Restaurant MINNECI

To be honest, I was not impressed with the food. Restaurant is in a nice old building decorated very pretty. Service was great, and atmosphere was good. Presentation was nice. Only issue: food. At 100 euro+ per person, I expected better food than mostly all veggies. Out of the five course I ordered, there were only 3 scollops, and a small piece of pigeon breast. Dish was very small portion mostly foam they put on top. I went to two Michelin restaurants in Strasbourg last week and could not be more pleased. I go to Michelin restaurants all the time. Unfortunately this one disappointed me in food. Give your customers a little better food with good ingredients. At least give some better bread. Those bread were not good either. I do not mind paying I just expect g better quality of food at that price tag.

As a French gourmet, I can say without hesitation that this restaurant is an absolute gem! Spending a few days in Nuremberg, I had the chance to dine here, and it is without a doubt fine dining at its best. The dishes are prepared with incredible finesse, every flavor is perfectly balanced, and you can feel the attention to every detail. The wine choice is also excellent, as the owner is also the Sommelier. The service is fast and flawless, and the hospitality is exceptional. The owner is an incredibly kind and generous person, always close to his customers, making the experience even more enjoyable. It truly feels like home! A must-visit for anyone who loves refined cuisine. I highly recommend it!

Fine dining at its best with creative dishes filled with tremendously sourced, super fresh ingredients. The service was impeccable without being overbearing. We ordered a 4-course meal, only to be surprised by two complimentary small dishes from the kitchen. We would have licked the plates if it were appropriate. Minneci is THAT good! Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra Euros for a memorable culinary escape.

Delicious fine dining experience for a very fair price. In the historic center of Nuremberg old town, this small and elegant Italian restaurant serves wonderful food and wine. We had a great evening and enjoyed every single meal. Dishes were very creative with absolute high class and fresh ingredients. Thanks a lot for having us.

Beautiful rustic elegance combined with fantastic flavors and superb service. We had the 4 and 5 course meal with wine pairings and were delighted! What a wonderful dining experience.

If I could give six stars, I would. We went here for dinner on a Saturday night and the atmosphere is really cool, romantic, and relaxed. The building is from 1560 with original wood ceiling, great decor, candlelights and personal and attentive service. The food is really, really good, too. We had the degustation menu, which was an exceptionally good experience. The Italian ingredients are really high quality and the presentation is unique and interesting. This place could easily have a Michelin star for the food. The final surprise came at the end of the night where the bill was beyond fair. Multi course dinner with wine and grappa at less than 75 EUR a person. Best restaurant that I have tried in Nuremberg.

I booked a table for our company and our client 2 weeks in advance. Called and the guy reserved it. All set. Now we went there and NO RESERVATION. He said it wasn't confirmed. Seriously, how unprofessional is that. Making me look like a fool in from of our company and client. When we tried to politely inquire what happened and if they had other tables free, he threw us out. Said 'it's your problem, not mine. Go somewhere else. I'm busy' and then HE THREW ME ASIDE AND HE TURNED HIS BACK and talked to some other guests. This is the worst service. Unprofessional Restaurant. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE SHIT. So unfriendly, impolite and rude. Not to mention we were not the only ones. There were two other groups who's reservations were canceled. Everybody was speechless. Is this for real. Then a couple came to us who heard everything and were just about to leave and told us the food was really bad and cold and we are lucky that we don't eat there. This restaurant should not be in business. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I was here with a large group. The basement area is ultra cool and the food is absolutely delicious. The waiters and chef paid very close attention to detail. Since the group was large the service was a bit slow. However the food was well worth the wait. This restaurant would be perfect for an intimate dinner. Would be 5 stars except for the excessive time between courses.

Limited menu. Incredible food. From the amuse boche to the dessert it was superb. Accompanied by a wonderful Barbera and outstanding port. The best place in Nuremberg.
