include so many options (pastas, pizza, salads, sandwich melts, subs. We had the $10 chicken piccata with ziti and the $10 chicken ziti with broccoli. Both were tasty and came as a generous portion plus each pasta order comes with two pieces of garlic bread. Highly recommend coming for lunch specials. 5 stars for the incredible value.

This was a really nice place to have lunch! Their lunch specials are a really good deal; and the staff was very polite. The food was great, but not the absolute best, yet for the price was phenomenal. I'd definitely consider returning if I'm hungry in the area.

Don’t come to this area often, but came here for a quick dinner before a show at the Somerville Theater. The food was fantastic, service was great and the ambience is very chill. Will definitely be back. Very large menu, good portions. Come hungry!

Absolutely disguting food that's completely soaked in ketchup and it's not cheap, avoid at all cost.

Let’s start with the food: **hands down the worst plate of pasta I’ve ever had in my life.** It tasted like it was **thrown together by a sleep-deprived intern who’s never seen a stove.** Limp noodles, watery sauce with zero flavor, and somehow both undercooked and overcooked at the same time. It was like they opened the fridge, dumped in leftovers, and hoped no one would notice. What’s worse? I honestly believe the kitchen **switched plates or served a completely different dish than what I ordered.** I called back as soon as I got home and explained the situation clearly and calmly, hoping they’d at least offer to fix it. Instead, they **gaslit me.** The woman on the phone, **Christina**, who was working the **Sunday night shift around 10:30 PM**, flat-out **blamed ME** for ordering it wrong. She told me, “Well *you’re* the one who ordered that pasta,” like I somehow deserved the slop they served. No apology. No offer to make it right. Just attitude and excuses. This isn’t just bad service — this is **blatant disrespect to paying customers.** I work hard for my money like everyone else. I wasn’t expecting five-star dining, but I at least expected edible food and basic courtesy. To anyone thinking about eating at Mike’s: **save yourself the money, time, and frustration.** There are a dozen better spots within walking distance. And to management: if you care at all about your business, **check your kitchen and your staff — especially Christina — because this was absolutely unacceptable.** **Mike’s in Davis Square just made my “never again” list.**

Mike's is a neighborhood corner restaurant and bar. Don't expect too much of the pasta despite it being prominently featured. The sauces are watery and bland. However, do come for the mixed drinks. They're all moderately priced and pair well with their streetside patio out front. Feeling adventurous? Try a cocktail flight, the bartender's choice of 4 random drinks in 4 smaller glasses for $14 – a great value

One of my go-to places in Davis because I enjoy the affordable Slice of Pizza + Coke special ($4.00). Beware options like the chicken tenders, as just four + a drink equaled me $18 before tip. (‼️)

I wouldn't say service is ever to die for at Mikes but they have a lot of other things going for them that make them one of my favorite local spots. First, $10 lunch specials!! I work in Davis and when I have time to sit down and have lunch this is my go to! You can't beat the price, there are sooo many options and they give you so much food! Definitely check it out for lunch. Mikes also has trivia. Their Thursday family feud style trivia is my favorite. Instead of having to get the correct answer you just have to guess what you think everyone else thinks. So the questions are like "what was the best Beatles album" and you just have to answer with the most popular answer. I find it a lot more fun and team engaging than regular trivia. Mikes also has discounts on mystery pitchers, mystery flights, and mystery shots. I can say that 90% they are gross but hey that's the fun of it right?

This place is a-ok for a quick, well-priced bite - especially the generous lunch specials for around $10 bucks. Sitting in the window at a high top on a sunny day is the way to go. The food is very basic and if you don't go crazy expecting too much you could do a lot worse. I've tried a few things and thought the chicken soup and half sandwich combo was just fine. The broth was a bit too thin and watery and the sandwich looked like something I could make at home, with individually wrapped slices of American cheese but hey, it was $10 bucks! Just enjoy the floor to ceiling windows and the people watching in Davis Square and you'll be very satisfied.

