We booked through Expedia. Turns out Expedia didn’t send Mint our email address so we never got any of the check in information…. What a disaster!!! It’s pretty confusing to find the place, then we had to call the number to figure out the check in detail. It took about an hour. The people were helpful on the phone but it was a super annoying way to start our holiday.
When we finally got in we quickly went up stairs to drop off our luggage. By the time we came back down to the car we had gotten a ticket… but since we never got the check in instructions we didn’t know about the parking issues. You can pay for underground parking , which we had read about, but we just hadn’t had a chance to go online and pay for it before we got the ticket.
The room was nice and spacious, but very loud due to street noise. It was very hard to fall asleep with all the road noise, especially on a weekend night. I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation if you aren’t used to cities or comfortable with everything for check in being electronic. There is no front desk to ask questions or request things.
Our pull out bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t include pillows or a proper blanket. I wouldn’t book this place and factor in adults using the pull out bed.
Overall I would not recommend. It’s a nice place but the lack of clarity, noise and poor communication are too annoying to make it worth it.
