The store guy, Jimmy, was super cool and friendly when my friend and I asked questions about the cookies and milkshakes they offered. We liked our order a lot. My friend likes things that aren't overtly sweet and was recommended the cookie: oatmeal apple pie. She loved it! I got the cookie: Red velvet. That has white chocochip and has a filling of cream cheese icing. It was good! And the cookies were still warm. Yummy!

Stopped in tonight to grab some cookies and had such a great experience! I didn’t catch the young gentleman’s name, but he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. You could tell he really cared about making the customer experience a great one. The cookies were absolutely delicious, but his friendly attitude made the whole visit even better. Give that kid a raise!

Really tasty! The stuffed red velvet cookie was the perfect level of sweetness. I honestly expected a sugar bomb but that wasn’t the case at all. The cheesecake stuffed filling was chewy and soft, but the cookie completely maintained its crispiness on the outside. Also the cookies and cream milkshake was liquid Oreo. 10/10. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I have been here so many weekends since they first opened and have enjoyed our orders every single time!! Their cookies are warm and so sweet and their ice cream, with and without the cereal mix, is so good! The staff are always so warm and inviting and very knowledgeable in all the cookies. We can't wait to come back soon for our cookie fix!

Let me first start by saying the apple pie cookie was very tasty topped with vanilla ice cream and a raspberry drizzle. My only caveat was that the outer parts of the cookie were very hard, almost impossible to break apart and enjoy with the plastic spoon provided. The middle was very soft and easier to break away while enjoying my cookie and ice cream.

We are so glad this opened up so close!!! Went in for the first time and loved it, even had a glass of milk which I got scared and thought they didnt have but the moment you ask they keep it in the back and not in the fridge up front. They have lots of cookies, cant wait to try the marshmallow one yummmm, they also have a whole cereal bar plus milkshakes. Def recommended!! Favorite was Oreo Cheesecake & Smores, not very fond of the churro ones I guess I thought it would be more of a churro texture, it's more like a sugar cookie. Overall delicious!!!

We stopped by here after dinner, as we've been meaning to try this place since they opened. We were welcomed by friendly staff, and the place was spacious and clean with several tables you can sit at. We tried the S'mores, Funfetti, Cookie Monster, and Churro with caramel. They were still nice and warm, with a soft middle/inside and crunchy outside. It went well with a scoop of creamy vanilla bean ice cream at home. Definitely a must-try and great addition to local dessert places to visit.

My wife and I went to Milk N Cookies on Easter and we had a delightful conversation with Jimmy who works there. Jimmy was super informative in helping us decide what combinations work well together. We look forward to going back and trying something different. Thanks for the great experience!

Yelp
THE GOOD ---------------- + LOTS and LOTS of cookies to choose from! + You can customize any of their 3 flavors of soft serve ice cream with many different mix-ins (e.g. cereals), toppings (e.g. chocolate candies) and drizzle + Vanilla ice cream with mix ins, topping and drizzle was different, but surprisingly VERY GOOD. It was like eating crunchy ice cream (think Milk Bar in NYC) + Employee behind the counter was very patient and explained to us (and other customers) how it all worked with customizing your ice cream here THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - Establishment was very spacious inside, but there were only 2 tables - Ice cream was a bit on the pricier side at $9 for a cup RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = You can customize your own ice cream OR choose a cookie ice cream sandwich OR just buy some cookies

Yelp
- Well air-conditioned shop filled with sweet scent of warm cookies! - Large open space but very limited seating: two tables, each with four chairs available for sit-down - Young gentlemen tending the counter was very nice and helpful: we were a bit confused by the menu at first but he walked us through the ordering process - Review for cereal ice cream only: love that the cereal is grinded up and mixed right into the soft serve! Yummy little crispies in each bite of ice cream! - Cookies on display looked and smelled very tempting; next time!

