Discovered Notro Ice Cream and Mouth Trap Cheese Curds. Both are the best of the beat at the Minnesota State Fair

The Mouth Trap Cheese Curds : Absolutely the best cheese curds you can find at the Minnesota State Fair! Always fresh & hot. There may be a line, but it moves quickly!

Of course, it's crowded in there.but it's the Minnesota Great Get-together. But it's fun relaxing and filled with happy and wonderful people. The food is a Smorgasbord of varieties from all walks of life and cultures and countries. Try them all, find one that you really enjoy, and go back and get it every year. Of course the service is the bestca fair can deliver

This year's new Paella Depot was the best food I have ever eaten at the fair. It was so good I went back a second day just to get another bowl. I'm hopeful they will be back next year!!

When you enjoy something a year or so at a time. The Minnesota State Fair has the greatest offerings you could imagine. The food building has some of the top foods at the fair. I enjoy trying a few items every year and work my way around to my favorites. It's very fun.

I mean, pretty much my entire reason for going to the State Fair is for the food. But it's substantially more than just food, if you like to enjoy the scenery while you eat! Check out the agriculture and animal displays, see some giant pumpkins and fancy horses. Take a ride on the sky lift, check out the tractors, trucks, hot tubs, and chainsaw competitions. Then go back to eating. All-you-can-drink milk and a bucket of cookies are a perfect fit together. I highly suggest before going to go online, look up a list of the best foods (or best new foods if you're a long-time fair goer) and mapping out your eating route beforehand. Cell service is often very bad (at least on Sprint and ATT), so don't count on online maps. Also, don't be shy to use the information booths to help you out!
