Like the name implies, Milky Treats’s ice cream is creamy and luscious. It was our first visit and the whole family loved it, especially the Milky Donuts. The staff was very friendly and patient with our large, indecisive group. Look forward to the next visit!

This place is a gem! Beyond Friendly staff! Unique ice cream flavors! My husband and I will definitely be coming back for the new fall flavors… we had the opportunity to taste the new pumpkin chi flavor and it was so delicious!🤤 he ordered Cookie Monster shake and I got the black velvet ice cream today! Will come back very soon for the fall flavors next! 😃

I highly recommend visiting this establishment. They offer exceptional ice cream and remarkable customer service. Vincent and Neba, if I recall his name correctly, provided outstanding service. They kindly allowed me to sample their various ice cream flavors before making a purchase. Additionally, they offer a variety of delicious beverages. The ambiance of the establishment is also quite pleasant.

I had a fantastic experience! Nibo, Vincent, and Tim were awesome at creating a welcoming atmosphere with great customer service. The milkshakes are excellent as well.

We love going to Milky Treats- the ice cream is the best in town, and shootout to Nibo- always so welcoming and friendly! Cookie Butter, Cookie Monster and Nutella Coachella are our family favorites! Thank you, Milky Treats, for being our favorite local treat!

On January 18 I experienced this business and am so glad I did! The ice cream alone is smooth and creamy. Waffle cone was freshly made. It was warm and delicious. It combined well with with the Coffee & Creams flavored ice cream. My guest enjoyed her Cake by the Ocean and Black Velvet w/Oreo crumbs. Her words “it’s good, tasty just what my tastebuds been craving for!” Customer service was friendly. Will be back

All of their sweet treats are so yummy. Their donut treat is soooo good. The donut is warmed up and is paired with your choice of ice cream is so just bomb! This last time I visited I ordered their milkshake and it was delicious. The texture of the milkshake was so smooth.

Went to Milky Treats recently and had a wonderful time! I tried multiple flavors and they were all tasty. I ended up picking their seasonal flavors, Boo-boo Buttercake and Blueberry Cheesecake and was very satisfied. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and cheerful. It was really busy when I came in, but I still got my order very quickly with little wait. I was most impressed with Vincent who was working really efficiently to get my order ready while helping his coworkers. Nibo was also by far the most friendly as he rung me up at the end. I am from out of town but will definitely make a stop here when I’m back!

Best ube Ice cream I've ever had. The names are very tongue in cheek, but still funny. Can't wait to try Thot-tea-Ana. Vibes are very college kid adjacent but I'm with it.

This is not your regular mom & pop ice cream spot! The flavors are unique and the donut ice cream sandwiches are delicious! The warm, fluffy, and light doughnut perfectly compliments the thick, cold, and rich ice cream! Additionally the staff was super friendly and let us sample a few flavors before choosing what we wanted. I had a chance to try the black velvet, banana funk, cake by the ocean, and coffee & creams. All were very distinct and satisfying in their own way! I personally felt that the black velvet was overly sweet but think I personally prefer a more mild sweetness so think someone with more of a sweet tooth would LOVE it. We decided on the cake by the ocean and Banana funk as donut sandwiches but the coffee & creams was a close contender. I did knock down a star as I didn't feel the environment was super welcoming or well lit and chose to enjoy our ice cream in the car for this reason. All in all, it was tasty and I will definitely be going back but likely will continue the takeout route.

I cannot even begin to highly recommend this spot. They have such unique flavors with a helpful staff. Made many sample requests before I ordered the Cake by Ocean which taste just like a birthday cake. Try it between a donut and you will be in heaven. No inside seating. Well- there's maybe a very VERY small amount on the sides. But definitely not a place to sit and hang out.

The ice cream was delicious. That coffee flavor was so rich and bold. The banana puddin' was fantastic. I would have loved to had two flavors but one scoop and one tasting was more than enough. The staff was great and even made me a fresh waffle cone. This place is great. They also had cute places for selfies.

Milky Treats is such a gem in Plano! Their Ice cream is so creamy and flavorful! Every time we've been here has been fantastic. The crew here is always friendly and nice. Even if the wait times can be a bit long sometimes since it's a busy location, it's worth the wait! They also let you try samples and switch out to seasonal ice cream. To top it it all off, the prices are decent too. 10/10 dessert stop!

Love the milky donut or ice cream cone here! You can get your choice of ice cream in a warm glazed donut! The coffee and ube ice cream flavors are yummy. The names of the flavors are also fun. Interior is super cool!

