Mindy Weiss Party Consultants

I fired Mindy and her assistant a few months before my wedding, as they were late in preparing the invitations, and my expectations were not met in other areas. Several days later, the hair stylist team informed me that they would no longer do my hair because I fired Mindy. It was a stressful experience, and I would not recommend Mindy Weiss.

I tried to contact them for a month trying to get them to plan my wedding. Could never get a clear answer from Mindy or any of her staff they just kept telling me they will call me next week. Which turned into a month. Emailed Mindy directly but was ignored by her and her assistant. Super frustrating and unprofessional. Take your money somewhere else. Maybe because I’m not a celebrity she didn’t want to plan my wedding. The least she could do is tel me she’s not available.

If you are serious about having a party planned this is def the place to go to. Bryan helped me out here and he was very attentive. Everyone here is very experienced and they made my short deadline meet beyond expectations. They can do any event possible. I would not risk going anywhere else. A++++++

I never been to this place but the people on the phone I talk to you after having a situation I had to let them know about and they where very nice and professional attitude towards me so I guess they're very nice people, okay bye.

We had to fire Mindy Weiss, as they were late with our invitations and she was quite rude when I told her I was getting nervous. She may be nice to celebrity clients, but she made us feel like we were not important clients at all! She barely listened and kept insisting on a certain themes and aspects that did not honor our family traditions. Once we fired her, she also called our hair and makeup team and told them to drop us as clients, from what they told us. This very very hurtful, vindictive and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend her, nor her team, as Mindy was rude and apologetically unpleasant to work with. Honestly, a traumatic experience dealing with her.

Mindy Weiss and her small staff plan top-tier weddings, baby showers, bridal showers and corporate events in California (and beyond for destination weddings). Not quite as over-the-top in price as Sharon Sacks and her crew - but Mindy is a real pro. She has done lots of celebrity weddings as well. Gorgeous work.

If you want the best of the best of the best, you have to call Mindy. Not only is she an absolutely lovely person, but her designs are amazing and her contacts are unparalleled. Able to work within your budget and always conscious of a deal, Mindy and her team come through time and time again. I love spending time with her and would recommend her time and time again.

my friend had a consultation with mindy weiss for her wedding and the package that she offered was a WAY over her budget. it was about $10K including 4 assistants and event design, though they did not help her with finding the venue, which was the most important issue for my friend. she was very nice and professional, but was not good at following up. she sent out a contract via email and that was it. she wasn't that friendly with the clients before signing the contract. i understand that she's been in the business for a long time and well known at what she does, but i don't think i want to hire her as my wedding planner. with all due respect, she really needs to be passionate with her work and her potential clients.
