Boba tea hot pot is still here! A little different than what I remember when it was first introduced awhile ago, but still a treat I like to return for (Also, price did increase to ~$20 but it is also the only restaurant that gives this unique experience in the area) You order the Milk Tea Pot at the digital tablet (like any other drink) & sit & wait for it to arrive at your table. You get to choose your base tea, 3 choice of toppings, and also get to choose syrups (we chose mango & lychee) which are all included in the normal price The jasmine green tea was actually really tasty especially for my friends who are sensitive to sweetness. There was an extra included clear-as-water syrup that we used as sweetener in the tea pot (but we added too much and accidentally made it as sweet as Teaspoon teas 😆) Hope this helps someone! Definitely a fun experience with friends ❤️ Note: the phone 📞 number does not work to call in. So order online on website or do a walk-in order at the digital self-service tablet. Also, heads up that on my receipt it says Hot Pot stops getting served at 10:00pm everyday If music is too loud for conversation, be a polite human being & patiently get the current staff member’s attention to ask they “turn it down a smidge”. (Or ask when they bring your order to your table like I did)

If you’re craving a late-night boba fix, this spot has you covered. The drinks are decent, and the decor is pleasing. I had ordered green tea mango with mango boba. It was okayish. The tea was decent, the mango flavor was there, but the boba itself could have been fresher. That said, the late-night hours are a huge win. It’s spacious so you could get your work done without feeling crammed into a tiny corner. If you need a roomy spot to sip and be productive, this place delivers.

Google
Total Score: 8.500 Ambiance: 4.5/5 The vibes were giving clouds. Lots of thought went into the decor Food: 4.25/5 Got the mango lover and the smoothie was well blended. Wish there was a bit more mango and the mango was better integrated though Wow: 0.5/1 Great ambiance! Total Score = 3.5*AM + 6*FOOD + 0.5*WOW

Google
Standard on quality- nothing special for the boba but they do have a hot tea brew Boba Pot at your table which is kind of cool and it was good. I like they have 32oz tea size but standard item with boba is $7.55 and over $8 with tax so price is in line with other boba places but still pricey for value. I do not like that the kiosk (you must order from) tries to force a tip or you cannot complete the pay transaction/order; the work around you have to choose “custom tip” then enter 0$ to not tip if that’s your choice. That knocks it to 3 ⭐️.

If I could give zero stars, I would—without hesitation. As soon as I sat down to wait for my drink, I had a feeling it was going to be a bad experience. The staff seemed completely inattentive and unmotivated. The seating was in terrible shape—wobbly and worn out—and I ended up waiting around 30 minutes (I nearly fell asleep). But the real shock came when I finally received my drink. I took a sip expecting boba, only to be met with a mouthful of pinto beans. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never been more disappointed.

Google
I come here often, this place has pretty good service, and I really like that they have a Giant size Boba. However, their syrup is mid tier and their tea really isn't great, being kind of bland without the strong tea flavor you can find at other Boba shops. I really hope they can consider sourcing better tea and syrup, and this place would be one of the best Boba shops around.

Google
Wanted some milk tea to drink pretty late in the night (~10pm) and this store was opened so I was interested in trying it out. Got the classic milk tea w/honey boba, tater tots, and their "jumbo" takoyaki. What surprised me the most was the actual size of the takoyaki as shown in the picture I took compared to the tater tots. I don't know why they call it "Jumbo Takoyaki" on their menu because it's extremely misleading, and for $8.10, it didn't make it any better. The tater tots were pretty good; you paid for what you got ($5.80). Their classic milk tea was pretty average (which isn't bad!), but their boba was sorta clumped together which made it hard to actually drink it through the straw. Overall, the only disappointing thing was the takoyaki but everything else was just okay.

