Highlights

Milk Bar is a sweet (and occasionally savory) shop for those who crave the unexpected. The cult favorite bakery has been turning familiar treats upside down and on their heads since 2008, shaking up the dessert scene with unique cookie flavors, cake truffles, cereal milk soft serve and more. Created by Chef Christina Tosi, founder of the desserts program Momofuku. Located in our Men's store on the first floor.

"Milk Bar has gone from a side project founder Christina Tosi launched while working at New York restaurant Momofuku to a full-on corporate behemoth that partners with major brands like Taco Bell. It’s no mystery how Tosi’s creations have spread so widely — Milk Bar’s salty, sweet, flavor-packed products are the stuff of sugar-addled adolescent fantasies. Its most famous items include soft serve that tastes like leftover cereal milk (that you can top with crunchy corn flakes), donut hole–esque “cake truffles” that overload your taste buds, and “compost cookies” that contain everything from coffee grounds to potato chips. Though some food critics (including Eater’s) have at times derided Milk Bar for losing some of its soul in its rapid expansion, Seattleites have largely missed out on the chance to see what all the fuss was about, unless they happened to catch Tosi at her Canlis pop-up years ago or the Milk Bar event at the Edmonds Dick’s in 2021. The only Milk Bar products you could easily get were the mass-produced cookies and ice cream available at Whole Foods. But no longer: Milk Bar is now open at Nordstrom in Bellevue Square. The fact that Milk Bar is appearing in one of the Seattle area’s swankiest malls says a lot about the status of the brand. It doesn’t come to the Pacific Northwest as a hip East Village bakery but rather the tail end of a years-long trend. Which doesn’t make it not worth trying! The soft serve straddles the line between savory and sweet, the birthday cake is a multilayered extravagance that maybe even justifies its over-$50 price, and its cookies and cake truffles are a step above nearly all prepackaged competitors. Just be prepared to deal with some lines as your fellow Washingtonians get their fix." - Harry Cheadle

The soft serve has an extremely off taste and tastes of sweet spoiled milk with heavy amounts of salt (NOT in a good way). I couldn’t eat much of it and it made me completely lose my appetite. It is also quite expensive for a small cup of ice cream. The red velvet cheesecake though, was great! only complaint is that it doesn’t taste much like cheesecake and I really couldn’t find any components that would make it one. Just a red velvet cake with frosting. Overall, I wouldn’t waste any time or money here due to the over the top pricing for at best, average products. Truly disappointing. Felt nauseous the rest of the day, not only because of the terrible ice cream but also from the regret of the unnecessary hole I had burnt in my pocket.

Had the tastiest orange soft serve here! Have also been to the nyc locations and this has the same great products and service. Loved that there were free samples out. Will be back!

Came in opening day and had to treats for family and friends. I was adamant about the cookies and truffles before, this one turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise. Bought cookies, pies and my favorite cereal milk soft serve. Had the corn flake chocolate chip marshmallow cookie for myself, as well and it was great. I was told Blueberry one is good, too! I will definitely be back, soon!

Google
Birthday cake slice was good, I would go back for it, especially while shopping around the mall. The soft serve was pricy and had a weird taste to it. It was very salty but not in a good way, almost sour… and the toppings for it were $1.50😳. Gluten free cookie options (didn’t get to try this time). 3 stars for how bad the ice cream was but I would give the cake slice 4 stars. The staff was really friendly, but we were the only costumers at that time:)

Google
Newly opened in Bellevue Square Mall, 2nd floor next to Nordstroms, just past the Apple store. The menu consists of cakes & pies either whole, by the slice, or balls which they call "truffles", assorted cookies, and soft serve ice cream. I don't know why this is so popular. The menu items are expensive and simply not good. The cookies are on the level of Mrs. Fields prices but drier and crunchier and really sweet. For comparison the chocolate chip cookie at Metropolitan Market is much better as they taste rich and you can tell that they are made with butter. Milk Bar cookie tasted mostly of sugar and the chips and had a flour aftertaste. I would not ever get them again. The soft serve is ok. I like that it tastes good and not over sweet. For comparison the soft serve at Indigo Cow in Seattle has much better creamy mouth feel and I believe tastes cleaner and no question I prefer there over here, but if I were forced to get something from here I'd get the soft serve over anything else - with the caveat that I haven't tried the pie yet. The cake balls are pretty much exactly the same as a Starbucks cake pop. I don't think I'd ever get them again. The chocolate birthday cake was disappointing. Unremarkable taste and the frosting was overly sweet. I would never get one again. It's the same quantity as the cake you get at Safeway, and I'd even suggest that a Safeway cake has softer fluffier texture.

