"Peckham has no shortage of pizza restaurants, but it won’t come as a surprise to anyone who’s eaten anything at The Camberwell Arms that Mike’s - a slice spot from people behind the SE5 pub - is a great place to know about. Whether you sit inside their converted storehouse in Copeland Park or out on the massive, covered and heated decked area in the yard, you’ve got the same menu of spongy Roman-style slices. Things like the ‘Nicoletta’, a pineapple and mozzarella number draped in mortadella and laced with perfectly sweet and punchy scotch bonnet onions. The same attention to ingredients, flavours and textures runs throughout the brief menu, and while you could opt for a couple of slices and a gem lettuce salad and leave here fairly satisfied for well under £15, you might want to consider coming with a pal, camping out for the afternoon and trying all the slices, plus an ice cream sandwich and a round of margaritas." - Oliver Feldman

Honestly the best pizza I've ever eaten. I cannot recommend Mike's enough. 5 stars isn't even enough to do it justice. I'd suggest ordering a selection of a few different pizzas so to sample the whole menu. There are some amazing flavour combinations.

Great different pizza. We tried most on the menu, I highly suggest the vegan slice with potatoes. Really good service too. A big fan of the free sparkling water. Sat on the decked terrace, which is covered, so no worries for rain. As I sat outside i could bring my dog, which the waiters were fine with.

This is the BEST way to eat pizza: sharing with friends, trying different types of pizza in a relaxed space with serving staff who give friendly and knowledgeable service. Forget any ideas what a pizza is - not much tomato sauce base and cheese used here. Mike's pizzas are creative but not over complicated. Italian rustic simplicity. Not even once did any of the pizzas lose objective of what 'good food' actually is - everything tasted absolutely delicious! I could go on singing this place's praises - but suffice to say: JUST GO & CHECK IT OUT!

Delicious Roman-style pizza, with a crispy sourdough base, by the slice. There were five options on the lunchtime menu, from the classic margherita and marinara to the exotic “nicoletta”, with pineapple(!), scotch bonnet, and mortadella. Slices range from £2.50 to £4, and you’ll probably need 3 each to be satisfied. The seating is all outside at the moment, sheltered from the rain but not from the wind—our main problem in this wet May was keeping everything from flying off the table. Service was excellent and friendly. It’s a tough job to find new opportunity in the crowded pizza market, but I’ve never had pizza like Mike’s before.

Great new addition to the south London pizza scene. Went for brunch. Good options for all tastes. Nice outside eating area and sweet service.

Great service, overnight baked beans and Garibaldi best of the brunch menu.

Delicious selection of toppings on a tasty, crispy base. There's six or so options for toppings and the rectangular slices are served on a long, wooden pizza peel. Great selection of drinks, desserts, and sides. Definitely order the deep fried pasta suppli with saffron! 👌🏻 Staff were all really nice and food and drink came promptly after ordering. Will be returning soon for sure!

I was really excited to try a different spin on one of my favourite foods and the team at Mike's absolutely blew the doors off. Not only is the Roman style pretty unique for London, some of the toppings are creatively out of this world. Pineapple on pizza isn't for everyone, but the Mortadella is a lovely counterbalance and is something I'll definitely be coming back for. Overall the food was delicious and the staff friendly, warm and welcoming. Can't believe they've only been open less than a week!
