Milagro Centre

I love this place. It has plenty of great food. I have enjoyed everything I have had at each dining establishment and the gelato too. Lots of terrible Japanese food in the area, and I felt the Japanese food here was pretty darn good. Definitely my preferred spot. The Mexican spot has some unique cultural dishes, and we have enjoyed it all. Haven't had a chance to try the pie spot. The whole place is pretty clean, and I like all the seating possibilities. It's just a fun atmosphere. Very cool for people to grab stuff to go and just hang out together in the covered patio area. Now it just needs Ethiopian and Nepali food! Took my photos at an odd time of day when there wouldn't be many people eating, but in the evenings there are plenty of people. I need to try it for lunch still.

This review is for the center itself, not the individual establishments. Many of the aesthetics are very nice and I encourage you to shop/eat at the stores, but the center itself is a bit decayed in places... and the areas around the restrooms (which weren't bad themselves) smelled not great. It was hard to find the men's room and the hallway is used as storage, for example. Just needs some TLC and more businesses to fill the dead space.

We love coming here. The gelato place is my daughter‘s absolute favorite and she always gets the lemon and I always hang out at the sushi place. We also like River city brewing and there’s just a great choice of restaurants, the event center there is great. It’s centrally located. It’s always got great options. We wish they were still open on Mondays and Tuesdays, but this is one of our favorite places to go in the Carmichael area

Nice atmosphere, clean. The inside and it's identity is a little confusing with all the small restaurants. Brewery is good. Looking forward to warmer weather to be able to spend some time here outdoors in the evenings.

Stumbled into this unique food court which is both airy and pleasant to be in. I was looking for Cafe Madre originally, but at first it was a bit confusing from the outside, as there are no obvious signs other than the Mexican restaurant Mesa Mercado, and it's hard to peek inside as the windows are tinted. Once inside, I discovered a number of small shops on the food court side. Lots of skylights light up the place in the afternoon, and the open space is permeated by Mexican music from the restaurant. Feels pretty cool and lively to hang out in.

Carmichael is fortunate to have such a cool venue! Good food, fantastic food court and very unique. You can really get lost inside this place! Fantastic date venue or meetup place.

Such an amazing experience! I was craving a healthy treat and decided to stop by this juice bar. The service was quick and friendly, and I really appreciated how the staff offered suggestions based on my tastes. I ended up getting the green detox smoothie, and it was absolutely perfect. Fresh, balanced flavors, and I could tell they use premium organic ingredients. The prices were very reasonable for the quality, and I left feeling energized and satisfied. It's a wonderful spot for anyone looking for nutritious and delicious drinks.

Different cuisine in one place. I love going here for the out door fires and yummy food!

Several different restaurants to choose from. Part of our group went for the sushi and part had Italian. Then we all had Gelato for dessert. It was nice enough that we could sit outside by the beautiful fireplace with fountains. Looking forward to going again and try other restaurants.

My boyfriend & I were excited to finally try this center after waiting 8 months. Since it was our first visit, we weren't sure how things worked. He, being allergic to shellfish, went to Serritella's for a pepperoni pizza, while I ordered two rolls from Taiko. We decided to dine on Taiko's side, and my boyfriend asked an employee if that was okay. She seemed confused but eventually said "okay." While waiting, a roll was mistakenly brought to our table. After I touched it with silverware, the waiter realized it wasn't ours and apologized but left it with us. From that point on, the staff seemed annoyed, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We weren't checked on after my order had gotten to our table, even when we needed refills, so we hurried through our meal. We really wanted to like this place, the only place where they served sushi and another category we both can separately enjoy, but unfortunately not pleasant. * Pizza: bland * Sushi: 8/10 * Decor: beautiful * Customer service: poor

The Milagro Centre has the feel of an upscale food court, disguised as confusion. Don't get me wrong, appreciate the concept of having multiple eateries in one location because it makes it a great place to meet friends for a lovely dining experience. Depending on which restaurant you select, some of the seating seems to bleed into the seating of other restaurants, hence the food court feeling that it has. I've been here numerous times, and I've watched a few restaurants come and go, and the general concept hasn't changed much, which in an odd way, is a good thing. However, I think conceptually, while the intent is there, the design overall should be adjusted, so that the upscale dining experience, which seems to be the intent would be just that. For example, the restrooms are difficult to find, and you'll find yourself walking from one end to the other, trying to locate them. Another example, is that I've had the experience where there's table service for one restaurant, and not for another. Consistency would be great. They have a private parking lot with complementary parking, which is great, and they do have a couple of private areas so that if you have an interest in hosting a private event, this would be a fun spot during a great weather evening for a fun party. The restaurants are varied, and it does make it easier when there's indecision about food choices, and most of the restaurants offer a nice variety of menu items. You pretty much will be able to find something for everyone, from vegetarian offerings, all the way to some pretty tasty meat offerings. It's definitely worth checking out.

