I decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. I tasted two of their drinks: the raspberry lemon drop and peach mule. Both were equally as tasty, tangy, and well balanced. They weren’t too syrupy or alcohol forward. I decided to do well sized entrees: their famous buttermilk battered cheese curds and the pork slider trio. This was my first time tasting cheese in Wisconsin, shame on me. It was packed with flavor and had depth to it. Definitely adding curds to my bucket list everyone I’m in Wisconsin. The pork slider trio was a nice balance of softness with the buns, tender meat and sweetness from the bbq sauce. I have nothing but positive remarks for Miller Time Pub & Grill.

This bar is located inside the Hilton City Center. I arrived late in the evening and was glad to know this place is open until 2am. I sat at the bar with a friend and was helped by Luke who was so incredibly kind and attentive. The menu here had some great selections but I opted for just the cheese curds, which were amazing. They came out hot and fresh and paired well with my beer. This bar is definitely worth visiting. Great service and great food.

I was staying at the hotel nearby and decided to grab something that I could take to my room and eat. It’s a cute restaurant and wasn’t very crowded when I came in. The bartender placed my to go order. I decided on a simple burger with fries and it was delicious! The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were crunchy and seasoned well. I will definitely be back! Also I’m sorry I didn’t get a burger picture, it was just too good. But I did get a picture of the menu for future reference.

Was in town for Midwest gaming classic and was looking for somewhere to hang out on a Sunday night. We get down to the corner and the bar is located within the Hilton hotel, but there is an outside entrance. Inside your meet with a barrage of awesome beer related memorabilia throughout the restaurant. We were sat on the street side of the restaurant which was nice. We were able to see outside and it was quiet cuz there was no really anybody in the area. There was five of us and we decided to all pick something different. There was some soups, some salads, a burger sliders, and a couple other traditional meals. Traditional meals We all had a couple of beers, mostly the house brands since it's Miller. There was some Budweiser as well in there and they gave out some free samples and tasters for beers that we hadn't tried before. Not a bad little pickup. They were out of some of the beers I did request which was noticeable. Chad, a convention could suck up. All the best beer. I understand why it was gone so I'm not going to hold them against that.

Great place for a few beers and snacks, place was almost full on a Thursday NFL packers game night, had to wait 30 min to get a table even though there were several empty didn’t understand that, once we got the table and order all was good , asl for the. cheese beer soup is great!

Google
Stopped in quickly for a take-out salad before heading to room. Staff at bar greeted, took and placed order quickly. As we returned to get our salad, we noticed how busy the restaurant was - crowded and bustling. Good: Salad with grilled chicken. Was okay. The flavors didn’t quite mesh. Chicken tasted like pesto, with a weird tasting French dressing caused taste confusion. I wouldn’t order again. I would visit again and try something different, or ask for no pesto chicken and change the dressing. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Food: 4

Located inside Hilton Milwaukee, the cheese curds and burgers were next level. Outstanding.

Google
GREAT PLACE!!! Lot of fun, good food. A big shout out to some members of the staff - Ryan the bartender, Libby the Wait staff and Candice the General Manager. Outstanding service, fantastic personalities. Really putting the customers on a pedestal and making your visit a wonderful one!!!!

Yelp
Was staying at the Hilton Milwaukee. Very convenient location in the lower lobby of the hotel. I wish I knew his name, but the bartender was absolutely amazing - very engaging, knowledgable, and friendly. I ate here several times and enjoyed everything that I orders, from the hot dogs, to the bowl of chili. I will definitely eat here again next time I am in Milwuakee!

Yelp
Honestly only came here cause the people I was with wanted to eat here. If I was alone I wouldn't have gone because it's a bit too expensive for me. They ordered the appetizers for the table so I was able to try the cheese curds and the soft pretzel. The pretzel was good. Just a pretzel. But those cheese curds.....OH MY GOD YUM!!!!!! I could have eaten that entire thing by myself. For my main meal I ordered the classic cheeseburger which came with fries. Fries were ok. Nothing special. Burger was good and very seasoned. Lots of flavor from that thing. The food is good but I personally don't see myself paying that much for food like this. $17 for a small burger is not in my budget unfortunately. Once is good for me. I'll find a cheaper meal somewhere else.

