Sports bar Miller’s Ale House permanently closes its Las Vegas locations - Eater Vegas

"Miller’s Ale House, the casual sports bar with two locations at Town Square and Henderson near the Galleria at Sunset, closes both of its 'for the foreseeable future.' The pub known for its roster of 75 beers on tap and sports paraphernalia on the walls tells FOX 5 that the company let go of all of its furloughed employees. 'Casual dining restaurants have been particularly hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic,' Miller’s Ale House said in a statement. 'We continue to evaluate the future viability of our Miller’s Ale House restaurants in this new retail environment. For the foreseeable future, our two Nevada restaurants will remain closed, and as such we have made the difficult decision to release our furloughed team members.'" - Susan Stapleton

The menu has changed a bit since last time we were there. I enjoyed every bit of it...from therver to the beer to the dinner salad & meal. Cant wait to go back again. I could eat all my food. Leftovers yummie.

Stopped here on a recommendation. The food was typical bar food, along with a few nicer entrees added in. When the food was delivered it was barely warm and it took forever to come out and we hadn't ordered anything special. We ordered the naked chicken tenders and the pot stickers. Not sure if I would go back.

I frequent the Ale House about once a month. I walked in today at 2:30pm and was surprised by the stale beer and vomit smells. I overlooked the smell because I really wanted wings. Our waitress was Melissa. I asked for 20 mild breaded wings. Our order was at 2:30. At 3 pm I had to motion for her to come over to the table. There were maybe 5 other tables seated in the restaurant. I asked her what was taking so long. Her reply was priceless. She said maybe the cooks took a smoke break. REALLY? I received my order 10 minutes later. My wings were fried naked without sauce on them. I asked Melissa if my wings were breaded and she said yes. Check out the picture. Naked wings. I will never return.

I had a good time at this place and the food was yummy. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. We were lucky to come when it was not too busy but I could see that it would be a lot of fun when it was packed as well. I would definitely come here again as there is a good variety of food and drinks.

Staff was excellent & friendly! Nichole at the bar was friendly & attentive along with the manager (Eric I believe) who followed up with us to see how everything was. Food was good & good portions!

It's always a good time to come here. Monday is rib night. Had a great meal and watched the golden knights win game 2 in Winnipeg.

Been eating at Miller's ale house on the strip for 10yrs no issues ever. I ate at the sunset location with my wife and 2 kids recently, they tried to stick us with "community seating" without saying anything to us so after waiting an hour to be seated we are now blindsided and shocked. Up to this point I never even heard of "community seating". Basically they put one party on each side of the booths cramming as many people as possible in a booth, so now your eating in the same booth with strangers, loud or romantic is not happening here, totally bad date spot! Fight night/sports events yes, dates and family dinners absolutely not! 3 stars because the food/service was still par to the strip location, negative 2 stars because of the community seating nonsense!
