Let me preface this review by saying I've had several good meals here... The service was very good, and the braised short rib panini was tasty. The salad was another story. I liked the presentation - greens tied in a bunch with leeks - but the base of the greens were wilted and discolored. I cut those off and tried the tops, only to find them gritty. The food and beverage manager was very responsive, however. I would still go back for their sweetbreads (always amazing) but with so many great restaurants in the area, I hope they improve their quality control.

Loved the oysters Rockefeller "deconstructed", rotisserie duck and rack of lamb. Sleek, modern setting but a bit hard to find. Servers were excellent also. Unfortunately, the night we were there the place was practically empty. It deserves more patrons because the food is really excellent.

Ate here on our first night in new Orleans. It was empty inside which was nice, and the food was pretty decent. The chicken on my salad was very tender and delicious. Friendly staff, good service. Would eat here again.

Thought it might be a little stuffy going in but the staff lightened up a bit. The easier was very helpful in informing us what was good and he was pretty much right on even down to the desert. Duck, tuna. .. amazing. For dessert a must have is the root beer float. Not what you expect but amazing.

Way over rated. Appetizers excellent so the poor main course was a shocker. Waiter abandoned us until the check, with no effort to check in on meal even then. With all the local choices, skip this one.

Quiet nice atmosphere. Had the sweetbreads-fantastic. Service was good. Beer selection could be better but isn't the theme. 4stars

Great food, nice atmosphere but unless you lunch lasts at least hour and a half don't even think to go there. Parking validation at the hotel is a plus.

Beautiful place, good food. Slightly pricey, but seems worth it from what I've had there.