Yelp
This place gives me high school boba shop throwback vibes in terms of the decor, the hours, and what they offer on the menu, it's very nostalgic. The drinks have less of an emphasis on tea quality and more on sweetness/toppings- their boba is quite QQ even at the end of the day since they are open quite late, I'll give them that. I finally got the opportunity to try their milk tea hot pot, and it was pretty good! I added a star because the service we received on my latest visit was excellent- even though there was a rotating crowd of high schoolers, our server was asking us if we wanted refills on toppings and even of the milk tea itself. When I asked for a cup to take the remaining milk tea to-go, she poured some more milk tea, sugar, and ice into my cup to fill it up. So sweet and thoughtful of her. I don't think that other milk tea spots directly from China and Taiwan with higher quality are this attentive! The milk tea hot pot involves simple syrup on the side so you can control the sweetness level you want, along with a bowl of milk tea and three toppings on the side (we selected jasmine milk tea and lychee jelly, egg pudding, and boba). It's a nice experience if you want to share your drink with someone, I can see how it can be considered gimmicky but it's definitely a unique offering.

Yelp
I love a milk tea spot that opens late. And the snacks are good! There's seatings and its clean. The milk tea is also pretty darn good. I had the roasted honey milk tea with egg pudding.

Yelp
Every time we've come here the food has been absolutely above any expectation we had. Huge portions, great pricing, delicious and customizable drinks. It was absolutely 5 stars every time. Today though absolutely missed the mark food-wise and we hope it's not the new way of doing things. We ordered our favorite snacks- popcorn chicken and fried calamari. The popcorn chicken had far less breading which would normally be a welcome thing health wise but instead there was an increase of squishy texture and fat? It had so much fat my husband thought it was pork at first. When we ordered it we were anticipating it's regular 'crunchy' texture while also receiving enough to fill both of us (as has been the standard) but this time there wasn't enough chicken to fill the container it was in. To top it off, the container seemed smaller than previous times. The calamari was way too soft that I feel like I can't quite call it fried....more like baked & then steamed. The breading was crispy enough that it LOOKED crunchy but immediately started falling apart when you go to take it out of the container. The taste it the actual calamari was tender and delicious but a whole ring was not at its usual (or previous?) standard of excellence. They really skimped out on the quantity of the calamari too by making sure there was ample room for the dip and lemon wedges inside the container it comes in. Whereas before these containers were barely being kept shut because of house much calamari was in them WITH the lemon wedges. All in all the tea was absolutely the saving grace of this meal but the food quality fell wayyyy short of what we remembered. I'd probably try ordering the snacks once more but if this is the new standard of food then we won't be buying it at all and we'll stick to their tea.

Yelp
This is another tea place that open late. Most places close by 9:30 pm but this place close at 12 am. Very unique on the time. This place attract different crowds after 9 pm. The Tea. And snack are average . Good to enjoy when you have the munchies. Go try it after hours

Jasmin ..

Yelp
Got a few drinks here for my fam because it's close and they were visiting. Big mistake! Drinks are subpar to mid at best. I got thai tea and it was so bland. There are a lot better boba spots around, so drive there instead of this place.

Yelp
Popcorn chicken was delicious! It was very salty but luckily the pieces of chicken itself were pretty juicy. I also got a drink and thought it was very good. I underestimated this place due to its location, but I'll definitely be returning back here if I'm craving popcorn chicken and boba!

Yelp
tl;dr Watered down, basically undrinkable boba, but cool food machine in the corner My fiancée and I have been looking for possible boba caterers for our wedding and found Milk Tea Lab through a Google search. We came to this location to try it out to see if we liked it enough. When we entered at 3 pm the Sunday after Thanksgiving, it was empty. They're open super late until midnight, so maybe it's busier at those hours. Card transactions are required as it doesn't seem like they take cash. There is no human interaction until getting the drink as orders are taken on a tablet. My fiancée ordered the jasmine tea with honey boba (on the favorites list) and I got a mango milk tea with mango stars. My fiancé's grimacing face upon his first sip said it all. I tried it myself and confirmed that it tasted like strange water with boba. No tea taste at all. The boba was decently chewy though. My drink was noticeably better, with recognizable mango taste but a slightly powdery mouthfeel. The mango stars were my favorite part of the drink, so the toppings are good here at least. Considering both drinks, unfortunately I cannot recommend Milk Tea Lab for boba. We didn't try the food here, but it's definitely a no go for boba.

