Place was packed on a Sunday evening and with good reason. Pizza crust is crispy. Hot honey pizza flavorful. Buffalo hot wings crispy and served hot as should be. Virgin River vibes. Always a pleasure to see hard working young people working quickly, polite and mindfully. Appreciated the cleanliness of the place. Trivial pursuit game cards at the table were a nice touch. Finally, if it matters like it does to me, their ice is clear.

Google
If you’re looking for the best pizza and wings in town, you have found it. I have been going to Mineo’s since 2007. The food has never varied and stayed deliciously consistent. Being a classic cheese guy, Portnoy come on down. Even delivered 25 minutes away, it showed up still crispy like it was fresh out of the oven. We order this at least twice a month and just have to brag on how incredible it always is. Crispy pizza (no flop), sweet heat wings are the best, and the baked ziti would compete in Italy. All in all 100/10. *Bonus the pizza boxes are also incredible!

Google
Wow! Been here over 12 years and never ate at Mineo’s until now!! Amazing food- old school pizzeria with home cooked Italian favorites. This is an establishment I’ll be supporting often now!

Joy Danison

Google
Been looking for a great pizza restaurant and finally found it, this place won’t leave you disappointed! The marinara sauce was amazing! We started off with garlic knots which are to die for. The fried ravioli bites are great as well. We got a medium pepperoni pizza and a small cheese pizza. All the food was super good and we will be back with friends and family. There’s a bar with cold beer and wine and you can’t have a great pizza place without arcade games in the back.

Google
Love this pizza. This is a place we have gone back to multiple times and we’ve only lived here for a month. Great service every time I come. The walls are decked out in funny and fun signs (the signs in the bathroom are the funniest). Get the pizza with spicy honey on it. Soooo good.

Google
Great little family run place, even has a small bar. Stopped here while working in the area. The signs on the walls are a riot. Quite entertaining! My veggie Stromboli Was spot on and nice little side of sauce to go with. Flavorful crust and yet still doughy inside, just how it should be! Definitely would stop by again if in the area. Young ladies that were running the place were very cordial and seemed happy to be there.

Google
Best pizza + wings! My husband and I enjoy coming here - Monica, PJ, Brandon and Ryder are the best! Trivia night is always a good time!

Mallory Miller

Google
Edited to add how much we still love this place and add some photos! We come back now every few months and always get a large because it reheats SO well. Original review: We couldn’t decide on what to eat before the movies today and stumbled into this pizzeria after seeing how busy it was compared to our original choice. Absolutely fantastic, the crust was the best we have had in the area and the hot honey firecracker pizza was 🤌 we will absolutely be back.

Yelp
Me and my mother went here, ordered a half-and-half pepperoni and meat lovers pizza and absolutely loved it! The servers were very kind and accommodating to us and were quick with appetizers and pizza. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Stopped at this spot by my hotel for lunch while my son was at a nearby wrestling camp. I didn't know what to expect from the outside. Looked like a basic pizza joint. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the inside atmosphere. While definitely a pizza joint, it had a cool local vibe and super friendly and prompt service. There is a selection of eight drafts on tap and wine. I ordered a cold, refreshing draft as I decided on my on my order. Despite the "Best Pizza" awards on the wall, I ordered a calzone. Wow!!!! If their pizza is anywhere near the goodness and quality of the calzone, I can understand why it is award winning. Overall great experience. I tip my hat to the mom and son duo that owns the place. Awesome place.

Yelp
We were looking for a sports bar to watch the Wisconsin Michigan State men's BB game and came across Mineo's. It has a small street presence so didn't know what to expect. Once inside we found a cozy ma and pa pizza joint with great food and plenty of TVs. Place is nicely decorated with sports art and family pictures. Brandan was our host/server. Told him we were there for the duration and wanted to pace our meal. He let us pick a table and a tv, and we were off and running. The place has about 12-15 tables with red and white checked tablecloths. We started with the Antipasto Salad. It was large and loaded with all kinds of cheese, meats, veggies. A creamy vinaigrette dressing came on the side. The salad could have served 4. Also ordered the 6 piece garlic knots with marinara. Delicious. I know it's just bread, but we were hungry. At the half we ordered the small hand tossed Hippie Pizza with added pepperoni. The pizza crust was thin and crispy. It was also delicate which made us think the dough was made with love. Tomatoes, chicken, pesto and mozzarella rounded out the toppings. Brandon gave us great service and catered to all needs. We even talked a little BB. We often judge a place by the quality of the food. The food today was very good. We also judge places by the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the decor. Mineo's bathrooms were immaculate. You could eat off the floor. The decor, with a strong family representation was, warm and friendly. Highly recommend without any reservations. Value equation leaned to the right but the servings were large and high quality. Would definitely return.

