Milano's Pizza

Friday night is pizza night at our house. Milanos once again did not disappoint. Fresh, delicious, very tasty, the crust is delicious 😋 not to eat, great service, they always call and follow up how everything was. Keep up the great work, one of the best pizza places in Saginaw 👏 Thank you for making our family pizza night enjoyable!

I sat in a parking space outside the restaurant door looking at my phone from the menu to choose dinner from because I had my grandson with me. A very nice, attentive employee from Milano's stepped out and checked on me. I told her it's been a few years since I've ordered from them and was browsing the app and that my grandson was with me. I suspect if i knew what i wanted to order, she would have taken my order carside! Ultimately, I placed my order through the app. They even brought my piping hot pizza to me even after I chose carry out instead of curbside. Very nice, very sweet staff. My picture is my leftover the next day, but the original appearance was better!

We have been eating Milano's since they opened. There is no other Pizza! Our favorite go to our uncle Matt's and the famous cheeseburger pizza. We have ordered many of the other options and have never been disappointed. They are always on time and when delivered the pizza is still steaming hot. They get all of our little requests right every time such as we like our crust a little well done. The drivers are absolutely phenomenal. They have great personality and wonderful manners.

We are from 2 hours away and we were traveling, really wanted pizza for dinner- read the reviews and took a chance! We wanted dine-in pizza, but opted to order to go and ate in the car, TOTALLY WORTH IT! We had loaded pep supreme with butter parm crust and it was EXCELLENT! We will remember this place again next time we are in the area! Yum! Ordering was also easy and fast on a Saturday at dinner time!

Sent in a delivery order and everything was amazing. We ordered 3 of their 12 inch subs, a cheese bread and regular bread sticks and everything was fresh, hot and delicious. They even called with questions because of my notes and were so professional and kind. Their delivery driver was so sweet, and personable too. Just an overall wonderful experience. It’s a good thing I travel bc my wallet would be empty if I lived close Made a delivery to the area and was low on food supplies decided to order pizza this was hands down some of the best pizza I’ve had in years couldn’t decide by looking at the menu so ended up with 3 personal pans for $30 delivered with delivery charge and tip you can’t beat $7 pan pizzas the delivery guy was nice, friendly and the service was fast and efficient ordered at 802 had my food by 830. the food was good using real and quality ingredients , personally thought the Mac n cheese pizza could use more flavor tasted a little bland to me but it was still good will return if in the area

Just ordered the "Everything" pizza, expensive but decided to splurge. I ended up getting what looks like a medium pizza with just pepperoni and bacon. What a rip-off, they have definitely changed since last year. Don't buy pizza here unless you want to get ripped off like I did. Steve

Milano's Pizza is great. I ordered a 3 item pizza and it must've weighed over 3 pounds. They have great cheese and use a lot of it. Their crust is amazing!

Best pizza in Saginaw! The Greek and Matt's special are my favs. Food was on time for pickup.

When it comes to their food it's good. Customer service could be a lot better. Tried applying for them and they were not responsive at all. As far at the food I would order again just not that often.

Usually we love Milanos but was disappointed tonight usually places compensate for mistakes, we bought a blt pizza and they did not put tomatoes and lettuce on the pizza, important part of a BLT, I called as soon as I got home did not eat a slice of it. I called and the girl said I could come up and get the tomato and lettuce on the side, " I am not coming up there for lettuce and tomato, when it should have been on there", then they recommended they would deliver the lettuce and tomato, ok, but usually places offer to replace it or try to offer something else like a breadstick or something for messing up the order because the pizza will be cold by the time you come here. Thanks but no thanks. Love the food but bad service, next time I'll talk to a manger.

We love Milano's Calzones & use the air fryer for reheating the leftovers which are EXCELLENT ! We would order the Calzones in an XL if you had that size? The Pizza is excellent too. We think the cheese brand Milano's use is above and beyond all cheese used in Italian dishes. We always have excellent curb side service. Pizza, calzones are always hot & ready quickly. This place is a hidden Gem! Food was fabulous , price was great and the service was on par. I ordered chicken Alfredo which was enough for two and side note it fit in my bowl cozy. He ordered an X-Large deep dish pepperoni and it literally will be 3 meals for him! Overall 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent pizza without a doubt, which is 5 stars. Reason for 2 stars is as follows. We ordered pizza, almost $50 worth and picked it up. Someone inside added a $13 tip on their own without my permission. Spoke with manager, which spoke with the owner about the issue. Owner claims it is my credit union that added the tip, WTF??? You steal money from people and blame it on something else, what a joke. We will not be going back. Anyone that orders from them, double check your bank account. Receipt says one thing and bank account says another.