I'm pretty surprised at all of the 3 and lower star reviews here. I've ordered from Mike's a number of times, and while it is true that every time I've ordered for delivery from the restaurant, the drivers have taken an extremely long time to deliver the food, it's always been great, and in fact it's actually been pretty excellent. I am docking 1 star because of the delivery time, but surprisingly the food is still always hot and tasty despite taking a long time to get here. Today, I submitted an order at 12:33 which was supposed to arrive at 1:05-1:15, but in actuality it arrived at 1:50ish. That's not too bad, but like I said it has been pretty consistent with my past experiences. I've ordered subs in the past which have been pretty good, but this time I decided to get a Keto Pizza with cauliflower crust. Cheese pizza with cauliflower crust (keto) - I've never actually had cauliflower crust pizza before so I'm not sure how normal this is, but this was possibly one of the best crusts I've ever had on a pizza of any kind. It was perfectly crispy on the exterior, but wonderfully chewy in a way that had some bite but not too much chewiness if that makes sense. It was a really hearty pizza, and the dough texture was simply the best I've ever had. The sauce was also wonderfully tomato-ey with nice acidity and sweetness - it didn't taste like your typical marinara sauce from a jar or a can. The cheese was pretty normal, but they put a good amount on top so the ratio of cheese to sauce to crust was perfect. And I said it earlier, but that crust really was something special - it was thin but had the perfect bite to it. I would 100% order this again, and although the delivery time can get a little annoying, the actual quality of the Keto pizza is worth the wait. 4/5 stars!

I would think twice about going here... My family and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The waitress was very nice and attentive, she had a lot of tables and couldn't visit as often as she liked but she definitely made sure we knew she was on top of things. The kitchen was a bit backed up which was okay, it happens on a busy Saturday, so all the food came at once. My friend got a veggie burger which she said was dry, like eating sawdust, the bruschetta was good but not quite bruschetta as it was just sub rolls cut up - but the flavor was there. I had the chicken parm which was acceptable and another friend had a wrap which she described as "meh". But the real kicker was when my mother found a hair in her food, she stopped eating and did tell the waitress who apologized profusely - offering to refund her and bring her something else. We didn't have time to wait on another dish but my mother was all set anyways. After she told us she'd take the food off, the manager came out and started arguing with my mother about it because she ate half the plate before finding the hair. They tried explaining to her that because she ate half, they wouldn't be taking it off the bill and that the wind could have blown the hair into the food... The hair that was at the bottom of the plate. They would not take it off. So my mother paid for a food with hair in it because she didn't find it until she was about halfway done. Do not go to this restaurant. I'm only giving it two stars because frankly the waitress was really good and she deserves better. The food was okay without the hair and not worth the hassle if you're going to have any issues knowing that it will amount to nothing but arguing with someone as if they're just out to get a free meal. Poor management and poor service on their part. Don't go here.

Solid place for drinks and snacks! It's a lively spot that has trivia a couple nights a week. I believe we went on a Thursday and it was family-feud style trivia, which was fun! I'd say most of the food is nothing to write home about, but the zucchini fries are the exception- we were seriously wowed by these things. The drinks are strong and the apps are solid. The service was pretty good considering how busy it was during trivia.

FOOD 3.5/5 I had Mike's bomb burger. It was a solid size for the price. Fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. If you come here expect bar food, you get a better than average bar food. The other food came in at a good American size (aka pretty large by other standards). SERVICE 4/5 Food came in within 10mins, was checked up on at least twice, and waiter explained to us well what each meal included. AMBIANCE 5/5 Great sports bar scene! PRICE 4/5 Overall it was $70 w/ tip for three meals and a beer. Thats a solid price for eating out at a sports bar.

Mike's is a great place to come for food and drinks. My bestfriend and I were able to grab a table no line or waiting which was awesome for a Friday afternoon. The service was great too. Our waitress checked on us and our drinks and food came out quickly. The music wasn't my taste but that was okay. Our table by the window made the outing nice. Definitely recommend!

It wasn't a classic flat chicken parm, they used chicken tenderloin. But I was good nonetheless. The side salad was basically salad in a bag with Ken's ranch dressing packet, but hey was still good. This place has been in Davis for years, it's atmosphere is very no frills, food amount of seating.

