Miller's Ale House

Hopped in for a quick meal. Came in late and was seated immediately. Our server wasn't too nice, the only smile we got from her was when it came time to pay the bill. Not sure what happened to their menu, but the choices are quite limited compared to what it was. All of their great pastas from before are no longer there and the one that we did order was really bland with no flavor whatsoever. The only thing great was the dessert, captain Jack's buried treasure.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Kailyn at Miller’s Ale House, and I can honestly say she made my entire dining experience exceptional from start to finish. It’s not often that a server stands out the way she did professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive in every way. From the moment we sat down, Kailyn greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that immediately made us feel welcome. She had great timing always checking in at the right moments without hovering and she knew the menu inside and out. When we had questions about the specials and a few substitutions, she gave thoughtful recommendations that turned out perfect. You can tell she really cares about giving her guests the best experience possible. Our drinks were always full, our food came out exactly as ordered, and she even noticed a small mistake from the kitchen before we did and got it fixed right away without any fuss. That kind of attention to detail and initiative is rare and deserves recognition. What really stood out was her upbeat attitude and genuine kindness. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, positive, and made every table she served feel important. She has the kind of energy that makes people want to come back and because of her, I definitely will. Kailyn is an absolute asset to Miller’s Ale House. She represents everything great about excellent customer service professionalism, warmth, and pride in her work. I hope management knows what a gem they have on their team. Quick lunch! I was at a meeting near this place and hadn’t eaten breakfast so I decided to go get a quick burger. I waited for my burger for about 30 minutes in the mean time the server was lightly cleaning the bar area and would talk to other waitresses without realizing how long it’s been. The burger was not that good and not hot. I arrived at 11:20 am & left at 12:37 pm all for a quick burger. I’m not knocking the place at all just don’t go there for a QUICK lunch!

Party of 14 to celebrate a retirement and the service took so long, went up to a chubby manager and he said I told your witness to go and take care of her table. We still waited 10 more minutes. Server was bad over all

I recently ordered a 24-piece wing meal with French fries, requesting half garlic and half plain. When the order was mistakenly prepared with sauce on all the wings, I contacted the restaurant. Raul immediately handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He resolved the issue quickly and without hesitation, ensuring my order was corrected. The wings were cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and exceeded expectations. Thanks to Raul’s outstanding service and the restaurant’s commitment to customer satisfaction, this has become my go-to spot. Truly a 10/10 experience.

We had a huge group of about 30 people at Miller’s Ale House, and Kailyn was our server. She did an amazing job! Even with so many people and a bunch of kids in our group, she stayed patient, organized, and super friendly the entire time. She is such a kind person honestly it felt like we could talk to her like we’ve known her forever. She made sure everyone got what they needed, checked on us often, and kept everything running smooth. Kailyn handled everything like a pro and made the whole night easier for us. I would definitely ask for her again

Stop by and see Laura M, one of the nicest waitresses in Kendall! Ale House has some nice lunch specials. This location is a pretty chill spot for lunch. All of my experiences with the team here have been great. Hats off to Mac and Camillo for steering the ship!

I ordered take out has It delivered to my hotel and I got no utensils or napkins so I ended up having to leave the hotel anyways which defeated the purpose of delivery. I had the French onion soup It was really good I also had the buffalo fried shrimp and It was gross I couldn't eat It . Besides that they were cold they were tough. Won't be back to this location

I went to Miller's Ale House with a group of friends from work. The place looked nice and clean . The background music was good as well. The service was great and our waitress refilled our water a few times. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and both were pretty good. The only drawback to the place is that there is no space for a party of more than 10 to sit together.

This is my "go-to" chain sports bar. I love that it has all the bar food staples but equally healthier options too. This was my first time at this location and I'm glad I stopped by. Ambiance -- This location seemed more lit and cleaner than the other locations that I have visited in the past so that was a plus. Service - Andre effortlessly took great care of us. For food -- Ordered my staples, which I haven't had in while and it didn't disappoint. The chicken wings with fries were simply on point delicious! Andre was nice enough to give us a variety of dipping sauce which was a plus. It is a bit of a long distance for me; but if in the area again, I will most likely stop by again...!

I ordered a chicken BLT sandwich with fries for take out. The chicken was juicy, the bacon was crunchy, and the sauce delicious. The fries had just the right amount of crunch and salt. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the meal! Would totally get it again. Carolina the server was very helpful and welcoming.

Another awesome date night. Made possible by the friendly service and the music to unwind on a Friday hot night in Miami. We will be sure to return. I hope you will too

My friends and I attempted to have dinner here but it took 2 hours... for two appetizers while other tables arrived after us and left way before. The bathroom also smelled like straight pneumonia. A smell I sadly can't forget. Get service but terrible management.

