We ordered a delightful Thai tea, which was both refreshing and flavorful. The rich, creamy texture combined with the subtle sweetness and aromatic spices made it a truly enjoyable experience. Each sip was a perfect blend of tea and milk, leaving a lasting impression of its exotic taste.

This is my absolute favorite place to come for boba and taiyaki. If I'm ever in the area, I will always stop by to grab some taiyaki even if it's just to take home for later. The owner is super sweet and quick and I've never had to wait very long.

Wonderful boba shop with delicious drinks and cute fish-shaped pastries! Ordered a strawberry milk tea boba, a mango refresher boba, custard taiyaki...and enjoyed every sip and bite! The owner was very kind and sweet. Highly recommend! ❤️

I visited the place for the first time today and had a really great experience. I got Taro Milk Tea and Nutella Taiyaki, which were really good. The owner was kind and need to visit if you’re in the area.

Me and my brothers came in for a little sweet treat after dinner and it did not disappoint! The man was so so sweet ! He let us get multiple flavors of the taiyaki which was awesome! A lot of places only let you get one. Everything was delicious,We will definitely be back!

Got my drink reasonably fast to order. I like no sugar black tea and he even let me know the boba itself had a bit which is helpful for unknowing customers. Checked if my drink was good after too. Right in front of me was a group of people that waited a bit for their drinks but they had a large order to be fair. He even threw in some free extra taiyaki for them. Great business, good service

The best boba tea in Carrollton downtown! I can’t believe Sung is still there. It was nice to see him after a while. The boba tea stayed same too. I highly recommend here to get your boba tea!

Milk T is a nice, surprising find in downtown Carrollton. Even tho it's not located near all the other restaurants, it's worth a trip if you're nearby! It's a tiny corner shop with minimal seating (no tables) so it's definitely a grab-n-go type of spot. I tried the taro milk tea with boba, it was really good! The tea was creamy and I was able to lower the sugar level (wasn't listed on the menu but you can ask). The boba was very chewy. Overall it was a good experience and we'd return if we can!

The brown sugar was AMAZING!!! and definitely my favorite. We tried the nutella taiyaki and it was definitely a must have! the shop is small and cozy, definitely a grab and go spot as there arent any tables, the service was amazing and the worker was very kind and made sure we were satisfied with our order and even threw in an extra taiyaki! The drinks were VERY affordable compared to other boba places ive been to! Id definitely recommend this place to more people!

A tiny little boba shop in cute downtown Carrollton. I got a jasmine milk tea with boba with less sweet sugar level, and it was perfect. The tea flavor was fresh, the boba nice and bouncy, and the drink was minimally sweet. The owner was so nice and friendly. Can't wait to make this a regular stop on the way to Makerspace!

We stopped here after shopping at the Galleria to grab a boba drink. It was out of the way but we went because of the good reviews. To our disappointment, they were closed almost an hour before their posted hours of operation.

We were just passing by Carrollton, & this place is such a hidden gem! My husband enjoyed his black tea boba & oreo taiyaki, while I enjoyed my jasmine tea boba & nutella taiyaki. Both were made fresh to order, so it was a nice cheat treat for us. It's a small lil place, but we got lucky with parking on a Saturday afternoon. We will definitely visit again during less busy times.

Been going since this small shop opened and This is my go to boba place. Especially when I want to grab it quickly and bring it back home. They're open even a bit late after dinner time. The owner is so kind and conversational. He is really nice to my son as well. It's a simple yet perfected limited menu. Love that you can play some video games while you wait too.

Can't believe I just found out about this place. It's tucked away in Downtown Carrollton but I would drive here just for the taiyakis and drinks. The taiyaki is sooo good!! It even tastes good if you take it home (refrigerate it) and eat it the next day. Just air fry it for a few minutes and it gets amazingly crispy and tastes delicious. They are also very generous with the filling. I got green tea custard, custard, and cheese and they were all oozing out with filling when you bite in. We went for their anniversary event and got the free mini boba plushies as a bonus, super cute! The owner is also so kind and gave us free drinksI love the dragonfruit passionfruit drink I got and my friends said their drinks tasted really good too! Very refreshing and just the right amount of sweet. Will be back to try out more drinks and get their taiyakis!

Milk T Bar is a small boba shop in downtown Carrolton. The menu is simple but good! There are a some milk tea options and taiyaki. The owner is super kind. He was helpful with recommendations! My favorite things were the Thai milk tea and Nutella taiyaki.

Though the place is small, I think it is definitely worth it. I think the only worker there is the owner, he was very nice and made the boba teas quite fast. The boba tea was good, comparable to the boba teas sold at 9 rabbits bakery.

