The matcha kasutera was much too sweet for my liking. But the cake was soft and moist. The matcha baumkuchen was not as sweet and more my speed but the the intensely green coloring was a little off putting.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Also everything that's sold here just tastes so amazing! I also love the small attention to detail they give. For instance, on one of the rainy days I went, they gave me a plastic cover so that my box won't get soaked in the rain! I am definitely returning here again for gifts and special occasions.

If you like Japanese dessert, try this place! I remember my dad bringing little Japanese manju whenever he had a trip to Japan. I love how outside is so smooth and inside was filled with sweet bean fillings. I was able to go back to that memories from this store. Price is a bit $$$$ but, hey, they are GOOD. Staffs are super friendly and their packaging is just so cute :D
