Caesars Superdome Promises Major Concession Upgrades for 2024 Season | Eater New Orleans

"I see that LeBlanc + Smith is bringing its brand to Nashville: The Chloe Nashville will open in the city's Hillsboro Village neighborhood in 2024 and will feature 19 rooms, a restaurant, and a pool, extending the group's presence beyond its New Orleans hotspots." - Clair Lorell

Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in was effortless with the instructions provided by email. The room was very quiet, even though it is in the downtown area of Nashville. I highly recommend the Mint House hotel to anyone needing to stay in Nashville.

Not even there yet! Checking in tomorrow and just got a call that the 1bdrm unit we reserved at least 2 months ago is NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO INVENTORY! WHAT? The day before we check in? They offer at measly 10% discount for the inconvenience! The whole point of reserving a 1 berm unit was separation! We are going to a graduation and have a fairly large family. It was going to be the meeting ground! Now we have a studio! The only private space will be the BATHROOM!

Place was very quaint, close to restaurants and shops. And walking distance to my son’s college, so we didn’t have to rent a car. Apartments had everything we needed for a comfy stay.

My biggest gripe admit this place is that the cleaning lady stole my girlfriend’s wallet with all of her cards and $600. There agents that was suppose to help us beat around the bush for 6 hours before telling us it wasn’t found, which I don’t think they ever looked for it because the people off contract for the company wasn’t even in Nashville! They said they have camera footage that they will not send us. As we were leaving there were 2 Hispanic cleaning ladies at the door neither was English speaking and now they can’t be found.

We booked through Expedia. Turns out Expedia didn’t send Mint our email address so we never got any of the check in information…. What a disaster!!! It’s pretty confusing to find the place, then we had to call the number to figure out the check in detail. It took about an hour. The people were helpful on the phone but it was a super annoying way to start our holiday. When we finally got in we quickly went up stairs to drop off our luggage. By the time we came back down to the car we had gotten a ticket… but since we never got the check in instructions we didn’t know about the parking issues. You can pay for underground parking , which we had read about, but we just hadn’t had a chance to go online and pay for it before we got the ticket. The room was nice and spacious, but very loud due to street noise. It was very hard to fall asleep with all the road noise, especially on a weekend night. I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation if you aren’t used to cities or comfortable with everything for check in being electronic. There is no front desk to ask questions or request things. Our pull out bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t include pillows or a proper blanket. I wouldn’t book this place and factor in adults using the pull out bed. Overall I would not recommend. It’s a nice place but the lack of clarity, noise and poor communication are too annoying to make it worth it.

*edit* PUBIC HAIR FROM PREVIOUS GUEST UNDER SHEETS!!!! returned to same location for another operation. Nothing has changed. Customer service could care less. *due to the unsanitary conditions customer service refunded my parking fee of $25 Metro health Deparment was notified and said they will inspect. Location was great due to a child having an operation at Vanderbilt children’s. Room was very poorly cleaned, and no balcony. Previous guest hair was found all over room. Carpet was disgusting.

Excellent location if you don't mind walking a bit. There are several restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Downtown Nashville was roughly a 45 minute walk away. The rooms were nice enough - clean and the provided tea and coffee were appreciated. The kitchen was decently stocked with cooking utensils but we didn't make much use of them. Be aware there is a lot of city noise here from all the vehicle traffic, nearby hospital, and the crosswalks beeping all throughout the night. Another apartment played loud music our first night until about 1am. My partner and I are used to city noise so this didn't bother us too much, but I'd recommend bringing ear plugs or something if you aren't. My biggest complaint was with Mint House's service. We originally booked a location of their's on Music Row, but they closed that location after booking it, so they moved us to Hillsboro Village. When we arrived we used the provided room info and ended up intruding on a room that was already filled with a father and his daughter. It took about 20 minutes on the phone with Mint House to get new room info - we were told our reservation was changed but we did not receive any notice about this. As a consolation they texted me to check my email for a $10 Starbucks gift card but no such email ever came. I really couldn't care less about the gift card but barging in on another family was not a great experience and something I wouldn't want to repeat.

We have stayed at this location before and had a relatively good experience so booked again. The rooms are spacious, the furniture old and uncomfortable but the location was good for us and we loved the restaurants and shops nearby so we thought meh let’s give it another shot. But man. This time was our WORST Air B&B stay ever. Night #1 my husband was laying on the bed and noted it didn’t feel right. We looked under the bed and saw the main board running the length of the board was broken. My back was out and it was 7:30 at night, so we made the decision to pull the mattress off the frame and sleep on the floor. We let the host know and they sent maintenance to fix the bed the next day. They brought an unnecessary “we’re sorry” bag of a Nature’s Valley granola bar, a Hershey’s chocolate bar, a KitKat and a branded chapstick. Okay 🤷🏻‍♀️ (Note: We own a short term rental ourselves, which made us want to act with patience and consideration in this situation - stuff happens! So at this point we were still rolling with it.) Maintenance fixed the bed frame and helped my husband get the mattress back on the frame. They did not help rearrange the furniture we’d had to move to put the mattress on the floor, but my husband and I put everything back as it was originally. That night at 2 am CRACK! A loud popping noise woke us up. The repaired wood plank broke. We tried to “just deal” but ended up having to rearrange the room again and put the mattress back on the floor. My husband contacted the management and sent pics at this time point. The next morning we hadn’t heard anything back by mid-morning and at that point requested a discount or refund - after all two nights without a bed or an adequate solution for almost $500 was a lot to bear. Especially knowing a hotel would have moved us or comped the room. After lots of back and forth we were offered a 15% discount (which was about $75) for two very expensive nights of discomfort and horrible sleep due to no bed. This was unacceptable to us, so we contacted Air B&B who said if it was really that unacceptable we should have left the property (at 2 am!!!) and offered a 30% refund, which we did not accept on principle. At this point we just feel scammed. Reading all the other reviews complaining about poor service makes me wish we’d heeded the reviews more! We would never have treated our own guests this way. (Note: A broken bed might invoke some wild, sexy nights were had. Disappointingly, nothing could be further from the truth. As mentioned my back was out and we were in Nashville so my husband could be evaluated for heart transplant. The bed was just incredibly cheap and couldn’t hold the weight of two tall, weight-height proportionate people.)

Yelp
This place still had left over garbage under our beds from other tenants- on top of this we have zero wash cloths, 4 towels and 4 hand towels but no detergent. Lighting barely exists in any room so if you are coming for a girls trip or hoping for any photo op pick a different place! Getting into the room was easy and beds are comfortable but photos do not represent the space you are staying in

Yelp
Terrible customer service. Horrible. Not interested in helping out the renter