Yelp
Ate here a few times while staying at the connected hotel since it was convenient and open late. Tried the burger twice and a salad with soup once. The food was fine, nothing memorable, but easy on the stomach. Cheese curds were the highlight, though hard to mess up. Service varied from great to fine to pretty bad, depending on the night. Usually about half full. Prices feel high for what you get, but that is expected for a hotel restaurant. Overall, decent if you are already here, but not worth a special trip.

Yelp
I wanted to try authentic fried cheese curds. Holy smokes!!! This place did not disappoint. Very very addictive. Enjoyed a locals only beer called the Spotted Cow, and it was fantastic. I ate at the bar, and the service was great. The restaurant is a really cool old American beer hall type atmosphere. I loved it.
google avatar

Yelp
Cheese curds were great. Came here for a happy hour and the drinks were great. The service was alright, we had to flag down our server a few times for refills.
google avatar

Yelp
The price is high but so is everything else in this area. Nice pub food selection, and plenty of beer options, make this an easy spot for anyone attending an event nearby. The decor is fun, with lots of beer history on display. Service was mostly quite solid, with enthusiastic staff. They do get busy, given the nature of being next to a massive event center. Plan ahead.

Yelp
We came here after a convention across the street. Their service could have definitely been better. It took a while for our server to take our order. They were busy when we arrived but I don't think it should have taken that long for us to put in our order in. My son and I both wanted to try their Beer Cheese Soup and we were going to share cheese curds and a pretzel. But they were unfortunately out of pretzels. How does a bar in Milwaukee run out of pretzels? We really weren't craving anything else so we just ordered their soup and the curds. Both were really good. The beer cheese soup came with bacon, and was served lukewarm. The curds were perfectly fried. I had to drive back home to Chicago so I didn't do any drinking, but I'm pretty sure everything would have tasted better with a beer. I'm not exactly sure if I would return anytime soon. There's definitely better options in Milwaukee, with better service.
google avatar

Sarah P.

Yelp
Definitely an average spot but it was my first spot of food upon landing in MKE. I only got the beer cheese soup and it did the job but didn't have me craving to order anything else. The interior is cute with tons of memorabilia.
google avatar

Alek Z.

Yelp
Not gonna lie their May Burger of the Month is amazing. Bleu cheese double patty smashburger on a brioche bun. It's almost shockingly good and it comes with fries for $16, which I found to be a fair price. Friendly service, little knickknacks all over the place. It's a fine place.
google avatar

zoe h.

Yelp
Not very impressed by the food. The staff were fantastic and ambiance was good as well. I probably wouldn't come back unless I was in a hurry in the area needing a quick bite. I had their burger and fries and it was not very good but definitely better than fast food. The price does not match the quality of the food, it is way too overpriced. The cheese curds were decent though!
google avatar

K M.

Yelp
Overcooked wings that were appetizers but came out with the main order. Tough brisket sandwich, should've ordered a burger. Just ok service. Good beer. If you are under 6' don't sit at the bar as the chairs are too low.

Sacha R.

Yelp
Fun spot with good food. Especially for inside a hotel. Perfect after flying in. Bartenders are fun and the crowd has always been great.

Yelp
Came here for dinner while in town! Had a buffalo chicken salad with grilled chicken that was really good. They accommodated my ask for buffalo sauce and dressing on side and it was great! Also tried the fried cheese curds that were okay. Peach Moscow Mule was delicious! My server was very friendly and checked on me a few times

Manuel V.

