Delicious little ice cream shop that has very few options but lots of flavor!! Definitely recommend the cookie bite toppings and also try the cookie monster flavor. Ice cream is not too expensive and the shop is really cute. Not really sure why there's a little dinosaur on top of the counter wearing a cape but I took a picture of him anyway. 🦖 lol Totally recognized!!! 🍦 🍨 🍦

Included a tasty variety of ice creams outside of typical bluebell flavors! I got cookie butter ice cream sandwiched between a warm, plain donut. They have glazed and plain donuts to let you adjust your level of sweetness, and I found the plain one to be just right for me. I was impressed by how the cereal topping I included was crunchy and fresh, not stale like I’ve experienced from other dessert shops. You’re able to get just ice cream without a donut if you choose to do so as well! Four stars because there was the presence of a strand of hair baked into my partner’s donut which ruined the milk•cream experience for her that day.

A tasty ice cream shop in Dallas. I really liked their donut glazed ice cream sandwich. Lavender honey was my favorite. The inside is small with few stools for seating if you want to eat there. Plenty of parking outside. The staff was very polite and provided good service. Will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely loved my donut ice cream sandwich! The donut was fresh, soft, and warm and the perfect complement to my Cookie Monster ice cream! Prices were very good too- it was cheaper than most other creameries! Service was excellent. Only negative thing is that there is very limited seating space inside

Hot and Cold, always a fun experience. I got the cookie monster and donut with sprinkles, which they cut in half for me! This I think is one of the signature most popular ice creams they have here, bright and blue! The donut is not sweet, and has a hint of heat, perfect! Ice cream is not too sweet and compliments the donut nicely! Not more to say! Its a nice treat when I am in the area, I can see myself going once a year or so.

This place DESERVES the five full stars! I love this ice cream place; It’s delicious! I got a glazed donut with strawberry ice cream. Every bite was a slice of heaven! The warmed donut doesn’t melt the ice cream too fast, and it doesn’t break apart keeping the ice cream stable. It’s not too messy, but it was a bit sticky with the paper holding the donut. It made the overall donut a bit hard to eat, but it kept the donut from making a mess in the car. It also doesn’t ruin your appetite, and it makes a great tasty treat. I love the concept! The service was great and the server even explained how to order since it was my first time. I got the glazed donut sandwich ($6) and the donut was not sweet like I thought, which was great, since it cut the sweetness of the ice cream. There was not a lot of cereal on my sandwich, just enough to add some texture. The ice cream flavors were hit and miss for me, but I was able to try a few and ended up on the cereal milk flavor and I loved it! I did not get a water since it was $3 (just being honest, that's a bit too expensive for something God gives us for free hahaha) but once I got to eating, I knew I had messed up and was in need of water. If you don't have any in your car, just spend the extra money because you will want a drink. The prices are fair and there is quite a bit of parking, but because of the location it was filled almost completely and we came on a weekday afternoon.

It was like a dessert had proposed to my taste buds, and they enthusiastically said, "I do!" Walking into Milk and Cream feels like stepping into a sugary wonderland. I ordered the Nutella concoction, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of an out-of-body experience. The rich, velvety Nutella, paired with their dreamy ice cream, had me questioning all my life choices up to this point. Why did I wait so long to discover this masterpiece? The staff? Absolute wizards. They know just how to craft these edible love letters that leave you weak in the knees. And don't get me started on the presentation--Instagram was practically begging for a photo. In summary, if you haven't tried the Nutella at Milk and Cream, do yourself a favor and go. Just be prepared to have your taste buds sent on a euphoric trip. Fair warning: you might never look at regular desserts the same way again!

The Cookie Monster flavor is so good!! Tasted like cookies and cream with bits of Oreo and dough in it. One scoop with a free topping is $5! Pretty similar price and portion compared to the other ice cream options. I will say the service was so nice, they gave us a few samples of the other flavors. The cereal milk flavor had a hint of cinnamon and the lavender flavor was really artificial. The inside was small and clean- but not a place you can sit in as it is more of a to go shop.

Average ice cream in Lower Greenville. The workers were friendly and offered samples to us because it was our first time in. They had good flavors but lacking toppings in my opinion. I got Cookie Monster, vanilla with Oreos and Chocolate Chip Cookies. It was very clean inside.

Lower Greenville doesn't have a shortage of awesome ice cream spots and Milk & Cream is one of them. You can get either scoops, cones or a BUN which is a plain or glazed donut filled w ice cream. It's soooo good. The donut is warm so the ice cream does melt quickly so definitely not good for delivery but I don't know how you wouldn't want to immediately eat it. Their matcha green tea flavored ice cream is my fave!

This is a very cute ice cream place and the quality is also great. I had the red velvet and Nutella ice cream and they were both great. The service was also friendly! The only con is trying to find parking, especially during the weekend.

Super happy I stumbled upon this place! They have unique flavors and toppings. I tried cereal milk with fruity pebbles on top and my friend had red velvet. They had all kinds of cereals and sprinkles. They also have donuts! Everyone working was super smiley and kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a treat in Lower Greenville!

For those of you with a sweet tooth - this place will definitely satisfy your cravings! They're known for their donut ice cream sandwiches and it's just an incredible combo. I got the glazed donut with the cookie monster and birthday cake flavor ice cream. The cookie monster and toffee crunch are two of my favorite flavors that I've tried so far, but decided to try the birthday cake flavor this time around and it tasted pretty good. They have many different ice cream flavors and toppings, so go check them out when you're craving something sweet!