Yelp
Not happy with this business at all. You order your own in tablet and not enough assistance to answer your questions. There's not enough information if you don't know exactly what to get or try. Not only that price is little extra but they still ask for a tip?????? What's? I'm ordering my own without help and then system ask for tips. No is not obligatory

Yelp
Very quick and good staff. The environment of the place is very cozy even with the science theme. It's pretty cheap for how good the tea is. Love the honeydew boba.

Yelp
Plaza parking but it is tiny- abt 20 car spaces available Online order via their website is available! In-person, it'll be self-serve kiosk for placing orders and no cash is accepted Their smallest size here is (L)arge and is a 24oz and their biggest size is (G)iant and is 32oz...on the online portal I was wondering what "G" could possibly stand for lol Placed an online order Mango Green Tea with lychee jelly - standard and on the sweeter side so I added some green tea to it at home haha Jasmine Milk Tea with boba - tea flavor isn't very present but overall still OK, boba was a nice soft chew to it Popcorn chicken - 3.5/5 $7 for the portion was alright since I've paid more for less, pretty standard snack in terms of taste and I liked the spice, it helped scratch the itch for popcorn chicken but think it's overall OK Summer hours are great~ 3pm to 12am so it'll definitely be popular + I'll keep it in mind if I ever need a late-night place with friends

Yelp
This place is beyond expensive a regular size drink is $7.44 after tax. I can't believe how outrageous these drinks are getting. It doesn't even make sense anymore the price gouging is absolutely horrible. The drink was super liquidy and I ordered a smoothie. The quality isn't the same and the prices are unreasonable.
google avatar

Sudesna M.

Yelp
Cute, cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was trendy and modern, with a touch of Chemistry influence that gave the place a unique flair. But of course, the real star of the show was the Tiger Milk boba tea. Absolutely delicious. I love how you can adjust the ice level to zero unlike some other Boba places. I highly recommend this boba tea place to anyone looking for a cozy and delicious tea experience. The tea and snacks are top-notch, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be coming back here again!

Yelp
I tried this place on the app "Too Good to Go". I was so excited to receive my surprise order and we ended up being so pleased with what we were given. We were given the mango pineapple smoothie with boba and blueberry hearts as well as the passion fruit green tea with boba and egg pudding. I would definitely come back to this boba spot!! Mango Pineapple Smoothie: 9/10 Passion fruit Green Tea: 8/10

Yelp
Wanted to try this place for quite some time now. We are glad to have the milk tea pot on the menu. We ordered it through a self ordering kiosk and got our order fairly quick. It wasn't too crowded on a Thursday evening after all the rain. Would definitely return for more with family and friends.

Yelp
This store is located in a very tiny strip mall. Cute, modern, clean place with a chemistry flair. They have a crane arcade game and a ramen vending machine, which also does pho, udon, and rice. We didn't try it but, we liked the concept that you can get something late night. Very cool. One kiosk (accepts credit card, no cash) to order from. If using cash, I guess they would have a person take your order. It's a pretty cool place to hang out as they have tables/chairs inside and a karaoke machine inside. They just had music playing when we went. I got the Classic Milk Tea with honey boba. I think the boba was soft and chewy - good. The MT itself was a bit weak or too light. They have a lot of drink options and interesting ones as well. The drinks are on the pricey side. I wish they had more descriptions for some of them. Like a drink named Star Wars - Trust me, I know what the reference is. If it was blue milk looking...it's yellowish-orange like a fruit tea. Bottom line, what's in it? Overall, I like the concept and design. I like that they are open til very late - midnight. Most places close at 9pm. I'd go back to try some other drink flavors.

