Milieu Fermentation

Milieu is a nice and clean brewery by the University of Colorado Hospital. They don't have the biggest selection of beer but plenty of IPA, at least 1 sour, and a few lager/ales. They also have some NA options including can soda and Capri Suns! I don't believe they have food options because I saw a lot of people bringing in food from outside. I specifically visited because they hosted a Super Smash Bros tournament and I never pass up an opportunity to compete! They did an awesome job putting it all together and everybody had a great time! The tournament even went longer than the bar close time and the staff stayed longer so we could finish. That's some great customer service! I look forward to coming back and either hang out with some friends or compete in another tournament. Shout out to Alissa (Alyssa?), the bartender who took care of everyone that night. She did an awesome job!

Nate from Reverence Brewing told me to try this place so I made the journey out to Aurora and boy was it worth it. Tried all the IPA’s (west coast include) and all were very good. The hazy’s are especially good and rival most of the best hazy spots in CO. Definitely give it a whirl, no swill here! Wake up Pretty was my favorite. The spot itself while out of the way a bit is also very friendly and enjoyable with plants all over and a lot of light.

Milieu Brewery, located in Aurora, was recognized by a beer review publication as one of the top 10 breweries in the United States. The quality of the beer was excellent, and the service was commendable. It is an admirable establishment.

Milieu Fermentation has a superb bartender staff, attentive to satisfaction. The indoor decor is bright and lively, and the outside South patio is splendid. The choice today was a Babette, a BA chocolate cake stout ($9.50, 13%). This was an excellent pour of dessert stout that reminded me of coconut, pecans, cacao, and finished perfectly. Kudos to the Brewers for keeping the stout theme going.

I don’t just handout 5 stars for my health. The Hazy IPAs were good but then again that’s what I like. This is my 1st time here & the 1st impression should always be the best. And just so you all know there is 2 FREE HOUR PARKING! That’s great because I’d rather my money go to the bartender instead of paying to park. Please keep up the good work at this establishment! So glad you all have to go beer! I will definitely buy some next go round.

Such a great new brewery! Amazing beers and vibes all around. They even have a hard tea which is delicious. Love that it’s kid and dog friendly as well. Can’t wait to go back!

Great atmosphere and really excellent beer choices. They have something for everyone, and work with the amazing Mexican restaurant next door to provide easy food service. They’ve also had some really fun programming that we’ve enjoyed a lot, like Aurora Comedy with a whole bunch of hysterical headliners and yoga. Can’t recommend enough!

Great new brewery!! The beer selection was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and even ga e us some free tasters of beer they were currently working on! 10/10

Cute brewery. Great beer. Friendly service. Great food options. This is a great brewery. The layout is great, lots of low 4 top tables that can be moved to make larger tables for bigger groups. There is a patio area and a garage door to open up the brewery to the patio on warmer days. We showed up for a book club of about 10 people and were able to put together a large table and chat. The beer is great. I really enjoyed the hazy and west coast IPAs. The pastry stout was fantastic as well. Our beertendress was great. And, they have a menu available for the restaurant across the street that will deliver your food to your table, there in the brewery.

Went there on 6/15/25. Just got beer to go and did not sit inside. Bartender was very friendly. Looks like they package most of their beer but you can only make a mix 4pk out of a few, which is fine. Ambiance is very slick and fine. Tried a taster of the Quad IPA, then got the red ipa, pils, monochrome sour and coffee oatmeal stout to go. The quad ipa was tasty. Everything I brought home was tasty but nothing mind blown. Will definitely be back thought to try more of their beet. Cheers!

Pretty decent beer in general. Ambience very stark. Everything's black and white. Would be nice to have a cozier feel. I do like the plants except for the dead one. Instead of milieu it was grat!

Friendly staff, wide variety of beers, and a welcoming vibe! Desi is a great bartender and knowledgeable on the pours. Rob does a great job keeping the beers in rotation and always striving for more.

Just met up with family who live in the area. They had been here before & suggested we meet up. Milieu is in a great location and the beer & other libations were very refreshing. There happened to be a puppy adoption going on at the time as well that just added to the great neighborhood vibe. Definitely give this place a try!

This is our new spot! Super welcoming and thoughtful space. EPIC brews. Very inclusive with NA options. Even the swag is next level. They thought of everything! Looking for a new day time working space? This is it. Looking for a new happy hour spot? This is it. Looking for a new late night date hangout? This is it.

This is such a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Loved every brew I tried and the hop water was so refreshing! Great service and I love the modern vibes, record player, and jungle of live plants that made the whole place seem relaxed and chill.

Milieu is the PERFECT place to relax with friends/family while enjoying a great beer (or other fermented bev) with attentive and friendly service! The place is a hub for community and camaraderie! I would say it is a spot that's definitely worth a visit. Whether you're a local looking for a new hangout or just passing through the area, be sure to stop by and raise a glass to good times and great beer. Cheers!