Been here many times, the ice creams are really unique and tasty! I usually get their thot tea-ana, an earl grey lavender ice cream, and it's really floral and has a nice light flavor that lasts. Today I think they added a bit too much salt, as the lingering aftertaste was a tiny bit too salty. Overall still really good and unique. I also love their banana funk, it is so flavorful and creamy with bits of banana for some texture contrast. It's also light but prevalent in flavor, and this was perfect! Super delicious! Their waffle cones are only $1 and are made freshly, and have a wonderful vanilla aroma. They are crunchy and really tasty! The only problem I notice is that the ice cream inside will melt eventually and drip at the bottom since the waffle cone is a little warm, so just be careful of that. The service is always fast and friendly, and although it is not usually this busy, there were quite a few people inside. Ambiance is a modern and friendly upscale ice cream parlor. Will be coming back!

Wanted an end of school year treat. I like Milky Treats because they offer a unique variety of ice cream flavors and not just common flavors. 1 scoop of Salty Tofee, 1 scoop of Banana Funk.

GO!! This place is amazing! All of the employees I have interacted with have been so nice. You can sample the ice creams and build your own swirl which is what I get. For real just try it, it's so delicious!

One of the best dessert treats I've ever experienced. I had mine served between 2 donuts! Ooooooooohhhhh if I wasn't trying to manage my post baby weight, I'd be here nightly, tasting my way through the menu. What I love is the creativity and thoughtfulness in the flavors. The one I chose was tasty and had the most perfect smooth texture. It was visually stunning as well- brownie cake batter in a vivid blue (IT LOOKED BLUE BUT DIDNT TASTE BLUE, in a good way, does that make sense??!!) Would recommend ice cream sandwich with the fresh donuts. Love this place!

We had an amazing experience at Milky Treats! We tried the Nutella Coachella, Cereal Killer Shake, Cookie Monster, and Vanilla Milky Swirl, and every single one was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, the textures were perfect, and the creativity behind each treat was impressive. Whether you're a fan of classic flavors or something more adventurous, Milky Treats has something for everyone. We'll definitely be back for more!

Milky Treats is so delicious! I've gotten the Black Velvet ice cream twice and love it - but be aware it can be a lot if you're not a huge sweet tooth. ;) The Cookie Monster is also another popular choice that I liked. Personally, the donut with ice cream was a little too sweet for me so I tend to stick to just ice cream here. Staff was wonderful and it was a fun environment inside - the cool black/white aesthetic + glow in the dark sign is also awesome for social media posts. Overall highly recommend this spot!!!

Dropping the review down as the entrepreneurial and tech piece isn't that accurate anymore unfortunately. They bailed out on their NFT during mint day which was extremely unprofessional and left a lot of interested buyers disappointed and out some $. They did at least reimburse the base mint cost (not including NFT gas fees), but definitely never seen anything like that before. With all the other great ice cream stores out there, hopefully they can continue to differentiate in other ways.

Hubby and I loved the ice cream here. And I decided to be wild and try a flavor I wouldn't normally select--a tea ice cream. It was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The store was spotless. There was some water indoor and outdoor seating--not a lot. Parking was right outside the door. It's a little hard to find in the strip mall. It's toward the end and around the corner. A+ place!

The flavors of this shop were so uniquely named and so interesting and new! The one that caught my eye was having an ube flavor! They let us sample a bunch of the flavors and I ended up with the Peppermint AF with one topping of Reese's Pieces (the regular scoops come with one free topping vs. the milkshake or the sandwich). Super clean and cute place, highly recommend!!

We tried the Black Velvet ice cream. The description says it's like a Red velvet cake but with Activated Coconut charcoal. It tasted like chocolate with cake mixture. It was actually very good. (It turned our mouth black, we look really funny. ) The other flavor we tried was the Purple U-bae. Which is actually the Ube flavor that I grew up with. It was good, but not the best. It was not as creamy. Next time, we will try the other flavors. I am taking a star away... we checked in at yelp and was supposed to get 10% off. They could not give me the discount because they did not know how to do it. The reason I found you guys was because of yelp. And both of the staff had no idea what yelp is.

This dessert spot is UNIQUE. The staff was attentive and efficient. They had such a great selection of ice cream and toppings! The ice cream was super delicious and had a lot of different flavors. I got the purple U-Bae ice cream made of mashed purple YAMS. It was my first time tasting a unique flavor perfect amount of sweetness. There is a wide selection of cereal that you can add as toppings to your ice cream scoop or in the donut! Not only that, you can bring a pint of your favorite flavor home for $10.They are not pricey for the quality they serve. They have a super cute and clean location.

Great spot for some ice cream! They had a lot of fun flavors and they made my waffle cone from scratch. There's very limited seating inside.