The place is very small, and their menu is simple. Mostly milk tea and different type of custard for the fish pastry. There was only one guy working there, but he is very kind. I had the black milk tea, and it tasted good. My friend had the jasmine milk tea with boba, and she liked it. He also gave us a box of choco pie for free too. We also had the fish pastries. I had the green tea custard in mine, and you can really taste the green tea. It's more authentic and not overly sweet. For 5, it's only around $8 and you can have diff fillings like Oreo, Nutella, custard, cheddar cheese and green tea.

we live in Denton, but we were in the area and decided to check this place out. We were shocked by how cheap the drinks were, and they don't charge for the toppings either. He also overheard us mention how we didn't notice the Oreo Taiyaki and when we got our order, he gave us some on the house!! Super sweet service and amazing food!

First time here. Milk T Bar is a great spot to grab milk tea! I'm very picky about my Thai milk tea, but this place has an amazing Thai milk tea. I tried their black milk tea and jasmine milk tea as well which are great options I also realized it's right next to a really cute downtown area that I've never been to before. I would definitely come back here even though it's about 20 minutes out of the way for me :)

Love this place!! This is my 3rd time comin and the tea and taiyaki always hits!. I usually get the Nutella and custard taiyaki but decided to indulge and tried the green custard as well.. it was very nice! With the fresh and hard crust and soft middle. I've had their strawberry boba tea and the Thai Boba tea. Both were not too sweet and very refreshing. The owner is super nice and doin very well. I've turned into a regular now lol so everytime in the area I stop by.

Milk T Bar is literally a refreshing addition to the Carrollton Square community. I'd admit that my bubble tea experience is dedicated to popping boba with fruit/green teas. I explained my preference. I was able to sample a milk tea. Milky tea is a big change to what I normally order but I'm am willing to try something new. The server made a fresh milky Thai tea with pearls.

Owner was incredibly sincere and took great care of my fiance and I. Drinks were refreshing and would be going back. It felt cozy and clean inside the shop.

This is a small shop that's mainly for togo in the downtown Carrollton area. It has a small menu but the drinks are great!! Our co workers love the brown sugar milk tea and we love the refreshers that we can pick and choose mixture. We like the mango pineapple green tea! We also ordered their taiyaki which we love! I love the chewiness of it! We get green tea custard and regular custard... all is Delicious! The owner is super nice! It's simple and we will continue to support small business!

I love this boba place! The matcha milk tea was so creamy and delicious and the taro milk tea was also creamy and not too sweet- just right. The boba was chewy and bouncy. The taiyaki were soooo good! We got the custard, green tea custard and Nutella. Wow amazing! The service was great, and we played Mario Kart while waiting for our food and drink. So much fun! Can't wait to come back

I just moved into the area recently, and I was so thrilled to find this shop in walking distance from me! The teas always taste so fresh and of great quality, and the boba texture is always perfect! The jasmine milk tea is so fragrant and tastes just like my favorite hot loose-leaf jasmine tea. My boyfriend has tried brown sugar milk teas from probably a dozen other shops, but this one is his favorite. The taiyaki is also incredible, and a great treat! They're perfectly crispy on the edges and well-filled. We've tried the oreo, custard, and nutella flavors, and they're all amazing. And to top it all off, the owner is the absolute sweetest. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Don't know why there are several useful and agreeable reviews that are under the "not recommended" section (ahem, algorithm... let's see if mine makes the cut ‍). We tried all the taiyaki flavors and our favorites were matcha custard, custard and Nutella. Our kids liked the Oreo, and the cheese was our least favorite. The price is fantastic considering how much we've paid elsewhere. When fresh, it was crispy outside. I tried a few of the drinks, and they were all good. Not overly sweet and good tea flavors. The coffee was different, not too sweet and not too strong, and I liked it. My husband liked the jasmine milk tea bc it was strong. Cute, small shop. No place to work or hang out. You'll have to take it outside.

I've been coming here for about a year and the service is incredible and the tea is phenomenal. It's usually not too busy so I can be in and out quickly. The Taiyaki's are also tasty.

Sung at the register was respectful and kind. Drinks come out tasting great and taste is always consistent. There is a small wait time for the Taiyaki but that's expected since they're made fresh to order. You can't go wrong with Nutella Taiyaki either; which is the best I've ever tasted! Although their menu is small, it packs a punch that'll have you returning again and again. Highly recommend this place to try if you haven't already.

This is one of those small businesses that make you feel valued! A little gem in the LYV community off Broadway. I've only ever gone late at night so I'm not sure if there's other employees but the guy who's there is always very kind and goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is satisfactory every time. All of their Milk Tea flavors are good! The Taiyaki is also very yummy. Worth making a stop!

this spot is such a hidden gem, the menu is simple and straightforward. fresh + warm taiyaki & the classic milk tea flavors, can't go wrong with a classic thai tea with boba. my favorite part about this place is the staff, they are so sweet & attentive. everytime we go, my boyfriend always leaves with a new drink to try regardless of wether or not he ordered a drink, little things like that make such a huge impact on how special we feel, such a cute & quaint shop!

Great boba teas and fantastic service. My daughter ordered the Jasmine tea and the owner gave her a taste as it was very strong and wanted to make sure she would like it. He was right and ended up getting a strawberry milk tea. I got the coffee milk tea and it was perfectly sweetened.