Yelp
THE BEST Calzone I've ever had!! Huge, stuffed, perfectly golden!! Love this place!! Thanks for taking care of us, Morgan! You did a great job!! We'll be back!
google avatar

Ken B.

Yelp
Very good pizza.. crust was nice and crispy.. sauce was good.. cheese tasted very fresh. Buffalo chicken pizza was one of the better ones I've had.. a little greasy but with a ranch base and fried chicken bites on top it was to be expected.. cheese pizza also earned high marks.. cool vibe if you're coming in with the family or to catch a game. Service was friendly and on top of things as well. Will be back for sure!

Avery Jane W.

Yelp
Morgan was our server and she was awesome!! She recommended the pesto gnocchi and it was delicious! Will come back again. The garlic knots are always a must!!!!

Yelp
Greeted shortly after arriving. Patient waitress explained the different options and lunch menu. Casual atmosphere with great energy. I ordered the cup pepperoni with homemade meatballs. Great choice. Very fresh, hot and delicious!

Yelp
Stopped in today for lunch. Wings were awesome. Fresh and crispy, even when sauced. Pizza was slamming! Five stars from the guy from Buffalo, NY

Yelp
I love eating local, and I love supporting local businesses. However, I cannot get behind paying $30 for a two topping large pizza that I have to pickup (no delivery option). Called in a 2 topping order, they told us it would be 20 to 25 minutes. after about 40 minutes, it was finally done and the bill was nearly $28 before tip. All said and done $30 for one pizza. No thanks. I also called them one time for a large (50 1 topping pizzas) order for our neighborhood (that again I would pick up). Gave them a couple weeks advance notice too. After explaining to me that this would require them to bring in additional labor for the day, etc. they essentially offered me 5% off the full price menu. I ended up going down the street for literally 1/3 the price. Not going to name other businesses or disparage anybody, but that's just not competitive.

Debra K.

Yelp
Service was EXCELLENT!!! VERY FRIENDLY! They seem to truly care about their customers. Waitress and servers were very respectful. I haven't seen so much respect and I can't tell you how long. We're just passing through, but I would come here again If I was in the area. I would highly recommend this place A cute place with signs all over the walls. Seems to be family oriented. Hardwood floors with red and white check tablecloths. No preservatives in their foods. Food was also excellent! 10 's

Brandon W.

Yelp
10/10 service and food every-time for lunch! Would highly suggest! Can't beat the prices for lunch specials either

Kristina D.

Yelp
Split a supreme calzone and darn it this thing was tasty! The bread is especially good and crispy. Mozzarella sticks were freshly made too. Scarlett was great too! Very nice and easy going.

David C.

Yelp
Best pizza in Cool Springs. Good selection of pies to choose from and good ambiance in the restaurant. Take our family here often.

Suzi M.

Yelp
Scarlett was our wait staff and did an amazing job. Pizza was hot out of the oven and so, SO delicious. If you come here, you can't lose with the margarita pizza. It's SO good! My husband and son got the double pepperoni pizza and they loved that as well! Super fun restaurant!! Loved the entire experience!

Nicole P.

Yelp
We called in for a LARGE cauliflower pizza. We waited over an hour to pick up the pizza, ONLY TO GET A SMALL DINKY PIZZA with barely any toppings and it COST $24.00!?! Are you kidding me! This is a total rip off and could have easily gotten a frozen pizza that's bigger and tastes better. What an utter disappointment! Owner: the person who took our order did not disclose that information to us and should have said that from the beginning. The pizza was not good and has no flavor. Do better!