Milk bar finally in Seattle! Aka Bellevue. I was excited waiting for this place to open. The milk bar in cosmopolitan is always a regular stop when I visit Vegas. But!! This one just wasn't it. $8 cereal milk soft serve: what happened to this? It was so incredibly salty! Like insanely salty!! I usually share some vanilla ice cream with my pup but this one went mainly into garbage. The cookies: they are packaged well but taste is just not great. The worst part! The staff: except for one tall lady in my pic: everyone was incredibly rude. Beyond rude. They compete with saltiness of their soft serve. And they win!!! And that too at a Milkbar at Nordstrom that sells inedible food that was over hype!! Doesn’t give you any authority to be this rude. I get trying to out salt the food but that’s a fail and very cringy. Even milk bar at Vegas at the height of all the hypes with massive crowd didn’t act like this. 2 star review: but minus 1 for rude staff. Didn’t deserve any cute pics!! That time and money spent here was better spent anywhere else, including throwing it in the garbage. Shame! Gotta be the worst new place in Bellevue/ Seattle!!

Google
I LOVED the cereal milk soft serve. It's slightly toasty, salty and not overly sweet. Very unique and, in my opinion, delicious! I didn't add any toppings and didn't think it needed any. That being said, my husband did NOT like it at all, so it's not for everyone.

Google
A pop-up style grab and go dessert shop with fairly solid offerings. We purchased the red velvet cake slice, red velvet cake balls, and soft serve with cornflakes while also trying some of their cookies. + Red velvet cake: sweet and not crumbly. Highly recommend getting this + Cornflake soft serve: I think this is an acquired taste, but it's basically salty vanilla ice cream and can definitely see this being addicting - The cookies in general just taste...well... generic. Would suggest a more specialized place like Crumbl for these kinds of things. - Cakepops have a tasteless crust with way too much rich powerdery flavor on the inside. Prices are pretty high in terms of their baked products, though this unfortunately comes with living in Bellevue. Have a hard time justifying the value of these products due to them not being sold fresh and are more or less drop shipped from a central hub. Overall, it's a decent place to stop by for a dessert, but the prices are just way too high for what you're getting.

Yelp
Service was great. Located in a funny spot corner of Nordstrom on mall side, floor two. There's no seating here, but the downstairs area of Nordstrom below it has some seating that I went to. They were really nice and provided samples. The lower score is for the food. I found the cookies and truffles or whatever too sweet. The ice cream is the classic milk bar flavor of being on the saltier side, but i found the cornflake crunch way too hard. Eh, if you want an odd ice cream, it's not the worst choice.

Nicole S.

Yelp
I bought 6 cookies for $17, and was disappointed. I got the mix cornflake cookie thing (2), choco confetti cake, confetti cake, blueberry and cream, and corn. All of them were oddly salty. Service was okay. The girls at the counter didn't seem super familiar with the products. The one girl was quick to ring me up though. I don't think I'll be coming back here unfortunately.

Yelp
If your looking for a sweet treat this place is probably for you. I've seen Milk Bar all over social media and was excited to see a location pop up in Bellevue! When this place first opened it had massive lines, though the popularity has definitely died down. I've come here on multiple occasions and tried a wide variety of their treats and they all have their own take on desserts. The Milk Bar pie is definitely interesting in a good way, their cakes are delicious but definitely very sweet. Their cookies aren't the best, and their soft serve has a delicious texture but a unique flavor. One thing to mention is the ridiculous prices $7 for a tiny cup of soft serve!?!?! Good thing the lady hooked us up and gave us 2! :) That being said I recommend this place for a quick and convenient treat, a good experience and kind workers. Though dont be surprised by the price of your purchase!