Careful when you pay your bill here. In addition to the 3% "Admin" fee, there was an automatic 18% "Server Gratuity" that our waiter said wasn't actually a tip that they received. We had a confusing conversation about leaving an additional tip on their handheld terminal AND the paper receipt shows suggested tips that are calculated AFTER the 18% fee had already been applied to the check. Plus, this pizza was mid and there were flies everywhere inside the restaurant. The 32oz beer glass was nice though.

Idk why this spot has 3 star review. I thought it was great. Food was great. Drinks were great. Service was great. Highlight was running into my cousins ex boyfriend and she was utterly shocked since they haven't spoke in a year and a half. And I chose those place not even living in the Boston area ahahaha

I went here for late night drinks in a group of 4 people and it was nice that we were able to get an outdoor table right away on a beautiful Friday night. I got the frozen espresso martini which was fun but I wish there was a stronger selection of drink options to choose from.

Service was awful! Drinks were great but awful service. 2 hrs and we we only saw our waitress 1 time.

Don't waste your time ordering online .. 50/50 that its going to not be what you PAID for . When I called to complain.. the employee was nice enough and said "next time call".. however the only reason why I ordered online was because when you call .. you get put on hold for at least 15 min if not forever. And the whole .. next time I'll give you a free sandwich .. how about you just credit the one you messed up?! Kind of done with Mikes.. they are what they are because of the volume of students but at the end of the day.. the food is fair at best .

Wow! I don't know why I haven't been back here in years but I will definitely be back as soon as possible to this amazing spot. As a seasoned server and bartender, I find it hard to find an enjoyable experience going out anymore, but that changed tonight. Everything from the fresh delicious food, to the beautifully crafted cocktails, and most importantly the best bartender I have ever had, Valentina was absolutely perfect. You just need to try this place and see for yourself.

Best wings in Boston area!!! Also a fan of the fried calamari & of course pizza. Haven't had anything on the menu that disappoints. I have driven from New Hampshire 3 weekends in a row! They are consistent & Staff is super friendly. Drinks are good & actually have liquor. Chill vibes when you don't feel like getting dressed up. Nice views.

Not going to lie, I'm leaving a review because not only was the food not great but the pricing is RIDICULOUS. I used to live in the area and used to like going to Mike's. Moved out of the area some time ago so I haven't been to Mike's in a long time; however, I needed to kill some time before going to a doctors appointment so I stepped in with my family. Ordered some tenders, the menu says 4 (with fries) for $16; how we ended up paying $20? Instead of putting avocado in my wife's wrap, they put guacamole. My Mac and cheese for $21 was in a bowl the size of a Panera soup and it tasted mostly like garlic with buffalo chicken. Side of sweet potato fries... $9! $9!! And $4 for a soda water from the fountain. To top it off, the only hot thing was the Mac and cheese; everything else was barely warm. Lastly, what the freak does an admin fee cover cuz I still tipped...?! I paid the bill in a rush cuz I needed to get to my appointment so this is my fault but holy smokes.. I really wish I had taken pictures of everything... serving sizes, for the price, not worth it. I will NEVER go back to this place.

Called for takeout and I ordered steak and sausage Before it came they called me to see if i would like to give more of a tip for the driver I told them I put 15% on the take out slip so when I got it there was no steak no sausage just a bunch of burnt tips and when u call then the same girl that asked me to give a better tip answered asked me to hold on then just hung up

Mike's has pretty decent food. The price is getting ridiculous a bit, but then almost every place is. The service was ok, sometimes they're very busy and sometimes they don't pick up the phone if you want to order ahead (to prevent waiting for too long). The ambiance is good, it's right in the heart of davis sq so at least they have that going for them. Maybe a little bit more friendly service and they could earn my last star.

I just waited 20+ minutes for a takeout soup at 3:30 in the afternoon when there was one table with patrons and three people at the bar. When I complained, the guy at the counter, who spent the entire time laughing with his friends, shrugged and said it wasn't his fault -- and deliberately didn't give me a spoon. And the soup was mediocre. And ridiculously overpriced. Used to be a good place.