I have been to several Miller's Ale House locations this one has to be the worse for atmosphere. Although we were seated right away and the hostess was very nice. Our server greeted us while we walked to our seats and acted like we were in a gang with slang and gestures. Then he disappeared for so long another server came and took our order for drinks and food, he was very nice. Manny was great. The other guy however was in and out talking with two girls in the next booth that were drunk or high and the server acted like he was getting to know them. He even sat down with the girls in the booth. They were very loud, rude cursing, and pounding the table. I couldn't even have a conversation in my booth because they were so loud. However the food came out timely and was delicious, Manny is an attentive server and knows how to do his job.

Worst experience at any Millers Ale House so far. Food was no only cold but it looked like leftovers. I order chicken fajitas and I received little pieces of chicken, almost no cheese, when I asked if they could provide more cheese they charged me extra. No wonder it was empty on a Friday afternoon. Server needs some customer service training.

Unfortunately this isn't my first time here, I do live around the corner and being in hospitality there's times that my schedule doesn't give me time to grab a bite after work. Therefore I order for pickup from here or dine in. However , today pretty much did it for me. We ordered our beer and some food items. They were out of a whole bunch of items so I decided to go for wings , Caesar salad and loaded fries. Order took about 30 mins- mind you a Caesar salad takes about tops 2 minutes to make. Granted there is others tables I'm not the only one in this building so a few minutes at that is understandable ( FYI never got our salad until all of our other items came because the bartender forgot it). Fries come out ( supposed to be loaded ) but pretty much got an entire pig ( bacon ) and scallions barely any cheese. I asked the bartender to bring a side of cheese and she got super bothered. After receiving fries, wings , and my salad, bartender didn't visit us the ENTIRE time we were stationed here because she was annoyed that we complained about our un-presentable loaded fries. I will definitely not be dining here ever again. They need to change all their staff including management.

The manager and waiters are nice. The price is reasonable. The wings are the best in town. They have lunch specials and all day specials for good price. Good place to watch sports games.

This Kendall Ale House is just amazing. Our bartender Alex is on point never missing a beat. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and the calamari was spectacular. Recommend Korean barbecue sauce with the calamari. Sports playing everywhere. You won't miss your game coming here.

I normally like going to Alehouse for the good food and usually good service. Today we went to have lunch at 2 PM and the restaurant was not busy at all. We were seated at a booth and waited eight minutes without anyone coming over and I spoke to an employee and I asked about our server. She said she will get the server to our table. A couple of more minutes went by and still nobody. So my wife and I got up and left. We went over to Flannigans, and had a server at our booth within one minute of sitting down. I normally don't like to leave bad reviews, but when you don't even get anyone to attend to you it's a well deserved bad review.

First time here && the food was not only good but hot && fresh as well. The pasta was lightly seasoned && nicely portioned. The burger was juicy. The cheese sticks were crispy && fresh. The margaritas definitely 10/10 && the spinach dip was good.... Would definitely visit again...

Such a nice location with a lot of potential. But I'll never go back there again. I stopped in on a Wednesday about 2:30pm and had a draft Stella beer. Can you believe with a small tip and all it came out to $8.00 !!! They have totally missed the price point. Stay away unless you're rich and can pay South Beach prices in West Kendall. Crazy!

Wednesday late night bites! Food was great (as per usual). Our server Jimson was very attentive and friendly. She even cracked a couple jokes while we were ordering. We will definitely ask for her next time!

Late night food craving? Ale House hits the spot while others (like the fishing-themed restaurant w/ the green logo down the street) are too busy throwing out drunks. But I digress. Jimson, our waitress, hooked us up with the new Mountain Melt Madness -- which was awesome! Chicken zingers on top of French fries, atop a Bavarian pretzel and cheese! And a Caesar salad to lighten it up, of course. She was awesome! We appreciated honest recommendations and of course, stellar service. Thank you for feeding and taking care of us!

First date, anniversary, late night dinner, lunch, whatever you want Milllers is the spot to hit. Food always hot and fast amazing flavor, never misses And DRE our server honestly couldnt recommend anyone better, fast service, never had to ask for anything, always attentive and passionate with how he works plz when u stop by ask for him and if you can give him my thanks too, Amazing service will be coming back for more time to come.

Overall, the vibe here is great normally, but what really makes a difference is the servers. Andre is phenomenal, was super personable made a great suggestion - we had the Ossobuco and Corn Beef Spring Rolls and they did not disappoint.

Had a positive experience! We ordered Mahi mahi tacos and asked for the beer to be brought with the meal - done. Ordered two sandwiches and asked for them to be cut in half - done. Jimson our server was very nice and the food was good.

Ari and Jorge were fantastic bartenders. Quick, efficient and Kind! I enjoy coming here for food, drinks and fun!! It's a must!

We arrived late at late- we got seated in around 15-25 mins in. I would definitely recommend to try the regular zingers and fried jalapeños (if your into spicy). I personally don't recommend to get the singer mountain melt because as you can see from my pictures most of the time it's just fries with very skinny chicken. If you haven't tried this place out I would recommend to try it at least once- especially if you would want something quick.

Our waiter Dre was awesome and had an amazing energy to him. He made sure our food was to our liking and was very attentive to anything we needed. Definitely will come back because of his service!