Yelp
Milk bar finally in Bellevue! It's located on the 2nd floor of Nordstroms and have everything from cookies, cakes, pies, and soft serve to try. We went with a little of everything. We ordered the crunch marshmallow cookies, birthday cake cookie, birthday cake slice, and soft serve. If you're going to choose any of those I'd highly recommend the soft serve. They have cereal milk and one other soft serve flavor. We did a swirl (mix of each) which was perfect. You can add on toppings and we went with the corn cereal flakes which were a must!! Cookies and cake were also very good and my wife absolutely loved the birthday cake slice. Everything is really really sweet so be prepared for that but definitely a must try! The service was just ok as we asked for recommendations and they just said cookies cake pie... which is basically everything. It's a small shop located on the corner so it's a little hard to find but definitely worth looking for!

Yelp
My friends know me as an ice cream lover, so I'm always excited to try new places around town. When Milk Bar announced it was coming to Bellevue, I wanted to give it a go. Milk Bar is located in the mall, specifically in a little shop branching off of Nordstrom. There weren't too many people when we came, so we got our order right away. I ended up getting the cereal milk soft service for $7. I was quite disappointed with this soft serve. While it is advertised as cereal milk, there was little hint of cereal, leaving it to taste like any other soft serve ice cream. The cost of this dessert was expensive for what it is, and I wish that there was some sort of "wow" factor that makes it live up to its "iconic soft serve" tag line. I would love for it to embody more of its cereal flavor and also include some toppings into the price to make it more reasonable.

Yelp
I visited Milkbar in New York on a trip a few years back and have been a little obsessed ever since. I was delighted to learn Nordstrom would be opening a location connected to their Bellevue store. They have the cakes and soft serve and other fun treats -- I'm personally a fan of the cake truffles as a special treat or a gift for someone. Is this place expensive? Sure. But it's also really unique and fun.

Emelina W.

Yelp
A little pricey and too sweet for me. Not a lot of choice for soft serve. But the location is great.

Kimmy L.

Yelp
I've been to Milk Bar in LA before and like a lot of Yelpers have stated in their reviews, many of their treats are just waayyy too sweet including their crack pie and cookies. With that said, I never had the chance to try the Cereal Milk soft serve which my friend said wasn't as sweet as their other products. I thus ignored all the other sweet treats on their menu and just ordered a soft serve. Their soft serve is $7 (plus tax) per cup (one size). I had the choice of Cereal Milk, Toasted Marshmallow, or swirled. I went with basic Cereal Milk as Toasted Marshmallow sounded dangerously sweet. They were generous with the amount of ice cream, and filled the cup close to double the height of the cup. The Cereal Milk soft serve was smooth, creamy, and distinctly malty. It definitely doesn't taste like your usual vanilla. Think more like a malt shake in soft-serve form. Service was good overall given that they didn't have much of a line. All employees were friendly. They also have samples which I was fortunate to get one off the last ones. It was some sort of cookie, but I couldn't determine what flavor it was; it was of course just very very sweet. Atmosphere is fine. They have a few tables where you can enjoy your treats, but I just enjoyed mine while walking around Nordstrom. While I would likely take off another star or two like other Yelp reviewers if I had tried their other treats, this review is solely for the soft serve and the only thing I would consider going back for. Overall: 4/5 for soft serve, 4/5 for service, 4/5 for atmosphere

Yelp
People can testify for me when I say I was EXCITED for Milk Bar coming to the greater Seattle region... Having followed along since the beginning days, I was ready to try it for myself. I was thoroughly let down. I got the truffles and a slice of cake. Everything was toothache sweet. The flavors were definitely lost in the middle of all that sugar. Have not been back since. Every time I pass by I am sad.

Tara H.