Never disappoints! Everything we've tried here is very good! We especially love the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the cinnamon sticks. The wings are great too.

The service I received was fast. I ordered a personal pizza. Many people have raved to me about this place. So, I decided to try it. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza. I'm not sure if this is their signature way of making pizza. But, I did not like it.

Used to be a good place. Apparently not any more. Ordered a pizza for carry out using the app. Arrived a bit later and tried to go inside to pick it up. A woman came running to the door saying "oh ummm our lobby is closed I'll check on your order". Mind you it is raining out and I am standing in the rain. Instead of checking on my order she goes out to a car outside first, then goes inside. I wait in the rain. Another car pulls up, a young woman gets out, and she is allowed to enter the lobby without issue. She comes out a minute later and I'm still waiting in the rain. After 5 minutes in the rain a different woman comes out and says "she's new". She didn't say sorry for the wait, sorry for making you stand in the rain, only "she's new". She has me sign the receipt. Only then does she say the pizza isn't ready yet. How long do you expect me to stand in the rain? I understand that I'm not an attractive guy but I'm not dirty or anything. Only good looking young women are allowed to come in. I tell her to cancel it and leave. Better get refunded quick.

The only people that I have met that don't like Milano's also don't like pizza. They always have great specials and are one of the few places in town that stay open past midnight on the weekends. I like getting their pepperoni supreme. I've had most of the specialty pizzas that one is simple but one of the best. They do tend to go larger on the cuts with some of their toppings (I'm looking at you meatballs) but I don't see that as a bad thing. This will always be a staple in my book.

Beat pizza in town both in taste and value. I have tried all the pizza spots that deliver to my home and no on I mean no one tops Milano's.

Hubby & I had lunch/dinner and ordered a pizza and it was so good, very delicious! We ordered a large thin crust Milano's Classic pizza. I would definitely recommend this place for pizza. Food was hot when we received it and service was very good, they gave us $2 off the pizza. We almost walked out when we discovered there were no seats at all to eat there but, it was a very nice day out and they have 2 picnic tables outside so we ate our pizza outside at the picnic table.

We were in town overnight and had a inkling for pizza....liked the reviews on Milano's as well as the menu offerings. They did not disappoint- we ordered a pepperoni pizza which I'm sure you're thinking...ok that's standard but the crust was to die for and the cheese was smooth! We also ordered mostaccioli which was delicious.we topped our order off with cinnamon buns - yummy....so glad we chose Milano's

I had a large round with chicken/red & green peppers. It tasted fantastic! This is my go-to for pizza when in Saginaw.

This is the best pizza I have tried in my last 10 years in Saginaw. What's best, the employees are so attentive, helpful, and polite. I ordered on-line a bulky order; quickly they offered help. I thought I could handle, I turned down the help. As I was approached my car, another employee from Milanos offered help again. I am very impressed with the quality of the pizzas and the service

I LOVE Milano's pizza. Every time I get it I say it's the best pizza in the area. It is sort of expensive, but if you look online on their site you can usually find coupons! Love it!

This joint stands alone as the best pie in Saginaw. The quality of ingredients is clear, and the flavor is right on the money. They know how to put together a pizza right, and I've always had a masterpiece delivered to me.

I've eaten pizza here several times, and it never disappoints!!! Best pizza in Saginaw! Not only will they deliver almost anywhere, but the quality is top notch!!! Amazing!!! We have also eaten the meatball sub which I couldn't say I loved it more. And I don't normally enjoy subs. Great job Milanos! Keep up the great work! Side note: their customer service is great too!!!

We order Milanos about twice a month. We carry out due to living around the corner and ask for the unadvertised bogo deal they used to have when they opened that they still honor- but one large, get one free. Their chicken bacon ranch pizza is a fave in our house and the cheese bread is swell!

Really hard working staff and they all seem to work as a team and appear loyal to the company. Great deals with the bogo pizza. Unique style of pizzas Avail as well. Yay

Philly cheese steak pizza is incredible. I was reluctant to try a new pizza place, since I was happy with papa John's. I am so glad I did. The crust is the best I have ever had on a pizza. Ingredients are chopped fresh every morning. This is a privately owned restaurant. You can tell you are not eating a chain pizza from here. They have a famous burger pizza that tastes like a big Mac only better. Do yourself a favor and try Milano you will be glad you did.

As far as pizza places go, this is the best place to go in Saginaw! I'm not sure if that is saying much, but we have tried every place in this town for pizza. It's greasy but in they are not shy with the toppings unlike other places around this area.

