MIKEY'S SOFT SERVE / SMASHED BURGERS AND FRIES

What a great place to get a meal. Owner puts time into shakes. Got the best chocolate banana shake I’ve ever had. This place will definitely stay around. Good music. Nice view with the seating. Honestly one of the best burgers and best ice cream in Springfield. No question.

Best burger in the area hands down. Their ice cream is amazing. Next time you're headed to Friendly's, go here instead, it's only 3 minutes away and the food is insanely good, way better than Friendly's. Closest to In-n-Out I've gotten on the East Coast. I wish I tried this place sooner, it's sort of tucked away. Inside seating is limited to 4-5 bar chairs, there's 2 outdoor tables for additional seating. Parking is on the side. Only way they can slightly improve the burger is to season it a bit more while on the grill, and maybe add some mustard into the sauce for acidity. But they do give you salt and pepper with your order, so you could do it yourself. A place this good needs a bigger space and tons more customers, their food is incredible.

Went with my mother tonight for the first time and we just sat and ate our food for a while. The atmosphere was fun and colorful and the service was awesome. Everyone was so nice and even with all the people coming to pick up their orders were happy and having a good time. Loved the food, I had the smash burger with fries and then a Dubai Sunday! Highly recommend this place and its food!

I'm a lil mad...my son loves cheese fries, me not so much...long story short ...this is REAL cheese sauce!!! NO ONE uses real cheese anymore. So I'm mad I didn't order the smashburger fries because that would have been ideal. My burger was great, don't get me wrong. Service was fast and friendly. Great atmosphere with a wall perfect for pics. Designer ice cream flavors I can't wait to try in the future. Had no idea this gem was right under my nose!!!

Atmosphere is awesome and their food is uncompetitive and ice cream flavors are amazing ! I definitely recommend to everyone and their employees are so friendly !

The food was absolutely delicious! We were in MA for the Brimfield flea market and found this smash burger place during a Google search. Highly recommended, the food is amazing and the service was top tier. The young man that helped us had the most wonderful smile and he was just so patient and nice. If you’re in the area I highly recommend stopping by! I got the double smash burger with caramelized onions. Top tier. Portion sizes are great as well.

What a gem! My daughter wanted to go for the Viral Dubai Chocolate Sundae. The shop is adorable, creative and very friendly!

This place has phenomenal burgers and they're huge! A little pricey but you get what you pay for! They also sell those Dubai chocolate bars, if anyone is into those.

Ordered door dash from here - it really hit the spot. The buffalo chicken cheese fries were very tasty and I really enjoyed my Reese's sundae. The burgers also look delicious and I'll have to try those next. I wish there was an option for a small side of cheesy fries.

Usually LOVE this spot. Food is usually delicious and the deserts are unreal. Today my chicken sandwich was raw inside. Was delicious until I saw the pink. Really disappointed

The girl at the counter was nice. The toppings were all good and seemed fresh but the actual soft serve ice cream had zero flavor. It was just frozen and soft without any flavor. Just bland.

I've been there twice and thought maybe the first time was just an off day however, the staff need to work on the customer service. Today the girl had no expression, no greeting, no nothing and when asked for an explanation of an item she was visibly annoyed. Not a good look for the owner/business. The one star is because it's a great location

First visit and glad to have a soft serve location in the neighborhood, staff were really friendly. There is seating outside along with inside. Soft serves were delicious! Will have to try the burgers and other food options to do a further review, but so far so good! A definite try in the upper summer Ave area !( the old bueno y Sano location )

Food and service - both were great. We stopped by in a Sunday afternoon and were not disappointed. I only wish there was more seating.

We really liked the burgers and the soft serve was really great. Disappointed that they didn't have chicken as they had chicken sandwiches/tenders/nuggets on the menu. We went to order them and they told us they will probably be removing all chicken from the menu. I hope that's not the case because my kids won't touch a burger so we won't be able to go there unless we go without our kids which will basically be never. Not even a hot dog! Either way the burgers were actually wicked good so hopefully they stay in business! Also appreciate that there's a parking lot!

I love this place! It's close to my work so I like stopping there after work. I haven't tried the food yet but the ice cream is delicious!

Amazing soft serve icecream and smashed burgers, really hit the spot. Our new favorite place to go, whenever we crave icecream or burgers we will go there for sure! The service was great they were very fast. Great atmosphere.

The 'full fat' soft ice cream is superb. The folks that work at Mikey's are really nice and welcoming. They let you taste test which is great. The only negative thing I have to say is that adding toppings is a complete rip off. Each topping costs $2.10 and because they use such a small cup that isn't even a sundae dish, once the ice cream is in the cup, there's simply not enough room for the toppings so you're paying $2.10 for each topping (hot fudge, Oreo, etc) and barely getting anything. A complete rip off. Plus, they offered Oreo chunks or crushed cookie which they said was Oreo and I made clear I wanted the chunks but was served the crushed and told the don't have chunks. Had I known this, I would not have ordered crushed Oreo because I find it flavorless. Because the cup is so small for a sundae, and there's no room for the toppings, the thing is overflowing by the time you get it which gives the appearance of generosity; that they are putting heaping amounts in! I honestly felt manipulated because of this. But that's business, right? Going forward, I will continue to purchase ice cream and either bring my own toppings to put on or bring the ice cream home and add my own toppings.