Yelp
I've always wanted to try this place and was excited to find this at the mall. They have a little kiosk with a variety of items to choose from. I got cookies and would recommend the cornflake chocolate chip marshmallow cookie. I would definitely come back to get other things from here. The stuff they sell also makes for cute gifts.

Zac D.

Yelp
If you want a delicious slice of birrthday cake, this is your stop. Yes it's pricey because it's connected to Nordstrom's and from a celebrity baker, and yes it's super sweet... It's a freaking birthday cake, it's supposed to be sweet! So long as you're ok with sweet cake, you should check it out. The cookies are less impressive to me and I'd say you can try them out if you're interested, but they really aren't that great. They come individually sealed, which tells you already they aren't the freshest, and the flavors don't stand out. Maybe if you got them at a store that actually bakes them they would be good, but not like this. I haven't tried the soft serve yet because it's priced just higher than I'm willing to pay for soft serve. I mean... it's just soft serve after all. And the prices to add sprinkles or other toppings is also pretty steep. If those come down I'd be willing to give it a try.

J H.

Yelp
Like everyone else, I was excited to finally try out Milk Bar. Being the first time, I tried the classic birthday cake. It was really good, thick ( it literally broke my plastic spoon), tasty and sweet. But it's not worth a second purchase at $11. This location is also just a grab and go counter so another star off for trying to make me tip on the credit card device.

Michele S.

Yelp
I have never gotten around to trying Milk Bar when in NYC, so I was excited to try the recently opened outpost at Bellevue Square. You don't have to say soft serve and cookies twice to me! When we approached Nordstrom, I noticed how the neon sign for Milk Bar popped and I was excited. The line was small and the counter staff was friendly and helpful, letting us know we could add a third cookie to our order for a discount. Well eater-reader, sadly my two stars are for the design and service, because the taste was not nice. We were served a hefty cup of Cereal Milk soft serve with artfully applied rainbow sprinkles. And I got a mouthful of salt. This soft serve is super-salty! Not in a good way. I usually let my little old dog have a lick when I am finished dog-friendly treats, but the Spouse agreed this soft-serve probably wasn't pooch-friendly. I am pretty leery of a packaged cookie, and my suspicion was correct. Not so good. My Compost Cookie was soft and crumbly and didn't really taste like anything, despite the number of mix-ins. I threw the rest in the fridge to revisit later, but I predict it will end up in the trash. I want to believe the original Milk Bar meets the hype, but this outpost isn't making me a believer.

Tiana N.

Yelp
I was so excited to hear that Milk Bar was opening in Seattle! I've been at the Vegas location and tried their delivered baked goods. However this location unfortunately doesn't quite compare to what I've tried in the past. I got the Cereal Milk Soft Serve ($7) with Cornflake Crunch (extra $1.50). It's a unique flavor but expensive for what it was.

Mandy G.

Yelp
Holy salty! I don't know how much salt they need to add to each dessert here to achieve that salty a taste. In a age when people should lower sodium intake for health reasons. In my opinion, this is really not necessary! It's like a double unhealthy whammy eating their desserts, intaking same amount of salt and sugar at the same time. We had the red velvet cheese cake, blueberry cream cookies, and a sample of their soft serve. I did not really care for the soft serve. Nothing special to me, it was a bit salty. The red velvet was SUPER salty. The blue berry cookie is the best out of the three. My husband told me the cookie was also salty, but by that time my taste buds couldn't taste it anymore. The cake was moist and well baked. I'll say that. But no, I won't go back again. When I decide I should have desserts, I want sugar. I don't want high blood pressure.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Let me start by saying I love milk bar. In Las Vegas I have had it many times and I was so excited to see it coming to a location near me. I went and waited in line, ordered a couple of my favorite selections and took them home to enjoy. They were tasty and I do not regret the trip, but it was not exactly what I remember. It was pricey for a grab and go. If you haven't tried it I recommend getting a pie, it is a very unique (in a good way) flavor. Now that the lines are shorter for seven or eight dollars you can have a new taste experience. I will stick to the one in Vegas. We have too many conferences there, so it will be something to look forward to next time I am at Momofuku.

Jacques I.