Taylor S.

Yelp
Morgan did awesome! Very respectful and on task! She makes your meal even better! The food was great and a awesome spot for family!
google avatar

H P.

Yelp
Pizza supreme was perfect. Best pizza I have found in Middle Tennessee. Same for the wings. We ordered them extra crispy and they did not disappoint. Sauce was fantastic, crispy and delicious. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Krissy F.

Yelp
Ryder is awesome!!! we always have exceptional service whether it's dine in or carry out. the video games are fun for the kids and the menu options are great! highly recommended!!

Yelp
Big, big fan of Mineo's in Franklin, TN. To me, the crispiest pizza in Middle Tennessee. Real NY vibes inside the restaurant and you can taste it in the product. Very nice people serving you as well. Impressed with their pizza and wings!

Brian H.

Yelp
We've been regulars at Mineo's for years. We love the food. The ambiance is perfect for your neighborhood pizza joint -- the signs on the walls are great. They always games on the TVs and we typically hit it when the 80s music is on the speakers. not sure if that an every night thing. The service is the best thing about Mineo's. On our recent visit, Taylor H took care of us. She's wonderful; treats you like she's glad you came in. Can't wait to see her again next time.
google avatar

Linda L.

Yelp
The server was a little slow to take my order. The food (calzone) was a good portion and tasty but was a little on the greasy side.

Jeff E.

Yelp
Our new favorite place! Hands down the best pizza, wings, and calzones in the area. Haven't tried the salads or pasta yet but they look amazing also.
google avatar

Dave L.

Yelp
I got a story. Mineos has a great pie, great taste, and at a premium price. I go there all the time. Wings are one of a kind too. But yesterday we added a pizza to our order for pick up. We were late picking up the 2nd pizza we ordered and they threw it away. And we were charged. They said "I can make another and not charge you". Morel of this story is to be nice, help the young people through complexity, be patient, and ask them to do the right thing. I love Mineos!

Madison G.

Yelp
After reading the reviews we decided that we had to try the wings as everyone seem to rave about them! I ordered extra crispy bone in and boneless wings! I was so excited to get home and try them, not only were they not crispy at all, they were cold and when I tasted them it tasted like rubber. The lady on the phone told us it would be an hour before the food was ready so we waited an hour to pick it up....but then it was cold when we got there. I was just so disappointed, I mean we ever asked them to be extra crispy and everything and the lady who took or order seem to ask me a million questions like how crispy, so I was like hell yes they know how to make good wings but I couldn't even eat 2 of them after I had to put them in the air fryer to try and brown and try to make them taste some what edible. Such a let down

Sherry H.

Yelp
This place is amazing!! The food and staff is fantastic and I was very pleased with my visit. All workers are so helpful and attentive. Definitely will be back and 100% recommend!!

Francesca L.

Yelp
Overall horrible experience. Came in with a party-- they were clearly not staffed appropriately. Not even good food to top it all off. Wouldn't recommend. Also the owner will be quick to tell you she and her staff doesn't recognize you or your order or anything of the like. The owner needs to apologize, and just take accountability, it's not the customers fault they aren't properly staffed, it's not the customers fault they were busy, it's not the customers fault the prices are astronomical. Learn how to be accommodating, offer a solution, rather than being on the defense.