Love all The restaurant choices . They vary and there's something for everyone. I love the inside style center and the outside has a beautiful water feature. Not sure if they have live music in nicer weather but I would definitely go if they did. Lights, water, music and cocktails with food. Sign me up!

The gelato place here is a must! Especially when the temperature is over 110 this whole week, GB Gelato came in to save. They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings. I got my go to mint chocolate, which was delicious and refreshing! Definitely worth checking out if you're in the Milagro center.

This is a great center and very unique. It has huge common areas for people to hangout. I love how many restaurants and shops are under the same roof and open. It's the closest thing to a town center that Carmichael has. I enjoy coming here. Very grateful for this center in my town. It's lovely and super cool.

Spacious Food Court and Event Center All the restaurants are independently owned, there are 6 of them including a coffee shop, gelato shop, brewpub, Mexican, Italian and Japanese restaurants. Chilangolandia is now permanently closed. Milagro is also used as an event center. We were here for a pop up event which brought me here for the first time. I don't often come to this side of town. I accompanied my daughter who participated as a vendor. I really like the concept here at the Centre... Milagro has a large outdoor common area located in the middle and is covered with a semi transparent roof. This allows light in but keeps harmful sun rays or rain showers out. The restaurants are to the left or right or around the perimeter of the food court. Towards the back of the community outdoor area is a large stone fireplace that has a fountain on each side. Very pretty. The parking lot is huge. There are palm trees running down the middle of the property. Lots of parking which is a big deal for me. The pop up event occupied parts of the parking lot and also the covered outdoor food court/community area. Very nice place to congregate and meet up with friends. Milagro translates to "Miracle" in Spanish and in Tagalog too (Philippines)... the Philippines was once conquered by Spaniards so we picked up some Spanish words ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Review #2607

We arrived around 4:00pm. We started off with an antipasto plate and cocktails at Serritella's. it took forever to get the antipasto plate. it was delicious but we were done with our cocktails and ready to move on. we asked for the check and then we were reminded that we still had the dish coming. i should have canceled at that time. but instead... we waited and waited... finally it arrived. then off to Mesa Mercado! two more cocktails and small plates. we had: Esquité: fresh and delicious! i could eat that all day long!!! My Guacamole: the Jalapeños were very mild but it was fresh and delicious! Ceviche de Pescado: A huge portion and absolutely delicious! the restaurant is fun and festive. the server was kind, and the service was quick! truly enjoyed our experience. then off to GB Gelato for dessert! Blueberry Mascarpone Gelato!!! Amazing!!!

Disappointing management. After spending hundreds weekly each summer patronizing both GB Gelato (highly recommend, btw) and their own restaurants, we were rudely told we are not allowed to bring "outside food" and we need to vacate the premises. Sorry, but we don't have the luxury of waiting an hour + to get food from the restaurants in the Centre. I don't know if they have clients that come more regularly than our group. It's not like we hang out there without spending any money. A little less policing and a little more allowing people to enjoy themselves would go a long way towards securing return customers. Coming from communism, it's really disappointing to see that behavior in a business in the USA

The milaro Center is continually improving . Every restaurant has top food and serve . Mesa Masada has the best Mexican menu choices that I know of. The food is elegantly served .The restaurants decorations transfer you to Mexico ! Day of Day decorations were spectacular . One dish you cannot get in any Mexican restaurant is Chile en Nigada . This is a traditional Mexican dish originally made for the President . And , don't forget the soups !

Love the restaurants at Milagro. Serritellas, Rver City Brewing, Taiko Sushi. Consistently good!

I was just about to get a bite, but all the restaurants are closed. If they don't want to go slowly down the tubes, they had better get this place fully open again. What a shame. This is a neat place... if they were open.

Such a fun place and nostalgic to a mercado in Mexico. I loved the food and the service was awesome. Don't skip the dessert- they had churros with ice cream and flan. Super goood!!!

