Copley Square Hotel’s Minibar Closed in January 2019 - Eater Boston
"Minibar, the decade-old cocktail lounge serving snacks and small plates inside the Copley Square Hotel (51 Huntington Ave., Back Bay, Boston), is closed. An employee at the hotel told Eater that the bar has been closed since January. Minibar was popular with the Back Bay after-work crowd in search of $2 happy hour sliders and cocktails that didn’t go much above $10. Its cocktail list included a “skinny” margarita, lychee martini, rum punch, and the like." - Terrence Doyle
Great atmosphere, and tasty mixed drinks. 7$ for a beer is a little pricey, but if you like a swanky modern spot, it's worth it. Had a DJ running music when I was there, and I had a great time meeting and chatting with people I otherwise would never have run into!

The Minibar was an interesting stop for your nightlife in Boston. I came on a Monday night when it was a little quieter. The music being played was a mix of hip hop and international flair. The drinks are standard 'club' prices (cocktails more than $10) although well-made and strong. Seating wasn't too hard to find surprisingly and there was a decent amount of people there otherwise. The crowd was fairly nice and diverse - a lot of business people can definitely be seen all-around.

I can only do 4 because I only got two drinks. Excellent bartenders, talkative and I'm from Pittsburgh so that's a plus and I was by myself. Didn't get any food. Just good atmosphere and service. Maria was the bartender, extremely gorgeous and held conversation well!

The interior decor and specialty cocktails made this bar very Miami-esque. I found the drink prices reasonable, because I don't mind paying for creative concoctions with a kick. But I bet others would find them overpriced. The actual bar is quite small so I'd imagine it takes a little while to get a drink when the place is crowded. But overall I would recommend this lounge-style location for its ambiance and fun liquors.

MINIBAR MONDAYS are a super fun way to start the week. The had 50 cent wings that were huge and delicious. The drinks weren't over priced but not cheap. Parking is annoying but that's a Boston norm.

Staff not friendly/welcoming just blah. I arrived during after work hours 5:30ish empty with only bar guests. I ordered tater tots and drinks along with a slider. Three stars across the board just OKAY. Definitely wasn't worth missing the farmers market down the street.

We had a lot of fun here at the end of the night on a Saturday. Good music with the DJ that was on and great drinks. Don't wait in line for the Club next door!

I was over in Boston for a conference and decided to go and have few drinks. I was on the phone with my friends just cuz I was there by myself. This guy named MIKE (with beard and tattoos) literally kicked me out saying "you have head on the table. You should leave now." Then he tells me "take your drink with you." He was rude. I got tipsy but wasn't drunk because I was telling him that I'm not being disrupting so why are you being so rude. I'm not from Boston but never want to go back there if I ever go to Boston. I mean if someone does have a little too much to drink they should be nicer and not rude esp if I paid them well and I wasn't being rude or anything. I just wanted to have some fun. Was so disappointed esp cuz on a daily basis I save lives and here at a damn mini bar people forget to treat ppl with respect. In retrospect, I wished I cursed him out or did something stupid but is not like me. The drinks were good tho. The service not so much! Def disgusted with this MIKE dude. Hopefully that is his name!! It's a white dude with ugly beards an tattooes in both arms!!