Yelp
I ate here yesterday afternoon with a large group of friends (14). It was fabulous, and so nice to eat at a local, family owned restaurant here in Cool Springs which is mostly limited to chain restaurants. I called ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate us and spoke to Luke and he said he'd set aside seating for us. Luke ended up being our server, and he was very sweet and gracious to our rowdy table! We all mostly ordered different pizzas, although a few got pasta dishes, and I added wings to my pizza order. Most drank beer, a couple ordered wine. The pizzas were all very good! I got the Italian Stallion as my husband loves green olives and it had that as an ingredient along with Italian sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, salami and mushrooms. It was wonderful, the toppings were plentiful and the crust was perfect. Others ordered different specialty pizzas and had no complaints. I also got the traditional wings with a mild buffalo sauce and they were quite yummy. My son got the spaghetti & meatballs and it was a huge plate with 2 giant meatballs! He could only eat half of it so he had leftovers for another meal at home. Another person got the Mozzarella Caprese Salad, and the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The pasta dishes came with homemade garlic knots. The beer selection is rather limited, if you like craft beers like our crowd does. They are mostly standard beers, so that's the only recommendation I have, that they up their game on the beers and offer more options from local breweries. They were out of some of the limited ones they carry, but Luke explained they restock beers on Monday (we went on a Sunday so they were at the end of their supply by then). As far as the vibe, it was a perfect low key place to hang out with friends, drink beer and eat pizza etc, and watch football. There were plenty of TVs to watch the games. There were even fun video game machines if you're into that. We really enjoyed Mineo's - food, service, and vibe were all tops! It does take a little while to get your food but we understood with our big table, and it was nice anyway to not be rushed out the door (we stayed almost 2 1/2 hours!). So nice to support this local family owned restaurant!

Lana S.

Yelp
Love all their pasta dishes! Great wings and food is always fresh! Pizza is one of the best around too.

Dennis M.

Yelp
Either I got overcharged, or this is expensive pizza. I ordered a medium pizza with one half ham and one half sausage. Each half topping was charged at $3; total of $6 for one topping on each half. Service was fine even though it was busy. Total before tip (with iced tea) was $29. For a medium. I can't afford to eat here. I could have eaten at Amerigo's for less!

Yelp
This restaurant is so cute. There's decorations everywhere and the food is AMAZING. It's cooked fresh and the staff are wonderful. I recommend their meatballs because they're SO GOOD. Service was actually pretty fast imo. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, this place is AMAZING.
google avatar

Chay W.

Yelp
One of the best pizzas I've had in town. This is the definition of a neighborhood pizzeria. The food is always fresh and made to order. The staff is super friendly and the food comes out quickly.
google avatar

Bryan H.

Yelp
Expensive for the quality that you get (I had 2 pizzas, garlic knots, and 20 wings well over $115 with tip). Tried it once and none of my 5 family members and a guest were up for trying it again.

Everett S.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. The service is always so good and the food never disappoints. I love getting the garlic knots and pizza with my dad. Some of my favorite memories with him are from here. The environment In restaurant is always so laid back and relaxing I just wish there were more booths. Other than that I cannot find anything wrong with this place if you're looking for authentic pizza.

Jana C.

Yelp
We stopped in in-between our soccer games Saturday at 12pm and had the best service. We came in like a wreaking ball and basically took over. The server handled it very well and organized. We ordered and got our food and had time to still go back to the hotel to get our things for the next game. Our food was wonderful and highly recommended the buffalo tenders along with any of the pizzas.

Yelp
So here we were in 2020 amidst a pandemic, all quarantined in our homes. Yelp announced their Big Night In, a chance for us to celebrate within our own secluded domains and patronize smaller restaurants that need our support. We jumped at the chance! You didn't have to twist my arm! I love local eateries and I'm eager to support them, especially in these times. So I turned to Mineo's, one of the greatest experiences in the Cool Springs area, a hotspot for those who live in Brentwood and Franklin serving up phenomenal American comfort food for years and years! We had to get the garlic knots because they're simply amazing; buttery, chewy, and covered in minced garlic. The fried ravioli is just life changing! Crispy, yet soft, flavorful, yet understated, this is one of the premier appetizers in all of Cool Springs! I polished off a dozen lemon pepper wings that are always fried and seasoned to perfection, lemony but not overly flavored. For the final phase of our staycation, each member of the family had selected a small pizza, one of the staples of Mineo's. My wife got her favorite yet inexplicable pineapple-and-ham combination, while I indulged in an amazing pesto-based pizza with spinach and artichokes. Meanwhile, our son devoured his meat pizza loaded with protein-heavy toppings. Every single thing the cook prepares at Mineo's is fresh, flavorful, and artfully done. And it's been that way since they opened their doors decades ago. Consistency and quality are my two favorite characteristics in a restaurant, and Mineo's perfectly embodies both!