If Davis Square were a small town, this restaurant would be *the* place to get dinner every night. It gives diner, homey vibes. We were seated quickly outside and were asked within twice within 5 minutes of receiving the menu to order. I feel like either they have a lot of regulars or the server was just very impatient (although she was friendly enough so I don't think it's the latter). The menu was huge though so it was very hard to choose what to order in such a small period of time. After deciding what to order, we ironically had to wait a long time for someone to come back to us. Salads and drinks came out shortly after though. The drink I ordered was actually really delicious too. The salad was obviously pre-made/chilled as the bowl that came out with it felt refrigerated as well. It was just a side salad though so it tasted fine overall. The pastas were very large and overall pretty tasty. The side of bread was extremely filling as well. I've never had chicken saltmibocca before but I would definitely order it again; the sauce was very light and that helped as the meal itself was very large. Our server seemed to forget about us though as we finished seeing as we asked for water and the check, but we had to flag someone down twenty minutes after this to even pay. TLDR; food was pretty good given the type of restaurant it is but the service could've been better. They were nice enough, just not as attentive as we would've liked. Overall, I wouldn't mind eating here again.

Absolutely inedible. Awful stuffed shells. Flushed my money down the toilet. Used to be ok. Never again for this place. Avoid at all costs.

I will preface this by saying the occasions where I have gotten my food, it has been very good quality and quantity. I'm not sure what the deal with delivery here is, but I ordered through Grubhub a couple times. On one occasion I waited about 2 hours for my food. The other time I had to cancel through Grubhub because it was simply getting too late and I had a feeling it wouldn't show up. Why bother doing delivery if you're going to treat your customers like this? After looking at the reviews on Grubhub, I can tell this has been an ongoing problem.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family has been coming to this establishment for generations, from my grandparents taking their children, to their children taking their children and grandchildren. It's been a fine establishment since it's opening and never once had a bad experience. Until today. From the minute we walked in, the whole place smelled like ammonia. We were given attitude from the manager, forcing us to sit at a hightop with my 85 year old grandmother who almost fell trying to get into the seat. The tensions continued to rise as we tried placing our order and asking questions about items on the menu due to an allergy. We were give short, rude comments. Three of the main entrees that were ordered medium-rare, all came overcooked, grey and burnt, the mashed potatoes looked like soup from a can, the vegetables were cold, the soup was filled with grease. My grandmother had asked to speak to the owner, a set of brothers who have known her since the opening of the restaurant. According to the manager it was taken over by one of the daughters of the men, but she had no idea anyone's names. At one point, what seemed to be a homeless man came in asking to buy a slice of pizza and was rudely asked to leave. My mother offered to pay for his slice and the manager proceeded to treat her rudely yet again and told the man to leave. It was at this point we asked for the check and was not given it. We were asked what we were looking for in return of this bad experience and we repeated, the check, to which they refused. We were then escorted out. I've never in my life witnessed an hour so cruel. Especially on this Easter weekend. We will never return and I hope everyone who sees this does the same.

Good, basic spot in Davis square. It's always busy, but they have a great patio worth stopping at if they have a table available. The food was good. It's pretty basic Italian pizza/pasta/sandwich options and the drink list isn't anything special. Service was friendly and quick considering all the tables they had occupied at the time. Overall I won't be running back to Mike's asap, but if I need a good pizza and hang out spot I'll be back :)

Stopped here for lunch on a Thursday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. The menu seemed pretty big with a lot of options. I ordered a meatball parm calzone, which was a little under-salted but otherwise great. The inside of the restaurant was pretty big, which was nice since everyone could social distance and spread out. Unfortunately it was raining when I came, but there is also outdoor seating right in Davis Square.

horrible customer service, even the manager was rude. everything was literally pre made from the frozen french fries to the already made watered down cocktails. they don't take constructive criticism politely either.