Yelp
Was craving boba and this was the closest one nearby as we were on aa time crunch. Entrance is located on the opposite side from the street with a handful of parking. There were a couple people already waiting for their drinks as my friends and I put in our drink orders on the kiosk. I placed my order first and it came out within 5 mins.. friend after me got her drink about 5 mins after me. My other two friends got their drinks after a family of 5-6 people who placed their order after us.. not sure how this happened but we were there for over 45 mins (5+ drinks & snacks came out before my friend's 2 drinks). When we asked, they did not apologize but instead said they are behind and working on it.. somehow the orders got mixed up. The peach milk tea and jasmine milk tea were super watery. After reading a few other reviews, it seems like other customers were also experiencing this. I was super curious of the milk tea hot pot experience but I don't think I will be back due to the first bad experience I had here.

Yelp
Great place to get a snack! Unfortunately they do not have change for cash transactions.

Yelp
Milk tea lab has been one of our go-to milk tea spots whenever we're craving a fix. I would say they're mostly consistent with their drinks with my absolute favorite being the mango lover. Make sure you adjust the sweetness because they're definitely on the sweeter side! Also their popcorn chicken is indisputably the most bang for your buck. I love that they're always well seasoned, crispy and pack the box to the brim!

Kitty I.

Yelp
Their honey roasted milk tea with boba is my absolute favorite, and their basil popcorn chicken is THE best I've had-- always salty, crispy and fresh. Love the ambience of the place as well. I don't live in San Jose anymore but I always make sure to come here when I visit.

Yelp
I came here with my friends to try the milk tea hot pot. We got oolong tea, and it comes with the sugar syrup, creamer, and three toppings. We chose honey boba, tofu pudding, and red jelly hearts (strawberry-flavored). The hot pot came out fairly quickly, and we followed their online instructions on the steps, such as trying the tea before adding anything, after adding sugar, and so on. The tea came with a small pot with heat, and a few small cups. The tea was fine, though I think it didn't get to the same level as if you ordered an individual drink. I feel like it was something with the type of creamer, even though we adjusted the creamer and sugar to our tastes. The honey boba syrup didn't have as much flavor as I'd like, though the chewiness was great. The tofu pudding seemed a bit strange, like it didn't have the same texture and taste as silky tofu pudding. It had more of a steamed egg texture. The jelly hearts was the best toppings. I think it would've been easier to enjoy this if the cups they provided were larger, though they were really cute. We also ordered a takoyaki, which was decent for a boba place. The service was alright, and they were pretty quick to help us when the heat for our tea went out. I think they were hanging out in the back and messed with the music when they were no customers since it once got super loud right behind us, and occassionally abruptly changed the music, which wasn't great. I don't think I would try the hot pot again, though it's not a bad activity to try with friends if you like boba. I might come here again to try the drinks.

Yelp
2.5 stars. This place is a last resort boba shop for me... The only appeal for me is the late night hours. The milk tea "hot pot" is just a gimmick. The service is always slow and the prices have gone up gradually. Their smallest size (without toppings) is almost $7 now after tax. I usually get the Jasmine Milk Tea or the Honey Roasted Milk Tea. These can honestly be a hit or kiss for me though. The tea flavor sometimes comes through; other times it can be watered down. Not a fan of the tonic drinks here. It's just a can of Sprite with some artificial syrups mixed in.
google avatar

Juliet T.

Yelp
Very cute boba shop with a crane machine for plushies! They have a milk tea pot which is similar to hot pot but for milk tea toppings! I ordered the Honey Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly with 50% sugar/ice since it was their popular (#1) drink. $6.95 for a drink that was super watered down and no tea flavor. Wasn't that great. The grass jelly was really good though!
google avatar

Charlotte P.

Yelp
I got a giant green apple green tea with blue heart jelly and it was pretty good. The giant size was an extra $1.75 and jelly was an extra .65¢ so the drink came out to $9.10. They put quite a bit of jellies in there so that was nice. I also got popcorn chicken and was super bummed that many pieces weren't cooked, they were slimy and I got bone in one of the pieces so I just didn't even finish them. I got medium spicy and the seasoning was like really concentrated on the pieces in certain areas, not very well spread throughout so the pieces that I did eat were kind of salty in certain places. I had gotten their popcorn chicken before and it was good but this time I was a little grossed out.