Yelp
I'm a fan of Milk Bar. Whenever I'm on the east coast and there's a location nearby, I gotta try what's new and get a favorite, like the funfetti cookies. So when I learned Milk Bar was opening in my city, I was ecstatic. However, the Bellevue location is simply a takeout spot in Nordstrom at Bell Square, so the menu isn't as expansive as its other locations and the portions seemed to vary here. My friends and I visited Milk Bar on a Friday night and there was a line, as expected. But the line went by quickly. The menu here includes a variety of cookies, cereal milk soft serve with optional toppings, truffles, cakes, cake slices and pie slices in the fridge ready for takeout. I had my heart set on a slice of the birthday cake, which is one of my favorite items at Milk Bar, but when I looked in the fridge, the sizes of the cake slices all varied. And some of them looked as though people had picked it up and had shook it because the icing was all over the container. At $11 for a slice, I was hesitant. So, I ended up getting a cereal soft serve with no toppings and tried some cookies. Cereal milk flavor is a signature of Christina Tosi. I don't really like corn flakes, but wanted to try this soft serve, and to me, it wasn't as salty or bad as I anticipated based off other reviews. And this is coming from someone who doesn't like corn flakes or cereal, for that matter. Yes, the saltiness is abundant, so if you're expecting normal soft serve then this isn't for you. I liked it, but I couldn't finish a whole cup of it on its own. I actually had some with the chocolate funfetti cookie, which was good. I loved how dark chocolate the chocolate funfetti cookie was, so recommend for anyone who likes dark chocolate. I also tried the marshmallow corn flake cookie, which I was most surprised by, in a good way. Again, I don't like corn flakes, but with the marshmallow, it went very well. I would get this cookie again. All in all, I'd say the cookies were my favorite of what I tried here. I hope eventually they'll have more soft serve flavors like what I've had on the east coast. I also still want to try a cake slice from here later on. Perhaps when the hype dies down, the consistency of the portions will be better.

Ashley E.

Yelp
I'm so bummed Whole Foods no longer carries the truffles. I am obsessed. Their products are very sweet so if you have a sugar intolerance I'd recommend skipping.

Andrew M.

Yelp
The Milk franchise is a great exercise in branding because while it looks fun and delicious at all their store fronts and packaging, whatever drove the success of the original store isn't present at all in their mass-produced products. I mean they're really bad. Shockingly bad. The cake, the cookies, and truffles - all of it tastes like sickly sweet powered paste. It's like if the Nerds candy created their own high brow baked goods shop. I haven't tried the crack pie here but quite honestly my interest in trying anything else Milk-related is done. Service is pleasant and it's fun to have a shop like this as part of Nordstroms but that's about it. There are plenty of better bakery and sweet shops in downtown Bellevue so don't be tempted by the marketing here. You'll only enjoy stuff here if you're five years old and even then I think we might find that young kids have more discriminating tastes too.

Christy H.

Yelp
Had Milk Bar before on the East Coast, so knew that I had to go with my bf here to try it since we were in town. Ordered the cereal milk soft serve with plain cereal crunch--the soft serve was milky and flavorful, but was a tad too salty (perhaps, from the ingredients used to produce it). Nevertheless, we both found it to be a satisfying, post-dinner treat. Service was prompt and attentive--would come back.

Jonelle T.

Yelp
So stoked to have access to Milk Bar in Bellevue now! I no longer have to ask my sister to ship cookies to me or bring them home when she visits! While their packaged products will never taste as great as the originals, they still hit the spot when you need a sugar rush. The workers here are always super friendly, but the cereal milk soft serve seems inconsistent. Sometimes, it's suuuuper salty and other times, it's totally normal. Not sure why. Anyway, if you're wandering around Bellevue Square and need a sweet treat, Milk Bar can't be beat!

Earnie G.

Yelp
Eh, okay at best. Just sort of good treats served from a very tiny spot at the entrance to Nordstrom's. Ice cream is fine. Baked goods are subpar. We would not return.

Kendyl T.