The Chips n Salsa come with Guac? Explains the price. Why is this not more clearly advertised? Anyhoo. Salsa very good and so is the guac. Plenty of finely minced goodness that brings flavor. Guac is salted well too. Also chips r thic and tricolor so plenty to spare. Very specific review. I know. Yes I've had other things here too.

This might be my new go to stop. Ray the owner is amazing and such a great sweet guy. The bar tenders Julia and Michael are the ish. Everyone in there is so friendly. We went there 2 days in a row. When we came in the second day they gave us a big huge welcome and cheered. The food is so good, the calzones are so big it fed like 3 ppl and we still had some left over. The tuna club is huge and stuffed and delish. There is plenty of great choices on the menu including mussels. They are worth going in and giving them a try. Love it here.

I used to love them but have been really disappointed by the quality market. Ordered a Buffalo chicken finger appetizer that was awful. Clearly frozen chicken strips, super mushy and barely coated in Buffalo sauce. Sandwiches are ok - a big improvement would be slicing the tomatoes and pickles instead of cutting them into chunks - the chunks make the sandwiches hard to eat.

If I could be real, this food is very mediocre. I only came to watch the NBA finals here and my friends were desperate to find the spot so Mike's it was. It was incredibly busy (as so, since it is in the heart of Davis Square). I had a passionfruit margarita and mystery shots, and they both tasted like sugary juice rather than alcohol (I wish it was stronger). I bought a bacon and bleu cheese burger and buffalo & ranch pizza, and they were incredibly mediocre. The burger didn't seem like it was medium-rare (as I asked), and it was just didn't taste that good to be honest. The service was relatively mediocre, and it was obvious to see that they were incredibly busy (I understand). I don't think I would recommend this spot unless you're like very desperate.

This place was offering a $12 off coupon on GrubHub, so despite some mixed reviews I was definitely going to hit that up. I got the linguine with mussels scampi, and it was a ridiculous amount of food. There were probably 15-20 mussels, and easily enough pasta for 3 people. It also came with garlic bread and a small salad. And was very well packaged to prevent any spillage. The linguini and mussels were great. The salad seemed fresh enough, but it was very warm which was a little disconcerting. Garlic bread was terrible lol, but that's no big deal. I would definitely recommend, especially with a $12 coupon.

One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to in MA. The service was a mess, we were told multiple things on the menu were not available anymore but I think our server just didn't know what they were. It took 3 rounds of the wrong food coming to our table to get our order right, which meant we waited probably an hour or more for our food which ended up being pretty bad. I ordered chicken ziti broccoli and when it first came out it was in a tomato sauce. I have never heard of that dish being served in tomato sauce in my entire life. But I was told that was what I ordered. That's disgusting. The trivia was fun, but the music was blasting at an insane volume. Mike's is a small restaurant so there's really no need for that. When the bill came, not only was everything more expensive than advertised on the menu they'd charged us for the 4 extra plates that we sent back because they were wrong. Will never come here again.

I love a slice of a pie from here when I'm in the area. The patio on the fork is a nice location, especially on a nice evening to dine outdoors. However...our waitress was unbelievably bad. 1. We ordered one pizza and three times she kept repeating back the order wrong. 2. She didn't card my friend for an alcoholic beverage. 3. She didn't bring us silverware. 4. She didn't ask how it was. 5. She didn't bring refills. 6. She didn't even bring us the bill...she didn't even return to the table. This was when it was not busy at all. 7. Finally when I went to pay, she was just talking to one of her coworkers. 8. We wanted dessert but like I said she abandoned us. I know restaurants are hurting but you could at least try. She was a brunette tan young woman...that's all I remember. She's lucky my friend left a $25 tip. Please Mike's...talk to your staff about actually being a good server. Also the toppings for the pizzas could be more fresh, the seafood could improve, and to get fresh potato's for fries instead of over fried reconstituted imitation fries. If they upped up their game, it would be 5 stars.