Yelp
New to the area and we are trying new pizza places every Week til we hit upon that go to place that will be our home every Tuesday night as that's our tradition. My wife had asked our neighborhood FB page to suggest and this one came up 1st and we visited last night...so here we go: Ambiance: Small family still Italian and pizza joint. Lots of cool signs, pictures, TN fare on the walls along with lots of NY references and fun sayings and quips. Restaurant was very crowded but we arrived a bit later 6:45pm for dinner so expected a bit of traffic. A bit hard to get around as it was so crowded and they were also having a trivia night so there's that. Service: We were greeted and told to hang for about 5 minutes until they could clear a table that just vacated so we obliged. When they asked us to come back it still hadn't been cleared but they were super busy and did remove it (but didn't wipe down the table) for us to sit down. Our server was one of only 2 for probably 18-20 tables which we felt was a lot and it showed as it took a while for her to take our order and she came back to check on us only 1x during our whole stay - no fault of her own she was just trying to stay above water. Really think they should have had more staff but unknown as to why they were short staffed and maybe it was just last night. Other than that service was pleasant and polite. Food: We ordered a large supreme and large cheese. Both were Ok but nothing to write hone about - crust was average, toppings were average and the sauce had a bit of a tinge to it as if it were not homemade. Garlic knots were smaller than we had expected / used to but they were baked properly and not burned. Price: For what we received I feel it was overpriced for the quality. Notwithstanding the happy hour that was stated as from 3-6pm on "select" beers - didn't include the one I was drinking (blue moon) and for $5.50 thought it was also high considering. Overall: I think it could be much better and maybe it was an off night but this was our experience. I feel the price paid $70 for 4 of us for 2 pizzas, 1 beer, 2 sodas and a held order of garlic knots was too high for the quality received. That being said they were very hospitable and the servers were hard working trying to keep up - maybe management can provide more staff on trivia nights when it's super busy and consider offering more value for the price! Keep Munching!

Yelp
I haven't been here in awhile. They are fully-open, and I had an Italian Stallion pizza. Wow. Really really good. Great crisp crust. The meatballs are special. The sauce is hearty. It is in a different league from chain store pizzas, and the best on the "east side" of Franklin. Great friendly service from a family-owned restaurant, too. Back in love with this place. Wings next time!!

Yelp
We went on a Tuesday evening. When we got to the restaurant, there was a handwritten note on the front door that they would be closing at 7:45pm due to some plumbing issue or something like that. Strange. If it is really an issue, then close. There was a group of 8 of us but since it was a slow Tuesday night, we were seated right away. There were only two other tables with people in the dining area. When it came time to order, our server took half the table's order and then walked away without taking the rest of our table's order. Drink options -- your VERY basic beer menu. Sam Adams is their "seasonal craft beer." Very basic, not-so-great wine. We ordered a round of wings to start. The wings took a long time to come out of the kitchen but they were fine. I thought it was strange that there was an extra charge if you wanted celery, ranch or blue cheese dressing to come with the wings. Normally that just comes with the wings. Then we proceeded to wait. And wait. And wait for our food to come. The server finally came out with one item for one person. We waited some more. She came out with one pizza. And we waited some more. She came out with another pizza. Still waiting for the rest of our food. Then one salad came out. And then we waited for the last person to receive her food. Seriously nothing was coming out of the kitchen and I saw our server walk away toward the back door of the restaurant. After waiting some more, I got up and started looking for anyone to help us. I went to the bar. No bartender. No waitstaff on the floor. No manager. Nothing. Our server finally came back with the last entree. It was 20 minutes after the first person at our table received food. No apology. No explanation. The food was okay - but nothing that was so great that it was worth the wait and the terrible service. I would highly NOT recommend Mineo's.

Yelp
We have been going to Mineo's for over 15 years and still love going! This place has stood the test of time when other places around town couldn't. We love the food! The wings are awesome and their pizza is my favorite! This place is the perfect "local" place for families and friends to gather, feel welcome and have a great dining experience!
google avatar

Erik B.

Yelp
Some of the best wings in the Nashville area. The crust on the pizza is as good as it gets in town as well.
google avatar

Brett M.