Yelp
I was excited to come here when it first opened and invited my mentally ill ex. It became our spot. We don't talk anymore and I'm glad. I still love this place and can enjoy it in peace now.

Yelp
good place for late night boba, def seems like a spot where all the local kids hit up. it has solid drinks and will satisfy ur cravings. i wouldn't plan on staying too long if you're looking for somewhere quieter or more chill. when ive gone there's def a lot going on, some are studying and others are climbing on the furniture bouncing off the walls.
google avatar

Yelp
#taste - 2/5 #portion size - 3/5 #service - 1/5 #value - 2/5 #like - the music playing inside made for really good vibes. #dislike - waited for over half an hour for drinks with maybe only one or two groups ahead of us. #suggestion - come up with a more efficient process for making drinks.

Yelp
I went one rainy night and there was one person in the store. She helped me order and choose the dessert drink that did not contain any caffeine. She recommended a mango smoothie with mango pieces and boba. It was very good. Ambiance is ok. Dining area is big and it was clean.
google avatar

Yelp
Pros: - Huge selection of teas/sodas and lots of different types of boba toppings (which i think they should advertise much more) - Fun environment with indoor seating. They have a crane game and a ramen/noodle making machine - Plenty of parking and lots of restaurant nearby so makes this a great place to go after Cons: - Menu doesn't show what's in some of the drinks (e.g. the alien tonic is really green apple soda and cupid tonic is lychee soda.. no way to know that w/o asking the workers) - Don't have a TV or board game there, so not a lot of incentives to stay - The food is generally very salty and makes great beer/bar food...except they don't serve alcohol Overall, loved the selection and would come back again!

Yelp
I went just recently and tried to order on the machine and my card declined a few times, so my friend paid for my order. In which i checked my bank and there was money, so not sure what the problem was there. But when i picked up my order the employee asked me why my card declined, i was very offended by him asking the question. I do not recommend this place.
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
Milk Tea Lab was so many options for drinks I was a bit overwhelmed once I saw their menu. It gives off a fun environment with their crane game and ramen/noodle making machine and they also provide board games for people who want to dine-in. During my visit, I ordered the Lychee Green Tea which wasn't bad. It tasted like any regular Lychee Green Tea in my opinion and for the price I paid I don't think it was worth the price. Maybe next time I'll try their milk tea hot pot which seems like what they're known for and their other unique drinks like their tonics. Also, there needs to be better descriptions on their menu. I had to keep asking their workers what was what like their alien/cupid tonics.
google avatar

Jimmy T.

Yelp
The drink and food were good. Customer service was really friendly. The whole area had a nice and peaceful environment. I recommend if you're looking for something quick and late night boba run.

Yelp
Tea is good and I like that they're open late, but there's no longer any human interaction. You order on a kiosk and it's dirty inside. The vibe never returned after the pandemic. It's a bit sad.
google avatar

Vanessa S.

Yelp
Great place for late night boba. They offer all the fixins (popcorn chicken, deep fried treats). I also had the thai tea, passionfruit green tea, and oreo slushie. All delicious.

Yelp
This place was cute, but I ordered a milk tea with 0% sugar and the drink was incredibly sweet. :/
google avatar

Suzie L.

Yelp
I came here for dessert after having eaten at Von's in the same plaza. The aesthetics of this place was very cute and I like the periodic table and the Lab vibe they're going for. Seems like a fun place to hang out with friends as they had a few board games, a crane machine and one of those ramen making machines. You order the kiosk and they only have 2 sizes of drinks - Large and Giant. There was plenty of options, more than your usual regular boba place. I liked that they had non-dairy options and caffeine options. My boyfriend got a Strawberry Milk tea and I got the sweet milk with grass jelly. At first I was afraid when I drank the sweet milk that it was dairy based because it literally just tasted like whole milk but we had no repercussions after so phew! It definitely wad dairy free! The grass jelly in it was also a nice touch.
google avatar

Yelp
they are fast, patient, kind, and boba quality is fresh. I've been here many times over the years.