Yelp
ONE HOUR WAIT FOR SIX WINGS, CHEESE CURDS & FRIES!! AGAIN, ONE HOUR!! No manager in sight, asked the server several times, what's going on? She just said, oh I think they're a bit slow and maybe short staffed. I wasn't the only one waiting, because everyone else was waiting on their food. Everyone kept looking when food would actually make it out of the kitchen. Unbelievable!! Such horrible service by the kitchen, again no manager out talking to customers and explaining why the food was taking so long. If I could give negative stars, I would give -5 stars. The person next to me was so frustrated that he just paid for his beers and told the server to cancel his food, he had already waited more than one hour. If you want a drink, stop by, if you want to eat, go somewhere else or maybe DoorDash the food there, but avoid at all costs. No thank you. I knew something was wrong when I walked in and it was so quiet, hardly any noise. I know now it's because everyone was so hungry waiting on their food, they didn't want to waste their energy talking.

Mike D.

Yelp
The food was delicious, it was really busy but we were seated within a reasonable time. Hailey provided exceptional service and a friendly smile. We'll be back!
google avatar

Liz F.

Yelp
Who eats here? Locals? People from out of town visiting some sort of convention? It has to be the latter, right? Who is frequenting this place more than once? outside of the people that work here that is. This is average. This is when you don't know the area well enough to pick something else. You can drink beer and eat food. It's food. Which is what you are here for right? When I was here I was thinking "Why am i here?". A question I still seek the answer to this very day.
google avatar

Jerry W.

Yelp
Average food Lots of beer memorabilia Service fair. Near convention center Try it. Staff seem new to the venue

Yelp
Was in MKE for a volleyball tournament. I will give high marks to the staff because they were great. Not sure what goes on at night but for lunch we were given "express menus" and nothing else. There was a choice of maybe ten things. My son got the chicken fingers and didn't finish them. I got the double double cheddar burger and it was OK. My wife and daughter got the regular cheeseburger and that was OK. Fries were good and cheese curds were really good. Convenient to the Baird Center but really nothing beyond basic bar food.

Yelp
Got in to Milwaukee late night and this place was in the hotel. Pretty busy for the time of day so i just stayed in for dinner . Had a solid pastrami on rye with Swiss and some fries . The sandwich was pretty solid nicely grilled and the cheese melted nicely. The fries were hot but nothing special. Was good and fast which fit the bill for the day all in all i would return. Nice pub feel to the restaurant !

Danielle N.

Yelp
We loved this place so much we ate there twice! Healthy portions and friendly staff. We were at an event that went late and they were still open!

Yelp
Came here, unplanned, and last minute for a working lunch. Had never been here before but luckily they weren't busy and we were seated immediately our entire party enjoyed all of our dishes which included the buffalo chicken salad the impossible burger, or the vegetarian option as well as a fish and chips. I did not have any pictures for the first time in a long time as I was with colleagues. However, the pictures on this Yelp page are very accurate. Not sure why this place has low or only three stars. However, the service is absolutely friendly, and that starts the moment you walk in, including the greeter and the waitress. Service was prompt. Food came out quickly hot and fresh. And the food itself the quality was actually good. The portions are very generous as well so no complaints. Because it was a work lunch we did not have any alcoholic beverages despite the name however, that's for the next visit.

Yelp
Went to Miller Time last night and our waitress had great customer service and consistently checked in on us and refilled waters. The entrance/bar was full of people which was causing some congestion issues for the servers. I would guess that it was so busy due to the professional in town attending conferences at the adjoining Baird Center We wanted a pretzel as the appetizer but they were out. We settled on the cheese curds which had a close to perfect breading to cheese ratio. The cheese was pulling how a WI cheese should pull. Would definitely get again. My partner and I ordered the brisket sandwich. The sandwich came on a standard burger bun. My brisket was cooked well and moist; my partner thought his was dry. There was minimal sauce on the sandwich. The fries were pretty standard - comparable to a fast food fry. I rate a 3 for overall pretty standard place.
google avatar

Chris P.