Really good food, great selection, good place to dine in and enjoy David Square, however, they are takeout service needs work, matter how many times we tell them please leave the food on the porch because Somerville has a big rat problem, we write this information in the special request. We call them on the phone and specifically tell them they need to please leave it on the porch. We tip them very well and yet every time a driver takes one step up my stairs, and leaves the food right on the front steps, so about three weeks ago, I walked downstairs to get our food after the delivery person called us and said your food is here and we specifically asked him. Did you put it on the porch and he replied, yes, so we go downstairs sure enough it's sitting on the front stairs, roughly 3 steps up as I walk towards the pizza, a rat runs right across the second step, so looks like I got there just in time before he enjoyed his free meal, I called the driver back on the phone and told him I thought you put it on the porch. It was not on the porch. It's on the front step, and he told me, thank you for the tip delivery is there, so we stopped ordering for a few weeks and then figured we'd give him another. Try same thing now this restaurant is in the city of Somerville. I'm sure they understand the rat problem very well I wish they would make sure the drivers put it in a safe place rather than the shortest distance they could possibly go. I will update my review if we order there again and they change how they deliver their food. My front porch is only four more steps from where they move it, thanks for reading.

I grabbed food and drinks yesterday at Mike's and I was very pleased with the experience. For those that don't know, Mike's is a laid back "Italian" joint with a decent selection of beer and plenty of TVs to watch sports. The menu is rather broad encompassing everything from pizza to burgers to salads. I went with a pizza and it was good. Not amazing, I won't write home about it. But very good especially considering the price and location. My only gripe is that there could have been a bit more in terms of toppings. But again, very good pizza. My friend went with the calzone and holy large servings Batman, it was massive. Calzones only come in two sizes, large and ginormous. She had the large and it was easily enough for two people. I'm really curious as to how big the jumbo calzone is. I was there to watch the Irish stomp on Syracuse (which the did in splendid fashion) and on the right side of the restaurant there are plenty of TVs and seats. Of equal importance was that the bartender was very receptive and responsive to requests to watch games. He was on top of things in terms of getting channels changed and adjusting the volume. They also have a reasonably good draft beer selection. Not a ton, I'd guestimate it at ten or so. So, you can probably find something you'd like to drink. My friend had a coconut mojito and she gave it a resounding thumbs up. Final verdict, it's a great place to grab some food, beer and watch a game. I'll certainly head back.

I've been to Mike's a few times and always had a fun time. It is a good spot to hang out on a Friday or Saturday night. The pizza is good and they have a lot of different options for beer on tap. There are a lot of options on the huge menu. This place seems to cater towards the younger college-aged crowd which also makes it very affordable.

I stopped in while doing some christmas shopping before heading home. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce no tomato and no pickle and medium rare. Burger hit the table and it has lettuce tomatoes and a pickle. Upon taking a bite after picking off the shredded lettuce (who uses shredded lettuce for burgers anyway?) and tomatoes I proceeded to eat the burger to find it well done. I ate the burger anyway because I didn't want to be 'that customer' and also risk having my food not made correctly again. After I left I proceeded to get sick and vomited upon entering my home. Never eating here again

The food is no the problem (if you like junk food), and their restaurant is in a good location and has a great space. The problem is how badly trained they are in serving, and even worse delivering. More than once I waited 1 hour or more to get a simple pizza. This time, I ordered through uber eats and thought that it would be different. They ask for 45min (which is a bit much if you think I live 5min from their place), and I waited more than an hour to call them. Their response was "we are busy. your order will take at least another hour". They were happy when I cancel it. If you don't want to deliver food, why do you offer the service? They are clearly not prepared to attend the demand, or are simply incompetent in their jobs. As you will read from some reviews here, the person in charge of taking orders is aggressive and even mocks when you are requesting more info about your order.

Best spot in Davis Square with with a mixed bag of bland to OK Italian fare. Inspired by another sparkling review on the arancinis, we ordered the pesto arancini. My theory is the arancini are pre-made by someone who knows what they are doing but cooked by a complete idiot who ruins them. I ordered spaghetti carbonara and got linguini (a grave sin at an Italian establishment). To their credit, the carbonara was light and not the creamy mess you often see. They gave us free cannolis for Father's Day and those were actually pretty good. Beer was fine. Service was fine. A great place to sit outside and enjoy the summer, but eat someplace else. I really wanted to love this place given the history, but it's just meh.