Other cities across America should take note. From an architectural designers' standpoint, the "Milagro Centre" is an absolute masterpiece of a shopping center. If this is the trend of what's to come in the Sacramento area, then I am so blessed and fortunate to live here. This place was in the works for quite awhile as I saw "coming soon" signs while driving by on busy Fair Oaks Blvd. It wasn't until around late-2016 when this place took shape while more and more businesses were slowing opening up. Located in the heart of Carmichael directly on Fair Oaks Blvd. (and adjacent to Marconi Ave.), this place almost resembles something like what you'd see in Los Angeles or Phoenix. There are two major buildings that house a total whopping 50,000 square feet of space. In one building, you will find two major restaurants; The Patriot and Fish Face Poke Bar as well as the office for the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce and a private room made for booking various events (weddings, private parties, etc). In the other building (which is a little bigger), this includes Mesa Mercado Mexican Restaurant, River City Brewing Company, Insight Coffee Roasters, Ghiotto Gelato, and Jayne Cakes. Believe it or not, the first time I stepped foot onto the premises of this impressive center was on the afternoon of Sunday 9/10/17 with my lady and our friend from the Philippines. All 3 of us were wowed by the amount of work and craftsmanship that went into designing this place. You will notice an abundance of properly aligned palm trees and upscale flooring that almost makes it look like a museum. The middle aisle of the center is actually a giant outdoor patio that includes your standard tables and chairs, plush sofas, flowing waterfalls, and a stone fireplace directly in the center. To top it off, there is a large transparent screen roof to protect you from all the elements during inclement weather. We ended up dining at Mesa Mercado which will be saved for a different Yelp review. The one nice concept of the Milagro Centre is the open-air feel. All of the restaurants do not have any walls to separate themselves from their neighbors. I would almost compare it to Oxbow Public Market (minus the farmers market/bakery). However, when you dine at your respective area, it definitely works out very well as I love the super high ceilings and airy space it offers. Overall, the Milagro Centre is an absolute breath of fresh air, not only for residents in the Carmichael area but the entire Sacramento metropolitan area and beyond. A neat perk that is offered is a FREE one-hour yoga class every Sunday at 10am. They also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the entire center. The hours do vary for all the businesses so be sure to check Yelp or their website for business hours. All in all, if you have not yet stepped foot at Milagro Centre, do yourself a favor and check it out! I highly recommend it!

Is this a miracle?!? What is this glistening new building that opened up in the burbs of Carmichael? ....It is the Milagro Centre. The precisely placed palm trees in the front promenade and a fun colorful archway over the parking entry is quite charming. I have driven by this place often since it opened. I finally checked it out for on a lazy weekend night. Impressive interior. Polished concrete floors. The open shared interior space is such a relaxed casual modern concept. The building is split into two sides with the middle being the covered outdoor seating area. It has a large beautiful stone laid wall fireplace. Plenty of parking. One side of the building houses River City Brewery, Mesa Mercado Mexican restaurant, Ghiotto gelato, Insight Coffee roaster, and Jayne cakes. They are sectioned off but have an open interior dining area design...no walls. The other side is Fish Face poke bar, Carmichael chamber of commerce, event center room with AV equipment, and several empty vendor spots. I was nosey and took a peek in the event room. It has glass modern deco chandeliers. Elegant. Besides the retail offerings, the Centre host free community events like free Sunday yoga classes. Check out the website for the current deets.

Multiple restaurants, coffee, dessert, and all with an incredibly nice outdoor patio. Live music and plenty of parking for the Friday night crowd. Great addition to the neighborhood.

The coffee bar attendant was on her phone and not personable at all. When we walked by the first time I thought they were closed cuz when she made eye contact (by, what I can only assume, accident) she quickly looked back down & continued scrolling. I eventually asked if they were open and ordered some drinks and sandwiches. For a total of $48, you'd think the customer service would be better.

Love the marketplace concept! The Milagro Center sure looks grand, as you enter through the pillared arch into a parking lot full of palm trees. Has a definite So Cal feeling to it, like you've stepped into a mini vacation. As we walked into the Center, what first caught our eye was the large covered outdoor courtyard, with a huge stone fireplace. Nice! We strolled through the restaurant area, which included Ghiotto Gelato, Insight Coffee Roasters, Mesa Mercado Mexican food, and River City Brewing Company. We had lunch at River City (see my Yelp review). The place had a bit of a "work in progress" feel to it. Also, the restrooms are a bit of a puzzle, with the men's restroom down near River City Brewing and the women's restroom in a different location near Mesa Mercado. That's okay, but better signage would be nice. Overall, the Centre is a cool place to hang out; we will be back.