This was a pleasant surprise. I've never had a donut with an ice cream center but it works. I got the glazed donut with strawberry cream cheese ice cream. I also tasted the cookies butter ice, both creamy and delicious.

Smiling big and feeling so good I was with each bite of my warmed Glazed Donut filled with creamy Banana Pudding Ice Cream, topped with bits of Chocolate Chips. Indeed Life Is Sweet! CHEERS!

Just as good as it ever was. Take a hot, fresh, glazed donut and get some ice cream (with a topping of your choice mixed in) and stuff it in said donut and you have an AMAZING dessert that will make your day/nite!!! Stay is really nice. It's a small place, but it's not meant to be a sit and eat place. Take your treat in paper and wolf it down properly and you're good to go!!

During my 24-hour visit to Dallas, my husband and I decided to try Milk and Cream for its touted ice cream. Disappointingly, the experience fell short of expectations. The ice cream lacked the richness and flavor I anticipated, and the limited customization options left me wanting more. Overall, it resembled boxed ice cream, and I couldn't help but think my tub at home was a better indulgence.

I finally chose Cereal Milk and added Lucky Charms. And just for you guys I had it all wrapped up in a pillow-y soft glazed donut. I added the extra calories to give you the best review here. And boy was it heavenly! The service was excellent, super friendly, and they were patient with us while we decided on our flavors. A cute little ice cream shop that I highly recommend you check out. Goodness! Ice cream is ice cream, they say, but there's levels to the ice cream world, I've learned. Milk & Cream is ranked highest. It's clean and has a perfect playlist for the vibe they set. Most importantly, their ice cream is creamy, fresh, and AUTHENTIC. Banana pudding tastes like banana pudding, cereal milk (my favorite) tastes like cereal milk, lavender tastes like lavender. And how cool is it that you can put ice cream and some toppings into a doughnut? Allow your inner child to come out as the FANTASTIC staff serves you up a scoop, or three.

Oh. My. Goodness. Really good! My friend and I split a donut with ice cream, it was delicious! We kept it pretty simple with a plain donut and salted caramel ice cream but it was delicious. Can't wait to come back and try more!

We loved all the of our ice cream donut sandwiches! Highly recommend giving this a try it's a must to get it warmed up, the donut melts in your mouth and the ice cream just pair so perfectly with it.

Was in the mood for icecream and a search showed this was the closest at the time. I'm glad I went because it was so good! I never had donuts and icecream before, but I now know that I was missing out. It's a little rich, but well worth it.

I like that the service was fast, they were still following COVID safety protocols, and it was clean inside. We originally were going to get icecream at another spot, but this place was good too! I was happy that the donut Cookie Monster ice-cream sandwich was not super sweet regarding the donuts. The Lavender Bean cone was a good size, but part of me hoped it would taste more lavender than Vanilla Bean flavored. I decided on the Salted Carmel as my ice cream of choice and chose to top it with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I was a bit disappointed in my choice because the Salted Carmel was much saltier than I've been used to, so I wasn't able to enjoy my choice as I had envisioned in my head, but that's a me thing and not a knock on the M&C team. I imagine that during normal times you'd be able to taste test a couple flavors prior to committing to one for your order. I will also say that the donut itself didn't blow me away, BUT I can now say that I prefer a donut to cookies for by ice cream sandwich "buns." If you've never tried this out, I'd say it's definitely worth stopping in to check them out.

Not in a great part of town, not the most insta-worthy store, and not a lot of seating but the ice cream flavors are pretty good and unique. They still allow for unlimited samples during the pandemic so I was able to try the lavender bean, cereal milk, and banana pudding. The famous flavor here is the cookie monster (cyan blue cookies and cream). My boyfriend would like to bump this review to 3.5 stars for his positive impression of the cookie monster donut sandwich. The lavender bean was yummy but I was turned off by the barney purple coloring. The cereal milk ice cream had soggy bits of cereal in it. The banana pudding ice cream was excellent though, uses real banana, and was made even better with the added lucky charms toppings.

Warm Donut with one scoop Cookie Butter Ice Cream & one scoop Banana Pudding anddd the rest was history. One day I went and I ordered an extra donut and I ate it all in one sitting. I regret nothing but the weight gain it, was so darn good!

I personally love the cookie monster flavor with cookie crisps on it, but I hear the banana will make you go ape shit happy. The treats are great here, but no seating is why its 4 stars for me. Its close to lower Greenville so you can walk here, but would be nice if you could have somewhere to sit besides two bar stools or the curb outside. If you drive here your car is your best option. Just giving you a heads up.

Yummy delicious ice cream!! A topping is included with it too! I got the birthday cake ice cream and it tasted so fun and delicious. Just sad there's not really anywhere to sit (like 4 chairs at one bar in the front). In the Texas heat I like to stay inside. Also parking is tricky. Overall I'll come back especially after a study session at toasted!

This place was pretty good. I had the cookie butter scoop for ($4). A little but too expensive - if you ask me. However, it did look as if they had some different flavors that you can't get any other places. My daughter had the doughnut with strawberry and fruity pebbles toppings. According to her, it was "bussin " Cool little experience, but I can't say I'd return. There was nothing magnificent about the ice cream. And we just don't live in the area.
