This Hotel and their people give you a real five star hotel experience. The Minato is a fantastic Old School Japanese Sushi Restaurant. The restaurant offer a great range of sushi. The taste is super good and the ingredients used a from the highest quality. It’s quite expensive for Flensburg but that’s okay if you have I once in a while.

Good for us we selected the surprise menu – what a fantastic delivery. Everything was excellent – probably the best sashimi and sushi I had for years. The dessert was the dot on the i – thank you for a great dinner!!!

Sehr schönes Restaurant im Hotel DAS JAMES mit aufmerksamen Service. Alles zeugt von hoher Qualität. Empfehlenswert ist das Überraschungsmenü Omakase. Das Wort „Omakase“ kommt aus dem Japanischen und bedeutet „Ich verlasse mich auf dich“. Dieser Begriff wird verwendet, um anzuzeigen, dass der Gast die Kontrolle abgibt und dem Koch vollkommen vertraut. Im Minato lohnt es sich, die Kontrolle abzugeben.

Wow, was für eine tolle Qualität und Service. Wer hier das Sushi genießt, schmeckt die wunderbare Qualität und Frische des Fisches. Das Menü ist mit 69€ kein Schnäppchen, aber es ist ein Genuss und Erlebnisse über fast 3 Stunden 👍 Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man sich was gönnen will 🥰
