I have years and a backgroud in hospitality, customer service and running a business, so I will try not to judge so harshly. We were driving around so we decided to stop here because it wasn't a line and just opened 30 minutes before we walked in. No one there!! Perfect, I walked up to the bar because I seen a menu sitting there. I wanted to view it 1st and then find a seat after we check out the menu. As we are looking up to ask the bartender a question, the menu disappears. An upset lady snatched it up, stomped away, sat in front of the bartender pouting. I smiled because that's always my reaction to confusion and the bartender says to the lovely lady, "you dont want to sit down there anymore" and Miss Ma'am was like "I did but they are down there." I chuckled but was like Ohhh, that's why shes upset. She could have asked. We aren't that hard up for a seat. Lol My friend was like "girl just stay here." I was like girl no, let's give that lady her seat". I'm thinking the bartender will offer us a menu since the snatch queen has taken hers, maybe she will offer us a menu to view? Right? Nope! Nada. Not a greeting or anything. So now, I see a huddle of cute girls that never picked up their heads from the devices. As we are about to sit in front of cool some red neon sign, there is some waitress that slightly made eye contact me and I asked, "Is this seat available? Are you sure?" She nodded. Then walked away. We sat confused but laughing. Still no greeting. I started thinking, maybe I signed them up for the job because aint no way ALL of these ladies are just chilling. No greeting, acknowledgement or anything for about 2-3 minutes. FINALLY. Taylor came over and assisted us. She informed us that everything had to be on one bill which was strange but no problem. The price wouldn't be an issue if the service was better. I already had $100 tip put aside for that day because I love to give the waiter/waitresses a "thank you", regardless of the price of the food, especially when the experience is great or even good. That wasnt the case here. I dont blame them for the upset lady but everthing else could have been better. Taylor was nice, the atmosphere was nice, food overpriced, drinks...overpriced, service..... meh.