Yelp
Really interesting concept for a soft serve flavor. If you like cornflakes, it is meant to taste like the milk after you finish a bowl. I found it delightful, it too sweet and tasting more like a burnt caramel (but in a good way). The cake was really delicious. It was the right amount of bitter, accompanied by frosting that complemented it well. The staff was SUPER friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations for it being our first time there. It lives within the Nordstrom entrance near Tommy Bahamas and is easily accessible.

Yelp
Let me start off by saying I wanted to like this. I am a huge fan of Christina Tosi and have tried her Milk Bar offerings and recipes before. This was just not it. The desserts and soft serve are incredibly overpriced. We got two pieces of Milk Bar Pie, 3 cookies and 2 cups of soft serve with corn cereal topping. We paid $43! Way too expensive even for their products. The ice cream tasted terrible. I'm not sure if they don't clean the machine or if there was just something wrong with the flavor. It tasted stale and flavorless, definitely not cereal milk. We each ate a few bites and threw it out. Do not waste your money. The pre-packaged slices of Milk Bar Pie were good but incredibly small for the price. The cookies were also good but certainly not fresh baked. This location is missing the magic and heart I expect from Milk Bar. Seems very much like an afterthought. We were bummed to say the least.

Demario R.

Yelp
Their cornflakes are not good so avoiding anything that contains them; milk soft serve is sour and overall everything is so expensive and not worth it.

Blessie V.

Yelp
The hype is *not* real. I missed out on a chance to visit Milk Bar during my trip to NYC a few years back and loved Christina Tosi's episode of Chef's Table. So when I saw on IG that Milk Bar was opening a location in Bellevue, I was stoked. A couple of foodie friends and I wanted to check out the grand opening, and since we all work non-9 to 5 jobs, it was easy for us to be the 4th, 5th, and 6th customers in line. It wasn't announced anywhere, but the first 7 in line scored complimentary tote bags (retails $22), which was a pleasant surprise. I wanted to try one of each thing, so this was what I ended up getting: - cereal milk soft serve ($11 + $1.50 for cornflake topping): probably the best thing out of the three things I tried. The cereal milk was delightful but got a little sweet after a while. - b'day cake slice ($11): honestly, there was nothing special about this. The frosting was overly sweet and the cake itself was a bit on the drier side. - corn cookie ($2.25): I got this, thinking that it wouldn't be as sweet... but boy, was I fooled :') the cookie tasted like corn with globs of sugar :( I'm not one for excessively sweet treats, so this was not it for me. However, if you love American sweets, you might love this place. I will have to say that for what you get, it's overpriced, too. Would only come back if I was seriously craving cereal milk soft serve and I was already in Downtown Bellevue. Otherwise, it's a no for me.

Angeline C.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of Vegas' Milk Bar so got really excited that they opened one in Bellevue. My expectations were low due to the Yelp reviews.. but boy were they wrong! Orr they worked out the kinks. The soft serve ice cream is exactly how it's supposed to taste.. love the little saltiness to it! I feel like people think it's supposed to be plain vanilla like but its not, so the saltiness throws them off. It's perfect! Tastes just the same.. with even the delicious cornflake crispies. They gave plenty too! I was iffy about the cookies because I had stale ones from Vegas but wow their cookies were very soft & tasted fresh! Now I don't have to wait for a Vegas trip to fulfill my craving for Milk Bar. Must try!

Connie A.

Yelp
Yay! Finally a Milk Bar in an accessible location to me! As they just opened, there are still incredibly long lines but it goes by pretty fast (about 15 mins). I got my favorite cereal milk soft serve with corn flake topping and some cookies. Staff was friendly but moved very quickly though and I felt rushed making my purchases. My only tick is that they aren't very consistent with their portions. My soft serve was very small and the corn flakes were falling everywhere, but my friend's same soft serve was twice the size. FYI, if you get the added toppings, they fill the bottom as well!

Katherine Y.

