This place was fantastic. The service was great from the time we walked in the door until we left. The guy behind the counter was full of information and super personable! He made the experience that much better. The Just Peachy slush was amazing...I felt like I was drinking a cloud! Highly recommend if you're looking for something to do around the Mill area!

Google
Stopped here after eating at the old mill restaurant with the family. Wasn’t sure what to expect but the service was great and the tastings made for a good overall experience. This place was pretty spacious and not too busy during our visit. They have some nice outside seating and even a few picnic tables just below the building by the water you can also sit at if you don’t want to sit up on the deck. For sure check the place out if in the area!

This was my other favorite stop on the wine tour. The employees are very nice. You definitely want to try Rhuberry! They have a beautiful area to enjoy your purchase. The shop also has cute little things to buy like these stickers I couldn't live without 🤣 There are plenty of cute shops in the area in walking distance. Gina helped us. She is the young blonde lady in the photo. She is a very nice and knowledgeable young woman!

Google
We got there about 15 min before closing put they were gracious enough to give us a tasting of the ciders. Ciders were very flavorful. The deck porch overlooks a moving stream in a very nice landscape lawn. They have tables with yard games on the grounds and a pretty deck, it would be nice to buy a glass of cider and enjoy the views.

Google
Stopped over at the Winery, as they had the only balcony overlooking the river that served alcohol and the view was very pleasant. We enjoyed our $22 bottle of Blue Apple Razz cider and the gentle breeze while laughing at all the people stuck crawling over the bridge in mid day traffic. Highly recommend for your day trip to Pigeon Forge.

Google
The employees were extremely friendly. I was able to get 3 free samples. I didn’t care for the one so the lady was nice enough to give me another one to replace it. I then decided on buying to bottles. However, if you buy 3 you get 10% off. So I was interested in another but didn’t want to buy it without trying it. She let me sample that one for free as well. I really enjoyed this place. If I vacation here again I will be back to get some more.

Google
This was our final stop on the Rocky Top Wine Trail. Just like the other locations, the staff is very friendly. The outdoor seating area is gorgeous because you’re right next to the water and right across the street from the Old Mill. The Black and Purple was our favorite sample but the others were just as delicious!

Google
The staff were not very friendly and I felt like they were way more aimed at getting as many people through as possible versus creating an experience for their guests. Our server didn't tell us anything about the rules about tasting or the wines we were trying or anything else. She never even told us her name or I would include it in this review. None of the wines were good. The only positive thing about this place was that it's a part of the wine trail where you can get free gifts. I wouldn't go otherwise.

Yelp
We stopped by Mill Bridge Hard Cider to check our their rebranding of getting rid of most of their wines and having all new ciders. Here is what we tried: *Coyote Slayer - Golden apple cider that tasted like an apple jolly rancher. This was too candied apple for me. I'd rather have a more traditional apple cider. *Caramel Apple - I did not like this one at all, reminded me of a cream soda. *Honey Ham - Orange and Orange Blossom Honey cider that was too floral for me, would have preferred just orange. *Martha My Deer - this is supposed to be cherry, but it tasted like cotton candy. Definitely not for me. *Whiskers - Blackberry cider that was fantastic. My favorite of the day. *Iconic Tonic - one of the ones they used to have, glad it is still there, as it is very good. *Secret Squirrel - Blend of orange, cranberry and cinnamon. This had too much cinnamon for me, just not what I want in a carbonated drink. Would have definitely loved if it was just orange and cranberry. *Ruff Rescue - Loganberry Cider. It was okay, got a hint of tootsie roll flavor. Overall, I'm disappointed in the direction this company went. Iconic Tonic was one of my favorites, but it is no longer available in a bottle, It's only on tap. When traveling, we just want a bottle to have at a later date, so the growler option is not a good one. My favorite used to be pomicide, but that is no longer there. I wish they would have kept some of the old, as their new ciders overall were not impressive to me.

Yelp
Our tasting expert was super nice, you get to pick 4 samples of their wines (fun fact the bottles are all adorable with different animals) she was great about telling us about the different tastes and the tasting area was roomy. We got a bottle of the one with the chicken. Make sure you get a stamp as this is one of the locations on the Wine trail. You can pick up the card at The Apple Barn, but they may have them here too. 3 stamps and 5 stamps get you a prize!

