"Very close to Ku'damm, this chic and laid-back establishment is run by a family that already has restaurants in St Petersburg and Moscow. The premises actually used to be home to Berlin's smallest bar. A charming pavement terrace beckons in front of the restaurant. Their Italian cuisine (including classics such as vitello tonnato or pasta) also draws on international and seasonal influences. Opt for the "Greatest Hits" set menu (two or more people) for a tempting selection of dishes. Nicely curated wine list. The wine cellar can also be booked for private dinners or chef's table events." - Michelin Inspector

MINE Berlin is a great spot with a lovely atmosphere and absolutely delicious pasta dishes. I’ve visited twice already, and the food has consistently delivered - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. However, the service was a bit of a hiccup on both occasions. Especially during the second visit, we experienced a 45-minute wait for food due to a technical issue in the kitchen - which we were only informed about once the dishes finally arrived. It left a small dent in an otherwise great evening. That said, the quality of the food and the vibe of the place still make it worth visiting. Just hoping for a bit more communication and consistency from the service side in the future.

Hands down the best dining experience in Berlin - ever! Attention to detail - every detail. Warm welcome, courteous and professional service and super delicious food presented beautifully on each plate!

Booked a table for two and wanted to try their 6 meal menu (the greatest hits), as we arrived staff welcomed us, they were super friendly and helped us with our seats, got us some water and brought some crackers with whipped cheese which tasted like gorgonzola? Cheese, wasn't my favorite but i could get busy with it for a while. We asked for their greatest hits and they were also nice enough to make some modifications for my brother to accommodate his taste, it begun by their vitello tonnato, thinly sliced cold veal meat served with a fish based sauce, did not taste fishy at all and was nice to begin with. Shortly after came the eggplant with a layer of caramelized sugar on top, served with their tomato sauce and burrata, it also had a hint of coconut oil and tasted really good. The first pasta they offered was tortelli, you could feel the hand made pasta being perfectly cooked, in a creamy butter sauce and some freshly shaved truffle on top, it tasted really great and we liked it very much. The second pasta was ravioli cacio e pepe, you could taste the fresh pepper taste well enough and the meat inside, was perfectly wrapped and cooked. The best meal for the night was their lamb chop, served with a creamy mashed potato and stirred vegetables which were amazing. The lamb itself was perfectly cooked, did not taste gamey at all and was soft and juicy. And to finish it up, they had their Tiramisu to offer, which they served at our table, it tasted nice, not too sweet and rich enough with an amazing coffee taste. My experience in this restaurant was really good, it had a really nice environment perfect for dates or a night out with your family, the staff are also very friendly, had helped us as much as they could and I would definently recommend and I cannot wait to go there again and taste their braised Lamb or steak.

Excellent meal. The aubergine starter was probably the favourite. Duck Ragu pasta also very good. Service was also excellent. Be prepared for an extensive (and expensive) wine list..

We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday, and what can I say, they really made us feel special! When I booked, I filled in the information, specifying it was his birthday, and upon arrival, we got offered a glass of Prosecco on the house. The staff was super attentive and very knowledgeable of everything, giving us advice, spending also some time with us telling us more about the history of the restaurant, etc. We ordered two shared antipasti, burrata with pomodorini and frutti di bosco (it was magical), vitel tonnè, and then for main course we had the lamb chops and the cod, all accompanied by a Vermentino from Liguria. Lastly, tiramisù, prepared perfectly grandma’s style, loved it! What can I say, 100% recommended!!

The food was very good. There was also a wide selection of wines. We made a reservation with high expectations for a Michelin restaurant, and the food tasted as good as we expected. However, the service staff suddenly asked us to change seats from the window to the corner seats inside, and when we refused her offer, her attitude and expression made us very uncomfortable. After that, her service continued to be very unfriendly, and eventually the server was replaced. I wonder if the meal cost and tip we paid were reasonable. However, we were very satisfied with the food taste.

Great food. Good atmosphere. Service is good! Chef menu is a good choice to try all dishes at once. Would come back for sure.