Yelp
Not a bad place to visit but it's more of a place to have drinks in my opinion. Very limited menu options available and the burgers seem to be the best option. Servers are pleasant and accommodating and there's no Bud Light served (good thing). I had the double double today with house chips and it was a decent burger but nothing special. I've had the cheese curds in the past which is a viable option. Mon-Thur is happy hour days but a millet lite in das boot will only set you back $5.50. They have plenty of TVs to watch a event or just hang out and enjoy some drinks with friends.
google avatar

Joseph B.

Yelp
Took over 10min to even be greeted once sat. Out waitress went ahead and took our food order with our drinks. Wife's salmon was definitely pre cooked. I got the wings, the were a little dry but decent. I had to ask the server 3 times for a side of ranch.
google avatar

Stephany C.

Yelp
We went here after a concert and the food was great and our waiter Nick was very nice! Would definitely return if we are ever in Milwaukee again!
google avatar

Lynn S.

Yelp
The food is terrible and very over-priced. The fish and chips were rubbery. The salmon tacos came with about 1 oz of salmon and some corn and beans. Zero flavor. The chips that it comes with are potato chips.
google avatar

Maria G.

Yelp
Fun place to grab drinks and bar food with friends. The buffalo chicken wings and nachos were my go to. Ask for wings extra crispy and you won't be disappointed! Definitely recommend sitting at the Bar you get the best service. Bartenders are entertaining, attentive and knowledgeable!
google avatar

Ziad S.

Yelp
This restaurant is located in the first of the Hilton hotel. Went there for lunch, the greeting was a little awkward, I was seated without even a word said to me. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was outstanding especially with their sauce, the fries were cold and tasteless. It's definitely a place worth trying.
google avatar

Rohan D.

Yelp
If you're Brown or Black, do not expect to be served until after all the White customers. This was made insultingly and painfully obvious to me. Both bartenders (White) walked past me, looked at me and moved on to serve White customers. One even waited for the couple to sit down to take their order before me. Then took a long time to cash me out. I was waiting so long to be attended to, I noticed the only other visible minorities, a pair of well dressed African American women also were not served promptly. Be noted that I am usually a very generous tipper. I add this last part because one White customer who sat down, ordered a drink, finished his drink all before I was served said to me on his way out, "did you stiff them on your tip the last time here?"

Shannon D.

Yelp
We were here for a volleyball tournament at the Baird Center. Decided to stop and grab a bite. They only offered an "express" menu which did not have a lot of options. I got a deluxe grilled cheese...sandwich tasted terrible...they burnt the bacon. How do you mess up grilled cheese?? Our waitress was not attentive. Didn't return to the table too often. My husband sat with an empty beer and never came and asked if he'd like another. Spent most of her time talking with another employee by the front door. However the cheese curds were good. Next time we're in town, will definitely find a different place to go.
google avatar

Shremp V.

Yelp
Very good food and service here, even for pub food. Fries are great too. Even got fancy one night and got salmon and it was cooked perfectly. Gotta remember it is a pub so get a little loud at times, especially on a game night.

Jeff M.

Yelp
It's a mid priced hotel in a mid sized midwestern city so you hope the bar burger will be edible. It is not. Good news is that you are unlikely to get food poisoning. Bad news is that it's accomplished by cooking all meat and meat related products into something between shoe leather and rubber weatherstripping. I'm not fussy. But I could not eat this "food." If you had told me my "Classic" burger was Soylent Green made out of Edward G Robinson, I would have believed you. The truly nightmarish feeling comes when you realize that is nowhere else to go for a meal at this hour. And although the staff, who were nice, offered to comp me some food, let us all remember: if you complain about the food, you should NEVER eat what they offer you as a make-good. EVER. EVER. Avoid this place like the plague. Extremely low expectations coming in were not even vaguely approached.
google avatar

Mark L.

