Of course, it's crowded in there.but it's the Minnesota Great Get-together. But it's fun relaxing and filled with happy and wonderful people. The food is a Smorgasbord of varieties from all walks of life and cultures and countries. Try them all, find one that you really enjoy, and go back and get it every year. Of course the service is the bestca fair can deliver

This year's new Paella Depot was the best food I have ever eaten at the fair. It was so good I went back a second day just to get another bowl. I'm hopeful they will be back next year!!

The food building at the fair host all kinds of food concessions such as the infamous mouth trap cheese curds. I always hear these are the best curds at the fair & the line runs deep as this is probably the biggest stand in the building. I prefer other curd stands myself but to each its own. They also have Tipsy Pies, Soul Bowl, Nitro Ice cream and many others. This place can be crowded and there's no air conditioning so enter at your own risk. There's no seating inside but they do have a big patio right outside but it's usually pretty packed in this area - inside and outside.