This is a collection of epicurean delights! The river city brewery, Broderick, gelato, sushi, coffee bar, plenty of parking, and outdoor seating!!! Spring is in the air so come enjoy!

This place is shaping up to be quite a nice place to hang out this side of the burbs. One of my fave places here is Insight coffee, but I usually visit in the evening when it's too late for coffee (for me anyway). Fish Face is my go to (hello Spam fried rice!) and I'm excited that Broderick has been added so I will be visiting soon to try them out. Service is always good and I like the outdoor seating.

Came to check this center out and saw that a fish face was open in here! I love how there's a fireplace with seating in front of it and there are also more outdoor seating in the parking lot. So far there's only 3 restaurants, a coffee shop, and gelato spot. The gelato, coffee and Mexican restaurant are combined together and there's seating to enjoy ur drinks and desserts. I even saw some people having alcoholic drinks in front of the gelato place which I thought was cool where you can order drinks from the Mexican restaurant and sit down in a quieter area to enjoy your drinks. The poke restaurant has its own separate area apart from the others. When I went there, I think there was an event going on behind it. So I think there's also a space where you can possibly rent out and have an event? Not sure but I saw a big screen projector or tv and lots of tables and people dressed up inside. This will be a great place to come when more businesses are established, especially in the summer time. I can't wait to see what else this plaza has in store for us!

Food was deliciously yummy! This is the ONLY place that I go to when I want to eat Chiles En Nogada. I'm new to the Sacramento Area and I'm so thankful my husband brought me here two years ago because it is now my favorite dinner spot. The guacamole was delicious and so was the combo of the churro with ice cream! I also had a Tamarindo Margarita and a Mango as well . I loved the Tamarindo so much thought.

The Milagro Center is a great place to hang out: Food, cocktails, conversation, and events, this destination spot has the space and trained staff to make it all happen. Having tried several of the restaurants, all delicious, my favorite is the patio that sits off the Mexican restaurant, "Mesa Mercado". When the weather is mild, this area is a perfect spot for conversation and cocktails (and chips and salsa and mangos and lime). Attached to the east side of the Centre, is an event space/banquet room. This extension was tastefully designed to hold a large group, and I was lucky enough to attend a charity event that included food tables, vendors, a huge band, and more. The room is enourmous and can accommodate a large crowd. There is a small back patio which is a bonus for those wanting some fresh air. Not only does the Milagro Centre have a variety of restaurants and cuisines, but also a large outdoor area with comfortable seating and a large fireplace. The building has it's own parking lot...easy to find. The marked spots are minimal, but there is additional space in the lot that is used for overflow...or at least the management allows extra vehicles in those spaces. This is appreciated! A wonderful addition to the area, the Milagro Centre is a great place for food, cocktails, conversation, and large events.

My husband & I have been going here since they opened. We are regulars & have spent hundreds on food & drink. Often there on holidays when no one else is there. We like their food and wanted to be supportive. Today my husband & I went to celebrate buying a new car& have a beer or two. To make a long story short. They over charged us on beer ( 2nd time this happened) & when we told them .. I had 2 beers & my husband had 3 ... they gave us a hard time. I said look I know what we had .. I'm paying your bill but we won't be back.... Honestly, they messed up our bill .. long story .. so it was confusing even to us. I would suggest you take off the 2 beers & KEEP your regular clients after spending a ton of money there! Your customer service is always slowwwww because you don't have enough staff.. we always were patient. You've added a kitchen fee.. I guess you can find us at the brewery at Milagros which is ALWAYS busy! Maybe they treat their patrons better!

If you're a night owl like me, Serritella's stays open till 9 p.m., even during the week, so, later than the other places. I get their gnocchi (gorgonzola) to-go--GREAT!--although they serve it in styrofoam. :-( i.e., not recyclable. Otherwise, great!

A lot of choices of food. Great place for food and place to hang out with company. You don't have to drive downtown to get good food. Check it out you will not be dissatisfied.

Kudos for hookin' the Fair Oaks area up.! Less creepy nondescript strip mall, more vibrant and family friendly atmosphere is a smart move! A little bit of everything, anyone in any family could want!

Every time we go to the Milagro Centre, we say to ourselves, "Why go anyplace else?" Great food, great ambience, the fireplace in the middle is such a lovely place to meet with friends.