Yelp
This Pub has an awesome ambiance to it - think Irish Pub with dark wood and unique decorations. The service was decent. But at the end of the day, Miller Time Pub and Grill is a hotel eatery. The food was meh. I wouldn't say that it was worth the price. The burgers are smash burger style, which are pretty good, but they are served on a bun that is quite large for the style of burger. Think Ralphie from A Christmas Story - "I can't put my arms down!" - poor little boy lost in a stay puff marshmallow snow suit - the burger was lost in the bun. The beer cheese soup was ok. We were on foot, so there was no need for parking, but for those driving there is street parking as well as parking garages near by.

Jason K.

Yelp
I have loved this place forever. It has changed a bit over the years, especially in the post covid world we live in, but it still has lots of charm, good value, and a fun atmosphere. We were in town for Summerfest, and were staying at the Hilton (which the miller time pub is located within). After the festival each night, we stopped in for a few drinks. The bartender was lively and a lot of fun. The crowd was actually a mix of musicians who were playing Summerfest and staying at the hotel, so that was cool. They have these fun specials on DAS BOOT, so you can drink out of a glass boot and try to not get splashed in the face. This is a very German thing to do, and is a staple around some Milwaukee bars. We had some of the finger foods and they were tasty. I haven't tried the entrees, so I can't really comment on the food. Overall MTP is a great place to catch a game, grab a beer, get a bite, and hang out on a chill night in Milwaukee.

Jonathon L.

Yelp
Waitress was rude, I wish I recalled her name but she made us feel like we were a pain to her. Food was fine, small portions for the price. Beer was not cold and served in a room temp glass. When asked for a cold mug, we got the eye roll and told that we should be specific when ordering lol. If you want a refill, you are best to walk to the bar and get it yourself.
google avatar

Yelp
This was our second visit to this Pub & Grill and the drinks and food never disappointed us. We visited with friends for the Pride Fest and stopped after the event to get some food and drinks before heading to the room. We were greeted by a young lady that was so pretty and sweet, she was Puerto Rican, so my wife hit it off with her right of way because she is from P.R. herself. We ordered drinks, I had a Lemon Drop, my wife and our friend had beer and her spouse had a Chocolate Martini. We both ordered Grilled cheese with avocado which was delicious. our friends order Fish tacos. This is definitely a great place to visit.

Yelp
Miller Time Pub offers up quality pub grub in a casually cool environment. Came here on a cold winter's eve for some pre-show (I was headed to a show at the Marcus Center and stopped here on the way) cocktails and light bites. I had heard good things about their cheese curds and so wanted to order those. My dining companion was reticent. In his experience, fried curds are either splendid or dramatically ho-hum. He's not wrong. However, I convinced him to give them a whirl and I'm so glad I did. They definitely rank in my top 3 in the city. We also ordered their pub pretzel with honey mustard and beer cheese. The pretzel was great. The beer cheese was just ok but the honey mustard was perfect. My dining companion ordered a Manhattan (I had a sip...solid). I went for their sidecar, which was lovely. The vibe is warm and welcoming and the service was a-ok! Get to it!

Yelp
Flying in on a thursday, its winter and our hotel is attached to it. Why not,, right?? Saves us from braving the cold to somewhere God only knows. But I'm sure there are tons of nice spots in the city. Although, here we are. Since were in Wisconsin,, I must sample something local. So I went with the "spotted cow." Pretty good beer, but after smashing that down. I went with the basics, "Miller High Life." Probably at its freshest state anywhere because they make this beer here in this state. Life is awesome my friend. My co-league and I split a plate of cheese curds and we were living the dream. There was an acoustic guitar singer who was belting out cover songs. He was totally awesome, I am a big fan of cover. Plus the staff was super helpful and extremely accommodating. We had a lot of fun drinking and snacking and shooting the breeze the Milwaukee way. Doesn't really take much to please me. Just have to be a darn good time. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!

Emilio A.