Jason R.

Yelp
First off I don't like cider alcohol based beer. So I was apprehensive about entering this spot. Glad I didn't pass this great time up. Waking in can be a bit overwhelming as you don't know what to do. Here's a tip. Walk straight to the bar area. If you're lucky enough you'll get TJ to assist you. She was phenomenal from start to finish. I went with the full sampler with a bag of honey mustard pretzels. You'll need the pretzels as they help cleanse the pallet. I was given around 15 different samples, give or take. All of these samples were cider based. Some of the samples were ok. However, there were more samples that were great than not. TJ also gave us slushee samples and finished us off with a hot cider based drink and that was unbelievable. We also had pickled green beans to sample that was also unbelievable. Please stop by this gem, get with TJ, get the total package sampler and you too will leave with $75 worth of product. Well worth it and will be back again.

Yelp
We sure did love visiting the Mill Bridge Hard Cider Company while we were completing the Rocky Top Wine Trail. It is located in the most beautiful spot along the Little Pigeon River and you can sit outside on their amazing patio and enjoy the views and nature. We liked our cider that we sampled and the girl that helped us with our flight was very sweet and friendly. My only issue with this location is there is not a public restroom, even though we were paying customers and not random people coming by looking for a restroom. We would have liked to stay longer and enjoyed another cider, but we did need to use a restroom as we had been out exploring the Pigeon Forge area all day. Just something to keep in mind if you are going to be stopping by!

Matt R.

Yelp
Mill Bridge Hard Cider & Winery is a smaller distillery with a large unique cider selection. It has the feel of a small bar with personal service. You get 3 free tastings and then pay $5 for more. The Dali Llama pineapple cider is awesome!

Stephen H.

Yelp
Free cider tastings here. You're going to really enjoy the different flavor combinations they have on offer. It's also got a lovely view of the bridge and river.

Emily C.

Yelp
The Mill Bridge Winery was such a cute stop along the rocky top wine trail! We decided to go for all 5 stamps and the surprise gift at the end of the trail, so Mill Bridge was our 4th stop! They had the garden herb cheese to sample here, but the staff let us know they had ran out of cheese, as it seemed they were most peoples final stop. We thankfully went to one more winery after to purchase the fiery fiesta & chipotle cheese (10/10 would recommend). The staff was super kind and helpful to explain Al of the notes for their ciders. We did not sample the wine, but oh my goodness they have the best cider in Gatlinburg. I am so sad I did not leave with multiple bottles of the pomicider, it is seriously so good! Do yourself a favor and stop here!

Mary B.

Yelp
This place was great. We went in on a very rainy afternoon. We enjoyed the free tasting and hung around to enjoy a pint afterwards. The place is easy to find but doesn't have a lot of parking. It's close enough to walk to other shops and restaurants. Really good ciders. A nice place to stop in and relax for a bit.

Cassidy F.

Yelp
Loved the ciders! Loved how clean & organized the store was. Also a beautiful location. My favorite was the honey ham cider!

Dakota K.

Yelp
Love this place! From changing from a winery to cider based place most of their ciders are very tasty and love the naming after animals.

Malisa R.

Yelp
Started at the Mill Bridge Winery for the start of the Rocky Top Wine Trail. Located right on a creek with parking as well. Definitely a bonus that we didn't have to find parking near by. The winery is near the old mill restaurant with a distillery and lots of shopping. Definitely recommend walking around. The Mill Bridge Winery is cute, but the customer service is okay. The inside is not dog friendly, only the patio. Therefore, you can tie your dog up and order bottles or glasses for the patio area. I was a little disappointed that I was not told that I could take my wine if I didn't finish it. I was trying to figure out if I should get a glass for my husband and I or a bottle. I went with a bottle and asked for 2 glasses of wine and then gave the bottle to the people that were tasting next to us. I found out at the next winery, we would have taken the unfinished wine as long as it was in the backseat or the trunk. Paying it forward with wine in the meantime, but definitely would have liked to be informed!

Ashley D.

Yelp
We stopped in after renewing our wedding vows. The bartender was super fun & very knowledgeable. We normally don't care for cider but their cider was very good. They have a large selection so there's something for every palate. The knowledgeable bartender was very helpful in helping me choose what I would most likely like. We ended up buying a flight & hanging out. It's a fun & enjoyable place!