Thank you for responding to my concern. However I did tell several people including the bartenders. They never replaced the lime they served me with their hand. The lady that handed it to me had just scratched her head and also handled money. Anyway they didn't seem to care what I said. By the way it is the only bar in there. So if they didn't respond who do I take it to?

The food we had was good but not great. Also, I think we expected much more. We were there on a Friday from about 2-4. And only 3 places to eat drink were open. Everything else was closed down. There's so much potential but instead is very disappointing.

I love the Milagro center. It is a great spot to go with a variety of types of restaurants to eat at. You can meet up with friends and family and all eat together with your food. The only downside is each restaurant has different hours they are open. Many times I've gone several of the spots are closed during the weekday lunch hour.

Best thing this side of town! Great food, good drinks, high end alcohol and fun environment. They also do take out food incase you dont want to sit down, the brewery has good drinks, it also has great bar snack food. I would absolutely come back here !

Great sushi!!! Cold by the doors but the door was worth it and then gelato after hit the spot

Everything started out pretty well with the Milagro Center. But it looks like they might be having some issues making the business model thrive, sustaining the clientele. A lot of the employees of the different restaurants seem to be getting fed up with lack of information and stagnant growth. The Mercado area sits vacant. My hope is the owners see this and come up with a game plan to get all the employees of the center synced up and excited to be there. Special events once a month or in this Center Courtyard area would be great as well.

My family comes here all the time for the sushi & drinks. Very welcoming atmosphere and the food tastes pretty good. They have a good selection of restaurants as well from sushi to burgers, and also pizza. Would definitely recommend to friends

Ok it's in a nice part of town and it's not that's it's a bad place to get dinner we were a party of 6 one adult and five kids lots of indecisiveness going on but we got through it. I know going into this I was going to make the tip worth it for the folks serving us got the bill not bad 200 and change put a twenty on the table as a tip then later that night looked at the bill I didn't realize there was a 33 dollar gratuity surcharge on the I guess a 53 was not bad for adult plate and a bunch of cheese quesadillas if I ever make it back to that side of town I'll be a little bit more carful when I pay the bill

The Milagros Center has developed into a terrific gathering spot for friends and family! There is a variety of food and beverage choices as well as some nice common use areas. I love The Patriot restaurant, but this visit was focused on dessert!! There is a wonderful gelato and sorbet shop as well as a fancy cupcake bakery. I chose a refreshing, highly flavorful Tangerine sorbet that was absolutely fantastic. From the cupcake shop I ordered a mini cranberry-orange cake with a buttercream frosting and a sprinkle of poppy seeds. The sponge had good flavor but the texture and density was more muffin than cake. Overall, it was a bit dry. Sitting in the common area, listening to the water feature and the soft background music while enjoying dessert and conversation, was a perfect end to a perfect day!

Sadly I think the move for Serrritellas will turn out to be a bad one. We really wanted to enjoy a nice tasty meal, after a 20 min wait to be seated at a table that was available the entire time we ordered our meal. The meal took over one hour to arrive, it was warm at best. Then because of a mix up my wife was offered for free another pasta dish, but somehow it ended up on the bill. After getting it removed, I filled out the bill and my wife noticed the "suggested tip amounts" were way off. I know they recently just opened in this location and might have to work out some of the problems, but the issues tonight were very basic. I hope our next visit proves me wrong because tonight was not a $72.00 value by any means.

New to Carmichael! And a welcomed one at that! Different options for dining out with friends, family or a work function. Great atmosphere. Love the layout. Outside water featues, seating area with fireplace, couches and benches. Insight coffee roasters is open in the morning.restraints open around 11:30 for the lunch crowd.

Would love this place to be better and hope they consider a different daytime mood than what they set at night. I went on a beautiful cold and gloomy Friday morning. Thought it would be the perfect place to sit outside by the fire with a cup of coffee and a book. The fire wasn't lit, the outdoor heaters were not on and the music was loud pop music. I would have loved to be able to relax and enjoy my morning but that was not the experience I had. It seems like it might help to have a day and night set up and to make adjustments accordingly. I won't likely be back in the daytime and go to Temple instead.

This is the worst place we have ever eating! Brew House is just so so . The Patriot is not very good at all. We had dinner there three times hoping it would get better. That did not happen

Good restaurants and brew! Since the completion of this new plaza residents of Carmichael are no longer burdened by another run down parking lot... Eye sore. The food is great, establishments are well styled, indoor & out door Seating and a variety of choices. A must visit!