Overpriced for the portion size! Just get the pints don't waste your money on anything else.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!!! Was in Plano for a quick afternoon trip and craving ice cream. Naturally, opened up the Yelp app and headed over to Milky Treats! So many delicious sounding flavors, such limited stomach space. The Thot Tea-Ana with its lavender flavors, was delicious! As was the Cookie Butter and Salty Toffee. (my stomach space wasn't so limited!) I totally meant to try the Purple U-Bae but FORGOT. Was too distracted by all the other things I already wanted to eat. Friendly service and they let you try the flavors too! Will need to come back the next time I'm in the area to try the ube flavor!!

Really interesting place. If you're looking for a unique ice cream place, add this to your list! They specialize in interesting flavors and you can get cereal toppings on the "milky" format. The staff was very helpful, especially for first timers. And yes, you can try samples of all of their ice creams. We enjoyed the flavors we tried and will be returning!

Cute little ice cream shop, but they automatically get docked a point for not having any tables or proper seating. So it's basically takeout only :( The ice creams we tried were very good. Some flavors were creamier than others, like their tasty cookie butter. The more exotic colored flavors look really cool and taste great, but the texture is very dense and sticky. This is a common problem voiced by other producers we used to talk to in Los Angeles. Still, the Ube & black charcoal colored red velvet (stuffed with tiny pieces of cake!) were both delicious. I recommend getting a waffle cone. It costs $1 to upgrade, but it's thick and adds a wonderful honey-nutiness. Avoid that weak ass strawberry. They were out of a requested topping we asked for, but including one in the price is a nice bonus.

Cute place located in the very corner of a shopping strip. Came late at night to fill my sweet tooth craving. Upon entering, the place is nice and cozy. I do wish they had more seating areas or tables set up so you can eat and converse with who you go with, but I understand it's small. They have icecream, soft serve, milkshakes, and a donut filled with ice cream. Very unique and colorful ice cream flavors with funny names. The soft serve you get one mix in of a cereal and one topping. I chose Oreo cereal mix in and Oreo topping. The way they make it is really neat. Taste wise, super creamy and soft, huge serving (i see they use about 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream). They also offer samples if you're unsure of what icecream to get. There was only one worker at the counter and she was nice but could tell she was overwhelmed. All though it was a weeknight, there were probably 10 customers in there at once and it took some time getting the orders taken and making them since it was just her. I'd recommend this place

This has become my go to ice scream spot in Plano. I truly love their Purple U Bae flavor. It's really the flavor I think is the best since I can't handle too sweet at times. Some flavors I feel can be too sweet for me. Every flavor has a description telling you what it is. Coffee one is good but strong!! Thot tea ana is a popular one I feel like which is their lavender tea flavor one. I actually like another spot for that kind of flavor in Richardson. All flavors may have trace of gluten or nuts so allergens be aware. They don't have any lactose or allergen free flavors. Purple U Bae is always my safe choice. It's a mixture of taro like ube with coconut. I normally love taro, ube and coconut alone so honestly this flavor is made for me. Haha, it has everything I like in one. It taste more like taro to me than anything else. The coconut is not strong at all, I believe it might just be a small hint. I don't think they use ube, unsure if it's just the fun name. I love the decor of this spot. It's so cutesy and hipster vibes. You can take a cute picture after getting your ice cream by sitting in their benches in front of wall decor. They have a small table area, it's more a come and go spot. They do milkshakes and ice cream sandwiches here as well. I've only ever tried their scooped ice cream in a cup with no toppings. They offer one topping included in price and additional for .50 cent more. I think the flavors are all very unique and love the fun naming convention. It can get crowded at times but line goes by normal pace as customers are trying flavors. You can buy a pint for $10! I definitely recommend this spot to friends when they ask about a dessert spot in Plano.

On the side of the Kroger and kinda hidden as it's our first time. Also it's next to a dry cleaner. Wanted ice cream on a hot late evening and made it here. There were 2 customers ahead of us with 2 workers. 10% off when checked in via Yelp! Mandi was super nice and gave us samples. Everyone had masks on. Cute interior. Ended up getting cookie monster in blue, tho tea ana {MY FAV} and purple u bae. 3 scoops for $7.50 and it came with a topping. Delicious ice cream, unique flavors and friendly staff. Will be back for other flavors!

A semi-regular patron here- Most flavors lean on the excess for me in sweetness and mix-ins, but there is a Milky Treats exclusive that keep me anchored to keep coming back: Cookie Butter. Flavored with the salty and sweet of Lotus cookies (you may recognize from your last American Airlines flight), the toasted graham gives a wonderful crunch alongside the creaminess. Deceptively simple, it's a wonder it is not a more common flavor. With an honorable mention, the chocolate ranks high among the local competition, balancing richness with sweetness. Don't change, Milky Treats.