Yelp
I was so excited milk bar opened in Bellevue! It's a little shop outside of Nordstrom. It's always good to be in shopping mall with plenty of parking. I bought 3 pies for my bffs and truffles for the kids and a lovely soft serve for myself. I was a bit bumped when the cereal was sold out so I reverted to chocolate fudge for topping. It came out looking great, but it was not anything special to the taste, and actually a bit too soft to my liking. My friends enjoyed the pies but I would not get the soft serve again.

Yelp
GRAND OPENING TODAY AT 10AM! First 7 got a free Milk tote so my friends and I got them! Grab and go items. Cake by the slice or whole, 3 piece truffle sets or larger assorted truffle tins, cookies, their famous cereal ice cream, and more! So eggcited milk bar is in Bellevue! It's next to Nordstrom.

Yelp
Heard that Milk Bar opened up yesterday, so we wanted to stop by and try it! There was a long line, but it moved quickly. We got the cereal milk soft serve with cornflakes, which I really liked. The soft serve wasn't too sweet and really captured the cereal milk flavor. The cornflakes were super crispy and the perfect addition. We also got the birthday cake truffle, which was dense and chewier than I would prefer. My boyfriend said it gave the essence of cake batter. Overall, would stop by again if we're already in Bellevue Square but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it.

Yelp
This review is only for the cereal milk soft serve ($7) with cornflake crunch ($1.50): This smooth soft serve does remind me of the milk after eating a bowl of cereal. It's got a sweet and savory, malted milk flavor to it. The cornflakes also have a pleasantly crunchy texture to them. Although the price point is a bit higher, at least the soft serve cup is solidly filled. Staff were friendly and helpful with questions on this opening day. Located on the 2nd floor of Bellevue Square at the Nordstrom entrance.

Yelp
Rating this on the Cereal Milk only. This was delicious! Came in with no expectations and it was reasonably priced as well. I feel like you can't go wrong here. The Cereal Milk was only $7 (with no toppings) and if you want toppings it's an extra $1.5. I also got a 3 pack of cookies for $8.50. This is more of a "Grab and go" spot but the staff seemed nice and it was great service!

Yelp
I totally agree with the other review. for the price these sweets are insanely not worth it. each cake slice is 11$. the pie cookie thing was 7$ and tiny af, not even good. everything seemed refrigerated for over a day. why are we paying these ridiculous prices? don't do it. spent 40$+ for dessert worth half that.

Yelp
The line moved quickly. There were four people behind the counter, and I was offered a taster of the ice cream with chocolate topper when I couldn't decide if I wanted the fudge on my dessert. From the taster, I decided that the fudge was too thin and sweet for my liking so I was able to order with all the confidence in the world that I was getting exactly what I would like. I've heard complaints that the ice cream was salty. I think it was salty. I've gotten used to the salt flavor from eating sea salt, caramel ice cream, so it didn't bother me at all, in fact I found it pretty addictive. The flavor was not too much flavor, if that makes sense, so it kept me shoveling spoonfuls in my mouth. If there were a really good chewy, not too sweet hot fudge, I would be all over it atop of this ice cream but, alas... it was one of the worst "hot fudge" flavors I have tasted. For reference I love Molly Moons hot fudge. The cornflakes were so crispy and so perfect! As I was working my little Dixie- cup wooden paddle like a champ, I was thinking that the next time i had this, I would ask them to put some of those flakes on the bottom or in the middle just like layering butter in movie, popcorn- and low and behold, once I got to the bottom on one side, there were flakes down there ! I didn't order any of the cookies, so this review is only based on the one ice cream that I had good presentation, service, taste, the serving was as full as they could get it in the cup, that was provided. I got exactly what I came for, and walked away, very very pleased. Maybe they don't "do" this, but id come back quicker if they had a secondary flavor offered, even one they could be done with a swirl with the cereal milk flavor. When I do feel like ice cream, it will only be once in a blue moon, where I want this specific type and flavor of treat.

Yelp
I am overjoyed I no longer have to fly to Vegas for my Milk fix. Soft serve was good, staff were friendly, service was quick and the lines were short. They have the cookies, pies and ice cream I love.