Yelp
Mmmm I love cereal infused or blended ice cream. I got a cookie sundae which comes with your choice of cookie, cereal, topping, & sauce. Warm delicious unique cookies and so many great options

Yelp
I would say 2.5 stars! I didn't get a picture both times I went unfortunately! But this was my second time and I was disappointed just like the first time I went. The first time I got a stuffed Nutella cookie. The cookie part just tasted like a stick of butter and the cookie itself was so crunchy and stale. It was very unappetizing. I decided to give it another try and this time got the triple chocolate cookie. The flavor really isn't there and again it tasted stale, hard and was crunchy. Maybe the cookies from this establishment aren't like your other shops and aren't supposed to be warm and gooey? But there is a difference between a yummy crunchy cookie and a crunchy cookie that additionally tastes stale. For $6 per cookie, definitely not worth it. However the same worker was there both times, I didn't catch his name but he was friendly and shared a lot about the cookies.

Yelp
Milk N' Cookies 146 Westwood Ave. Westwood, NJ 07675 Brookie Lucky Charms Cereal Infused Ice Cream Cup I acknowledge the creativity and originality of a dessert shop that blends common breakfast cereals with desserts. It is an interesting combination. Unfortunately, something is amiss here. The cookie is a combination of a brownie and original chocolate chip cookie. It has the appearance of a flattened, colorless everlasting gobstopper. It tastes too sugary and it doesn't give you the vibe you are having a brownie nor a cookie. I also decided to give their cereal infused soft serve sundae a whirl (No pun intended). The soft serve itself was delicious and I believe it would have been fine if served as is. But, the "Reese's Pieces" advertised topping was not peanut butter in a thin candy shell. Instead, they were peanut butter chocolate chip morsels, which makes a major difference. In addition, I barely tasted the Lucky Charms. I'm sorry to say that while I applaud the effort, I think Dairy Queen has the upper hand. Combining crushed candy pieces into soft serve is a better concept than cereal.

Yelp
These cookies are huge, but you won't regret ordering with your eyes. As you step into the shop the fresh smells of warm cookies already makes your mouth water. The large TV display shows of the available flavors along with a cross section showcasing the middle of the cookie. And are the cookies gooey. The size of the cookie allows the middle to stay soft, just as you would dream a cookie would be like. There are a number of seats in this bright lit space that welcomes your group to sit and eat your newly acquired confections. The staff are also very friendly and patient while answering your questions about each cookie. Don't hesitate to buy what your eyes desire.

Yelp
Wow!!! Amazing! So freaking good. Highly recommend. Excellent service, the boys behind the counter were very helpful, they explained the process and options. We had a cookie sundae with a Oreo cheesecake cookie, vanilla ice cream, m&m's and cookie crunch. Delicious and big enough for 2. The seating is limited, inside was very clean.

Yelp
Great spot for ice cream, but done in a unique way: 1. You choose a cup or milk shake or cookie sundae. They have three flavors: strawberry, chocolate and vanilla as your base. 2. Choose your cereal to infuse. Some examples include Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cap'n Crunch, Reese's Puff, Cookie Crisps, Honey Nut Cheerios, Cocoa Puffs, the list goes on and on and I believe it varies. 3. Choose that topping, for example, I chose Teddy Grahams because I'm old school. 4. Choose a syrup if you'd like. I think I saw caramel and raspberry but I chose chocolate this time. The service is friendly and inviting, the ambiance is pretty chill but it is reminiscent of a typical new establishment. They have bottled drinks in case you need to wash the ice cream down with something. Plus, they're year round with the ice cream, so there are no qualms about whether or not they're seasonal. Also, they have these loaded and stuffed cookies for sale. They look big and I took home several. They have chocolate walnut, apple oatmeal, oatmeal raisin, Oreo cheesecake, marshmallow Rice Krispies, smore cookies, a Cookie Monster cookie, red velvet and more. I recommend trying out those cookies as well. Overall, I highly recommend Milk n Cookies as a change of pace ice cream spot if you want some nostalgia infused in your dessert, or have a hankering for a large cookie or two!

Yelp
I had a terrible experience at Milk and Cookies. I waited way too long for my order because one of the workers, Michael, was just standing behind the counter on his phone, completely ignoring customers. When I politely asked about my order, he actually laughed at me? This was super unprofessional and rude. I dont even understand why managers hire these type of workers these days. Ruthless and disrespectful kid. The cookies aren't good enough to deal with that kind of service. Won't be coming back.