My friends and I decided to head out for ice cream so we chose this based off the good reviews. The place itself is rather small but cozy and has a more modern & insulated feel to it. In terms of ice cream selection and service, both were great! They let you sample the flavors (with proper safety precautions during covid) and all are quite nice. I personally like fruity flavors, and while limited, the strawberry pick was rich and tasty. I also enjoyed the Christmas flavor which had just the right amount of peppermint. Overall, a nice small stop for dessert! My friend also wanted to add that this place has Black Velvet, which is a rather hard-to-come-by flavor...interesting. PROS: - quick and friendly service - free sampling - rich and creamy flavors - small interior but clean and decent amount of seating CONS: - None! Perhaps more fruity flavors, but that's just a small thing on my part.

Fantastic Flavors, fantastic colors (felt like a kid again), and amazing service. Seriously I love that you have 3 choices to have your ice cream. As a scoop (cup or cone), like a soft serve, and as a donut ice cream sammie! We got unicorn brownie, coffee and cream, and F-ing mint. Get a topping! It will just add to the experience! If they had a picture menu for the cereal swirl that would help me out a lot! Be back to have a donut ice cream sandwich!

The Dark purple taro flavor is AMAZING and the lighter lavender tea flavor compliments it well. Their waffle cones are freshly made! The service is super friendly and you get to sample flavors if you like :) Also the scoops are huge! Try the U Bae!!

Wish I could give 3.5! The flavor was good, but we ordered pints to go and they were so frozen it made it impossible to scoop out, and the container started to give out! Super messy. Flavor was super good but we couldn't enjoy it

Their ice cream is GOOD!! My favorite is thot tea ana (it has lavender!) the lavender flavor is not over powering. I've also tried their Cookie Monster, Purple U Bae, Salty Toffee, and Nutella Coachella Ice cream. And it's all GOOD! It's super creamy and the flavors are spot on. If you don't know which one to get, they let you try a sample. All their flavors have cute names too. They have signature swirls too, but I haven't tried it yet. Price wise it's really good. $3 for one scoop. $5 for two scoop. $7 for three scoop. AND it includes one topping. So you're not breaking your wallet if you want to take your family here. ALSO, you can buy a pint to take home too. Which of course you know, I got a pint of Thot Tea Ana! If you like ice cream and donuts, then you should try their sandwich. Their sandwich is ice cream between a glazed donut!

This place was a delight! Cute and unique concept. Flavors are all unique and delicious. Staff allowed my husband and I to sample many flavors. I ended up with the unicorn brownie and my husband went wild with three different flavors all stacked on his cone. apparently a first cone triple scoop. Highly recommend and will be back!

Been here a few times. Pretty solid place for different ice cream variations and fun toppings. My favorite is the Milky Donut. A scoop of ice cream of your choice and any toppings you want, sandwiched between 2 glazed donut halves (like the jelly donut type, no hole in middle) and then flash heated in a pancake type press machine. So it's nice and warm, glazed outside with a cold and textured inside if toppings are added. Very unique. I know some places do the ice cream sandwich thing with cookies but this tastes better to me. They also off a 1, 2 or 3 scoop option with toppings. The Ube is very flavorful and reminds me of my childhood when my parents would often get a gallon container of it for us. Other flavors are good too. Unfortunately the milkshakes and soft swirls only use a vanilla base and whatever toppings you want to add. So just keep that in mind. They can't just scoop up a flavor and the blend it. Gotta be vanilla from their machine. Solid place that's right next to Scrambler Cafe. I also like the black interior.

Five out Five would recommend. We went in On A Friday evening. It was busy, but the staff was great. Very attentive let us sample and take our time. But most of all, the ice cream flavors are unique and quality is great. Definitely will be going back!

Where do I begin. . . . My daughter found this on Yelp and was like OMG we gotta try this. Well OMG is what is what about!! The milky donut was warmed up and the ice cream was so delicious not very sweet. It was like fireworks in every bite you took. Couldn't stop..and all go a sudden boom it was all gone. I This place is hidden, never would of thought it would be where it's at. They need to open more!! So delicious!! Only downside was one employee was working..needed more staff. Other then that..OMG A+!!! Will be back for more fireworks of goodness for your tastebuds!!

Great ice cream stop. Might go as far as to say that this place is a top 5 ice cream place I've ever been to. Ingenuity is vibrant with their flavor choices and creations. I had one of their swirls and it was great. Tried some of their ice cream flavors as well and every single one I tried was top notch. Give them a visit