We've walked by 100s of time, but have been on the "wrong side of the street", or we planned on another Davis Square restaurant. My partner's had his eye on Mike's for the last few weeks and we went to dinner there late this afternoon. It's much cleaner and nicer than I remembered and the waitress greeted us upon arrival. The wait service was perfect to me: if we caught her eye she came right over, and if we didn't need her she did other work. She answered our questions and let me special order a ham and spinach calzone WITHOUT ricotta (something another Cambridge Italian restaurant near Central Square has NEVER been able to accomplish no matter much reassurance I get from a manager, the staff ALWAYS adds ricotta). It was delicious, and just how I like it: piping hot! Very tasty. My parter got a chef's salad (pleased) and a chicken parm sub to eat for lunch the next few days. The chef's salad and my individual calzone were large and the side salad was fresh and crunchy. I think it's a little bit expensive, but considering I took half my calzone home and lunch is served for the next two days, it was a decent deal.

Just received food with mold on it. Absolutely disgusted. I don't know how you look at not one but TWO slices of pie with visible mold on it and think that's okay to sell. Not only were the pies moldy but they were also not the pies we ordered. Beware of this place because they're clearly not doing quality checks on their food.

Got steak tips fries and spinach I was happy with my meal, didn't take long to deliver good portion

Mike's represents a classic American restaurant. Lots of items on the menu! Possibly overworked workers. We tried two of the salads, though the menu really does have a lot of options - burgers, flatbreads, pizzas, calzones and many pasta dishes too! My wife ordered lamb on a greek salad but got chicken instead - OK with me, but less so with her. I got a Buffalo Chicken salad - which is a great idea for a menu item in my opinion. I was surprised the fried chicken was cold though. Anyway, if you like large portions and are in Davis Square, give Mike's a try. On nice days you can sit outside! On not-nice days you can probably sit outside too, but you'll probably be miserable.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Not only was everything pretty expensive, but three out of our five items were incorrect. We also didn't see a waiter for another 15 minutes, preventing us friends m getting anything else. I ordered a crispy haddock that was so wet and soggy. Everything came out bland, clearly old and microwaved. The side salads came with a bag of warm dressing on top, and even the fries were stale. The mozzarella sticks were yummy, but definitely not $12. The fact that everything was clearly microwaved and overpriced makes this restaurant take the #1 spot on my blacklist.

I ordered Mike's through Grubhub. The delivery driver was VERY LATE. He calls me 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time. The driver tells me he's on my street, at my house. He was not. Then wants to argue with me about it. How can he tell me that he's at my house, where I know where I live? I'm standing on my front porch! Like seriously? Is this guy on drugs? Or just stuck on stupid? Their driver is a liar and a jerk. Then I text him "Where is my food?" No answer. He shows up 10 minutes later... STILL AT THE WRONG ADDRESS! THEN gives me an attitude. GrubHub notified me that this guy is a employee of Mike's. So this is on Mike's NOT Grubhub. I just had back surgery. (Spinal Fusion) LOOK IT UP! I am disabled. I shouldn't have to walk around the corner to get my food. Isn't that what delivery is for? Door to door service!? He was not only late, but the food was cold. So the food sucked too. When I said that I would never order from Mike's again the driver said "Good" Really? Ok! This is how you guys treat disabled people who patronize your business? Well I guess it's MY JOB to inform the public to not order from an establishment that does not appreciate business. If that's the type of customer service, and the ship that they run. That is pretty pathetic! Nobody should have to jump through hoops just to get food that they ordered, and paid their hard earned money for. RIDICULOUS! I will never order from this place again. All it took was a crappy delivery driver to seal the deal! What a waste of $32! So in short, the food sucked, and so did the driver. Mike, if your reading this, let your driver know his attitude blows.

Don't order their cocktails to go, they come in tiny cups and they try to get away with charging $12. Also thought it was extremely shady an employee said I owed another $5 since the delivery price on the website is not correct. Their only saving grace is their food, entrees come with salad and garlic bread.