Yelp
I was excited to try this spot because I have made several Milk Bar recipes and love them, and have always wanted to try their pie and cake. The pie was the tiniest slice I've ever seen and extremely sweet. The cake was dry and the frosting too sweet. The compost cookie, which I've made homemade using their recipe and was delicious, was one of the worst cookies I've ever eaten- dry, lacking flavor and the flavor it did have was unpleasant. I've heard great things about the original location but this one was a big miss. Service was friendly and helpful but that can't make up for a bad product.

Yelp
Tasty soft serve ice cream? Yesssss. It looks like regular ice cream but get your taste buds ready! If you like it sweet (and who doesn't need some sweetness to balance out the bitterness of life, right?), then step right up! We were at the mall early on a weekday (don't hate me) and had the joint to ourselves. Added cornflakes to pretend it was my breakfast, which added a nice crunchy texture. The server was friendly, answering our questions and offering a sample. No place to sit, but go downstairs and there's plenty of tables right outside Nordstrom.

Yelp
Loved the cereal milk soft serve with corn flake crunch! Not too salty - perfect and cravable

Yelp
I was super excited to try Milk Bar. I have seen ads everywhere and was tempted to order a cake so many times via their website so I was stoked to see their store front. We had a moms day and decided to stop by. It is located at the mall entrance of Nordstrom's on the second floor. They have ice cream, cookies, as well as a cooler case filled with desserts. I got a slice of cake. It's a smaller slice of cake and it costs $11. I waited until I got home to eat it and I must say it was a disappointment. Definitely over-hyped in my opinion. Did not taste fresh and had a processed taste to it.

Yelp
This review is just for their service, compost cookie, and soft serve. The 2 ladies that were working were super nice and friendly which is always such a plus. The soft serve was nothing special and kind of weird at first but became interestingly addicting after a few bites. And the cookie was good!... I don't know if it's worth $4 though.. I have a feeling I will be craving the soft serve in a month or so...:)

Yelp
After seeing all the hype on social media over the past week for the opening of Milk Bar in Bellevue, I was super excited to check it out. My family and I went around 7:30pm on Saturday and the line was quite long but thankfully it moved decently fast. We ordered a cereal milk soft serve with cornflakes and a cornflake chocolate chip marshmallow cookie. The cookie was not bad. It wasn't overly sweet and the taste of marshmallow with the cornflake crunch and chocolate chip sweetness made for a solid combo. The cereal milk soft serve though was the real reason we were there and I have never been so disappointed by ice cream every before. It was incredibly salty which was off-putting and didn't really feel like cereal milk. And to pay $8 for that felt like highway robbery! The only saving grace to it was the cornflakes on top, but even that couldn't offset the crazy amount of salt. Not expecting to come back here anytime soon.

Yelp
I was super excited to try Milk Bar's treats here in WA after having it years before in the original location. I was wildly disappointed by almost everything we bought and tasted. The soft serve was honestly inedible- I love cereal milk but this one was almost rancid. Keep in mind I have a huge sweet tooth. The cake was bitter in an entirely unpleasant way. The cookies were mediocre at best. It's clear that growing into the large franchise it is has allowed for little to no quality control. Save your coins and go somewhere else.

Yelp
Cute but not worth the hype or the price at all. All the baked goods are in plastic or boxes... nothing is fresh. The soft serve was so bad I threw most of it away. Definitely won't be back.

Yelp
I actually enjoyed the cereal milk soft serve! I didn't find it salty like some other reviews suggest, instead I thought it was quite sweet, tasting a bit like cake batter. There is not many topping options or flavor options which is a bummer. Lastly, I paid $9 something for this soft serve with sprinkles with tax and that is not a price point I agree with for the product

Yelp
I don't understand where all the hate is coming from in these reviews. Yeah, the menu is a little more limited than Cosmo and NYC, but the crack pie and cereal milk + corn crunch taste the same as the other locations. I've gone like four times this month. Now I don't have to take a special trip to Cosmo whenever I'm in Vegas just to enjoy Milk Bar. I'm happy.

Yelp
Almost everything was prepackaged so it didn't fee fresh. The cereal milk ice cream had a flavor I never experienced before so it was nice.