Jami B.

Yelp
We used to absolutely love the cider here. It's completely changed...and not for the better. It's completely different and they don't have the ciders that they used to. We did see a sign for Iconic Tonic but that was the only one we could find from their old menu. The place was somewhat busy but we never got acknowledged by any employee. We even stood at the bar top waiting to be addressed by someone and ask about the old ciders but no one spoke to us or another group that was there. We are local and love to support our community but we will take our business elsewhere.

Gabrielle E.

Yelp
TJ was awesome. She helped us with out tasting, explained how it worked in detail. As we went through the tat sting she told us about what we were tasting l. She showed us the icee bags and explained how they work. We love going to winery's while we are down here but TJ made it an even better experience with her knowledge .

Mike O.

Yelp
Great place for cider and a nice location with friendly pourers. The tastings are free and for the most part the ciders tasted pretty good, but for the price point I passed on purchasing but for some people it might be worth the money.

Keith D.

Yelp
very friendly staff. love the free wine tasting. I enjoyed relaxing on the patio with some wine.

Renae L.

Yelp
Enjoyed free wine tastings and selected a wine slushy to sip on. Very cute shop, lots of interesting and fun wine gadgets. Friendly staff

Hailey H.

Yelp
Went on vacation & was visiting Tennessee from Maryland. During the week we were there we visited this winery along with their sister wineries and it was an amazing experience! If you participate in their pour trail by visiting 3 locations you get a free wine glass & if you visit all 5 locations you get a free tumbler. All the locations are very close to each other and were very easy to do in an hour or so.

Shanda M.

Yelp
Awesome service with wine and cider tasting with TJ. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in our selections. We enjoyed sitting outside by the river.

Kat N.

Yelp
We didn't catch her name but our server was friendly and informative and working hard serving 3 parties of us at once. The wine and ciders were both delicious as well. Favorite ended up being the Indian Summer, blueberry lemon semi sweet wine with a crisp finish aka bubbly and zesty, what a great combo; highly recommended!

Beth M.

Yelp
Tasty wine and knowledgeable bartender Melissa. Worth stopping by again next time I am in the area. Got a few bottles and they didn't make it back home, drank them here on vacation!

Heather B.

Yelp
Okay I loved this place. In an area with a lot of tourists who didn't take the pandemic seriously, it was nice to go to a super serious business. There was plexiglass and so much mask wearing. It warmed my heart. (That might have been the cider tho) My friend did a wine flight and we loved the ones she tried. I don't remember which ones they were tho. I did the cider flight. The pomegranate cider was incredible. It was nice to sit outside, socially distanced, right next to the river. Will return whenever I come back to the area.

Michelle M.

Yelp
Wine tasting with Jen and Marcus...had a great time!! Did the cider tasting, with 2 wine samples...left with a bottle of wine and a slushie mix...recommend peach shortbread and water wheel if you like sweet wines

Michelle R.

Yelp
TJ was great helping us pick out what we would like to try/purchase. Great selection. Love the ciders here. Definitely will be back.

Alissa G.

Yelp
The service here was top notch!!! This was a fun afternoon adventure and it did not disappoint. The prices were amazing, the service was perfect and the views on the patio were great. A great hidden gem!

Kalynne M.

Yelp
Somehow on out first trip to Pigeon Forge, we missed this gem. While waiting for check-in time we popped in for a free wine and cider tasting... wow! You can try one cider and 4 wines, I'm a red wine/ whiskey kind of girl, but the South Cider (basically an original Apple) is mellow and semi sweet. DON'T skip out on it, this stuff is so good we got a growler and enjoyed it on the patio. Warning, this goes down far to easy on a hot day. For a discount they will refill your growler and cap it so you can take it with you... you also can refill it anytime!!! We've taken it back almost every day to refill to drink in the hot tub. They also offer a strawberry basil and iconic tonic (honey, lemon, apple) that are definitely worth a taste. 2 flavors of cider slushees and 2 flavors of wine slushees are available daily. Service was quick and friendly, and this place is sparkling clean (every time we have popped in, staff is cleaning) go say hi to Vinnie and let him get you hooked!

SamKat P.

Yelp
We visit this winery every year while doing the Rocky Top Wine Trail, and I believe they have some of the best wines in TN! We LOVE the Grindstone and Summer Delight. They also have absolutely delicious cider.