Yelp
Visiting from Collinsville, Oklahoma. Mineo's is a great family place, their Supreme Pizza was super light & was absolutely fantastic!!!! By the time I posted this, the pizza was gone in seconds....

Yelp
This is the best New York style pizza you're going to get in the south! Let's start by the atmosphere, the inside gives you the cozy feeling of an old Italian pizzeria but mixed with a southern sports bar. The waitresses were the friendliest and very welcoming. They were incredibly polite and always made sure you were doing ok. Now let's get to the food. We decided to get a custom pizza, half pepperoni for my wife, half sausage and mushroom for me. ABSOLUTELY GREAT. If you know NY style pizza, you know you have to look for "the flop" and Mineo's perfected it. The pizza was extremely flavorful, it tasted fresh and they don't skimp on the toppings! We also grabbed the fried raviolis as an app, another great choice. The raviolis were packed with cheese, fried to perfection, and smothered in red sauce. We will absolutely be back! Mineo's may be our new favorite pizza spot in the area.

Daniel B.

Yelp
Outstanding food! Take out Hero pizza and an antipasto... fresh, and delicious. Order ready on time, great service. Cool little spot! Relocating here from ATL and will definitely be back!

Yelp
Mineo's is like going for Sunday lunch at your Nona's. The baked ziti is phenomenal, Gold Rush wings award winning, and the buffalo chicken fries will have you asking for seconds. Love the Greek salad followed by the Greek pizza.

Danielle J.

Yelp
This restaurant has the most delicious Italian food I have literally ever had! Me and a coworker decided on grabbing some food from here for lunch and we were soooo impressed! We ordered the chicken parm sandwhich with the garlic parm fries, a slize of pizza with a salad and the fried ravioli appetizer. Everything was exceptional!!! We go out to eat once a week for lunch and we will be going here every week now!! Ya'll have to try this place out, your taste buds will not regret it!!

Yelp
I'm so heartbroken leaving this review and I hope an owner sees and takes action because we have loved mineos!! I've been coming to mineos a few times a year with friends for about two years. This past week we happened to be in town and decided to go. I raved on the drive over about how the garlic knots and pizza was top tier. Well the garlic knots were good, but the first red flag was when they bought the pizza. The pizza was all flat and thin and oily and barely cut. It seems they've also changed the cheese? I don't know but it was almost inedible. I was mildly embarrassed at this point because I raved about this place. But boy was I in for a surprise. We waited for our waitress to bring us our check (lovely young lady!) and we looked over and there was a ROACH crawling on the wall!!! I was horrified. We left pretty quickly and I was disgusted imagining what's in the kitchen if that's in the dining area.

Yelp
The Good: Wings and pizza. Family owned business with same owner since 2005! They use fresh, not frozen wings. The bad: There is an up charge to order all flat or all drum wings. I don't like paying extra for this option but I understand why the restaurant charges this; they bag in advance. I'd prefer they found a non charge way to accommodate this request, but in fairness I have been in some places that refuse to do it at all so at least you have an option! The Narrative: We have been coming here since someone recommended it to us in 2010 as a great wing place. The wings are good and you can get them naked or breaded. The pizza is very good as is the service. The owner is very conscientious. We miss the blue cheese chip appetizer they used to have :)

Angela L.

Yelp
I actually had not ate here since before Covid, where my office would order pizza and wings to go all the time. However, we had some friends in town in that area and thought we would take them here and man have they went down. Ceiling was leaking and buckets were all over to trip over, place just felt dirty. Pizza was not good at all, we ordered a supreme and it was like they put the bell peppers on after it was cooked. Our guests didn't even eat all their pizza. I would had been more embarrassed if I hadn't forewarned them that I had not been there in a while. Won't go back or recommend.

Laura K.

Yelp
After a hard loss in a basketball game, our players and families went to Mineos. we had called in advance, and they had everything ready for us! Ryder, Meg, and Brendan were very welcoming and took great care of us. the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. By the time we left, the girls who had come in defeated were smiling and laughing. Mineos was just what we needed.