This place has become a very very family oriented restaurant/bar over the years. This Kendall staple has been around for many many years and everyone can know knows this alehouse location. Great food great service staff is very friendly and courteous and always willing to help.

Wing Man Robby is the best in the Wing game!!! Great time on Wing Wednesdays, Andre is also an amazing server super personable and great recommendations.

The prime rib burger was amazing. It has a unique garlic sauce you can only get at Miller's. Even the classic burger for $10 every day is delish. Friendly staff. Love this place.

Had the pleasure of coming to the Miller's Ale House in Kendall. The place was amazing! Had the calamari and it was phenomenal. Very fresh and crispy. Also had the minestrone soup and delicious as well. Management is definitely doing things right here. Been to other locations and definitely by far the best location I have been to. The music was awesome and the drinks were great. Jorge our bartender has always treated us great and recommend seeing him. Jojo is an awesome waitress and my wife and I love coming here. Highly recommend and keep up the great service. Thank you.

The entire staff was extremely friendly, even over the phone when we had called beforehand about the wait. We were seated and attended to very quickly and all of our food was delicious. Our server Jimson made our experience truly special with her inviting personality and great recommendations. Went here for lunch as my 1st outing in 2024. Nilsa attended to us and she was very pleasant and welcoming. She served us $4.99 margaritas that were amazing! Thank you Nilsa for the amazing experience to 2024 cheers

I've never had a bartlender as efficient as Jorge. He moves faster than anyone I've ever had the pleasure of serving me. In addition to being personable and friendly. This is the place to go when in Kendall!

Drinks were good, however on xmas day we came to eat b4 it was busy. Around 6pm sat at the bar. Ordered drinks an appetizer cheese fries no big thing at all. Looked to be missing fries but whatever and then ordered fajitas. While we asked about our order and was told a few more minutes.. ordered another round of drinks.To our desmay, our order never made it out after 2 hrs later. To be told it was not put in.. asked for the Mgr. Who never showed their face.. didn't apologize just comp the fries.. CHEAP Everything should OF been COMP. WE DIDNT EAT DINNER. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! poor mgmt and time mgmt skills. The kitchen there was poorly controlled.. so sad 1 star just to post. Truly Zero stars.

Miller Ale House by the Kendall area has amazing service and quality dinning. I love the vibe it gave off and the fact that this place LITERALLY has flat screens tv in every corner, literally! It was entertaining to watch while your at the bar or in your booth. Not gunna lie, it's pretty cold so ladies/gentlemen if you get cold easily, I suggest bring a light sweater. Other than that, the food was delicious and fulfilling. My husband and I ordered ribs. I did half and he did full. We got dessert too since we had some room! Overall, satisfied! Wait, wait! Forgot to mention it's in a shopping center so there's enough parking and they also have curb pickup too :) hope this helps!

I came here today to get some zingers because what a deal for 699 the garlic parmigiana are of the bomb but make sure you get Andre and Mikey V day walk and facts. Like if I don't have them for servers I'll leave. Remember Andre and Mikey B. Also the lemon drop martini makes Mundane Monday or Manic Monday awesome

Hey y'all!!! Let's talk about JIMSON!!! She has got to be the most friendly and funny server I've ever had in my life!!! She truly is a gem! She went out of her way to make things PERFECT!!! She makes the BEST food recommendations. And that sauce, that Tequila BBQ!!!! Wow!!!! That's "slap yo mama" BBQ sauce!!!! Can't wait to come back for some more! But, the best part of my experience, was JIMSON!!!! You really have a great server there! Wish they all could be like her! Her personality rocks!

Worst service I've ever had. The tall, black girl that was our server looked like she had been drinking. I told the manager (a heavy gentleman) that there was something wrong with her and he clearly did not care. I have had positive experiences at this place before but I won't be back.

Came out tonight to watch the Dolphin Game. The staff was nice and friendly. Ordered some nachos to eat and some drinks my server Dre recommend. All I can say is wow they were good. Thanks Dre for being so kind and awesome. Amd recommending those drinks to us. See you next time. Btw My daughter enjoyed her 1st drink for her 21st.

This is a food review as it only covers their takeout. I used to go there frequently to grab a Guinness and have lunch. The fish sandwich and homemade chips were outstanding. Then something changed. The chips were no longer delicious. The bartender told me they changed how the chips were made. I switched to fries. Last night we ordered home delivery and got the special which was ribs. I also ordered the chips (try again) and cole slaw. Everything was horrible. the ribs were dry, overcooked, and came warm where some fat had turned cool and greasy. The chips had not improved. The ribs were the daily special so I can only assume they prepared a large quantity and kept them on a warm fire until they got an order. This would have dried them out. There was no sauce to speak of and a spice concoction that was not flavorful. The cole slaw was also not good. I love the location as it is nearby. I just wish they had better food. I may still stop by but only for a Guinness.

Great casual place to catch up with friends or watch a sports game. Yummy food at a reasonable price like nachos, chicken wings and burgers. Lots of choices without being overwhelming. Didn't wait long to get a table and service was quick. Our waitress was super nice and attentive