Kayla C.

Yelp
Rude, rude, rude, rude, RUDE workers. Came in for the wine tour; a whole group of us actually! The lady doing the tastings was so rude to everyone. Slamming wine bottles down; just acting like we were just taking time out of her day. When she was done she asked each us "well what do you want?" Most of us told her politely we would like to pass and someone said they would come back the next day and she said in their face as mean and rude as possible while laughing "Yeahhh right." If we ever came back and did the wine tour I'd risk not finishing it if we have to go there again.

Linda C.

Yelp
Pomicide. What a fantastic name for a hard cider. Apple/ pomegranate combo. Sweet with a tart aftertaste. A kick of flavor so good that I bought a bottle to take with me. And I had absolutely no intention of buying anything when I walked in. As of this writing (May 2022), you could get 2 free samples per person. You will need your ID. They card 100%. And they use an ID scanner so if you have a fake ID you should skip this place. They offered 8 choices to sample. As a person who absolutely drinks no beer, I was ecstatic to find a place that caters to cider instead of beer or hard liquor. A+!

Kecia M.

Yelp
Location is great. Nice place to chill outside with a bottle of wine. Hubby and I like dry wines but the sweets are good. So glad they have at least 2 dry wines and 2 semi sweet.

Suzette W.

Yelp
Jen was phenomenal providing an excellent tasting experience. The frozen was fantastic!

Ashley B.

Yelp
Went winery hopping for my bachelorette party. Melissa was wonderful! Very kind and personable. The wines were very delicious Overall a great experience for someone from out of town/state! Thank you!

Darby W.

Yelp
We did the rocky road winery tour and Melissa was by far the best person we worked with today. She was kind, fun, and definitely our favorite stop!

Kristen R.

Yelp
Melissa! was so helpful and personable! we had a great time wine tasting with her. she's so sweet and down to earth! the ciders we tried were excellent and the charcuterie board was simple but a good buy!

Amanda B.

Yelp
On may 5th 2023 I had a bridal party coming from Indiana wanting to do the Smokey mountain wine trail. We completed mountain valley vineyard (AMAZING) and went on to mill bridge as our second stop. Unfortunately as soon as we entered the building we were "greeted" with amber. She was very rude, non personable and gave all of us the feeling that she did not want to serve us. We all decided (11 women) that we were clearly not welcomed and we needed to leave. We asked her to stamp our passport trail and she said "well you arnt tasting " we explained that we were told we did not need to taste in order to get the stamps and we also told her that we felt uncomfortable due to her attitude and we just wanted to leave. we wished we would have had a different experience due to spending over 300 $ at the last winery an hoped we could spend money at mill bridge. Hopefully others will have a better experience in the future.

Michelle B.

Yelp
We got the cider flights for a great price! And the server was super sweet. Really loved the experience!

Shelby L.

Yelp
I always have to go to Apple barn when I go to Pigeon Forge and I had heard this winery carried their cider so I had to check it out. Our service was amazing! The bartender poured us some wine and answered all our questions! Everything was good! We got a cider flight since we're sour obsessed! It was hard choosing what we did but we ended up leaving with blue berry wine and I got a growler of their southern cider. You could barely taste any alcohol in any of the ciders and wines! Such a great atmosphere! Perfect for some relaxation from all the crowded places around the area. Very much what we needed and were looking for: an awesome place with some great seating where we could just talk and actually hear each other. Will definitely be back to pick up wine and cider.

RaeAnna H.

Yelp
The newest winery -- and cidery -- in town. Mill Bridge is doing an excellent job holding their own against the wineries that have been in the area for years. Firstly, the location is just beautiful. I absolutely love the Old Mill Restaurant that sits on the river, and just across the bridge is Mill Bridge Winery, easily within walking distance. If you sit on the back deck of the winery, you get the same lovely view of the river. You can have a glass (or two) of wine, and relax. This is something none of the other wineries offer. The wine list is not as long as the older wineries, but I think the wines are just as tasty. Plus, they offer cider -- another thing that the other wineries do no offer! The Mad Muscadine cider is sweet and crisp and incredibly refreshing. I also love that the sales of some of their wines gets donated to local animal shelters.

Ronda F.