I love Milano's! This is one of my favorite pizza places ever and is always a go to when craving some pizza. This has been a staple for my friends and I throughout my college years and will definitely recommend this to people I know

Holy yummy!!!! We ordered the Hawaiian pizza with garlic parm crust and Mac and cheese pizza with garlic part crust. Both deep dish!!! It was fabulous and delivery was o. Time if not a bit earlier than quoted. Delicious!!!!

I usually(not that it's a good thing) eat pizza 2-3 times a week when I travel. I stopped here for something different. The pizza here was worth the stop. Good staff of people and great food. I would come back and highly recommend.

Terrible time quote. Waited almost an hour and a half for pizza that was supposed to be ready in 35 minutes. Offered us a free 2 liter for our trouble... Thanks guy!

Great little hidden away pizza parlor! In strip mall on Bay Rd. behind Biggby Coffee. Sauce was flavorful, garlic crust was perfectly baked and garlicky throughout whole pizza. We had the Everything Pizza, which was loaded with fresh veggies and meat. If you're looking for a different pizza place than your normal go-to, or if you're a pizza foodie, go check them out!

Pass. They increased their prices in March 2018 and it is no longer worth the price and is simply not competitive with pizza chains. The pizza is good in taste (3/5) but only for the first day you bought it. It doesn't save very well and does not taste very good in the morning. Prior to March, the appeal of Milano's was that their pizza was almost comparable to a good pizza chain in taste, but at a much better value. Now that the cost is equal to or greater than that of pizza chains, you should pass this up. Plus you have to ask for a normal price with their coupon deal (that is always available, this should just be the normal price). If you don't they'll try and get you to buy what would have been $25 for $60.

I will never get milanos pizza again. After waiting 2 hours for delivery of cold pizza and forgotten sauce, the dumb bitch driving kicked all the snow off her car in my nice clean driveway. Yes I get the roads are bad and I was okay with waiting to not have to get my kids out. But really kick you built up snow off somewhere other then my driveway. Then when I called to inform the manager he said okay IF I get a chance I will talk to her. After I got upset he then offered to give me a couple dollar credit toward my next order. I placed A 25 dollar order your 2 bucks isn't going to cut it.

Placed an order at 4:50, was told 30 minutes and at5:37 still waiting. Everyone else came and got pizza. No one said be with you or just 5 more minutes. If I wasn't doing this for someone else I would have been gone. Don't want to deal with this place again. The lady at the counter has been nice and cooperative with everyone but me. No recommendations from me. Still waiting an hour later. When they finally got it ready she had someone else give it to me

Very nice Pizza, great tasting, its not square like in the picture, its normal they do deliveries in certain zip codes, a large pizza half BBQ and half Cheese steak delivered costed me $28 (delivered in 1 hours) which is the usual cost. very good tasting and they close at 2 am which is convenient 5 stars for sure!!

My favorite pizza around!! Milano's is open much later than most pizza places so it's very convenient for late nights. You can't go wrong with Any of their specialty pizzas or build your own! They always have a buy one get one free special if you mention it, so the price is so affordable!

This pizza is AMAZING!!! I had the deep dish Hawaiian with garlic butter crust and it was what I expected plus a ton!!! This pizza was even good cold the day after! The flavors were awesome, the ingredients were quality. This is definitely the best pizza joint in the area!

I placed my order over the phone and I was told the pizza would be ready in 15 mins. I showed up 20 mins later and the pizza wasn't ready. I waited another 20 mins at the pizza place for my pizza (enough time to basically order another pizza) only to find that my pizza was sitting there the whole time ready on the shelf. I don't know if she didn't hear my name right...but if that was the case she should've asked what my order was. She didn't even apologize for the wait. The pizza wasn't as fresh by the time I took it home. Additionally I ordered a thin crust pizza, which I usually expect to be a little crispy but this really just tasted like a regular pizza crust and was a bit soggy. Overall, the pizza was only ok and the service was not great.

Still consistently delicious, time after time! Best quality, locally owned pizzeria with home made and delicious Italian sausage and perfect pizza sauce. It's the only pizza I ever get in Saginaw.

I have read a lot of the reviews so I decided to give it a try. We ordered the loaded pepperoni supreme deep dish. There was very little cheese, in places there was pepperoni directly on the dough with no cheese. In the description they say smothered in loads of mozzarella cheese. Your probably better off getting 3 hot and Ready's from Little Caesars for the same money. Maybe they were just having a bad night but I'm not going to try it again anytime soon.

Awesome pizza! We're in town for a funeral and on Friday night our brother bought a pizza from Milanos. Wow, it was so good we went back Sunday night and picked up another. Hidden location, but incredible food! Don't miss this place...