Yelp
Update: We came back and ordered a bunch of drinks. Jasmine and oolong are better choices. The tea and milk were good as usual, and the grass jelly is a better topping than the boba here. The main reason we came back though was to try the ramen vending machine. 45 seconds to hot fresh ramen, so it says. The large touch display was like a giant iPad. There was a surprisingly interesting menu, including things like ramen and chicken teriyaki bowls. We got the spicy ramen and Chinese style beef noodle soup. Not sure it fits with the Japanese comfort food theme but a welcome item. After you order and pay, the machine cooks it and then a little door opens. I'm not sure if it heats it using a microwave or steam, but it's nice and hot and dripping with steam. I had to get napkins to pick up the plastic bowl. We got the utensils from the counter, and peeled back the plastic cellophane. Sure enough, inside were noodles, as advertised, complete with little pieces of meat, and green bok choi. The meat was not too grey, the veggies not too wilted. Soup and noodles were ok. My general impression was that it was like airplane food. Coach. Someone made a nice bowl in some industrial kitchen somewhere, and they had to seal it and rush it to the machine and start the clock on the freshness. I probably wouldn't come back on another date, but it was fun the first time.

Yelp
Out with the kids late and wanted a snack/treat. Searched for tapioca express and they were all closed. I found this place on Yelp and decided to try it. Yelp showed it was open til midnight. This place was really fun. Very active, lots of people, comfortable lounge chairs and lots of game to play. My kids grabbed a connect 4 game and we moved 2 tables together. Other tables had games going like Jinga. What we ordered: Orange Dreamcicle Taro slush Oreo Cloud Strawberry Mango smoothie Tempura shrimp We tried to order calamari, but they were out. The counter girls were nice and the drinks came out fast. They all tasted great. There were plenty of shrimp for the price. The shrimp dipping sauce was Spicy and really tasty. We sat for over an hour playing games, listening to music and watching all the people come through. A good place for teens to hangout together. Will decide back.

Lee L.

Yelp
Saving grace is that they're open late. The milk tea tastes like it was made from powder, and are very sweet as a result, and the taste and texture of the boba were below average.
google avatar

Anthony Z.

Yelp
Tl;dr : worse than T4, not worth your time unless you're a local high school student with no car to go to better places I've been here multiple times ever since they opened, and each time I come here, the same quality of drink and food has been served. They're very reliable in that aspect. Honestly, this chain is like a worse T4. Felt the munchies for late night popcorn chicken and got a large jasmine milk tea with honey boba. The popcorn chicken was $6 for a tiny, greasy little box of fried chicken skins. There literally was 2 chunks of meat, and that's $6? Come on, even T4 gives you more than that. Now onto the boba drink: as a local boba-goer that has been to most places in the Bay Area, this place can't compete with the other shops in the area. The honey boba can't really be called honey boba; there is no honey taste! I make my own boba at home and know better to soak my boba pearls in honey after cooking so they actually taste like something! Also, the boba pearls themselves taste like over cooked, sad soggy little balls. Not chewy at all and really just tasted like mush in your mouth. The drink flavor tasted average. There is nothing here that stands out for a milk tea, other than maybe the "unique" soda drinks they offer. At least they're open late during COVID, so that's nice I guess.

Yelp
Me and my friend came here because it is one of the few places open late at night. They got both of our drink orders wrong and the person at the register could barely hear us. I'm not sure if the music was too loud or if it was because of the speaker we had to speak through. I ordered a mango milk tea and got a mango green tea. My friend ordered a lychee green tea with lychee jelly and aloe and got a lychee green tea with lychee jelly and boba. The popcorn chicken was really good though. Probably the best thing we had. The boba was also very clumpy and in huge chunks and too soft. I used to work at a boba shop and that happens when the boba is made incorrectly. Probably would only come back if i'm craving late night popcorn chicken. No hate to the workers though.