Yelp
The bartender Luke was absolutely amazing the service he gave to the bar was 10 out of 10, walked us through the menu , and made our drinks so good I order another round. The burger and fries were a 10/10. The place was filled with locals, hotel guests and wedding after parties nice and loud for a Saturday night . Came wait to come back thanks Luke
google avatar

Tamara S.

Yelp
I don't know if Covid had anything to do with it?? But I've been a bit disappointed in the value of my meals lately. I ordered the Turkey BLT the last time and it was just OK, this time I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad and was given basically all the bottom ends of the lettuce. Also, when I went in before the taps were out. I used to love coming here but now it's kind of blahhhhhhhh
google avatar

Fox C.

Yelp
Sitting and waiting for a half hour, we got our food, friend ordered cheese curds and a burger I got a buger, Tis not that busy, many empty tables. Got our food to go....:: the burgers were burnt and fries cold, we'll be happy Gordon Ramsey wasn't here, lol, the second star is for the Mountain Dew was good
google avatar

K s.

Yelp
I truly LOVE this pub - most times the food is quite yummy ... the cheese curds and burgers ... ;however, tonight ... I don't know what happened the 'signature nachos' were the WORST I have ever suffered thru - sure I could have made a stink about them - But I just wanted to eat and be done. Just so you know - Save yourself - do NOT order.
google avatar

Jason S.

Yelp
So we are here for the basketball game and this place is packed. There is an hour and a half wait list but they got us in within 45 minutes. They have great food and great selection of beer. I highly recommend the Amber beer and the garlic wings. The nachos are Soso but the cheese curds are rockin

Yelp
It's been 8 years since I last reviewed this establishment! But I've been here several times in those 8 years. I still really like this place. It's a nice pub, great bar area, cool decor. The food is good. The burgers are a real treat. $12.00 for a double cheeseburger is almost unheard of in Milwaukee anymore. I live on the East Side where you're going to pay $14 for a plain single burger most of the time. Great beer selection. Right now it's odd because they have a lot of two tops blocked off for social distancing but the bar is crammed with stools so I'm not sure what that accomplishes. They're usually staffed well, but if there's a rush (due to the conference center or something going on at the hotel itself) you may find service a bit slow. I did learn that they no longer have a shuttle to the Brewers games (I was eavesdropping on a different conversation). Parking can be tricky given the location. Street parking is the way to go. There are several lots nearby but they range in price from $14 to $20 for day parking. We went to the Van Gogh experience first and then the pub so that kind of made up for the parking price.

Yelp
I was in town for a wedding, and we had a gap between the ceremony and the reception, but we were all in wedding clothes, and it was hot out so we didn't want to walk too far. Fortunately, Miller Time Pub and Grill was right in the hotel where a lot of the group was staying. They had a great beer list with lots of local choices on tap and in bottles. I had a Lakefront IPA was was excellent. I didn't want a big burger or anything heavy since we were going to be eating again in about 4 hours, and so opted for the blackened chicken quesadilla which was perfect. It wasn't too heavy and the flavors were good. The burgers did look really good and the hot dog special during Brewers games sounded fun! Service was good even though they were very busy, and prices were not higher than other places in the area despite being located in a hotel.
google avatar

Trevor B.

Yelp
The best part of the whole meal was hands down the beer cheese soup. The chicken cesar salad was very bland and small. Also, the dressing was far too thick, so the salad was not worth the money. It would be a great place to watch a game with all the TVs and the service was fine at the bar. They have great beer specials and some are served in their boot glasses, which were pretty cool.
google avatar

Eric D.

Yelp
This is a great place to grab a drink, eat some good food, and watch a game. The wings are great! And the blackened chicken sandwich is delicious. Also recommend the chili. It's really good. Would love to see some side vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, or spinach on the menu sometime. The staff is friendly, but they don't seem like it at first. Takes them a few to get warmed up. Give 'em a try!

Mimi V.

Yelp
The cheese curds were delicious!!! The decor was what I would expect. The Miller Girl outside was iconic to see. You can buy Miller merchandise here as well.
