The place is close the Main Street and occasionally noisy at the terrace. The dish selection is interesting, with refined dishes of undeniable quality. The service is friendly, helpful, attentive and up to the standard you would expect. The food was tasteful, creative and overdone on the plate decorations. Unfortunately disappointing was the Sardinian piglet dish, we expected a crust but it was soft and wobbly, with an overwhelming fat content, bones & ligaments with very little meat. We would have anticipated a better meat selection for a recognised restaurant of the M-guide. The price was as per our expectations.

Had a lovely time dining at this charming restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant. Our server Silvia was very helpful in helping us choose a wine which paired perfectly with the evening and also took the time to talk us through her favourite dishes, every recommendation being spot on. The food was also perfect with me and my girlfriend both loving the food and also the experimenting with various flavours and textures. We hope to visit again in the near future

Had an amazing dinner at Ristorante Millos tonight, especially thanks to the great service offered by Stefano and the rest of the staff. It was very easy to do a reservation over the phone, find the restaurant, everything. They were so friendly and helpful, whether it was speaking in English to me, or Italian to my daughter and wife. They really went above and beyond with food and drink recommendations, and everything else we needed. It ended up being a very memorable night, and we even got to meet chef Fausto who wowed us with everything! Food wise we had a few different starters, all very creative and delicious (including a beautiful ‘fake tomato’). The octopus appetizer was also amazing. For the mains, we had several different pastas, all accentuated by local fish and seafood. Everything was delicious - I would write the names down but in reality, it doesn’t matter. Ask for recommendations and they’ll wow you with something that’s fresh and that you’ll love. Dessert was a must, and definitely didn’t disappoint. Thanks for such a great evening- Stefano, Chef Fausto, and the rest of the beautiful staff tonight!

The worst dining experience ever. We ordered a sea bream (dorado), and when it arrived, it was completely undercooked — the fish was raw inside, and the vegetables were also raw. When the waiter started to serve it, she realized there was blood coming out of the fish, so she took it back to the kitchen. About 10 minutes later, they brought the same fish back, partially cooked somewhere in the kitchen, still with raw vegetables, cold, and absolutely inedible. Overall, it was the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had in Sardinia. Not recommended.

The stand out here is the service. Our waiter was so lovely and attentive, a credit to the restaurant. The food my partner enjoyed more than me. We had a mushroom pumpkin starter - the menu is limited so please check before you come - we noticed another group struggle with limited menu options. I get the ‘less is more’ approach but the menu could do with just a little more optionality I feel. I had the pasta with clams and it was a little bland I thought, however my partner had a spaghetti dish which she loved and was very happy with. Dessert was lovely - a type of crème brûlée with fig jam and Myrtle ice cream - unique and beautiful! The restaurant is around the corner from the square and quite peaceful, all the staff are lovely and welcoming- I’d highly recommend as long as you check the menu and are sure there’s something there to draw you in .

We have visited Millo Restaurant tonight and it was amazing. Freshest fish I had in a loooong time. Cooked to perfection. Calamari fritti which were so light and low on fat, again, can't be done better. Deserts, wine, the service, all an absolut delight. And when the chef himself brings your daughter cookies, what else do you want. I would go again and think they are probably one of the best value for money upper tier restaurants in north Sardinia. They combine solid cooking skills, know how about the local food, best ingredients with special twists, without overdoing it. Always respecting the classic traditions. Top job everyone.

The food was very delicious and looked really good! The staff was very friendly and the chef came to all of the guest. The music was so nice in the restaurant and we had a place where we could watch the sea - so it was pretty perfect :)

We didnt have reservations and they accommodated us. Super friendly, classy white table cloth restaurant with outstanding food. Beautiful view of the ocean and the city from top floor. Pastas and fish were really good. Thanks.