Yelp
I found out about this place a while back pre-COVID when they had the cute "make your own tea" lab idea. I really liked the idea of the "lab" and it was super cute on the inside. I was in the area and decided to stop by. I ordered a regular honey roasted milk tea without grass jelly. The tea had the perfect amount of sweetness and was super refreshing on a hot day. I was worried that it would be too milky but it was actually perfect. I am not really a huge fan of grass jelly so I decided to get it without the grass jelly and decided on no toppings. They are another solid boba spot in the bay area. I wish that they were closer to where I lived but I really enjoyed the honey roasted milk tea.

Yelp
honesty, I have a genuine appreciation for their Takoyaki However, there is a recurring issue that I feel compelled to address in this review for the sake of future patrons. On numerous times , I have ordered the spicy popcorn chicken, only to find that it arrived overly saturated feel like mushy batter and excessively salty. I sincerely hope that the establishment will take note of this concern, as it has been a consistent occurrence for me. It's worth noting that their Takoyaki consistently stands out with a perfect rating of 10/10.

Yelp
So good! So far I've tried the Thai milk tea, peach, and strawberry. I love fruity drinks, but I also don't like things that are too sweet so I always opt for 50% sweetness, which is absolutely perfect. The food here is good too. Very flavorful and good portions for the price.

Yelp
I was here with a friend to order some boba tea for my wrestling team before our dual meet and I was planning it was going to take 15ish minutes, like your average shop right? But was I wrong! My friend and I ended up staying for around 45-50 minutes! We only order five drinks, two which were the same and they were your basic drinks, nothing complex. When we were there, the only employee was still making drinks for the 2 people there which was around 20 minutes. And when I thought he was going to make ours he started making the online pick up drinks, which I am assuming they ordered theirs after us. 40ish minutes in, I finally go up to the counter and check what is going on and I see that two of my drinks were sitting on the counter for who knows how long, but long enough for the ice to start melting. Though I wasn't going to drink it, I feel like this is unprofessional as my drinks were just sitting there, maybe I would of drank it but it was there melting on the counter. He then informs me that they were out of green tea and he was brewing it. I've been waiting for this long to be informed NOW that they are out of an ingredient. If you are going to have me wait this long for me to be 30 minutes LATE to watch my wrestling teammates wrestle, at least have some board games out to kill the time. Other than that, the touch screen ordering was odd because barley any of the drinks had a photo uploaded so I had to pray and guess that they were decent. And for the tipping it was quite high, there wasn't a "no tip" option either and I had to customize it. I'm starting to think that the reason I had such a bad time here is because I didn't tip lol. The only reason they have 2 stars is because the drinks were good, but quite expensive for an average drink.

Yelp
The vibe is okay, there's a lot of miss match decor. My fiance ordered a sprite with syrup and blueberry jelly it was good. I ordered a peach milk tea with honey boba 100% sweet and it was not sweet at all. So I was kinda disappointed and didn't finish my drink. I will be back to try it again maybe I just went on an off day. Hoping for a sweeter milk tea next time.

Yelp
I'm not sure if I came on an off day but the drinks were very mediocre. I got their regular milk tea with boba and their milk teas just tasted a bit watered down and the boba pearls were a bit hard? Might have to try this place again

Yelp
My husband decided to get boba from here when we went to pick up Vons for lunch (same plaza). We got the organic jasmine milk tea with honey boba. I think the drink itself was average- tea flavor wasn't that strong, but it was creamy/milky. I couldn't taste any honey for the boba though- perhaps it was cuz we were one of the first orders of the day and the boba hadn't soaked in the honey long enough yet. Boba texture was alright. Not a place I'd go out of my way for boba, but it was convenient especially if you're already in the area for Vons korean fried chicken and want milk tea.