Yelp
Alright let's talk about these cookies! My friends and I stopped in here after grabbing a bite to eat in town and we have been waiting for this spot to open up. When we walked in around 8:45PM on Saturday and the place was packed and booming with people. The girl behind the counter was super sweet and ready to help me pick out some amazing options. My favorites being the rice crispy treat cookie and Italian rainbow cookie with sweet raspberry jam in the center. The cookies are served to you warmed perfectly and are absolutely delicious! If you are in the area absolutely stop in and give them a try!

Yelp
Crack spot. Hard to come in and get only a few things. It is on the sweet side but that's to be expected. For some reason every time I'm here it's empty. Staff is always super polite and smiling.

Yelp
Overpriced.. cookies are subpar... Service was ok Ambiance... plain boring Not worth the money 1 cookie and 1 milkshake 20.00..... should be outstanding .. i can make this at home

Yelp
The stuffed cookies were absolutely delicious. We got the: Oatmeal Raisin Red Velvet Cookie Monster Banana Milk Funfetti Chocolate Chip The chocolate chip was perfect. Only one I don't think we'd order again was the banana milk.

Yelp
Cookies are disgustingly sweet, like biting into a bag of sugar. The blue cookie tastes like food coloring. We could not eat more than 2 bites each. Save yourself some money and purchase a bag of sugar at the Stop and Shop instead.

Christina M.

Yelp
I feel bad to say but it's not good. Cookies had no flavor. Just sweet and all weirdly taste the same. I think it was $9 for ice cream with cereal in it and it's literally just crunchy cereal bits mixed in your ice cream. Not a good mouth feel. Would be smarter to infuse your custard base with the cereal so the actual ice cream tastes like the cereal instead of having crunchy ice cream but the ice cream probably is not made in house.

Yelp
Awesome spot!! The cookies are bomb and there are a ton of fun combos you can do with the ice cream. Def recommend!! Our server Aiden had a bunch of great recommendations and was super friendly!!

Yelp
Delicious cookie, served warm. Wish I brought a gallon of milk to go with my gigantic cookie. Fun and friendly atmosphere.

Yelp
Visited Milk n Cookies for the first time and purchased several flavors. Was hoping for a delicious cookie, but unfortunately was disappointed. The outer part of the cookies were over-done and one of my cookies was a little raw inside. A few good points...the filling in the "Cookie Monster" cookie was flavorful and the strawberry cheesecake was good. Other than that, not impressed.

Nick A.

Yelp
I recently went to Milk N Cookies with my friends and it was fantastic!!!! The food is sweet and delicious. I had a chocolate milkshake with cookie crisp in it and it tasted so sweet.

M M.

Yelp
The cookies were delicious and NOT overly sweet (for reference definitely not as sweet as insomnia cookies or toll house). I've tried almost all of them and all were nice but chocolate chip and churro are my favorites. The cereal added to the ice-cream is a nice touch...its gets grounded down and then mixed in to the ice-cream so that u don't feel the texture of the cereal but the ice cream has the flavor of the cereal. Definitely give it a try.

Yelp
I love sweets and was super excited about the concept of this new shop. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I bought 4 different cookies to try - chocolate chip, apple pie, churro Nutella and chocolate chip oatmeal. I also bought a milkshake made with vanilla ice cream and Cocoa Puffs. Sounds amazing, right?!? The cookies were all very chemical-flavored and tasted like they were not cooked, although they clearly were. The weird part is they all tasted like they had the exact same cookie base, no matter what the flavor was supposed to be. About 2 or 3 bites in, each cookie found their way into my garbage can. Inedible. Not one good cookie from the bunch. The milkshake was nice and thick, and came with a wide straw, so I thought maybe this was going to be the best item I bought. Nope! Super bland flavor for something that was given a chocolate swirl around the cup and a nice portion of Cocoa Puffs. $33 in the trash - don't waste your money - overpriced and disgusting. Westwood has lots of other delicious locations for sweet treats.
