"If desserts a la mode are your MO, this sweet shop founded on Houston’s favorite cookie will be a treat since you get both freshly baked cookies and ice cream. The milk & cookies flavor — a vanilla ice cream stuffed with chocolate chip cookie chunks — is an obvious choice, while dairy-free coconut milk chocolate ice cream is a quality option for folks who eschew dairy." - Brittany Britto Garley

"Find more than just milk and cookies at this West U snack stand. Starting October 1, Tiny’s is now slinging pumpkin bread, pumpkin ice cream, and of course, its own take on the PSL." - Lane Gillespie

"The West U. spot maintains a steady line of devotees often wrapping around the establishment and down the street. But don’t let the wait be a deterrent - at the end of the line, there are pastries galore, including thick and decadent doughnuts available in the morning. Made fresh daily, there’s a limited menu of chocolate, white with sprinkles and donut holes that tend to sell out quickly." - Emily Bond

"Tiny Boxwood’s, Tiny No. 5 and Tiny’s Milk and Cookies knows how to capitalize on a good thing, like its renowned chocolate chip cookies, baked fresh daily. The warm, dense cookies speckled with different sized chocolate chips are pure magic. Pair with a liter glass of milk and Instagrammers have a post worthy of a Throwback Thursday to childhood." - Nadia Gire

Decent cookies. But the gentleman at the front desk kept staring at us for some reason, which was a pretty weird experience. It was bit of a struggle to find the place, it’s kinda hidden and parking is available infront of the store but limited. I’d recommend enjoying the cookies as take out and that’s about it.

If you want a good cookie and a nice treat, come to Tiny’s. Their cookies are the best fresh chocolate chip cookies you will ever find. Absolutely love that their location is convenient and easily accessible! They have other treats besides cookies like brownies, ice cream, etc.

I love the look and the idea of this place! Walk up is friendly. Pets are welcomed and they give pup treats ☺️. But cookies are on the gray side, and a soft middle. Taste well. My family prefers cookies that are soft in the middle and harder on the edges. Just preference.

Delicious chocolate cookies!! Their classic milk & cookies ice cream was unique and just the right amount of sweetness!! Definitely worth a visit! This location does not have outdoor/indoor seating, it is more of a window you order from for to-go only. Their sugar cookies were a lot harder and not as sweet in our opinion - would recommend sticking with the chocolate chip cookies.

I’ve always loved the vibe around Milk and Cookies, but the service I’ve been receiving lately continues to disrespect me. Multiple times I’ve been and the baristas are greeting me with unpleasant and rude face gestures and they’ve been quite impatient with me. I requested to try a few ice cream flavors and was met with a snarky response saying, “You know there’s a line.” Food wise, the cookies are indulgent and extraordinarily buttery, but not something I would ever frequent. The rosemary cheddar scone was dry and the mix ins were in large clumps in the scone and unevenly distributed. When I ordered a croissant, the barista warmed up the croissant in what I assume was a microwave because it caused the croissant to become soggy and hard to bite through (think rubbery). Lastly, I ordered a the vanilla ice cream with cookies mixed in and I found it to be superbly and overly sweet. Also, the ice cream proved to be superbly melty as the temperature that day was in the high seventies, while the ice cream was halfway melted after 5 minutes in the shade. I’m giving two stars because milk and cookies has a special place in my heart, no matter how terribly I’ve been treated. I really do wish their prices were lower as that would make the experience even a slightly better.

I’ve been here a couple of times and this might be my favorite place to get ice cream in Houston. When you pull up it doesn’t look like much and it’s on a quiet side street off of Rice Boulevard. At least it’s quiet in the evening when I’ve gone. The parking lot is small but easily accessible. Don’t worry about the parking though because the service is quick, so you won’t be there long unless you just want to sit in your car and eat ice cream. That actually sounds like a good idea. When you exit your vehicle, you will be met by the soulful and beautiful sounds of 50’s doowop and 60’s soul classics. Standing there, in the cool evening at dusk, I felt transported to the past and had to double check my flux capacitor. When I say the service is fast, I mean fast. Like Quicksilver saving all the X-men from an explosion fast. No sooner did I say what I wanted, glance down at my wallet and my cup of ice cream and drink were being placed in front of me. I ordered the Vanilla Caramel Crunch and it was delightful. Probably the best ice cream I’ve had in the last few years. No doubt whoever is making this ice cream is a master at their craft. The Vanilla is creamy, the caramel subtle but impossible not to notice its signature sweetness. The crumbles perfectly complement with a buttery toffee crunch that somehow reminds me of little league baseball. I felt like my ice cream dreams were coming true or, since I felt like I was back in time, Jeanie came out of her lamp and granted me a wish. Shoutout Barbara Eden. I ordered a Matcha Tea Latte as well. Now this was not nearly as good as the ice cream. It tasted too much like milk and not enough like matcha but it wasn’t horrible. After eating that wonderful ice cream, I was in no position to complain. The ambiance here is spectacular. The service is undeniably first-rate. The ice cream is heavenly. This isn’t Reading Rainbow but in the words of Levar Burton, “You don’t have to take my word for it “ tah dah tah…Come see for yourself!

Cute location ..we were able to park in the front and get served at walk up window. I didn't see a door to go inside. The best cookies and homemade ice cream. I love the TINY cup option for ice cream. Several ice cream options: no butter pecan or pecan praline. I'll go back. Need a location near Katy.

Their ice cream is so yummy! I got the original. It would be fun to have it closer.
