"This informative museum manages to pack a surprising amount into a small space. Focusing on the period following the declaration of an independent Finland, exhibits include tanks, guns, uniforms and memorabilia." - The MICHELIN Guide Nordic Editorial Team
Seven Euro for the entrance fee, include the submarine entrance fee.
Within the museum itself wasnt that big. But if you are interested in the history or Finland itself, you will be amaze of its history in it.

The main building is great collection of military equipment and good vehicles and stories. With the same ticket you will get access to a second building, where the only attraction was the clothing’s which you can try. The third is the submarine, therefore I recommend to visit first the museum while the submarine is quite a walk away.

Small in size, but very neatly organized collection of Finnish (and other) military equipment. Ticket allows to visit a submarine that is in close proximity as well as a second part of the collection in nearby building that, includes Saab F35 simulator used in the past for pilot training.

Really enjoyed learning about the history of Finland.
We never think much of it, but their encirclement techniques are a testament to that.
Beautiful museum!

Excellent museum with a lot of photos, weaponry, uniforms and other artifacts from around WWII era. Clean and well maintained. Make sure to visit the submarine included with the entrance fee!

You can get in here with the same ticket you use to access the U-Boat. Its a great little museum with English, Finnish and Russian language on most of the plaques. Unfortunately I only had about half an hour here but I could have easily spent 2 hours reading everything!

We were really impressed by the Military Museum. There was a lot of interesting information to read, a lot to see, and some fun interactive exhibits as well. It's great value for money too! We spent a good 2.5 hours there, and we paid under €10 per person. For how much is there, it's a great price.