Yelp
So fortunate that this was right across from our hotel! We came as a party of 2 without a reservation on a weeknight as soon as it opened for dinner, so we were seated immediately. You might need a reservation though on a weekend night! Food: - Artichoke salad: this was a special, so it might not be available now. The salad was covered in fresh slivers of Parmesan and had a delicious bright acidity to it. The artichokes were thinly shaved and paired with greens. - Rigatoni Alla Norma: Highly recommend! Homemade pasta was perfectly al dente with generous chunks of burrata throughout. The eggplant (aubergine) and tomatoes were cooked down with garlic, and the sauce was superb! - Ziti with stewed oxtail ragu: Pasta was also perfectly al dente! It was a great pairing with the rigatoni because this had a protein and was lighter in flavor. Overall: Wonderful Italian food in Berlin!

Yelp
I took a sip of water from my reusable water bottle. Then the waiter told me to please not drink outside drinks here. I said oh it's just water. And he said well this is a business so...and then he left us with the menu. So? What do you mean so? So I left. I understand that it can be rude or bad for a business when customers bring in drinks from other businesses like Starbucks or boba or a beer but this was literally water from a nondescript hydro flask. Like chill out. Water is literally a human right. Do you expect me to buy your expensive bottled water when I can get good water for free from home? It's not bad for business. I can drink my own water and still order drinks from your establishment. Now you get no business. Place looked cool though. I would have stayed if not for that incident. But I will not be returning to give it another chance. I simply don't believe in giving business to establishments with poor service or idiotic rules.

Yelp
Delicious food and even better service. I absolutely loved the burrata and the clams with post. The wine pairing is epic. Yes. Please try it.

Yelp
A Russian owned/operated restaurant, thoroughly Italian influenced, that has become a neighborhood favorite. Some of the dishes are genre-defining, such as the eggplant, imported from Italy and served in delicious, steak-like chunks. The linguine vongole is easily the best rendition of this dish in Berlin, dare I say anywhere? and will leave you thinking about it long afterwards. Almost everything here is good. Service is courteous and professional. The wine list is solid. Ambiance is elegant-casual, as is the crowd. Not inexpensive but a good price-value proposition in my mind. I recommend this restaurant to friends often.

Yelp
It is rare when a restaurant that comes so highly recommended lives up to the acclaim. The food quality, service and aesthetic of "Mine" in Berlin are truly superior. When the concierge at my hotel (Berlin Zoo) commended Italian food in the heart of Germany, I was naturally skeptical. On my first visit, I began with the salad w avocado, burrata and tomatoes (the fresh burrata stole the show). Next, I enjoyed the Tortelli w Burrata and Truffle which was both delicate and savory. I ended the meal with a peanut mousse and ice cream dessert which was inventive and tasted like a Snickers. The server recommended a light German red that paired well with the delicate textures in e meal. It was such a great experience, I returned the next night. On my second visit, I started with the tuna carpaccio (which was the best I have ever tasted). The puréed tomatoes and pickled chilis gave it a fantastic flavor. For my main meal, I ate the ravioli del plin which was filled with slow roasted beef and covered in truffles. And yes, I ate desert again. The tiramisu was THE BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED -- thick and tasty mascarpone. Bravo. Make reservations bc this place is special.

Yelp
Some of the best Italian food we've ever had, even in Italy. Beef cheeks were rich and umami. Tagliatelle with rabbit was scrumptious. Try SP 68, a unique Sicilian red. Reservations recommended. Mine is a bit hard to find in a quiet neighborhood, especially if walking. Worth the search.

Yelp
Good food, nice service. I went here with my friend. However, we ordered the steak (which is for 2 people). The English menu states that it's 12 Euro for 100g. Since it's for two people, I assumed that the dish would cost 24 Euro and we EACH get TWO 100g portion. However, we got a piece of steak that was 900g and the waiter never mentioned that before hand. It's very misleading and confusing. We also ordered a pasta, and an octopus entree since we assumed our steak was just a small piece. A good waiter from a good restaurant like this should have informed us and said "hey, you are ordering way too much." But not here at MINE. MINE attempts to earn a Michelin Star in the future, good luck getting a star with this kind of service. You also do not sell Vodka which is a NO NO. I have been to Tim Raue and Facil here in Berlin and had an exceptional experience, both of them have 2 stars Michelin. MINE has a lot of work to do if they want to join the big league. Good luck.

Yelp
This restaurant needs to have 5 stars! Staff was very friendly and fast service. The food was delicious! Carefully thought about flavourcombinations. Portions are enough. Music and atmosphere were perfect! Furniture is beautiful and the lights are special. Romantic dinner for two was succeeded!
