Mina's

Love it! We were greeted by the owner as soon as we entered with genuine warmth and friendliness. Very cozy and cute atmosphere, love all the little coffee signs. The food was DELICIOUS!! We got 2 French toast platters that came with 2 eggs and a side of meat. Finally got scrapple the way I like it! Instead of 1 big slab that’s all mushy on the inside she does 2 thinner slabs so they’re nice and crispy. 2 delicious breakfast platters for the same if not less than 2 fast food meals- way tastier and better quality. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I had high hopes based on the 5-star reviews and photos of a great-looking pork roll, egg, and cheese everything bagel. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different. The bagel was burnt, and the pork roll was severely overcooked to the point of being blackened. I even paid for extra meat, but all that meant was getting extra burnt pieces, which made the sandwich extremely bitter and inedible. And I’m someone who doesn’t mind a little char but this was way overboard. I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it away. Really disappointing first experience.

My husband and I went here today for the first time. It's such a cute little hidden gem right in Folsom! Apon entering we were greeted with smiles and great energy. We ordered the French toast sandwich and a croissant sandwich and it was all delicious and very affordable! We highly recommend Mina's for breakfast!

I love the intimate atmosphere of this shop! I was immediately greeted and I can really appreciate that. I ordered an everything bagel w egg and cheese and WOW it was just the way I like it :) I got to learn about why the store is named Mina’s and how some menu items were inspired, which was super wholesome. I look forward to the expanded menu updates !! I know it’s going to be fantastic

This is a really cute breakfast spot that just opened. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches 2 extra cheese and sausage. And 1 with an *EGG ALLERGY*. She helped accommodate the egg allergy and everything was delicious! I’m so happy we’re getting a good breakfast place near us.

We went for takeout breakfast at Mina's. AMAAAAZING. The Cafe is so cute and cozy, with a great little dining area. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Food is phenomenal and super reasonably priced. Great breakfast spot if you havent tried it yet, you're missing out.

Do you sit around lamenting that in this day and age, everything has been taken over by corporate overlords? That no matter where you go it’s all just homogenous shiny chain places bereft of any local feel? Well here you go. Here is an antidote, a rift in the corporate fabric. An adorable hole-in-the-wall spot run by one lady behind the counter who smiles and makes friendly conversation while slinging traditional breakfast food like it was still the old days. Is it fancy? Nope. Is it modern or trendy? Nope. Is it simple and yummy? Hells yes. It’s like stepping into a Time Machine in all the right ways. I couldn’t be happier that this place exists. Now get over there and do your part to make sure it stays that way.

Tiny breakfast cafe. A one person shop, the owner does everything, so the food is made with exceptional care. There are two tables in the place with two chairs at each table which we pushed together because there were four of us. Most people take the food to go. The Nutella toast is excellent. Definitely worth your visit.

I come here every weekend and look forward to it after my morning runs! Stephanie makes THE best breakfast sandwiches hands down and she is always so kind. She also has platters, which is usually some kind of toast (french, avocado, nutella, etc.) with two eggs your way and a side of meat. The food is always made fresh. She currently has her smaller grills and says she's waiting on her larger grill for this summer, so sometimes it's a bit of a wait depending what time of day you come. But it's seriously worth it! If you're out on a stroll, there's outdoor seating but I usually just order to go. She takes orders ahead and also takes Apple Pay (which is nice because I always forget my wallet on my runs). Cannot recommend this place enough!

Such a cute place, the owner Stephanie has such a welcoming vibe and those French toast are crazy good! I love supporting family owned businesses. Definitely will be back.
