Great shopping destination for a variety of cosmetics, stationery, home and kitchen improvement items and stuffed toys. The items are usually cute and very colorful. Prices are usually reasonable. I usually purchase stationery items, home improvement items and perfumes from here.

Amazing store to shop at very reasonable prices. It is a mini store of anything starting from school supplies, Stuff toys, perfumes, clothing range, bags and a lot more. It is one of the best stores to shop from. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, they help you in choosing stuff as well.

Miniso Vasant Kunj, located at the Ambiance Mall (1st Floor) offers customers a wide variety of home goods. From soft toys for your kids to stationery items and personal care products - you can find such a diverse range of products here. Their collection of soft toys and other kids’ products are really impressive. P.S. - Locating the store at the mall might be a little tricky. It’s beside the Uniqlo store on the first floor.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Miniso store in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj. My friends and I were simply browsing through the store, but the staff treated us in the most rude and unprofessional manner. One of the employees, a girl in a black outfit, approached me inappropriately, touched me, and demanded to check my bag. As if that wasn’t enough, another staff member, wearing a red outfit, grabbed my friend’s bag and refused to let go, which felt completely invasive and disrespectful. What was even worse is that we were wrongfully accused of shoplifting while we were just looking at the items. We were made to feel like criminals for no reason at all, which was both humiliating and upsetting. In contrast, we had a completely different, positive experience at the Miniso store in Connaught Place, where the employees were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the experience at Ambience Vasant Kunj was so disappointing that it overshadowed any positive impression we might have had of the brand. I would not recommend shopping at the Ambience Vasant Kunj location, as the behavior of the staff there was completely unacceptable and ruined our experience.

One of the worse experiences ever. The sunglasses we chose didn’t have bar code on it, the staff looked it up on the computer and another staff said it was for 650 and the staff without any proof said it was 650rs without showing that the glasses were for the price. When asked that other sunglasses are within the range of 400-550 then how were these ones 650 then the staff said this was on the computer even when the name on the computer was generic and it didn’t show where the mentioned sunglasses were. Not organised at all. The other two sunglasses we took had the screws coming out of the sides and we had to manually screw them in. The lady scanning the sunglasses and invoicing at the kiosk was slamming the sunglasses on the desk adding more scratches to the screen. Horrible horrible experience!!! Wouldn’t have expected miniso to have such kind of low customer support and incapable staff doing customer service.

It has always been a great place for quality products(except the electronic stuff)and cute stuff for affordable prices. Have to visit it everytime I come here you do too. Enjoy!!

Absolutely unprofessional and unresponsive! The staff is rude and doesn't know anything This goes for the overall miniso India as well. I had purchased a Harry Potter Bluetooth speaker for Rs. 2600 from here. It stopped working within a week!! They don't seem to have a process for replacement either. What's worse is that when i contacted customer service for this, I got no reply. I've sent mails, called them and even written on their website. No response or reply. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING!