Yelp
We saw the sign that said " sit on our patio and enjoy a glass of cider". This winery was located right along the river, so we thought that sounded great! However, when we sat down on the patio and began looking around it was horrible. Most of these places have been closed for 6 weeks due to Covid-19, so why in the world didn't the owner or staff take this time to hose down the outside of this establishment??? Spider nests and webs EVERYWHERE!!! It literally looks like a haunted house attraction! We had to watch where we were sitting for fear that some creepy crawly was going to climb on us!!! We slammed down our cider and left as soon as possible. Too bad too because we would've loved to hang out there for awhile and people watch and drink more cider.

Bryan H.

Yelp
we ordered the flight of ciders, the advertising photo is a hoax. You get 4 mini cups with less than an ounce per cup

Megan P.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stayed in Gatlinburg. This place is about 25 minutes away. I wanted to do a wine tasting, but my boyfriend isn't really a wine drinker. Mill Bridge had a wine and hard cider tastings. Autumn did our tasting and she was very knowledgeable about the wines and ciders. We were both able to try something we liked. The wines were on the sweeter side which was great because I love sweet wines. There were a few tables and chairs outside where you can take your flight or glass outside by the water. We went during the winter so there wasn't much scenery. I would go again and recommend this place to anyone who would like to do something.

Elizabeth D.

Yelp
This was by far the best winery we checked out during our stay in TN! It's tucked away in a weird spot in the Mill District, fairy close off of the main drag. The building sits on a small river, so there was a pretty view from the patio seating. Pros: - The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They were excited that we stopped in and facilitated a fun tasting for our group. - Free tastings! Your choice of any four wines plus a taste of cider. - Plenty of parking - Lots of seating, both inside and outside (the also had umbrellas outside to help with the sun) - Delicious ciders! This was the real star here, since the wine was just okay. I tried the pineapple and the blueberry. Both were light and crisp and not overly sweet. This was a perfect and refreshing drink on a hot day. - Good prices. A glass of cider was only $5 - Clean restrooms - Cheeses and snacks for sale to accompany your drinks. We didn't try them, but they also had a couple of wine slushees available. Cons: - The wines were just okay. Everything was too sweet for my taste (which was the overall theme of Tennessee wine in general) If you are a cider drinker, this is a great stop! Wonderful ciders, great service, and a pretty place to sit on the water!

Keaton G.

Yelp
We went in here twice one on a wine trail tour and the other on our own and tried both wines and ciders but only ended up liking ciders. Straw about that basil is a great cider we took some home!

Barry S.

Yelp
We did the Rocky Top wine tour and this was our last spot. Great people and a nice place but I'm from California and didn't like the wine from this region. For example, instead of Chardonnay they have a chardonelle. At one point, the person serving us suggested we put a jolly rancher in the wine which sounded bizarre. To be fair, the wine from this region is much sweeter than anywhere else in the country. Finally, they were sampling with some frozen wines and there was a suggestion to put vodka in the wine which was also very interesting.

Danielle C.

Yelp
Such a nice staff. My mother, sister and I showed up to taste wine. We were greeted very promptly after we made our way through the store and offered wine samples. (We were also all carded so make sure you have id). The gentleman that helped us was quick to make reservations as soon as he saw where our palate was. He also allowed us to try each others as well. I was planning on getting a bottle of wine for an employee and needed something sweet, which I don't drink. He was so helpful. (Listen to the staff recommendations in this place. He didn't steer us wrong) We asked if we could stay parked in their lot while we went around to the shops and he was more than happy to allow us to. The check out process was extremely easy and he offered to hold out wine while we shopped. I will absolutely recommend this Winery if you are ever in the area. Not only did we all find something we liked, we also had awesome service.

Ginger F.

Yelp
Neil bridge winery was a great place to visit. Cody was so informative and entertaining. We enjoyed the class Assad her out by the river.

Sunny R.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the experience at Mill Bridge. We put our name in at a nearby restaurant, and while we waited on our table we walked to Mill Bridge. We shared a flight of 6 ciders for $15. The tasting room is cozy and filled with friendly people. Bring cash for tipping the bartenders. You cannot tip on your card.

Angelo G.

Yelp
The ciders were just ok but they do have a nice view of the river when sitting on the outside deck.

Bella G.

Yelp
Amazing wines with a beautiful view! The staff was super friendly and they have a wide selection of wines that anyone could enjoy!
